Hire These Guys If You Want an Incredible Event

Near the tail end of our wedding night, my fiancee and I noticed an unfamiliar couple dancing in the far corner of the dance floor. We went up and asked how they knew the bride and groom, and, after a bit of hemming and hawing, they admitted that they were wedding crashers. It turns out that were guests at another wedding in the same venue that night (it's a big building) where the music was mediocre. They heard our music from the hallway, realized it sounded much better than theirs, and decided they wanted to dance to some good music for once that night, so they snuck into our ballroom. We all took a selfie and then went back to dancing.

Nothing is as important to an event's overall tone and feel, the impression that it leaves in your guests that night and afterward, as the music. If your event has ho-hum music, your guests will have a ho-hum time and leave with ho-hum memories. If the music is incredible, however, your guests will have an incredible experience and the night will be unforgettable.

BroadSound is a band that will give your guests an incredible experience. From the start of the night until the end, the band just *rips*. Their music sounds awesome, their performance is lively, and they bring a fantastic energy to the event that just makes everyone feel good. Part of that is that they are tremendous musicians, but that's really just the beginning of it. They play together with incredible chemistry; watching them interact and groove together on the stage will make you grin. Part of it is that they are just natural showmen. Aaron and his crew know how to get a party started and keep it going all night. These guys are well-seasoned pros, and it shows. Watching them perform gives you the feeling that these guys were just put on earth to play music and make people dance.

But it isn't just that the music sounds so good; dealing with the band was a breeze. Aaron was easy to get ahold of and communicate with throughout the planning process. My fiancee and I asked them to learn a few new songs for our wedding, including for our first dance, and it was no problem (unsurprisingly, the songs sounded wonderful). Two of their musicians also performed for our ceremony, and the week before the wedding, I asked if they could prepare two different songs to play for one part of the processional, so I could listen to them both on the wedding day and make a game-time call. They rolled with it like champs; I listened to both songs during the pre-ceremony set-up and made a selection, and it ended up sounding great. The fact that I had injected a bit of uncertainty into things at the last minute didn't flap them at all; they were pros. And speaking of the setup, they showed up on time and set up everything smoothly. While a wedding day inevitably is chaotic, BroadSound didn't add to the chaos. They were one aspect of the situation that I never needed to worry about, and made things for my fiancee and me easier, not harder.

You have a choice to make: do you want your event to be just okay, or do you want it to be incredible, a night that your guests will never forget? If you want the latter, pick BroadSound. It's that simple.

BroadSound brought the Fire!

Aaron and Broadsound gave an amazing performance at our wedding. From my initial outreach to the final song on our wedding night, they were professional, organized, on-time, fully equipped and easy to work with. Musically, they completely set the mood and made it a special, warm vibe for our celebratory evening. We especially enjoying the full band incl. the vocals and the horns! They did a fantastic job with our first dance songs and handled emceeing the evening with ease. Truly elevated our whole evening. Thanks so much to Aaron and the Broadsound Band team for delivering the goods!

We Hired BroadSound And You Should Too

BroadSound was simply amazing! They learned our special songs, answered all of our questions and provided an mp3 edited version of our first dance so we could practice for our big day. Our guests are still talking about the band a few months later. I cannot express my appreciation to Aaron and BroadSound. They were always professional and responsive to our questions and request. They even let my husband and his groomsman friends sit in for a couple tunes. It was awesome! Simply the best!

Dance the night away!

Such a fun band for our wedding! They played songs of many genres to keep everyone dancing. They were also able to learn our special songs expeditiously and meet all our requests. No one wanted to stop dancing when our venue time ran out!

Amazing band!

I'm an event planner and just had Broadsound's Polaris Band perform at my client's wedding and they were a HUGE hit. They have amazing voices, have such stage presence and had the crowd going the entire time. They also covered some more modern songs that you don't hear at weddings often that guests were delightfully surprised to hear. Everyone enjoyed themselves. Will definitely be recommending them to future clients!

Highly Recommend BroadSound

BroadSound is dynamite. Countless guests let us know BroadSound was the best band they’d ever heard at a wedding. My wife and I agree BroadSound was the X-factor that really made everyone’s night special. We did a lot of research to find a group with lots of range, great energy, and the talent to nail challenging songs. Our goal was to avoid a canned performance (i.e., a wedding band) and find a group of professional musicians who can really play. They read the room, found the energy, knew the music we like, and the dance floor stayed packed all night.

Highly Recommend!!!

As a wedding planner, I get to work with many bands and entertainment teams, and I have to say, this one was exceptional! They brought such incredible energy to the wedding from start to finish. The dance floor was packed all night, and their talent, professionalism, and seamless coordination made my job easier.

Communication leading up to the event was organized and responsive, and on the wedding day, they were punctual, flexible, and an absolute joy to work alongside. The guests (and most importantly the Bride & Groom) couldn’t stop raving about the music and how much fun they had!

I would 100% recommend them to any couple or planner looking for a big band that not only sounds amazing but also truly knows how to elevate a celebration. I can’t wait to work together again in the future!

Incredible Night!

Best wedding band ever!

BroadSound band was an incredible choice that really made our wedding day that much better on August 24th, 2024. From the planning process with Aaron, curating our playlist, coordinating a secret private song I got to sing with for my husband at our wedding, singing during my bouquet toss - everything went so smoothly! They even sang a Pitbull song to my grandma as a shout out for her 89th birthday! We still have our guests talking about the band and how much fun the energy was, almost every single person was on the dance floor for 3 hours straight. It felt like a concert almost, and we will truly never forget how all out they went. Thank you so much to all of BroadSound band for your experience you all put together for us. As music lovers and dancers, we can highly recommend this band for any wedding!

Great Band!!

We had Broadsound Band as our band for our wedding back in March!! They were amazing!! The band leader, Aaron, was very responsive, flexible, and had the band match their shirts to our wedding colors. Their vocals were amazing and our guests loved them!

Fantastic!

I heard BroadSound at a friend's birthday party a few years back, and right then I knew that I wanted them for mine. And they were just as good as I had remembered -- a great range of music, high energy, expertly performed. (One of our guests is a semi-professional musician and refused to leave until their entire performance was done.) But what impressed me even more was how easy they were to work with behind the scenes, and before the event. Aaron was professional, prompt, courteous and responsive. They really couldn't have been better to work with.

Wedding Reception April 20, 024 Raleigh, NC

I left the band selection up to my daughter and SIL. He had hoped to get a local Raleigh band, however they were already booked for our date and that turned out to be a wonderful thing! My SIL was greatly impressed with the videos of Broad Sound so we booked them.

We found Aaron and Broad Sound so accomodating as we veered off slightly from what is traditionally done/seen at wedding receptions. I had hoped to get a portion of the NC State Marching Band to perform a few songs at the reception and when I discussed it with Aaron, he was not only helpful, but enthusiastic about the idea despite the fact that it was going to require extra work and coordination between the two bands. In the end, I was not able to hire the members of the NC State band, but I so greatly appreciated Aaron's willingness to work with us. In addition, we have a long family tradition of the men in our family donning "mullet wigs" and blow up bass guitars (from Amazon) and "performing" at our family weddings. Aaron accomodated this beautifully and with Aaron and Broad Sound's help, they performed Rick Astley's, Never Gonna Give You Up and it brought the house down.

From start to finish, the dance floor was completely filled with people singing their hearts out and dancing. People are still talking about the fun they had, but mainly people are still talking about how good the band was and I can't overstate this. My daughter and SIL have received numerous glowing reviews about the band and so have my husband and I. Broad Sound was so good at working the crowd and people I never thought would dance, were out on the dance floor busting a move that night. It was so incredibly fun.

Their vocals and quality/sound of their music was over the top and so professional. There isn't a local band in Raleigh that can come remotely close to Broad Sound and I am so grateful that our first choice did not work out. They were always professional and the communication with them was outstanding. I hope that the future presents another chance for us to hire them because I won't hesitate to do so!

Best band ever!

The Broadsound Band was absolutely AMAZING for our black tie optional waterfront DC wedding. Every guest told us it was the best band they’ve ever heard and the range of songs was insane.

Freaking Amazing

Best Wedding Band Ever - that's what our guests said about Broad Sound. From the time they started playing to the time they tried to stop playing, they had our guests on the dance floor. At the end of the night, the guests chanted for one more song. We loved their energy and their incredibly talented vocalists. Easy to work with during the planning process. They learned our special request songs including our first dance. I'd go see them anywhere!

Broadsound brought the party - Best Band!!

Broadsound absolutely made our wedding! We have not been able to stop talking about them, nor has our family or friends. They are far from a classic wedding band, we felt as though we were at a concert, guests shouting “one more song” at the end! From the beginning of our wedding to the end, they knew exactly which songs to play for our audience. They also learned a specific song for us 2 days before the wedding, it was so special! Working with Aaron was also amazing, he could not have been more responsive/helpful. You need to book them for your wedding if you want everyone to have the best time!! We can’t thank them enough.

A must at your wedding

You need to hire Broad sound for your next event. They killed it at our wedding. Aaron was great to work with and did everything we asked. BroadSound...Look no further for a wedding band!

Luckily, my brother (CPA/Musician) was at a National Association of Music Merchants event in DC a couple of years ago, and mentioned this band (BroadSound) that was playing at their final night gala. This large gathering of mostly musicians were blown away by how awesome these guys sounded. That was good enough for me, and I'm glad I took the recommendation. They were great to work with and played their hearts out. They performed a mix of different genres, and kept the crowd dancing the entire time. They did incredible renditions of songs that were requested beforehand as special dance selections; my favorite was their version of the Talking Heads "This Must Be The Place". On a side note, I asked their sound person, to assist with recording the ceremony. He could not have been more accommodating...thank you Chase! I should also mention that our wedding had been postponed a year due to the pandemic...Myles at MSE Productions helped us switch our date without any hassle. BroadSound and MSE Productions are absolute professionals who will help make your day unforgettable!

Broadsound is the GOAT

You want this band to be your wedding band. They were incredible. Great playlist, very flexible, sent us a copy of our first dance song before the Wedding so we could practice to their version. I have never before been to a wedding that was begging for Encore songs. And at our Wedding, we were begging for an Encore (and they provided it).

my wife's review: "We couldn’t say enough good things for Broadsound. They were PERFECT - so fun, really played to the crowd, and everything sounded great. Our friends and family were talking about them the whole night and next day. I would have given my life savings to have them play another 3 hours (but the venue kicked us out).

Everyone was asking us how we found them, where they were from, etc. They really made the party. I would recommend them to all of our friends.

Awesome band

The best wedding band

If you're looking for a wedding band, look no further. Broadsound is the best wedding band we (and our guests) have ever heard. The range of songs they play just says it all and their stage presence is unparalleled. They were also able to play safely during the pandemic by social distancing and distancing the stage from the dance floor. They also were able to perform 3 new songs off their list for our dance selection and executed them flawlessly. We could not recommend them more to anyone who is looking to have a range from Frank Sinatra to The Killers to Ke$ha - this is your band.

You can't go wrong with BroadSound

BroadSound was great and hit the mark spot on musically in every respect.

The kind of band you want to work with because they will work with you!

I can't say enough good things about Aaron and BroadSound Band! After watching videos of the band, we decided to go see them in person. We we're blown away - BroadSound's musical talent and energy are unmatched. And the band's leader, Aaron, is really nice, approachable and answered all of our questions. After seeing a few more bands to do our due diligence, it was apparent that none of them came close to comparing to BroadSound (including bands that were similarly priced and more costly than BroadSound). It was a no brainer and we booked them for our NYE 2020 wedding. We recently made the difficult decision to postpone our wedding to NYE 2021 to keep our families and guests safe during COVID-19. As nice as Aaron and his band members are, I was expecting some pushback from them given that all of my friends that have had to postpone their weddings had some sort of issue with their bands - either an unwillingness to postpone or charging large fees to move the date. We didn't experience any of that with BroadSound! They couldn't be nicer and more understanding and allowing us to postpone took a huge weight off our shoulders as we made the decision. That solidified again that we couldn't have picked a better band than BroadSound. We can't wait to celebrate with them at our wedding next year. We know BroadSound will give us and our guests the NYE dance party that we've been waiting for!

We finally got to celebrate with BroadSound and they CRUSHED it. They were the best part of our wedding. Our friends and family were blown away by them and we had the best time dancing with them and ringing in the new year. They are unbelievably talented and so fun! We were also really impressed that they were able to read the room so well and knew what to play to keep everyone dancing. There's no better band in DC. Thanks BroadSound for giving us the party we've been waiting for!!!!

Incredible Band

Working with Aaron to help reschedule BroadSound due to the pandemic was a pleasure. The band has so much energy and the quality of their sound and performance is incredible. Broadsound brought the house down!!!

We were SO happy we chose Broadsound to play at our wedding!!! We went to see a bunch of bands before making our decision and nobody else even came close. The music at the wedding was better than we could have imagined. Our entire 200 person wedding was on the dance floor most of the night and ended up chanting "ONE MORE SONG!" at the top of their lungs after the final dance. It felt like we were at a concert. They absolutely brought the house down!! Highly recommended!

The Absolute Best!

One of the best decisions we made. Aaron and the band absolutely crushed every song we requested and did a phenomenal job of reading the crowd to keep the party going well into the night. You know the band is amazing when the crowd chants "one more song" at the end of the set, and your guests tell you they would pay to see the band play! Couldn't recommend them more fervently!

In a word, amazing.

We genuinely spent hours researching demo videos picking a band for our wedding, and finally decided on BroadSound. The bar we had set was high, but this band blew us and our guests completely away. Their musical range, diversity, and energy really seemed limitless. We lost count of how many of our guests told us how amazing BroadSound was, and I think the best line we heard was "we would absolutely pay to go see these guys in concert"! My wife and I really can't thank them enough for making our wedding reception absolutely amazing in every way.

Fantastic and stress-free

Choosing this band was one of the best decisions we made regarding our wedding. The process overall was easy and stress-free. Aaron was incredibly responsive and helpful, speaking to us on the phone multiple times throughout the planning process. He provided us with guidance when we asked for it, but was flexible when we had special requests. More importantly, the music was fantastic! Great song selection, amazing energy, and very flexible/willing to learn new songs. Dance floor was packed the entire night.

We also used them for ceremony music (acoustic guitarist) who was perfect. We picked the song for me (the bride) to walk into, and the song for us to process out, but otherwise just asked the guitarist to play whatever he wanted for the pre-ceremony and processions which was great because it meant fewer decisions for us to make!

Look no further!!!

I saw Broadsound at a friend's party and knew instantly that I wanted to hire them for a big party I had just started planning. My normal course of action is to do a ton of research, but no need this time. They are THAT good!! And they didn't disappoint the night of our party! The dance floor was packed, and my husband and I wished we had hired them to play until dawn. I lost count of how many compliments I got about how great the band was. And Aaron was super easy to work with. He's the nicest guy you'll ever meet.

We had BroadSound play our wedding reception and could not have been happier! From the entrance music to learning our first dance song on short notice to the whole night of partying, they were amazing! Aaron (the bandleader) is a pleasure to work with and goes over all the details prior to the event and ensure everything runs smoothly on the big day. All of the singers are amazing: Aaron and Jean Francis can do everything, Terry sang Your Song by Elton John beautifully and does an amazing job on some rock classics, but I especially need to highlight Ayodele. She only joined the band in late 2017, but is truly a star. She sang some of the wedding staples so well, that after everyone was done dancing, they had to stop and applaud.
Finding a band was one of the things we spent the most time on during the wedding planning process, but it was all worth it because BroadSound was so good!
In addition to playing amazingly, we also used them for providing microphones for the ceremony. We’ve been to plenty of weddings where we couldn’t hear anything that the officiant and bride/groom said, but they did a great job wiring up the ceremony and everyone could hear everything, even on an extremely windy day.

Everyone LOVED BroadSound!

BroadSound Band was absolutely INCREDIBLE! Truly the best wedding band out there. We were so happy to have them- they were the life of the party!! Guests could not stop talking about how awesome they were and how they felt like they were at a concert! They are super versatile and can play all types of music- from country to rock to soul to pop. If you want your wedding to be the best wedding your guests go to, hire them. they are the best investment you could do, they are amazing. Till this day I get so many compliments from our guests. they are extremely talented, professional, energized, accommodating. They know how to read the crown and make everyone dance. Our dance floor was packed all night long.

Selecting our wedding band was one of the very first items on our checklist, and it required a lot of our time/effort as it was extremely important to us to have a great, energetic, talented band. We had an opportunity to see BroadSound rehearse and knew right away that they were the right band for us. Every member of the band is extremely talented. The clincher for us was Jean Francis' Brazilian guitar skills and beautiful voice. I had family coming in from Brazil, and it was SO special to have the Brazilian tunes playing during cocktail hour, as well as a surprise samba session during our reception. The process to get us all on the same page music-wise for our wedding was seamless. Aaron, the band leader, was extremely responsive and so wonderful in having BroadSound learn songs that were not on the band's set list for the first dances. We received several compliments from our guests about how incredible BroadSound was - and we were not alone in wishing the party could go on for several more hours with them playing! Selecting BroadSound for your wedding is a decision you will not regret - we certainly do not!

Although the wedding was special in so many ways BroadSound was absolutely incredible from ceremony music, through cocktail, dinner, and to the very last dance. Musicians Singers ALL were supremely talented and some of the nicest people you will meet. Encore!

BroadSound played an amazing evening of music for our wedding this past June and had our party dancing all night long. Leading up to the event, Aaron was very helpful and professional in his communications. They were especially accommodating to our unusual setup/venue which was much appreciated! They learned our first dance song and played it perfectly, which was the start to an evening of great music and dancing covering decades of amazing tunes. Broadsound absolutely KILLED IT at our wedding. Everyone kept on talking about how amazing the band was and really blew our expectations out of the water. Everyone was saying they thought we would break the dance floor, which no one left all night and was shaking at points. Aaron, his band members and the sound system technician were very professional. The quality of the music was outstanding. The guests hardly left the dance floor. We had a number of professional musicians attending the wedding who were very impressed. A sample of the comments we heard: 'This is the best band I have ever heard at a wedding (heard this many times)'; 'The band was worth every penny - whatever the cost'; 'Some of the improvisations are better than the original - they are awesome'. They really were that good. Finally, the sound technician was a perfectionist. He had many good thoughts on the arrangements we needed at the venue - and alerted the catering staff and the florist to incoming showers which would have caused a huge problem. If great music and dancing is important to your function - these guys and gals are a knock-out!

BroadSound brought the house down at our wedding in Charlottesville! We were overly impressed with the performance. Played our daughter’s wedding at the St. Regis and everyone loved them - the bride and groom, and all of the guests! Aaron is so professional in working with everyone on introducing the right people at the right moments. The playlist is amazing, and they learned a new song for our final dance. And most importantly, they just sounded brilliant all night long and the dance floor stayed full as a result.

To all couples considering Broadsound to play at their wedding, I highly recommend you don't hesitate and lock them up as soon as possible! The band members are top notch professionals and you will feel you are at an actual concert when you hear them play in person. My wedding was two weeks ago and I still have friends texting me about their performance, especially their covers of "Back in Black" and "Shout". The band's overall performance gave my wife and I incredible memories of our wedding reception that we will cherish for the rest of our lives. I cannot thank them enough for making our wedding the celebration we always wanted it to be. Their fee may be higher than some other bands, but you are getting what you pay for - first class musicians who can make you feel you're at a live rock concert. The band's playlist is extensive but even though there were several songs we wanted to hear that weren't list on their playlist, the band learned and played all of them (i.e. Beatles, Tom Petty, Africa by Toto). I got the impression they know a lot more songs than are listed on the playlist, so if you don't see certain songs listed, don't let that be a reason not to pick Broadsound for your wedding. They are extremely accommodating. Aaron Broadus is the band's point of contact and he was a pleasure to work with. He is best to coordinate with over the phone when you want to work out the playlist, order and timing. I booked Broadsound via one of their booking agents, Eastcoast Entertainment because they had a cheaper rate than some other booking agencies. When booking the band via Eastcoast Entertainment, the agent was very pushy and required us to pay a deposit before we could see the full contract and riders which made us uncomfortable but we decided to do it any way. I'm not sure if all booking agencies are like that, but it ended up being perfectly fine and not a problem at all. I just wish we could have booked directly with the band instead of an agent.

Broadsound rocked out! We could not have been more happy with Aaron and the whole team. They kept the dance floor absolutely packed all night, and I can't even begin to count the number of times since the wedding that the first thing our guests have remarked on is "that amazing band!" These guys are seriously talented musicians, they have an infectious enthusiasm, and their range is insane. From Sam Smith ballads, to AC/DC (seriously, get them to do "Back in Black," you'll be blown away), to Louis Armstrong, P-Funk, and Motown favorites, they did it all. We can't imagine what could have been a better choice than Broadsound.

Broadsound band (10 piece) played our wedding on July 15th and brought the house down with their combination of skill, passion, and enthusiasm. From start to finish, they kept the dance floor packed with a wide array of styles. Aaron was prompt and responsive in the lead-up, taking on board our requests for styles and learning requests for our special dances. We had countless guests ask us variations of "where did you find these guys???" or "This is the best wedding band I've ever seen" which speak to the professionalism and quality of the group. BroadSound delivered! From bailing out the hotel, whose sound system went down as the wedding service was about to begin, to the introductions and first dances, to a night of non-stop dancing, BroadSound was fantastic. They listened to what we wanted in terms of music style, they learned two new songs for our reception (and performed them extremely well), and they were a pleasure to work with. From the moment the dancing began after dinner, the dance floor was packed all night long. Our guests were unanimous in praising the band, their energy, their talent, and their song selection. We had a wide range of ages on the dance floor, including young children, and they appealed to everyone. Would definitely hire them again.

It's been over a month since our wedding and we are still hearing from our guests about how much they loved BroadSound! My family and a lot of our friends are Cubans from Miami, so it was important to my husband and I that we find a band that could perform/sing Spanish music. We got so lucky with BroadSound, they can easily transition from a Jewish hora to classic rock to Marc Anthony without skipping a beat. Not only were they great on our wedding day but dealing with Aaron in the months leading up to the wedding was great. He's extremely responsive and professional.

Aaron and BroadSound did a fantastic job at our wedding reception! Many of our guests told us that they were the best wedding band that they had ever seen, and the fact that they got my 83 year-old grandmother out on the dance floor is proof of how amazing they were. Aaron was wonderful to work with throughout the process, and, given that we are out of town, provided lots of opportunities for my parents (who live in DC) to come and check out the band beforehand. They did a great job of reading the crowd and played solid crowd-pleasers throughout the night. We were so pleased with our choice and would highly recommend them to other couples!!

We were fortunate enough to have Broadsound perform at our wedding. On 6/4/16. The quality of their musicians (highest level of talent and professionalism!) and their song selection cannot be beat! To say that they made our wedding is not an understatement. Our guests all had a wonderful time, out on the dance floor for the entire night! I had several people tell me that this was by far the best band they ever heard, including our wedding planner who has seen her share :) From the very beginning, Aaron was wonderful to work with. BroadSound is an amazing band, and I would highly recommend them to anyone planning a wedding! Working with Aaron was so easy. He was extremely responsive and easy to work with. About a month before our wedding, we sent Aaron a list of songs we liked, and a list of do-not-play songs, and he really took it from there. We had him sing an acoustic version of Sam Smith's Latch for our first dance, and one of our friends/guests said she teared up during the first dance because his voice was so amazing. Another guest commented to us that he would actually pay money to go see BroadSound perform outside of weddings.

We had the full 10-piece band (with 3 horns) for our wedding, and had 3 members of the band (Jazz Trio) play during our cocktail hour and dinner. From the second dinner was over and the full band started planning, the dance floor was packed and it stayed that way until the last song. One of the reasons we went with BroadSound is that it is a band comprised of some truly amazing musicians and they really have a lot of versatility in what they can play. Their version of Back in Black will knock your socks off.

BroadSound also is a really great value compared to other area bands. When we were early on in the planning process, we spoke with several bands, and we were able to get SO much more for our money with BroadSound. I also think they bring a lot more talent to the table than many other bands.

They helped make our party so memorable and fun for everyone who attended. Hire BroadSound today for your wedding, you will not regret it!!

Can't recommend Broadsound highly enough! We went with Broadsound for our wedding in March, and we couldn't have been happier. Aaron was wonderful to work with in the lead-up to the event, and the band was just amazing. Several people told us that it was without question the best band they had ever heard at a wedding. The entire dance floor was packed the whole night -- people of all ages had an amazing time. The band was versatile and extremely talented. And you could tell they were having a great time. One guest said it was almost like going to a concert because they were so good.

The band was great! As a former musician, I understand how practice can impact the quality of any band and can say that Broadsound sounded wonderful! The band was in rhythm (in the pocket!) all night and with their soundman present, there was never a dip on the quality of their sound. At times, my guests felt like they were attending a concert, which reflects the excellent musicianship of the members.
Broadsound is versatile to play many genres of music as my guests were comprised of older and younger folks. Also, some of my family have musical skills and they 'sat in' with Broadsound, which made for great family fun (and pics!).

They were AWESOME. the Dance floor was packed all night and our coordinator and photographer said they had never seen a wedding like that( a testament to the band and the guests). We asked them to play a recorded version of the Friday night light theme song and to our surprise they learned it and nailed it. Everyone said they had a great time. A couple people came up to me and said that they thought an iPod was playing and turned to see it was the band. We were complemented on them all night.

When I listened to tons of bands online, I found there weren't many that I thought were great. Or did the range of music I was looking for at my wedding (pop, rock, motown, swing standards, etc), until I found Broadsound. Not only did I love their demos, but they delivered at the wedding. I kept hearing how much everyone loved the band and thought they elevated the reception and really kept up the party.

The only problem I had was the person from the agency did not get the giant info packet to the band when I sent it 2 months ahead (like we were asked to). So the band leader, Aaron, got in touch with me after I talked to Nari from Entertainment Exchange, where I said I was concerned I hadn't heard from them. Aaron was very responsive once we were in contact and I gave him the packet. Good thing we didn't need any special request songs.

So band great, Entertainment Exchange? questionable. You can often hire bands through different agencies.

But above all, seriously consider Broadsound!!

BroadSound blew it out of the park for our wedding! I have never seen a dance floor packed so fast and it is thanks to BroadSound. They not only learned a few difficult songs for us (Pink Martini and James Taylor), but they did a great job of reading the crowd. Aaron was always professional and was a large reason why we went with the band. We knew that we could trust his judgement to not only MC the event in a way that matched our style, but we felt that we could also count on him to be reliable. The band is comprised of serious musicians who know their stuff and they are not just doing this as a side gig to make money on the weekends. The groom desperately wanted not only a band, but a band with several horns. We thought that this was beyond our budget until we found BroadSound. We have zero regrets about hiring them and they really made our wedding one of the most fun days of our lives! I only wish that I had more video to re-live all of the fun and amazing moments! Broadsound sounded incredible and really kept the party going with their energy. I am a professional musician and have seen and played in many wedding bands. Broadsound is one of the best I've ever seen!

Broadsound more than lives up to its name. Their stellar range of music, soulful singers, and great energy kept the dance floor jumpin' at my wedding reception. Two weeks later, our family and friends keep talking about what a fantastic sound they brought to the affair. We provided them with two songs to learn, which they performed seamlessly. If you want to throw a great party or enjoy the sound of a great band, I'd highly recommend them.

Broadsound was dope. As the name implies, the band is capable of playing a broad array of songs and genres - and playing them well. In fact, at one point a guest - who had his back to the stage - asked when the band was going to start when they were already 5 tracks into their first set. A true testament to the quality of the musicianship!

Professional, talented and communicative, they really made our wedding reception extra special. We would highly recommend them for your wedding or special event.

WOW! Talk about exceeding expectations. Aaron and his bandmates really put on a top notch performance for our wedding. The musicianship, the music selection, and the energy was more than you could ask for. Aaron personally works with you to coordinate the event and is more than helpful and willing to help you with any questions you may have through the process. They learned a song for our first dance and listened to some music suggestions to tailor the event beautifully.

If you have a fun crowd that is looking to enjoy themselves then BroadSound will deliver.

Booking BroadSound was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! They were absolutely phenomenal—they are talented musicians and singers, they engaged the crowd impeccably, and they had a rich and deep sound (due to the fact that the band has so many instruments, including brass!).

Our guests raved about the band the entire night. Countless guests came up to us and said that it was the best wedding band they’d ever heard. The dance floor was packed the whole night because the band was just that awesome! The party would not stop. The crowd went wild when BroadSound played AC/DC’s Back in Black.

The band was very versatile and did not rely on Top 40 hits. They were also happy to learn a couple more songs for us (for our introduction song and our first dance, as well as a clip for the bouquet toss—I didn’t ask them to learn more, but they probably would have!), which made our night extra-special.

The icing on the cake was that Aaron was an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the entire process—from when we first contacted the band to the end of our wedding night. Aaron was accommodating, helpful, pleasant, responsive, and organized. We couldn’t be happier with the “customer service.”

BroadSound is on point. We highly recommend BroadSound for your special day!

Broadsound was an amazing band! We are so happy we chose them for our wedding. Their variety of songs kept everyone of all ages dancing the night away! Their energy was upbeat and joyous. We truly could not have chosen a better band. The preparation was very easy and efficient. The band members were extremely talented and professional. We would highly recommend this band!

The leader Aaron was extremely responsive prior to the wedding and answered all our questions. The music selection was extensive. And the band was GREAT! The dance floor was filled all night. Even the bride and groom delayed their departure, they were having so much fun! We couldn't have been happier. I would highly recommend Broadsound.

Broadsound literally made our wedding. Everyone loved them, even our 90 year old grandparents were enjoying the music and dancing! They played a nice mix of classic jazz wedding songs, modern pop, and fun dancing music.

Aaron was very responsive to our inquiries and our unique musical requests. He really went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable with all of the decisions being made and how they set up day of.

The band was fantastic, and really were quality musicians that love music and don't just do weddings on the side to make a buck, they really enjoy playing and it shows!

Since a lot of the band are professional musicians they were of course incredibly professional during the event, my biggest worry about any band was that they wouldnt show up but not with Broadsound, from our first meeting with Aaron that went out the door and I knew they were going to be reliable. This not a band you have to worry about not showing up or wearing/playing anything inappropriate.

We booked them after they were recommended by a friend and think they are worth every penny!

This review is a year overdue, but I'd be remiss not to tell everyone about BroadSound! My father, a musician himself, was extremely pleased with the talent and overall entertainment they provided. They played the perfect variety of recent hits and other classics that kept us and our guests on the dance floor all night--it was everything we had imagined for our reception! What was most special to me was their willingness to learn and play a traditional Polish song for us. Thank you!

If you are looking for a night of your guests (and you) dancing, singing, and having an amazing time, Broadsound is the band to book. They had people on the floor from start to finish and people kept coming over to me and my wife telling us how awesome they are. Aaron and the band played "older classics" for everyone and definitely played the new fun dancing songs as the night went on. He was also able to accommodate a rather obscure father daughter dance song and requests in advance with no issue. I just wish we had more time for them to keep playing.

Needless to say, as the night ended everyone chanted: "One more song, one more song."

BroadSound was an AMAZING band. We also hoped that we'd have one of those weddings where everyone (young, old, dancer or not) was on the dance floor. Broadsound made that happen. They knew what to play when and had a great feel for the room. They fully respected and followed our song requests, and also made sure we were comfortable with the volume of the band in the room. EVERYONE commented on how amazing BroadSound was for our wedding, and we already know of one person who has booked them for their own wedding. The bandleader, Aaron, was a pleasure to work with and wonderfully responsive. Thank you BroadSound!

Booking BroadSound for our wedding turned out to be one of the best planning decisions we made. Aaron and the rest of the band are true professionals and a very tight band. They played a wide range of genres and stayed away from all the songs we told Aaron not to play (even when a few guests requested them!). Six months later, I am still getting compliments from our guests that we had the "best wedding band" that they have ever heard. My sister-in-law told me that from the other room, she thought we were playing a CD because BroadSound sounded so close to the original version.

My husband and I saw a ton of other bands prior to booking, but BroadSound just stood out as the best value. Another big plus is the almost non-existent turnover in the band members, so you know what you are getting when you sign the contract. We 100% recommend BroadSound for your wedding or event.

Everyone that came to our wedding said our wedding band was the best! No one wanted to leave the party.
We had so much fun with Aaron and the band. They played every song we requested and even learned a few songs for our first dance and entrance song. I still have friends and family asking how I was able to find Broadsound- that we really lucked out with such a great band.
The best moment of the night (we still laugh about it) was when Beyonce's song ended, all the guests kept singing. So the band started it back up again and kept playing/singing because everyone was having such a good time.

If you are considering them- go see them perform. You won't be disappointed! They are worth the value- every member of the band adds something.

BroadSound is fabulous!! Our band cancelled on us one week before the wedding, and we were given the name of BroadSound by the talent agent. Aaron Broadus, the band leader, was incredibly helpful and responsive. He called me right away when we said we were interested and went over our music likes and dislikes. The band even learned new songs we specially requested in just a few days! The reception was a blast and the dance floor was packed all night.
BroadSound went above and beyond to get up to speed. BroadSound turned an almost disastrous situation into a blessing in disguise. Thank you BroadSound!

Broadsound was the BEST! They played top 40, ballads, latin, you name it! Aaron the band leader was perfect, and felt the crowd to adjust the music accordingly. I told Aaron what the type of music I did not want to play but told him I trusted his judgement on what to play other than my small "do not play list". He executed the music perfectly. My guests commented it was one of the best wedding bands they have ever heard. A plus is the band was willing to learn our first dance song MORE for us which was not on their playlist. I could not have asked for a better wedding band. I barely left the dance floor all night....we partied until 1 am.

BroadSound is awesome. They came highly recommended to us, and after seeing them play a showcase, we knew they were our perfect wedding band. They can play any type of music, from Big Band, Oldies, and 70s, to Latin and Reggae. For our wedding however, we didn't want a few genres, so they listened to our preferences and catered the evening to our liking. I am a guitar player myself, and requested ahead of time to play a couple of songs with them, which they obliged. They made me sound really good, without even needing to rehearse. It was quite an experience and made our night.

The band is made up of professionals and is sure to entertain any room. Our guests all commented on how rockin' the band was and everyone had a great time. Only regret is not having more time to listen as guests were pulling us in different directions throughout the night. Fully recommend!

Broadsound was incredible. They truly made my wedding the amazing, fun-filled night that it was. Every single guest raved about their amazing music and the band did an incredible job keeping the dance floor full. They are a bit of an investment, but worth every penny because the band truly makes or breaks the night. They even worked with me to learn new songs to make the event special - including an old, random song that was a surprise for the father of the groom. I will forever be grateful for their incredible talent.

My daughter felt that choosing the right band for her wedding was one of her two most important decisions. So, we reviewed a lot of bands. We finally, after also getting some valued recommendations, chose BroadSound. They lived up to our expectations, keeping guests on the dance floor all night long. Guests loved the band! Great range and sound. I wish we had spent more time going over the agenda in advance, but that was probably our fault. They interrupted our first dance early.

Aaron and his band, BroadSound, made our wedding! We were so impressed with the professionalism, versatility, and talents of all the members of the band. Our wedding was a challenge as the dinner was outside and dancing was inside afterwards, but Aaron made it work perfectly. The comment we received the most from our guests was how wonderful and fun the band was. They were the easiest vendor we dealt with through the planning process. I would, without hesitation, recommend BroadSound for any wedding where you want alot of great music and dancing. They played the hits, classics, and had something to offer for everyone there.
