A One-of-a-Kind Artist Who Truly Cares
Sam is truly talented at creating one-of-a-kind photos, weaving natural elements and moments together in a way that feels uniquely you, and goes above and beyond by lending a hand with anything that keeps the day running smoothly.
As the only photographer on our wedding day, Sam was a powerhouse and successfully organized an 18-person bridal party while also helping to wrangle almost 10 kids. He also managed a group sparkler moment that doubled in size at the last minute, and then a group photo with all 150 guests … perfectly within the amount of time it takes to serve dessert.

Bright Light Studios handled both our photography and videography for our wedding on 10/17 and saying they exceeded our expectations is an understatement. From the very first email, Sam was extremely professional, responsive, and genuinely invested in making our vision come to life while also being flexible and willing to work within our budget.
We first worked with them for our engagement shoot and the photos were stunning, so we already knew we were in good hands. But on our wedding day? They completely crushed it! The team was organized, calm, creative, and somehow everywhere at once without ever feeling intrusive. They made us feel comfortable, hyped us up, and captured every moment so naturally.
And the best part? The very next day we already had behind-the-scenes clips, sneak peek photos, and a mini video reel, all of which were unbelievably good. Like movie-trailer good. Our family and friends are still talking about it.
We are beyond happy we chose Bright Light Studios and truly cannot recommend them enough. If you want a team that is talented, professional, fun, and delivers pure magic, book them. You will not regret it!! -

Sam and his team were GREAT, and very kind and patient!! Not only did Sam figure out how to get in during the Jersey City Marathon on our wedding day, which was a surprise to us all, he ensured that all of the photos went well with any issue that arose. He was able to make it to the Hotel (right in the middle of the marathon!!) for getting ready photos, and ensured we had the perfect amount of time to take pictures in Liberty State Park before our beautiful venue at Maritime Parc. Sam continued to be so supportive, took amazing photos that we will treasure forever, and it turned out to be a perfect day! From getting ready, to dancing, to New York City Background photos from Maritime, he captured it all!!! I would highly recommend him to anyone who would like trustworthy photography! -

Best vendor choice ever
Where do I start?! Me and my husband had the privilege of having Sam as our engagement and wedding photographer. I cannot say enough nice things about him and his team. Sam went above and beyond to make our special day even more special. He was timely, patient, accommodating, exceptionally professional and just simply amazing at what he does. We got our engagement shoot photos back the same day and our wedding preview photos in just 2 days! Sam even put together a folder of hundreds of Instagram boomerangs from our wedding and sent that to us as well. I’m excited to be able to relive our perfect day through the perfectly captured photos and videos. Huge thank you to Sam and the BLS team for making our wedding picture perfect. Seriously, look no further. We hired Sameh as our photographer for our 8/21/2022 wedding. Sameh is a wonderful man and truly a professional in his field. He instantly was able to put everyone at ease. I simply cannot recommend him enough! A wedding always seems to go by so quickly and Sameh pictures allow me to relive the day. His pictures capture the love, joy and spirit of the day. Sameh was amazing start to finish. As soon as he showed up earlier than expected (was so happy about) he got right to work to make sure he maximized our experience. He was completely transparent every step of the way and worked with us to make sure we had everything in place for the wedding to run smoothly. And it couldn’t have gone better. We met and spoke to a few photographers, Before choosing a photographer and videographer for our wedding on 2/18/22. From the moment I spoke to Sam by phone, he was genuine, explained everything in detail, was knowledgeable, and professional. We of course booked him for our big day! Sam and his team shot our engagement photos and he made us feel so comfortable and he was funny. He knew how to capture photos only the way a true professional could.
On the day of our wedding, Sam arrived with his team on time and ready for buisness. He knew the shots I really wanted and made sure to capture them. He and his team were prepared and wasted no time which was important to us because we did not want to miss cocktail hour. Sam continued to be witty and made my bridal party, our parents, and the groomsmen feel comfortable! Both photographers and videographers worked hand in hand and it worked out amazingly.

Amazing Team!!
Sameh and his team are absolutely incredible. My husband and I used Bright Light Studios for our engagement photo shoot and wedding this summer. Not only did the pictures come out amazing but Sameh was so professional, creative and kind. We were an hour late to our engagement shoot and Sameh waited at the location patiently and made sure to stick around longer to ensure we had a complete photo shoot. We loved the photo shoot location and he definitely knew the lay of the land and how to get all of the right pictures.
When it came time for our wedding, Sameh helped us plan out all of the details. We talked on the phone, texted, and emailed everything to make sure we had a solid schedule. I felt like he was our photographer AND event planner at the same time lol Him and his team have a lot of experience and made sure to cover everything that was important to us. We look forward to booking with them for all of our photography needs and future events. I can’t recommend them enough, overall 10/10 experience. -

A perfect experience
Let me just start off by saying I am beyond grateful to have found this photographer. The past year has been rough for everyone with covid around, Sam was absolutely AMAZING to say the least!! I had to postpone my wedding not once but twice during the pandemic. He went above and beyond to assure we got exactly what we wanted both times and kept us so calm during the entire process. Fast forward to our wedding day which was 05/29/21 sam showed up two hours early for our wedding out of the goodness of his heart for us and stayed the entire night from 12pm-12am which was not on our contract! We only paid for ten hour coverage. Working with him was so easy he makes you instantly feel comfortable and he's hilarious and will have you laughing the entire day. I'm so glad I chose this photographer his work is gorgeous and I'd do it again a million times !!!!! -

5 Stars isn't enough to represent the amazing work that Sam and the whole Bright Light Studios team did for our wedding. Since the moment we got in touch with Sam, he made the whole process seamless from start to finish. Our original wedding was postponed because of covid, and everything after that fell apart. Sam was the first vendor to reach out to my wife and I to make sure that everything was okay, and gave us all the information we needed to plan ahead.
When we met Sam for our engagement shoot, he was extremely natural and comical. He made us feel like there wasn't even a camera in front of us. He captured our love and humor through his photography. There wasn't one picture that we disliked after he showed us the following day.
The following weekend was our wedding day. Sam knew how much we had gone through to get to that day, and he was able to utilize our emotions to capture the perfect pictures. Sam had called us a few days prior to walk through the day of the wedding, and gave us some advice as far as what he has seen in the past with timings. All of the wedding party members felt the same comfort working with Sam as we did.
On a day that is extremely stressful for both bride and groom, Sam never hesitated to send a random funny text to us throughout the day just to brighten up the mood. I appreciate Sam and the whole Bright Light Studios team for making our wedding the most memorable and amazing night of our lives. We look forward to working with him again in the future for when we start our little family :)

I just wanted to leave a five star review for Sam and his team. My husband and I recently used bright light studio for our wedding in May. Sam was professional and easy to deal with during this whole process. He very responsive since our first contact.
Sam is a very talented photographer. The pictures I have seen this far have been nothing less than spectacular and breathtaking.
I was expecting our pictures to be ready in 2-3 months. To my surprise, they were ready less than 3 weeks after our wedding!
I would highly recommend using same with bright light studio for your wedding or future event. -

Amazing! Bright light studio is the best!
My husband and I got married April 1 and let me say, Bright light studio has made my wedding experience beyond amazing! Sameh and his team was extremely patient and understanding, had our photos and videos ready in such a short time, extremely creative with the photos and pricing was decent. We also used Sameh for our engagement and proposal and all the pictures were beautiful and made the proposal extra special! We will definitely be using Sameh and his team for all our special events! -

First of all, if you don’t book BrightLightsStudio studio for your wedding photos or any event in your life then you missed out on the best photography/videography you’ll everrr have!! Sameh and his team are SO kind and soooo professional
My husband and I booked BrightLightsStudio for our wedding and Sameh made everything run so smoothly and we felt so comfortable working all together ! We also took engagement pictures and the photo shoot was much fun! We were planning our wedding through a pandemic and Sameh never ever failed to exceed all our expectations. If you are thinking of hiring Sameh and his team as your wedding photographer/videographer, don’t give it another thought. We got married during the COVID-19 pandemic and were struggling to find a way to keep our guests safe while still having the wedding we wanted. Sameh was the most understanding and flexible vendor we could have asked for. He checked in with us throughout the planning process, gave us an amazing engagement photoshoot, was always available by text/email/phone, and did not hesitate when we had to move our wedding indoors five hours before the wedding. Him and his team are the funnest people to work with and were punctual and made sure we got all the photos we wanted. During the wedding, Sameh was there to take any pictures that we needed without us even thinking or looking for him. He had our pictures ready within a few weeks which is so amazing and to top it off, the pictures were magical and better than I would have ever imagined. I recommend him hands down! -

To be honest, this was the best investment that my husband and I made towards our wedding! Truly, the most professional, yet down to earth family atmosphere service ever! Sameh is God sent to every couple when it comes to capturing their essence, their story, and their love for one another, without putting pressure on them to be “models” just posing for a shot! His work and his personally speak for themselves and show impeccably in his masterpieces! And yes, he can pretty much do anything.. I mean he actually had a dragon and a wolf in our GOT themed engagement shoot.. what more can you ask for! I’ve followed their work for years before I got engaged and always said “I will book him one day” and I sure made it happen. It’s not only about the beautiful work they produce, it’s their work ethic !! Sameh is so passionate about his work. He takes the time to explain what he will do during a shoot just so you fully understand the concept and technicality behind it all. I liked knowing the motive behind every shot because it helped me pose better and understand, instead of me just smiling aimlessly not knowing what my photographer is trying to achieve. Also, on my wedding day Sameh and Shazia were attentive in every way. Shazia is super kind and helpful she always made sure I was calm and collective. They worked perfectly with timing, and Sameh knew when to grab my husband and I for the most PERFECT SHOTS ! He truly captured every moment, and I loved that my guests were getting much attention from Sameh as he captured all their perfect moments too! Nonetheless they are so wonderful to be around, they’re both outgoing and funny I never stopped laughing around them. I’m trying to find any excuse of an occasion just to work with them again lol. While other companies pressured you into signing contracts and pay no mind to easing your uncertainty, the team at bright light made sure that they were tailoring their services to fit our style and customized the perfect package for us. We started off doing our engagement photo shoot with them, needless to say it is awkward to pose and I had reservations thinking it would be forced. The team at bright light had us laughing the whole time and went out of their way to make sure they understood our personalities and captured the goofy nature of my husband and I’s relationship. The team captured our personalities perfectly and created a beautiful product we can preserve forever. The turnaround time for the engagement and wedding photos were so impressive as well, he had the proofs ready for us within days. Moving onto the wedding we were already so impressed with what the team has done with the shoot and I met with them the week of and they created an entire itinerary for us to make me feel so at ease knowing what will happen when. I cannot emphasize how important it is to work with someone that is not only talented but makes it a point to get to know your style and what you define as beautiful. Bright light did this and more. I never noticed how my husband looks at me and I’m so grateful the team was able to capture this momentous occasion for us. I am always looking back at the photos after the wedding and it just speaks to the team’s talent that they were able to capture key reminiscent moments that makes me feel like I am there all over again just in one photo. I am so excited to see the video because each time I think bright light cannot improve further, they continue to surprise us with their beautiful final products.
