You will not find a better wedding photographer than Britni Dean Photography. She has been an absolute dream to work with from the very beginning. After our first call, I knew she was the right fit. She takes the time to really get to know you as a couple and asks what is important to you in regards to your wedding and wedding photos among other questions. When we first met at our engagement shoot, I felt like I already knew her. She is extremely kind, funny, professional, and easy going. Our engagement shoot was SO fun, despite it being one of the hottest days in Texas that summer, and the pictures are STUNNING. We left feeling so thankful she was our wedding photographer and felt very comfortable with her. On our wedding day, she was organized, professional, and joyful which made me feel very calm. I felt like she was a friend helping me through the day while taking gorgeous photos. She even helped pin in my veil when my mom was struggling. My husband made a comment after the wedding saying, “I know she was working but it felt like she was our friend.” I could not agree more. We recently got our photos back and...WOW. I cried all the happy tears going through them. She truly captured our day so perfectly, and I feel like I am reliving our wedding in the most special and magical way when I look at them. She has a true talent for capturing such special moments and emotions. We have received countless comments from family and friends saying how beautiful our photos are. We will cherish them forever. I cannot imagine our wedding without Britni and cannot recommend her enough! I feel like we have gained a lifelong friend and photographer and feel just so thankful to know her. I highly recommend making your wedding photographer a priority and highly recommend Britni Dean Photography. -

From the first meeting to the final delivery of the full collection of pictures from the wedding, Britni was intentional, hardworking, and one of the biggest support systems for me and my husband. When looking for a photographer to capture the BIGGEST day of our lives, we were looking for a storyteller: someone who captures the emotions, details, important people, and small but important moments. We were also looking for a photographer who had naturally beautiful editing skills that look TIMELESS and CLASSIC (so that our great-grandkids someday won’t look back on the pictures and wonder what we were thinking)! These were the reasons we chose Britni - she embodied all we ever dreamed of for our wedding photographer. From our proposal shoot, to the engagement shoot, to the bridals, and then the wedding, Britni made it comfortable for us to be in front of the camera. She knows exactly what to say to make the joy and love in the pictures as natural and true as possible. Not to mention she has the BEST jokes that will actually make you do that *throw-your-head-back* laugh ;) One memorable experience we had with Britni during the planning process was a specific phone call. It was just a couple of weeks before the wedding and she asked if we could chat for a few minutes. That conversation consisted of encouragement, a blessing, and an opportunity for me to ask her any questions that she might could answer so that our worries would be small to none! I remember tearing up multiple times throughout that call because I realized that I not only found the PERFECT photographer, but a forever friend that spreads the light of Jesus. THIS is what sets her apart from the other photographers you might be considering. She is not in it just for the paycheck - she INVESTS in you and your day. She sees this job as her Christian mission and not just a way to get food on the table. She is a gift. Our wedding photos were everything we could have asked for and more. She was able to capture details of the wedding that we were unable to experience because of the busyness of the day! She captured all of the emotions and the presence of Jesus in that space throughout the day. She is WORTH it. You’re probably going to end up crying after the entire experience is over because you realize that you made a forever friend - but don’t worry, her intentionality lasts years and years after the wedding is over. Britni is the way to go!!!! -

Just stop your search here -- you can't find anyone better than Britni to capture your most important day!
She will treat you like you're the only wedding on her books. She is so kind, patient, and incredibly creative. She will even tell you cheesy jokes during your shoot to get the most genuine smiles and laughter. My wedding party loved her too!
Also, we got our wedding preview the first night of our honeymoon. We were in love with her pictures already!

If your hope and desire is for your wedding day to be captured authentically and joyfully, for your planning process to be stress-free, detailed, and calm, and for your photographer to be someone who is not only immensely talented but absolutely understands the tenants of customer service and caring for her clients, you can stop your photographer search with Britni.
My fiancé and I were one of the many couples affected by COVID-19. Our ceremony shifted from being a 100 person occasion, to an intimate backyard ceremony with only 15 people. Through this change, Britni edited our timeline accordingly and truly made the evening one that we will never forget.
Aside from her photography talent, which I believe speaks for itself, I’d love to share the top 5 reasons I am Britni’s #1 fan!
1. Britni’s photography services come with timeline planning assistance, accounting for ideal outdoor photo lighting, average timelines based upon her experience, and personal needs.
2. Everything, and I mean everything, Britni does is intentional. Including extensive communication and a family dynamics survey to ensure maximum comfort for everyone involved!
3. I know for a fact that she views photography as her calling and an opportunity to serve. The week before our wedding, we found ourselves unable to get our hands on sparklers for the grand exit. One text to Britni and she worked her magic. She somehow acquired just enough sparklers for us & did not charge us a dime.
4. Britni’s day-of presence is one of calm leadership. She directed us perfectly, while giving us space, making small suggestions when she felt it was appropriate, and letting us simply live in the moment while she captured it.
5. Most importantly, she shared our vision for creating a day that was intentional, peaceful, meaningful, and purposeful - rooted in love and family.
Run, don’t walk, to book Britni for whatever occasion you have a desire to have captured for a lifetime. -

Love britni!
This review is LONG overdue. We got married at the height of pandemic hysteria in April 2020, and luckily had Britni booked for our wedding. We already knew she was incredibly talented with both digital and film photography - as you can see by her website portfolio and Instagram account - but we wanted to work with her because we knew from our experience with her for my brother’s engagement and wedding that she has a knack for making everyone comfortable in front of the camera. Still, neither of us believed we are very photogenic, so we were nervous about our engagement photos. We met Britni in Austin, and once we got started Britni helped us to relax and pose naturally, but in a flattering way. Our photos turned out great - we were so pleasantly surprised that we didn’t look awkward and goofy in all of them. After that, we just stopped worrying we’d look weird in photos, because we knew Britni would make sure they turned out well.
We got closer to April, Britni checked in every so often, and we expected all to go as planned until about 3 weeks prior. Things started to become evident that the pandemic wasn’t going away, and Britni checked in with us about every week just to see how we were doing and if plans had changed. In the end, we decided to still get married on our chosen date with all the precautions and only our immediate family, best man, MOH, officiant and Britni, and we’d worry about a big party later. We had to work hard at narrowing down the list of people we could have with us that day, but we absolutely had to have Britni. We knew we’d want photos to keep forever, but we truly just love being around her - she brings a sense of peace and joy with her as she works!
Britni went above and beyond to make our day special. I don’t want to list out every little thing she did for us, because 1) if you are her client she will sometimes surprise you with sweet little things and 2) she really did so much out of the ordinary in an extraordinary circumstance, but know that Britni is SO good at the personal touches.
She was so good about working with us as we planned a small reception/celebration for our extended family and close friends for August.
All of our photos are fantastic, and they really are the best things we have from the wedding, besides our marriage and our rings. She has a talent for capturing people’s emotions and natural beauty - we have great photos of us and all our loved ones to hold onto. We feel like we have a family photographer for life, and it’s been so fun to share in her life and invite her into our families’ lives. We plan to get our all of our photos done with her as long as she will take them. I can’t stress enough that if you do one thing during your wedding planning - make your photographer a priority, and if you can find a date that works for her, book Britni Dean Photography. -

From my very first conversation I knew that Britni was the one! She is so kind, helpful, creative and patient.. When problems came up with our ceremony location, Britni was quick to help and send alternative timelines.. She was compassionate and quick to jump in and help solve the problem. Britni did an amazing job blending our Indian and American culture in photographs. Her photos are so creative and natural and so memorable. My grandmother is currently battling cancer and due to the quarantine situation in India. I don’t know if I will get to see her again. The photos that Britni captured of our family will be cherished forever. We are so thankful for her talent and creativity. We also got our wedding preview in quickly and we LOVE our wedding album. Britni will go above and beyond for you and will seamlessly capture your wedding. -
