The Best There Is!!!!
Choosing Brittany to be our photographer at our wedding was truly one of the best decisions we made for our day. From the very beginning, she made us feel so comfortable, calm, and genuinely cared for. On a day that can feel like it goes by in a blur, she somehow captured every little moment so beautifully- the big emotions, the quiet in-between moments, and all the details we never want to forget. Brittany means so much to our family! She has now been part of three of our family weddings, and having her there again made the day feel even more special. She has such a beautiful way of capturing every moment and she always makes everyone feel comfortable in front of the camera. Brittany was an absolute joy to work with! Upon our first meeting with her she was warm, friendly, and put us at ease. She was always responsive, cheerful, and flexible when we had to reschedule things. She made our wedding day so much fun and our pictures are beautiful! The most thoughtful, talented and wonderful photographer ever!
We honestly can't say enough good things about Brittany! First, her communication throughout the entire process was incredible—clear, timely, and always so thoughtful. On the day itself, she struck the perfect balance between offering just the right amount of gentle guidance to help us look our best, while also knowing exactly when to step back and let the natural, joyful moments unfold. It never felt staged or forced; it just felt like us, being ourselves, and she captured that so beautifully.
Her presence on the day was calming, encouraging, and professional in all the right ways. She blended in so seamlessly, yet captured every important moment and emotion with such artistry. When we got our photos back, we were absolutely blown away. The quality, the lighting, the little candid moments she caught—it was like reliving the best day of our lives all over again.

When I tell you Brittany as your wedding, engagement, special events, family memory, or just because photographer is worth every ounce I mean it.
I booked Brittany for my Oct. 2024 wedding and I don't think it could have been possible to be happier with my decision. Picture this... you're a bride who needs flexibility, clear directions, thoughtful ideas, and a whole lot of laughs... you choose Brittany... you now officially have the BEST photos possible and every step of the experience was incredible.
I felt like every interaction I had with Brittany was a breath of fresh air. For someone who is slightly awkward behind the camera with body positioning and who also doesn't like a whole like of look at the bride everyone!! moments, Brittany had adjustments every step of the way. I felt so comfortable and confident for every wedding photo. Brittany has the timeline down perfectly and even walks you through how to best experience your day. Her system to ensure your family groupings are ready for photos is so efficient and easy you don't miss a beat. She does it all!
Can we also talk about how thoughtful she is as a professional? You get a early on look book for inspiration, weekly newsletters with tips, AND she followed up with me after the wedding multiple occasions to congratulate me with her own thoughtful touches.
And finally, TIMELINE. Brittany sent me my gallery of photos so fast! Waiting 2+ months for your wedding photos... couldn't be Brittany. She is a magical! She is gifted with talent for her craft and her personable contribution to every step of my wedding was unmatched.

Having Brittany as a part of our wedding was easily the best decision we made…well, aside from me saying “Yes” when Steve proposed. She was part wedding planner, part big sister, and the true embodiment of patience with my lack of wedding planning and photography timing. As an “older” bride, I didn’t have the experience of participating in the weddings of friends and relatives that many younger gals may have had, so concepts like “The First Look” and timing with the DJ were foreign to me. Brittany provided guidance, encouragement when I was feeling a bit lost, and a suggested timeline that was spot on! She graciously modified our timeline just days before our event when I realized that “The First Look” was the right way to go. And the pictures? Absolute perfection! One relative said “These photos are AMAZING! I've seen a lot of lovely wedding photos in my time, but she really is an exceptional photographer. She really captured the beauty of the day.”
My advice to other brides:
Get the lashes!
Do the First Look!
But, if nothing else, please have Brittany as the photographer for your big day. She is incomparable! -

Amazing from start to finish!
Brittany made our wedding planning so easy! She was responsive, gave us help with planning the photo groups, flexible and fun with our first look pics and did a fabulous job during the ceremony and reception! Brittany is the BEST!
I can’t recommend Brittany enough! She’s so talented, fun, and feels like a friend! My husband and I were out of our element posing for our engagement photos but Brittany gave such great direction and made us feel so comfortable. She’s an expert with lighting. The results were gorgeous and made us so confident and excited about having her photograph our wedding! Best of all, Brittany didn’t make us wait long at all to see our photos! As we all know, the entire wedding planning process can be extremely stressful, especially choosing your photographer. My fiancé (now wife, of course) spent two months reaching out to various photographers and videographers in the central Pennsylvania area. We decided to go with Brittany Thomas Photography, let me tell you why:
Brittany was prompt in her responses but she also has a reputation for ‘authenticity’ in her work. We reviewed her prior work and we knew that this is exactly what we were looking for to capture our wedding day moments. Her prices are more than reasonable; and to be be honest, she could probably charge more for the quality of the work that she provides.
Now, lemme tell you about the actual wedding day. Brittany arrived about 45 minutes early and got right to work. Some of the best photos were photos that we didn’t even know she was taking as tbey captured the ‘little moments’ of our day.
Also, y’all gotta know this; Brittany showed up with an app on her phone that shows her which directions and locations are the best for lighting, shadows, backdrops, etc. This was evident in the final photos she prepared; we could not be happier with the quality of ALL of our pictures.
Brides (and grooms) don’t go anywhere else. Choose Brittany Thomas. -

I found Brittany through my best friend after losing a photographer I had booked over 2 years prior. The wedding was coming fast and I wasn't sure what I could find. I saw my friends gallery and knew I loved her style. In first talking to her I knew she would make the day go smooth especially for me who doesn't love being the center of attention. She is quick to respond, professional, and someone who knows exactly what she is doing. She captured captavating posed portraits and amazing in the moment reception photos. I have been telling everyone, you'll have so many great pictures while barely knowing she is even there. You cannot go wrong if you chose Brittany. -

I can't say enough good things about Brittany! I've followed her career since she started years ago so she was an easy choice for my big day! She started with helping me make an exact timeline for the big day and for a wedding dummy like me, I couldn't be more appreciative! Her photos are magazine worthy, the things she can accomplish with light is just magical. She also makes everyone feel comfortable in front of the camera. And for someone that hates having their photos taken, this was a huge deal to me. Every picture she took made me oooh and ahhh, truly worth every penny to hire Brittany! She let us know our photos would be ready in two weeks and she went above and beyond and they were ready in 5 DAYS! We were thrilled! 100% recommend for any bride to make your day easier! -

Kate Sent on 10/26/2015My #1 highest priority for the wedding was a great photographer, but I had no idea where to find the right one. Once I booked my venue (Walker's Overlook) I started browsing through wedding pictures posted to their Facebook page by photographers. Some were really beautiful, but I'd check their starting prices and feel absolutely shut down. As important as wedding photos were to me, I could not afford to spend huge amounts of money on just 1 element of the big day. Then Brittany Thomas posted an absolutely gorgeous blog post of a wedding she did at Walkers. She even mentioned that she had not met the couple or seen the venue before that day. If she could do that kind of work totally on the fly she had to be good. I was over the moon when I found out she was in our budget too!
Brittany is so sweet and does a great job of making you comfortable in front of the camera. Her pictures come out so romantic, intimate, and fun. We had a great time doing our engagement shoot at Linganore Vinyards. She links you to a full gallery of your photos so quickly! She kept in touch leading up the the wedding and sent a questionnaire to fill out to make sure she has all bases covered. She worked closely with my planner to schedule out the day so there would be time to get all the photos I wanted, but not be overwhelmed with just picture taking time. She is one of the few vendors my husband keeps commenting on: "Brittany was really nice" "Brittany did a really great job." I received a link to an online gallery of all my wedding pictures exactly 1 week after the wedding, and I am over the moon happy about how many I have to choose from and how stunning they turned out.
Early in the planning process she gave me the names of some other vendors that she recommended who worked out really great for me too (especially my planner, Sara Reynolds).
