Rosanne was absolutely awesome! With the pandemic, I delayed my wedding by a year.. I had the trial almost 2 years ago, but somehow she KILLED it with my hair and makeup day of. The hair was absolutely amazing (I received SO many compliments) and the makeup was wonderful! We talked over a few changes we wanted and she listened and adjusted accordingly.

Rosanne did an incredible job on my makeup. I appreciated having a trial to work out what I wanted so that they day of could go smoothly. She did a nice job on my bridesmaids as well. She encourages bridesmaids and anyone else such as moms, to come with photos of exactly what they want so that she can dive right in rather than having to spend the time talking about it first (there's not much time day of and you - the bride - need a lot of it for yourself!). I encouraged my bridesmaids to do this but I should have made sure that they were going to do this to help with time management. I would absolutely recommend Rosanne to any bride. -

Simply put, Rosanne is absolutely incredible! Rosanne did my lash extensions a few months ago before my bridal shower and I have had them filled multiple times before my bachelorette party as well as wedding day...and they are AMAZING! Rosanne also did my hair and makeup for wedding day, as well as my bridesmaids and flower girl, and everyone looked and felt absolutely beautiful. On wedding day, Rosanne and her assistant Shannon were a joy to be with and brought a very calming presence to the day, which was greatly appreciated! If you are looking for someone for lashes, or to make you feel beautiful on your big day, I can't recommend Rosanne enough! -

Rosanne is simply spectacular! From the makeup/hair trials to the wedding day, she was professional and an extremely calming presence. All of my bridesmaids loved their looks and both the makeup and hair looked fresh come the end of the night. I have never felt more beautiful than on my wedding day and that’s in large part due to Rosanne making the look of my dreams come to life. I highly recommend her to any and all brides -

Rosanne is truly talented and has an eye for creating beautiful hairstyles that fit you! I was very concerned that my curly, thick hair would be unmanageable for most, but I was SO impressed right from the start. I told Rosanne my idea, and she truly ran with it! I was nearly in tears after the hair trial, and I knew immediately I would hire her! Rosanne is super friendly, great value, and has great availability! She did a wonderful job on my mother's and maid of honor's hairstyle. She's definitely top notch and I would hire her in a heartbeat! -

Rosanne was amazing. I am EXTREMELY picky with hair and makeup, I never do my hair or makeup at home really but I have had both professionally done around 30 times in my life by a ton of artists so I know what I like and what I don't like. Prior to finding Rosanne, I did another trial and wasn't happy at all. It felt very simple and not bridal. So I kept looking, and saw Rosanne's reviews. I did a trial with her 13 months out, she came to our house which was so nice of her to go all the way to Longmont to see, and I was so happy without giving her much direction. I booked her on the spot for me, my mom, my husband's mom and stepmom, and my 9 bridesmaids. I did another trial 1 month out, and brought her 26" extensions. She did an awesome job, I was so happy and never felt more like a princess than I did on our wedding day. She gave me advice on my skin & hair for what to do the day of and night before the wedding (basically moisturize a ton - which I did and it helped). My makeup lasted all day & all night, as did everyone else's. She had to bring 3 other artists (I was very picky & specific about not having to get ready any longer than 10-4). The other 3 women did an amazing job, no one was unhappy when the wedding came with their look. Our pictures came out awesome, everyone felt super pampered. Rosanne was easy to communicate with the whole time via email & text, which I really appreciated. She is truly an artist and is so sweet, I felt like I really knew her by the time our wedding day came which made me feel even more secure. Rosanne and her team were unbelievably professional and efficient, and on your wedding day one of the most important things is no added stress. They got there EARLY (yeah...that's amazing!) and finished right on time. -

Rosanne is a very talented hair and makeup artist! I got married at Spruce Mountain Ranch in Larkspur, and she did my hair and makeup, along with the majority of my six bridesmaids hair and makeup. I was absolutely thrilled with how beautiful my hair and makeup was, and my bridesmaids also looked amazing! Rosanne was very professional, quick to respond, and on time! I would highly recommend her to any bride! -

I had a small destination wedding in Granby, CO (17 hours from home!) so when I was searching for someone to do my hair and makeup, I was kind of taking a shot in the dark! I looked at dozens of vendors and kept going back to Rosanne's website - the photos were exactly how I wanted my hair and makeup to look. Rosanne worked with me to fit my budget, and also agreed to travel to the location we were staying (I think it was around a two hour drive, one way, for her!). She arrived fully prepared - even had a nice big chair for me to sit in. She took the time to listen to what I wanted, and without much direction, executed the look perfectly. My makeup was flawless and didn't budge all day, even with light rain. My hair was stunning too! I have honestly never felt more beautiful than I did on that day, and it was thanks to Rosanne's talent. I would hire her again in a heartbeat!!!

Jennie Sent on 06/08/2018Rosanne was the most perfect fit to do my hair and make-up, my maid of honor's, and my two junior bridesmaids hair and make-up for my wedding on May 18, 2018. She also came very highly recommended from a good friend of my husband's which was a plus! From the practice trial-run to the day of wedding chaos, Rosanne was so calm and paid every attention to detail for all four of us. She made two teenage girls feel like princesses, and they absolutely loved their hair and make up! She made the getting ready part of our day so special and so much fun. She made me beautiful on my very special day and listened to my wishes of a soft, natural look. I could not be more proud. Still waiting on the professional pictures! Thank you Rosanne, I cannot thank you enough for sharing your talent. This girl can do anything!

They remained upbeat and positive through 5 bridesmaids, my mother, and myself (the bride). Everyone looked AMAZING--exactly how I pictured their hair and makeup. We had some really fun boho-inspired hair styles that they executed perfectly. Everyone looked so beautiful/glam. Like stars. Sooooo pretty! Thanks ladies!!! -

I had a practice session a few days before my wedding which really put me at ease. I went into my practice session with just an idea of what I wanted and I started telling Rosanne what I was thinking and she completely understood what I was looking for and she nailed the look. I was shocked when she made it look even better on the wedding day!! -

Julie Sent on 09/01/2015Rosanne did hair and makeup for myself, my five bridesmaids, and my mother for my wedding. She is absolutely amazing and an expert at her craft. She can do any kind of hairstyle you find on pinterest, the internet, etc. My bridesmaids showed her pictures of the style they wanted the day of and she replicated it exactly! With makeup, she enhanced everyone's natural beauty and made them look like better versions of themselves! She did all of this work in 6 hours with her awesome assistant, and made the day so fun, relaxing, and calming before all of the vendors started showing up. I would recommend her over and over again - she is the best! -

Kara Sent on 06/10/2015Rosanne was absolutely wonderful! She did the hair and makeup for me and all 6 of my bridesmaids and she did the makeup for the Mother of the Bride and Mother of the Groom. I did a trial run with her several months before the wedding and loved what she did. She told me that she thought of a couple changes she wanted to do to make to both even better for the wedding day. I didn't believe her because I thought the trial was perfect, but she was right! My hair and makeup were flawless the whole day of my wedding! Not to mention the fact that all of my bridesmaids were raving about how great of a job she did on their hair and makeup! Rosanne was also very reasonably priced compared to many of the other hair and makeup artist I looked into. I wouldn't change a thing about the beauty aspect of my big day. Thank you so much Rosanne for delivering such wonderful service! -

Annie Sent on 11/22/2014Rosanne did an amazing job on my bridal hair and makeup for my Colorado destination elopement. The groom and I were having extensive photography done, so looking amazing was very important to me. On top of this, I am a bit of a perfectionist. To say that Rosanne's work was gorgeous was an understatement. My hair is super thin and she made it look like I had lots and lots of hair. The updo was perfect and lasted perfectly through several hours of outdoor photography in gusty winter winds. My makeup looked perfect all day long too! She made me look (and feel) really beautiful on my big day. She even went above and beyond coming to our location outside of Denver a ways and by helping me into my dress since it was just the groom and I. I really can't say "thank you" or recommend Rosanne enough. You won't be disappointed by choosing Rosanne for your bridal beauty needs!!!Brides By Rosanne's reply:

I loved my hair and makeup on my wedding day and Rosanne also did my mother's makeup and she looked the most stunning I have ever seen. She was kind enough to touch up the other girls hair before the ceremony even though they had gotten it done at a salon offsite. My hair, complete with a beaded barrette and veil, was amazing and people still have not stopped telling me how incredible I looked on that day. The only thing I would mention could have been better was her attitude. She was flustered from the beginning because she couldn't find the venue (every other vendor went to the venue at least once ahead of time to make sure they knew exactly where they were going) and called me while I was on my way asking for help which stressed me out. Then it seemed the whole experience I was at fault for one thing or another whether I didn't give her enough time for the services she was doing or I didn't exfoliate well enough the night before so my face was flaky. There were a few comments that I let were uncalled for and I just felt like she should have been extremely positive since I spent a full two hours with her and she could have been a little more upbeat and talking about how amazing I was going to look instead of pointing out minor flaws. Overall Rosanne was a nice lady and excellent at what she does! Would highly recommend her for hair and makeup (especially moms), just make sure your girls keep you reassured and positive!Brides By Rosanne's reply:

I first found Rosanne from a recommendation from my coordinator. She fit perfectly within my budget, and she was able to travel to my venue (Spruce Mountain Ranch) to do on location services. I knew that I didn’t need anything too fancy or over the top for my hair and makeup, since it was not that important to me. I scheduled a trial with her. She has a home studio in her basement. When I went for the trial, Rosanne was very friendly and took into account my vision and my opinions on what I wanted. She did the makeup first and then the hair. Whatever I wanted to tweak, she was willing and able to make it happen. She didn’t move onto the next thing until she knew I was satisfied with it. She was also able to try a few different eye shadow looks and a few different hair styles as well, as my vision and opinion was changing. Once we agreed on the final product, she took pictures for herself and also sent them to me. It looked great! I just did a natural/neutral makeup and eye look with curled hair that was ¾ down and ¼ up. The makeup looked incredible on me and the hair was full and beautiful. Rosanne was available through email, call, and text, and was always quick with communication. When I hired her, I asked her if she had worked at my venue before (since it is larger and more spread out, you have to know where you are going to get to the bridal cottage) and she said yes. On the day of the wedding, she calls me at the time she is supposed to be on site already providing services, and says that she is lost and her navigation had brought her to the wrong entrance of the ranch. She is asking me for directions, so I give her the ranch property manager’s number. She calls a few minutes later saying that she has directions and is on her way around to the correct entrance, and once she pulls in, she doesn’t know where to go, park, or unload her things, and where to meet us. I had to send out a bridesmaid to flag her down on where to unload and park. As she is parking and walking back to the cottage, my mom had to carry her stuff in to save us some time. We all moved some chairs and tables in the getting ready room so that she would have a place when she walked over. She then realizes and tells me that she had thought she had been here before but now that she’s here she hasn’t been before. This could have explained why she didn’t know where to go. This was what I was trying to avoid by asking if she had been before. She was supposed to be on scene and applying my makeup starting at 1pm, and she ended up starting my makeup at 1:25pm. As a bride who was already anxious about things going wrong the day of, this really put a different start to the day than I had imagined. Anyone planning a wedding knows that the timeline is important, and already starting that timeline 25 minutes off schedule is the last thing anyone on their big day wants. In my opinion, she could have been a little more prepared in looking up directions ahead of time, or leaving a little earlier knowing that she had to unload her things and walk to the cottage, or having enough time to be able to help set up the room in the way that was best for her. She did apologize many times. As she was applying my makeup and doing my hair, both of us felt very rushed since we only had an hour and a half till our scheduled first look time instead of the planned two hours. Feeling rushed is never a good feeling for a bride on her wedding day, or for a makeup artist that wants everything to be perfect for their bride as well. While she was applying my makeup and doing my hair, she kept asking me questions about what she had done for me in the trial because she couldn’t remember. She would ask about things like if I remembered the lipstick she used on me or if my hair was all down or partially up. She had to pull up the pictures and zoom in to see what she had done during the trial. This was a bit off putting to me, because in my opinion, it’s not the bride’s job to remember that. It’s her job as a service provider to take note and come prepared for the client. She ended up being done with my makeup at about 3:15 ish, meaning that she went a little under two hours, but it was as if she felt like she had to make up the lost time for us to be able to get the pictures we wanted, which I understand, but we also want it to look great as well. As my hair and makeup was getting done, she reassured me that she could touch up anything that I wanted to change. Everything looked great! However I wanted to make the eye statement just a little bolder, as I wanted the eye look to be seen a little better. Instead of adding more and making it bolder, she just darkened the outside of the eye a little bit. Since we already felt rushed in the first place, it felt like she was in a rush to get out of there (to us it felt like maybe because she felt like an inconvenience after everything?), so she was trying to pack up her things as quick as possible so that the photographer can start getting some more shots of me getting into the dress. After she left, the photographer and my mom had to fix the hair piece that she had put in because it was falling down and falling out. Overall, The hair and makeup did look professionally done, and I received many many compliments on my hair and makeup and how beautiful I was. I even really liked the look as well. I had no problem with the actual hair and makeup look that I received. I would say that the trial looked better than the day of services, however it was still beautiful, what I wanted, and close enough to the trial. It was perfect for me and my style. She even gave me the lip liner and lipstick that she used on me for touchups throughout the evening. At the tail end of the ceremony, it did rain for about 5-10 minutes that I got caught a little in. Therefore, the curled hair started to fade. It’s hard to know if it’s because of the rain or not, but I wanted to say that the hair didn’t last throughout the entire evening as I thought it would, and that is just my experience. Be aware as well that while other vendors had contracts, Rosanne does not. Overall, I would say that the experience of Rosanne showing up late and not prepared in terms of remembering the hair and makeup look she was providing was quite a bit off putting and stressful. I will say however that Rosanne is friendly and values your opinion. The hair and makeup look that I received was absolutely beautiful and made me feel like a princess. It was professional and totally my style.
