  Delicious Cake

  Darlene was so amazing and flexible when we asked for cupcakes instead of a huge cake. She let us pick about 10 cupcakes with 5 different flavors and they all came out amazing. She invited us to her house to taste test every flavor before we picked and sent us home with leftovers!! The perfect desert to end a perfect day!

  The BEST cake lady!!

  Chef Casey is the BEST!!! I cannot say enough amazing things about her and her cakes. The whole experience with her from start to finish was over the top awesome. Our experience started with Chef Casey at her own personal home, which was so much fun! It felt very personal tasting cake at her dining room table and sipping champagne out of her crystal while we did it. We loved the whole tasting experience and had a lot of trouble deciding which flavors we wanted at our wedding because they were all FANTASTIC!!! We ended up having three different flavors at our wedding, and then getting a fourth cake made for a wedding after party the day after our wedding. Chef Casey was so much fun, and totally captured who my husband and I are (cat lovers) by suggesting we add some cat figurines in a discrete spot behind some flowers on our wedding cake. It was just perfect! We loved that personal touch. Lastly, what we loved about her cakes were how they didn't taste like your typical wedding cake. They tasted home made and were so full of flavor! Book her now!! You will not regret it!!

  Book Chef Casey NOW!!! She creates the most delectable cakes while also creating beautiful style! She is one of a kind and genuinely wanted to be a special part of our day. Her cakes are delicious, unique and so much fun! Working with Chef Casey and brainstorming ideas for my wedding was the best vendor meeting I ever had! She is an artist and one of the warmest humans you'll ever meet, I highly recommend her for any event, she is truly the best!

  Best cake in the whole world

  LITERALLY THE BEST CAKE EVER. Casey is so nice, cheerful, helpful, caring, and the best baker on the face of the planet! Not to mention an amazing artist!! We did a faux cake with one real tier and 3 sheet cakes (4 flavors)! The design was gorgeous and everything I never knew I wanted. It fit with our decor seamlessly. Her cake is the best cake I have ever had the privileged of putting in my mouth and was a hit with the guests, several told me that they secretly had one of each flavor! I will go back for other events in the future.

  Casey was an amazing baker to work with. She only takes on 2 cakes per weekend so she is really invested in her cakes and clients.
  
  For our tasting, we went out to her house and she made us like 14 different flavors to taste from. They were all delicious! If you are choosing a cake based on flavor alone, Casey's cakes will win HANDS DOWN. I even went to our venue's open houses to get tastes of Casey's cakes again throughout our wedding planning process even after I booked her.

  Our experience with this vendor was one of our favorites during the whole planning process. Casey runs her business out of her own home and does all of the baking herself, and her dedication to her craft shows. She invited us out to her ranch home in the Texas hill country to try some cakes. We went into it thinking it would be like any other tasting, with tiny bites of cake and a bit of icing to spread on ourselves, but we were blown away with the reality. Casey had woken up at the crack of dawn that morning to bake me, my fiance, and his mom 9 different full size cakes to try. For each tasting, we each got a full slice, making it way more representative of what it would be like on the actual day in terms of appearance. Not only were the cakes beautiful, they were delicious! And they were incredibly creative. I really don't like fake fruit sauce, and Casey wouldn't dare using anything like that! She incorporated real fruit pieces in her frosting and gave us many delicious combinations to try, from white chocolate raspberry to creme brulee with strawberry, cookies n' cream, homemade "Snickers", chocolate cappuccino, and even bourbon and bacon! Every single cake we tasted was so delicious, which made for an incredibly difficult decision! We ended up opting for a 3-tiered wedding cake and customized each layer to be a different flavor, and we also got a chocolate raspberry groom's cake that was heavenly. We didn't expect to be as excited about the cake on our big day as we were, but Casey's delicious cakes made us dreaming of them leading up to our big day! Not only is Casey great at what she does, she is also super friendly and personable and kept us laughing and entertained the whole time we were at her lovely home. On our wedding day, people couldn't stop raving about the cake. It came out beautifully, simple and elegant, and tasted delicious. We feel that we got a great price for such an amazing product. We completely recommend Casey and Bride's Table!!

  How do you not book the woman who invites you into her home to do your cake tasting!??! That's what we felt after meeting Casey and eating about 12 cakes one evening. Casey is the most genuine, loving, and caring woman, and creates the most DELICIOUS and beautiful cakes! After doing a tasting at another cake shop, we knew she was the one we had to have make our cake. She is super easy to work with, incorporates your ideas with what she knows about wedding cakes, and creates a masterpiece in your price range. We are still talking about how we didn't eat enough of her cake at the wedding day and may have to have her make us another before our 1 year anniversary. Her cake is the freshest, most beautiful, and most importantly made with love from her home. This is the cake you want for your wedding day.

  I absolutely LOVED our wedding cake and grooms cake made by Casey Rogers. She was so great at the taste testing, had so many DELICIOUS flavors to try and really worked with what we were wanting to spend. She was flexible and was very responsive to our emails. When it came to the big day our cakes showed up more beautiful and awesome than I ever could've imagined. She is sweet, her cakes are delicious,and she can cater to your budget...what more could you want for your big day?

  Bride's Table made absolutely incredible cakes for our wedding. My husband and I had both a bride's cake and groom's cake (both turned out absolutely incredible--Casey is a true artist!), as well as several sheet cakes that were served sliced. We had four flavors total, all of which were extremely unique and delicious (e.g. Shiner Bock cake with Jameson whiskey ganache, pralines, and caramelized bacon). Casey is also a delight to work with--very kind and helpful. She also offers the best bang for your buck in the Austin area!

  I have been to many weddings. I have eaten many cakes. Trust me when I say that Bride's Table is the BEST cake baker in Austin.
  
  My fiance and I went to a few bakery tastings and had lackluster experiences. However, when we visited Darlene, we were treated as guests in her beautiful home. She took us in and really talked to us about what we wanted for our wedding, while supplying us with plenty of cake to try! It felt less like a business meeting and more like a visit with an old friend. And the cakes--oh my goodness. So light and airy but full of flavor, homemade and delicious. Partway through the tasting, my fiance and I shared a look because we knew that, no matter what she quoted us, we were going to have to pay it. It was just that good!
  
  Luckily, Darlene is very sensitive to a bride's budget, and worked with us to get us something that we would love, yet wouldn't break the bank. She also managed to squeeze in a decadent groom's cake without breaking a sweat. We were sold completely.
  
  The day of the wedding, we realized that we had actually ordered more cake than we needed for our small guest list. However, everyone LOVED both cakes, and with people grabbing seconds and thirds, we barely had any left at the end of the night. It was a huge success! We're already planning to order another (smaller) cake from her for our one-year anniversary.
  
  I can't recommend her enough. She was so kind, professional, and clearly loves what she does.

  I was very happy meeting with Brides Table she was very accommodating and personalized my wedding cake to exactly what I was looking for. She is reasonably priced and has so many different flavors to choose from. I do not like cake and she made a white chocolate cake for me that I actually love. I am very excited to see my cake as well as the grooms cake on my wedding day!

There is nothing she won't do for her brides! :) I told her that my husband LOVES cookie cakes and all of the sudden she had the most wonderful idea for the groom's cake/table (because we had nothing in mind... decisions decisions)! She even took on an extra role when it came to providing stuff for the groom's table! She knew just how to make this part of the planning a breeze! She also has wonderful advice - having an icy-hot patch under your dress will SAVE your night!
  
  All in all, she makes delicious cakes with gorgeous designs and has a personality to compliment her business! And if I may recommend - her Praline cake is mouth watering!!! And you must all have a Shiner Bock BACON Cake at your wedding... I kid you not...!!!!!

  We want to thank Casey for providing us with amazingly tasty and beautiful cakes for our wedding! My fiancé and I met with Casey 10 months prior to our wedding. She welcomed us into her home for our tasting and allowed us to taste a number of different cakes to determine what we wanted for our wedding. She also let us take home the left overs to continue to try and taste within the privacy of our own home! She was so creative in the design process and even took the design from my lace wedding dress and incorporated it into our cake. We ended up having three different cakes for our guests to choose from, and they were all delicious. The execution of the cakes were absolutely perfect and we couldn’t have asked for better cake on our wedding day! We were able to bring home the leftover cake and enjoyed it for a few days after our wedding! I would highly recommend Casey at Bride’s Table for your wedding cake. And we thank her for opening her home to us and making beautiful and delicious cakes for our wedding!

  When we met her to do our tasting, she brought out more than we asked for because she "didn't want us to miss out on a good one". We loved everything that she made and even ordered a second cake for our rehearsal dinner because it was so incredible.
  
  I HIGHLY recommend her chocolate orange cake and the Bacon/Shiner Bock/Whiskey cake. It sounds a little crazy, but it was so mouth waveringly delicious!
  
  I came to her with a photo of something that I liked, and within minutes she had a sketch and we got exactly what we wanted--even better than the photo!

  Brides Table has the most delicious cakes I have ever tasted. Casey made our cake tasting so fun too. The White Sour Cream with Crème Brulee and Fresh Strawberries filling cake and the White Sour Cream with fresh blackberries filling were delicious!!! For the wedding cake, Casey created a design that matched the lace on my daughters dress! And the grooms cake she created was so amazing. It was a campfire with flames. I highly recommend her for not only gorgeous cakes but so delicious too.

She provided adivce on what mixed well together but let us make the final decision. The day of the wedding she was right on time to deliver the cake and set it up beautifully on the table with the flowers.   Darlene Casey Rogers, owner, was very responsive and courteous when I met her at the Bridal Extravaganza. Her cake samples were very delicious and tasty without having the taste of sugar. After tasting other vendor samples, Bride's Table was my choice of preference. I immediately informed my daughter and fiancé to do a taste test and they too choose Bride'a Table. I would highly recommend Bride'a Table to all future brides.

  I first met Casey through the wedding show in Austin at the events center. We tasted a whole bunch of cake that day and Casey's offerings stood far above the rest! My mom and I knew immediately we needed to set up a tasting. She welcomed us into her home for the tasting and had a variety of cake flavors available for us. She showed us both photos and prop cakes she had created while we discussed design options for both a wedding cake and the grooms' cake. I loved that she only took on 1-2 weddings per weekend as I knew she would give our cakes a great deal of personal attention. Following the tasting, we paid a deposit and continued to email back and forth about designs and flavors before settling on the final plan. Our wedding cake was a beautiful white on white, round, 4 tier cake. Only one tier was actual cake as she offered to do two large sheet cakes for the guests slices, which were cut out of sight, and this saved a lot of money. The wedding cake was two flavors, white cake with a fresh blackberry filling and then tiramisu cake. Both outstanding! My husband's cake was a red velvet round cake topped with a replica of his Texas A&M ring made entirely from fondant. We could not have been happier!

  Cake with bacon on top. That's really all I need to say!! Miss Casey is adorable and so fun to work with- and she happens to make the most delicious cake there is. And, like I said, cake with candied bacon on top, you cannot GET any more delicious than that!! I still have people raving about our cake. Though we opted for a very simple design (wanted that Texas rustic feel), she is extremely creative and capable to do MUCH more. She was on time (brought the cake herself), the cake held up beautifully (didn't squish down), was super flexible, and really fun to work with. HIGHLY recommend.
