I just got married in Briza on the Bay last Friday (July 5th 2024) and it was the most amazing wedding ever. Nelly and her team were absolutely incredible. Everything was spectacular, all of our guests LOVED this place, the view by the ocean, the cóctel hour was outside and we had the sunset and EVERYONE told us the food and drinks were AMAZING. We are so blessed we found this beautiful place. Nelly was always so responsive and nice, her staff did an amazing job. We did our religious ceremony, cóctel hour and reception in Briza, and it was DREAMY! We had it all in once place, if you are a Bride to Be this is your best option, believe me you won’t want to have a dozen of vendors, in Briza they take care of the majority, seating, food, drinks, wedding cake, and so much more, and the quality of everything is A+. I highly recommend this place and trust me YOU NEED NELLY, she is a sweetheart and a rockstar. Thanks for everything! I will remember this day forever!! We had the best day of our lives! -

Wonderful Pre-Wedding Venue
We had a wonderful experience for our Welcome party prior to our son’s wedding at Briza on the Bay. Gerry was excellent in helping to put together our package and Nelly was wonderful at executing the details for the event. Gerry was able to work with us regarding the pricing and he, Nelly, and all the staff were professional, accommodating, and personable with them working to make our event truly memorable. The venue was beautifully set up and able to accommodate all of our guests. All the staff went above and beyond to make the party truly special and we were also thrilled that the weather was beautiful. I would highly recommend this venue for any party. -

If you’re looking for a venue.. look no further than Briza on the bay. The food, the attention to detail, the all inclusive packages..it’s a one stop shop! It’s exactly what we were looking for. But what we ended up with was way more than we expected. From our first meeting with Jerry we were already in love. But when we met Harry at the tasting it was just pure magic.. literally..! We hit it off right away! His attention to detail and his willing to chat everyday at anytime day or night was unbelievable! I honestly could not have pulled off this wedding without him! Harry and his team were super at tentative to every single detail of my wedding! Even added some Disney magic (I’m a giant Disney fan but my fiancé is not)! This was a wedding dream come true and would recommend Briza 1000%! You will not regret it! ❤️ -

We had the most perfect day & Harry & the Briza team made sure of it as he said he would!! Working with Harry was above and beyond my expectations, when the wedding party and guest rave about his attention given to us was the absolute cherry on top! Your guest will NOT be disappointed in the appetizers, main course, wedding cake or the libations(drinks)!! We ended up getting our cake from Eda’s cakes whose contracted with Briza’s package and even engaging with them was PERFECT!! As a bride, you have this vision of the day, I walked down the aisle in tears because it was an absolute dream!! When we renew our vows, I’d come back to Briza in a heartbeat!! The value and experience was well worth the price!
To the ENTIRE BRIZA team, thank you all for being professional, tentative and making the process convenient for this bride!! Harry & I are friends now forever…lol but, seriously he was our magician of the event, thank you!!! -the Linton’s -

Just amazing Night!
Working with Briza for my wedding was such a great experience. My wedding day was EPIC! Working with Harry and his team, along with my wedding planner, Vanessa Hayward Events was magical. If there was issues, I assume they were taken care of, because all I did was smile and enjoy my night with my husband, friends and family. Excellent experience…. I want to re-live the night again and again! -

What a great choice of venue. First of all the location is amazing and the atmosphere is gorgeous once they set everything up. Secondly, everyone was extremely helpful, friendly, and responsive. We wanted a do-it-all venue since we didn't have a wedding planner and are a simpler couple. Our main focus was feeding people food and alcohol and having a fun party - mission accomplished! Harry was the all-star of the occassion and made the process seamless. He went above and beyond to make sure our needs were taken care of and made our families feel special. They took a lot of stress off of our plate, and for a very fair and reasonable price. Highly recommend Briza. -

Briza is amazing !
We had our wedding at Briza last weekend. It was absolutely beautiful , and Harry did an amazing job !!! He’s amazing to work with , and makes you feel so at ease with everything that goes on with a weddjng. His staff was amazing , the place is beautiful , and everyone raved about the food and service. Harry not only attended to us , but our families as well. Briza is the best place for a wedding in Miami - you get soo much bang for your dollar too. Don’t hesitate. Book Briza and ask to have Harry be your event coordinator!! -

Briza literally waited on us hand and foot throughout the entire process. This venue included my cake from Ana Paz, open bar, 6 passed apps and 3 meal options for 60 people, all for less than 8k. I only needed to hire a photographer, florist at DJ at my own discretion. The package was wonderfulBriza on the Bay's reply:

Gerry was responsive, professional, and transparent about their dates, vendors, and pricing. My fiance and I opted for a very small dinner for our wedding, but if we were to have moved forward with a larger party, Briza on the Bay would have been it.Briza on the Bay's reply:

Amazing venue! So easy to work with and communicate with. The location was amazing and perfect for all my guests who were traveling from out of state. The food was incredible and the lighting and size was perfect! I’m so happy we picked the briza for our wedding, it was truly everything I could have dreamed of. -

What can I say about Briza? They’re the best super accommodating and the food is literally to die for I ordered the salmon for all my guests which usually I wouldn’t since I know a lot of people don’t eat fish but I had guests coming to me days later telling me that they HATE seafood and loved the salmon the apps, to the drinks to the main dinner were all to die for and don’t let me get started on the service!!! OMG OMG OMG just perfection!!!! -

Nos encantó. Quedamos fascinados con Briza desde que pedimos informe y hasta el último momento de la fiesta. Todo el personal fue muy atento y la experiencia superó nuestras expectativas. La relación precio calidad es muy buena. La calidad de los alimentos, el salón y el servicio a cliente son inmejorables. Tanto el personal como los servicios son de primera. 100% recomendado. Nosotros sólo tuvimos mes y medio para organizar la boda y en Briza fueron muy pacientes, creativos y nos ayudaron a que el evento saliera perfecto. Nos encantó hacer nuestra boda aquí. -

cannot thank Briza on the Bay enough for my cousins wedding this past August 2019. Every stage of the event process was so easy. Gerry the Director of Sales truly worked with our budget and although this was a small wedding, made us feel important and made all our requests happen. Hailey our event manager was so attentive and made herself available for all our needs like coming in on her day off for our wedding rehearsal. The Chef also worked with us on our special dietary requests and the brides wishes to incorporate edible flowers to one of the entrees and also put on a lovely dessert station. As someone whom has worked in the event industry the last ten years, I have to say that “Briza does it right!” They were a dream to work with. Wedding Planning from CA to Miami!
Planning a wedding from Coast to Coast was not an easy task. Our daughter and future son in law loved the ambiance and feel of Briza on the Bay when they visited in December. Going on absolute faith that they selected the correct venue we booked it and do not regret it! Gerry and his staff made it easy for us from start to finish with their list of recommended vendors. All very professional and top quality professionals. Went to Miami for the food tasting and vendor meeting with everyone 6 months before the wedding and all went very well. The food tasting was delicious and very thorough. The day of the wedding 6 months later everything was as discussed, planned for and all expectations met and food was as we first tasted...delicious. Nothing but compliments from all our guests, thank you Gerry and staff! I highly recommend Briza on the Bay. -

Our experience with Briza on the Bay was fantastic. There were three things we wanted from our wedding venue: a location by the water, good food, and superior service. Briza delivered on all three fronts and more.
The location on the marina is beautiful, and the venue space is gorgeous with floor to ceiling windows showing off the view of Biscayne Bay. The venue also includes a state-of-the-art sound and lighting system that saved us money on entertainment and made for an incredibly fun reception. Also, the partnership the venue has with the Marriott Biscayne Bay (where we had a room block) wound up being extremely convenient for our out-of-town guests.
We have not stopped receiving compliments on the food. Briza worked with us to create an entree that wasn't on the original menu we received (a Caribbean salmon dish that tasted amazing). We felt that the range of options for the cocktail hour and the quality of the dishes were both exceptional, and an incredible value for the price. The drinks were also delicious (Briza makes a great mojito!).
Finally, the service we received at Briza--from the initial walkthrough to the very end of the reception--was consistently outstanding. Jeannine is such a warm and friendly person and made us feel special from day one. She worked with us and our planners to get all the details right, from arranging our ever-changing floorplan just the way we wanted to bringing in the late-night bites that we requested from Islas Canarias. And Carlos, the banquet captain, and his service staff were professional, devoted, and friendly to every last guest. We've received so many compliments about the wait staff and bartenders for their attentiveness and attitudes. And our experience matched that of our guests - the team at Briza made us feel expertly cared for on our wedding day, anticipating our needs and always doing so with a smile.
We'll forever be grateful to Briza on the Bay for giving us the Miami wedding we dreamed of. We doubt there's a better wedding venue anywhere in Miami, and can't recommend Briza highly enough. Thank you Briza! -

Wonderful Wedding Day at Briza on the Bay
I would highly recommend Briza on the Bay for a wedding due to the location (close to great hotels & a beautiful view of the bay), transparent & reasonable pricing, quality of food & beverage, & relationships with other vendors.
I toured Briza after touring a few other venues and Gerry made us feel comfortable right away. He provided a lot of helpful information, and a well out together brochure including pricing and vendor recommendations. We were lucky enough to be there while one of coordinators he recommended was in site for another event. Her name is Cemone with Out of Box Weddings and we ended up hiring her as our coordinator and to install a dance floor wrap.
Working with Briza continued to be seamless as they provide almost everything most couples want for a wedding including chairs, tables, linens, glassware, dish ware, and staff on top of the food & beverages for cocktail hour and the reception. Guests raved about the food which we assumed they would enjoy following the tasting.
The accounting team & event manager at Briza were also a pleasure to work with as they were responsive and detailed whenever we had questions. Their online portal made all communication and record keeping as easy as possible. -

I had my wedding at Briza on 12/20/2020
The good:
Due to covid I was offered what I felt was a really good deal. The sales person Gerry was amazing, he answered many of my questions and gave suggestions. The staff on the day of the event was very attentive and accommodating. Briza worked hard to make our day special. Nice venue, clean bathrooms.
The bad:
The execution was not the best. Although my sister and hired coordinator did most of the refereeing there was several things that did not go well. The set up of the tables were not done properly, Nelly failed to do a pre run of the set up so the day of the wedding the set up was not done how we discussed several weeks earlier. At times I had to email several times to get a response. The cake vendor I selected Ana Paz Cakes did not taste like the the tasting and cake was very small! The food from the tasting was NOT the same taste. Food was cold and not flavorful. The worse part is the cocktail tables were left on the dance floor area so when me and my bridal party walked in we had to walk around them. Now all of my pictures on the dance floor has the cocktail tables in the background!! Looks horrible. What I was promised is not what I received in terms of execution. -

I had an event at Briza on the Bay for my daughter and accidentally left my bag under the table at the end of the night. We were the last people there with our family, and my daughter thought I had grabbed it. I realized it was missing and returned about 10 minutes later since I live nearby. My house keys, cash, and a change of clothes were inside. When I asked about the bag, I was told it wasn’t there. Based on the circumstances, I strongly believe someone working there took it. Very disappointing experience. If you value your belongings and want to feel safe leaving an event without worrying about theft, I would be very cautious about hosting an event here.
