Brides Across America is an absolute TREASURE!
I was treated like a princess. They found dresses that I didn't even know I'd like and they have a program to give them to military brides. I walked out with a dream of a dress for free! I can't believe how wonderful the experience was or how charitable their business.

I attended a BAA event in Atlanta, and I had the best time! They had different vendors there, so we got some cake samples, drinks, photos in a photo booth and more!
The selection of dresses wasn’t as large as I had expected/hoped, but there were still a lot. I tried on 5 and the fifth one was “the one”. It happened to be a dress right off the rack from this boutique, worth about $2000.
BAA is an awesome program and I’m so grateful that I was able to find my dress with them.
***the photos included are before the top part was altered to fit correctly. Other than that the only alteration needed was a bustle. :) -

Brides Across America is such a blessing for military couples because they give you beautiful gowns for FREE. My fiance knew he would be gone for the greater part of our wedding planning and the first year of our marriage. What's more is that we only had 8 months between our engagement day and wedding day. Brides Across America took so much stress off of finding a dress and we are very grateful for what they provided for our special day! -

Olga Sent on 08/19/2014I can't believe I almost missed out on this! One of my fiance's co-workers got her dress through BAA, otherwise I never would have found out about them. I am now paying it forward and telling everyone I can about this amazing organization, in the hope that they will be able to spread the word as well.
I attended a giveaway at the Georgetown salon, and Heidi pulled a "SYTTD" on me. I had come looking for a very simple lace mermaid with absolutely no poof. She brought me a bunch to try on, and nothing worked! So then she grabbed a taffeta fit and flare (with crinolines!) that I was reluctant to even try on, since it was nothing like I had wanted. But it was PERFECT, and best of all hardly needed altering!
Everyone told me I looked like I had stepped out of Brides magazine on my wedding day, and I felt the most beautiful I had ever felt in my life. This was all in a huge part thanks to Heidi's great taste and vision.
So if you are a military bride, please get in touch with BAA and I promise you won't regret it! If you are non-military, but would like to get a dress at a great price point AND help a great cause, book an appointment at Tulle Bridals in Georgetown. Hopefully you will get Heidi and she will work her magic on you as she did on me! -

Crystal Sent on 11/24/2014Went in search for my wedding dress and a prom dress. My daughter and I both found beautiful dresses and were met with friendly and patient service! With current prices of dresses the value was potentially better than I rated, yet both dresses, after alterations (as you can only buy "off the rack") where expensive. Still, I'd go back! -
Cindi Sent on 12/04/2017I attempted on numerous occasion to donate my wedding dress to BAA. I registered and called them, but my impression is that they don't need any more dresses. This is a beach wedding dress - very pretty - and I would have loved to donate it to a military bride who could enjoy wearing it as much as me. Instead, I donated to another charity. Sorry. BAA... I wish you could have been more helpful and I could have supported our military.
