My wife and I chose Brittney Eileen Beauty based on a recommendation by a mutual friend who will also be having Brittney do her bridal make up in 2026. Our friend met Brittney as they were both guests seated together at another wedding that took place at our wedding venue, a very small world! They got talking and our friend was sure that Brittney was a strong choice! We took her recommendation and of course did our own research as well. Right away we could tell that Brittney’s company is well run and highly organized, which we love. The example photos and information provided on her website and her brochure were basically all we needed to feel comfortable moving forward; however, as we interacted via email, we were continually impressed by Brittney’s thoroughness and how much pride she takes in what she does. She runs a very lgbt+ friendly business and even expressed excitement to work with two brides, which was so reassuring for us. Brittney also included recommendations for hairstylists in her brochure, which we thought was really cool and that is how we found our hair stylist team! (My Big Hair Day - will be posting a review for her as well)! Hair and make up worked so well as a team, many people assumed they were one big company. I would honestly recommend booking them both!
On the day of, hair and make-up arrived at the venue and there was a bit of a confusing period at the beginning while they figured out which suite they wanted to set up in and who would go first, etc. We felt a little stressed that we didn’t have all the answers, but Brittney and her assistant were super flexible and we didn’t feel any pressure from them as we figured things out and got settled into the day. Our bridal party overall was made up of women who mostly don’t know much about make up and Brittney did an awesome job making us all feel comfortable and talking through our options. She made recommendations when it made sense to and everyone ended up looking and feeling the way they hoped to. My wife and I both looked and felt incredible, if I do say so myself. I was blown away that after only providing one “inspo” picture and a little conversation, Brittney was able to make me look exactly how I wanted to look and it gave me such a confidence boost to get through the day.
*ALSO, something very important to note - early in the morning one of my bridesmaids who is a doula, learned that her client was in labor and all of her back up doulas were tied up in other births! This threw us all for a bit of a loop, but as women we really wanted to see if we could let my bridesmaid pop out to at least spend some time with this woman, as she would have otherwise been giving birth alone. The make up team did not even flinch and made it work. My bridesmaid was able to get her hair done, start her make up, drive back to Massachusetts from New Hampshire, get to the hospital, DELIVER the baby, and be back in time to get her make up finished up and be ready for pictures. Pretty crazy overall, but I most importantly want to note Brittney’s patience, understanding, and willingness to make it all work. She stayed behind when the rest of hair and makeup had left. We were already off doing our first look pictures, but Brittney met the bridesmaid in the lobby of the venue, fixed her up, and headed out. She never once made anyone feel rushed or bad, when realistically, she really could have! She didn’t even need to stay, but she said she had the time, so why not make it work. We will forever be grateful to her for that -

I found Brittney on Instagram when I was looking for a natural make-up wedding look. She is quick to respond, and very keen to set up a trial as soon as possible. Ahead of the trial, she sent me a packet with information about what to expect at the trial, and what I needed to do to prepare. When she did my first trial, we talked through the inspirational looks I had. She helped me see what was legitimate, and what was AI generated/fake. After the first trial, I was very happy. Brittney told me to let her know how the make-up lasted the rest of the day, so she could take notes on how to make sure it was great the day of my wedding. She also encouraged me to keep looking for inspiration, and to let her know if I wanted to update my look as the wedding drew closer.
5 months out, Brittney sent me an email, with a packet of information on how to best prepare my face for the day of the wedding. Originally, I had very dry skin, but on my wedding day, it was balanced. It was balanced because Brittney worked with me to make sure I had a skincare routine that would achieve the best balance possible.
Brittney also gave me a second trial, two months out from the wedding. For the second trial, we were able to make adjustments so the makeup would be a little more dramatic. It was great.
On the day of the wedding, Brittney and her team were excellent. Brittney planned for extra time, and made sure that I had enough to eat and drink. Brittney did my makeup and the makeup of my bridesmaids, and my mom. Brittney and her team worked with a range of skin tones and skin types. Each one of us looked absolutely breathtaking. We all felt so beautiful!
During the wedding day, my makeup did not move at all. Even when I cried multiple times, the makeup stayed in place. Even after I danced the night away, the makeup stayed in place. In photos of the wedding, my face looks radiant, and that is because of Brittney's skill and execution. Booking with Brittney was the best decision I could have made! You should too! -

Where do I even begin?! I feel so lucky to have been able to work with Brittney. She is extremely talented but also kind, patient, thoughtful and caring. I don't wear a lot of makeup normally and had some difficulty putting into words exactly what I wanted. Brittney was committed to ensuring I felt totally confident in my makeup going into my wedding day and spent the time with me to make sure it was perfect. I couldn't have been happier with my wedding makeup. It was honestly better than what I envisioned - I felt like myself, but elevated. I couldn't stop smiling! Brittney also took into account some particular requests that my mom had, and she continues to tell me how sweet and patient Brittney was with her. My bridesmaids looked AMAZING, and you could tell they loved their makeup because no one went and fixed anything afterwards :) Jamie (her second artist) did my grandmother's and 13 year-old cousin's makeup and she was so sweet with them. Truly I could not recommend Brittney enough and could go on and on about how incredible she is as a makeup artist but also a person! Don't delay another minute if you're considering booking her! You will not regret it!! -

I can’t share enough amazing words about Brittney. First and foremost, she’s an amazing makeup artist. I had her do my makeup at my trial, my welcome party, and my wedding, and all three looks (per my request) we’re very unique from one another - and she nailed them ALL. She took what was likely pretty minimal direction from me, and translated it into three flawless looks that were exactly what I wanted but wasn’t exactly sure how to say in “makeup speak”!
Aside from her talent, Brittney is incredibly responsive and professional. She is prepared with check-ins and questionaries leading up to the wedding day to ensure everything goes flawlessly. She’s also just lovely to be around and brought a really calming energy to some pretty hectic days!
Take this as your sign to reach out to Brittney for your wedding makeup! I cannot recommend her enough. -

Brittney was absolutely fantastic. We are so happy to have hired her for my make up (bride), as well as my entire bridal party. Even my flower girl had her “make up done” and everyone looked so beautiful. I think it was the most humid day like ever lol. Everyone was drenched just from being sweaty outside but the make up STAYED! I couldn’t even believe it. Brittney is also so fun to work with, she works great under pressure and everyone said she was so sweet. I will definitely be going to her for future make up needs. Thanks again!!! :) -

Brittney is seriously the best. Knowing what I know now I would have changed my wedding date entirely just to make sure I could have her do my makeup. Not only does she do an amazing job but the makeup lasts ALL DAY/NIGHT. She's beyond organized - I never had to worry about scheduling, payments, or anything. Brittney is the absolute BEST! I found Brittney on Instagram and had the pleasure of working with her several times throughout my wedding process, as she did my make-up for my shower, a boudoir shoot, and the wedding, so by my wedding day I literally felt like she was just another BFF there to help me celebrate my day! Also, her artistry with make-up easily makes me feel the most beautiful I've ever felt. I am now trying to find reasons to still have her do my make-up! Brittney is incredibly talented. She listens to her clients and delivers a make-up look that makes everyone feel their absolute best. Also, I have very sensitive eyes and she is still the only MUA to this day that can give me fake lashes without making me cry!!! Additionally, my wedding make-up lasted ALL DAY. I had people at my after-party (12 hours after getting my make-up done) marvel at how flawless it still looked. My advice - hire Brittney!!! She did my makeup for both my rehearsal dinner and wedding, it brought me such peace of mind having Brittney in charge of my glam for both events and she absolutely crushed it. She was everything I hoped for and more as a makeup artist for my wedding (and all my bridesmaids were also obsessed!!). She is so talented, professional, positive, and a joy to be around. I came into the process thinking I wanted one look / vibe and ended up completely changing my makeup on the wedding day from what we had done in the trial - more natural vs full glam (I went the glam route). Brittney didn't even flinch when I showed her photos and asked if we could switch it up the day of - we made a few tweaks along the way and she did an incredible job! I loved how even the glammed up version of the look I was going for still felt like me - dewy natural skin/glowy even with false lashes and a more dramatic eye. Basically, I wanted my makeup to stand out in photos and she achieved exactly that. We were all in love with our final glam and had plenty of time for touch ups towards the end. I've had my makeup done professionally many times before and am 100% confident in saying that she is the best of the best. Hire Brittney! -

I am so happy I found Britney to be my makeup artist for my wedding day! When I had come to Britney for my trial I was feeling a bit discouraged after trials with 2 other makeup artists, where I left feeling like I was given makeup looks I didn’t ask for. Britney not only listened to what I wanted, she made sure to check in and ask questions to see what my preferences were. Britney is kind, easy to talk to, and very professional. She made me feel comfortable and I left my trial feeling beautiful.
On the actual wedding day, both Britney and her assistant were extremely prompt and professional. Myself and all my bridesmaids left their chairs feeling beautiful, and everyone loved their looks! I am so thrilled I found Britney and got the chance to work with her. I couldn’t recommend her enough!

I feel so lucky that I was able to book Brittney as the MUA for my wedding. The experience was amazing from start to finish. I absolutely LOVED my makeup. Brittney and her assistant, Rafaela are amazing at what they do. My bridal party and even my mother (who I love, but is very picky) were incredibly happy with their makeup. Brittney and her team were very professional and organized, and made us all feel so comfortable. Brittney really listened and created the exact look I wanted. Brides (or anyone else that is looking for a MUA) I cannot express this enough, do not walk, RUN to book Brittney as your MUA. Trust me, you will regret it if you don’t! -

The ultimate bridal makeup experience!
Brittney deserves more than 5 stars in every which way! I call her the makeup “enchantress” because she took one or two inspiration photos I showed her and brought them to life. Every touch point I’ve had with Brittney has been beyond positive. She takes incredible care of her wedding clients from her timely communication to easy payment system to “day of” touch up kit (and more). Wedding planning can be stressful, but her professional and calm demeanor helps out bridal clients at ease. I was so happy when I finally got to meet her in person for my bridal trial because it felt like I was meeting an old friend. She made me feel and look so glamorous, and I am so grateful to her. I can’t wait for the next big event so I can work with Brittney again! -

If you want to look like a legit goddess on your wedding day (or whenever), hire Brittney Eileen Beauty! Brittney is reliable and organized. She has got it down from booking the wedding date to the trial appointment and final details. She was ten steps ahead of me, and I needed that because planning a wedding and having to wrangle all of your vendors is a hard job! Brittney made my job easy, and I knew I could count on her to arrive on time and be prepared to make me and my wedding party look STUNNING!
Booking/Inquiring: Brittney is very active on social media and always answers messages and emails quickly. I always had way too many questions for her, but she always was friendly and answered quickly.
*Look at her Instagram, TikTok, and website to see if she is the right makeup artist for you. She has a diverse portfolio and is very accommodating. I even got a few wedding party ideas from her social media.
Communication: Communication was outstanding! Brittney reminded me to book my trial session before my wedding, and she was accommodating when I wanted to change my original lipstick color.
I sent an email about COVID restrictions in the town where the wedding was taking place, and she understood. She and her team are vaccinated, and they wear masks while working.
Brittney sends a form for the bride to fill out before the wedding to see if she needs an assistant and schedules out when everyone will get their makeup done. This is super helpful when you are trying to figure out hair timing.
LOTS OF COMMUNICATION is a good thing!
Trial: I had a makeup trial for my wedding, and I did a photoshoot after, and the makeup stayed in place and intact all day. It was beautiful.
Day of: We had six women getting their makeup done, and we had to start getting ready at 5:30 AM for a 9 AM arrival at the venue (which was only about 5 minutes away). Brittney had an assistant makeup artist, Rafaela, who was also fantastic! Brittney arrived at 5 AM at the venue and arrived at our hotel room at 5:15 (She was very kind for giving us those last 15 minutes to wake up). I am not a morning person, and Brittney was the person you needed to be the calm, cheerful, smiling face at 5:30 in the morning. She was not stressed, and she had a calm presence - this is good for when you are stressed or anxious before your wedding.
Both Brittney and Rafaela did not rush with each makeup application. It was a very relaxing process, and they took their time and were very patient.
My makeup lasted ALL DAY! She even gave me a full lipstick in a cute little makeup bag to touch up with, which was SO NICE! There were a few other touch-up items in the bag, including lash glue.
I will 100% use Brittney in the future! Previously, she has done my eyelash lift and tint as well. She is doing the makeup for my friend’s wedding in the summer, and I can’t wait! She is worth every penny and is a gem of a person to work with! You will probably not find a more likable and friendly makeup artist than Brittney.

As someone who literally never wear makeup, the only direction I gave Brittney was "do something natural." She went with it and made me feel beautiful! Brittney made my experience so much less stressful! I am not one to wear makeup often and she explained everything to me as it was happening and gave me options. I booked a trial before my big day with her so we could go over things and it was definitely worth it because I was able to use it for my engagement photos! She was professional but we still had a fun time beforehand. We had a small window to do myself and my four bridesmaids in but she made it work with plenty of time to spare! Her makeup lasted throughout the ceremony, reception, and after party. I will recommend Brittney to anyone and will gladly use her services in the future! -

Where do I begin! Brittney did my make-up for my sister’s wedding, and when it came time to select a MUA for my own wedding, there was no question! Brittney was absolutely amazing and exceeded my expectations as my wedding artist! She made me and my bridal party feel absolutely stunning. She was so easy to chat with and kept me relaxed the whole day of the wedding. She was also extremely professional and organized! My wedding was a very hot day in July - pushing 90 degrees and very humid, but my make-up did not budge! I especially love the touch-up lipstick that she gave - now when I use it I get to re-live my wedding all over again - so special! -

Favorite wedding vendor :)
Once I started planning my wedding, the most important things to me were hair & makeup. I searched to find a makeup person whose style I liked and who would be a great fit for my specific makeup ideas. I'm a tough person to work with since I have lots of makeup/skin allergies and I like my makeup done a specific way, so I knew it would take a special person to understand my makeup vision. I found Brittney through Instagram and was amazed at her beautiful makeup posts. I immediately scheduled a wedding trial. She was so understanding of my skin/allergy needs and understood the perfect sun-kissed look I was going for. I loved my makeup trial so much that when I found out she was working with a photographer for milk bath photo shoots I jumped right on it. She executed the perfect dramatic/orange makeup look I was going for at the milk bath shoot. I scheduled a second makeup trial right before my wedding so my mother could also get a trial done and she was so impressed with her skills. I couldn't have asked for a more easy going, creative and sweet makeup artist on my wedding day. Myself, all of my bridesmaids and my mother loved our makeup looks. She was able to do the makeup of my dreams, perfecting all of my warm tone makeup goals and the best winged eyeliner that lasted for hours and hours of dancing! The whole day getting ready I felt as though one of my friends was doing my makeup :). I can't thank Brittany enough for creating such a wonderful atmosphere and experience. From wedding makeup to specific photo shoot looks, her talent and passion shines through her work. Thank you for making me feel so beautiful, I can't wait to book you again! -

Sara Sent on 09/03/2018Stop where you are in your search for your wedding makeup artist. Brittney is AMAZING. She will make you look like a princess on your wedding day. I know Brittney through a friend, which is how I originally got in contact with her for my wedding makeup. We set up a trial, which I combined with my boudoir photo session. I knew Brittney was good, but never imagined how good until I saw the final product. The false eyelashes made me look like a movie star. My face...flawless. I knew that she was "the one" to do my wedding makeup. On the day of, Brittney arrived early, ready to go with her assistant, who was also AMAZING. Every bridesmaid was thrilled with their makeup and I could not have been prouder to have the girls walking down the aisle looking absolutely stunning. My makeup...unbelievable. I felt like I was stepping into a fairy tale. Wedding makeup can be expensive, but after I saw how I looked, it was worth every penny. Do not skimp on this ladies. Do it right. Brittney is also extremely professional, excellent with timely responses via email and text, not to mention a kind young lady. She will work with you in terms of the look that you desire. She wants her clients happy, so good communication is key.

Ellen Sent on 07/23/2018I hired Brittney for my wedding after she was recommended to me by a friend and I was seriously impressed with the pictures that I saw her post on social media, and I couldn't be happier that I decided on her as my makeup artist. She did my makeup as well as my maid of honor, mother in law, and one bridesmaid, and she gave us all very different looks based on what our preferences were. She was able to take pictures or information that we gave her about the look we were hoping for and adapt it to work best for us. She is also great at small talk and asks lots of questions to get to know you better, which is helpful when someone is spending so much time so close to your face! I never felt as great as I did on my wedding day and a huge part of that is because of Brittney. I couldn't recommend her enough to anyone looking for the best of the best!

We did two makeup trials, so by the time the wedding came around we had locked down the look I had imagined. We did a trial for my mother-in-law as well, since she doesn't typically wear a lot of makeup and wanted to be comfortable on the wedding day. Brittney is incredibly personable, professional, and really knows her stuff. She'll listen to your requests and ask your opinion about the makeup she's using along the way. I felt beautiful on my wedding day, and the makeup lasted through hours of dancing. My bridesmaids, mother, and mother-in-law all loved their makeup. I couldn't recommend her enough!

I was not only blow away by the end results but also by the entire process. Completely professional - She showed up a few minutes early to setup her station to make sure we started right on time - she listened to any concerns or feedback each of us and made adjustments if needed. Prior to the wedding, I worked with Brittney for two makeup trials and a separate makeup lesson for everyday tips and tricks! She was extremely professional and a pleasure to work with both times. It was great to learn more about the type of makeup she'd use on my wedding and to have the opportunity to see how my skin responded to it. So when the big day came, we had a great plan in place! I have had my makeup done for multiple occasions like holidays, birthdays, engagement shoots and lastly the biggest day for me.. my wedding! The whole process went the most smooth it could get. From signing the contract to having my trial and finally Brittney traveling all the way to Lawrence to do almost my whole bridal party. Everyone looked absolutely beautiful and flawless and I received sooo many compliments throughout the night on how good my makeup looked and help up. I never really wear makeup so I wanted a more natural look and Brittney listened to exactly what I wanted and I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome. My mom and all 5 my girls were so happy with their looks for my big days well. I would highly suggest letting Brittney be a part of getting you ready for your big day!

Brittney did makeup for both my engagement photos and my wedding, and both times she completely when above and beyond anything I ever could've expected.
