Simply the best!

I was very lucky to come across Ken's hair salon! A very clean and very "warm" store!
Outstanding customer service. Excellent job from everyone inside the salon. Ken and his team are all awesome! People are right when they say “Life is more beautiful when you meet the right hairdresser". Emra, Sergan, Figen, and of course Kaan, Çok çok çok teşekkür ederim!

It is so rare to come across a beauty artist with an open mind, and who truly listens to you. He advises you when he disagrees with you, but still goes with what you decide in the end.
For example, I've come across make-up artists who burried me under the make up, that even my friends wouldn't recognize me. Kaan didn't do that! He didn't use me as a mere palette to show off his skills, ignoring my wishes and physical features, because his objective was to bring out the best version of me. He pays so much attention to the small details, because he likes to take pride in his work. I'd do it all over again with him!

He made my wedding hair almost 4 years ago and I did not try any hairstyle before wedding. I trusted him and know that he has a very talented hairdresser. Everybody has a talent for making hair but somebody has a talent both making hair and make up like KEN. I am still appreciate to him for my amazing wedding hair and make up. I have met Ken via recommendation. I tried many hair dressers and make up artists for my wedding but no luck. Then I met Ken. How comforting it was! It was such an amazing experience before my D day!! His sense of humor & his metidious work made my day. And result: perfect. My hair & make up remained still although I danced like lunatic. Highly recommended!

Ken is one of the most creative and dedicated stylists I have ever worked with. He is very detail oriented and takes his time to make sure your hair looks absolutely PERFECT. He is very professional and friendly. He arrived nice and early on my wedding day?? My hair stayed “put” all day and night. His passion for what he does not only shows in him work but puts you at ease on your wedding day knowing that you are getting him best work. I am so happy to not only have had him to help make myself look fabulous but to also be able to work with him to help other brides feel the same way.
What he does is not just an updo, it truly is a work of art. I am amazed each and every time I see his work.
Ken truly made me feel and look like a PRINCESS on my wedding day and I cannot even begin to tell you how many compliments I received on my hair! He is, by far, the BEST hair stylist and I couldn’t be more satisfied. ???

A friend of mine told me about Ken. When it was time for my wedding i knew i had to get the best hair and make up artist. The day i met him i knew he was the one i wanted to glam me up on my big day. On my wedding day i was going to get ready at the venue with my family and my in laws. He did hair and make up for 7 of us including me. He was there way ahead of time with everything ready. He was so calm, friendly and always had a smile on his face which made me feel so relaxed. I didnt even have to tell him no i dont like this or change that because everything was just perfect! And since that day on he's the only one who i trust with hairstyles and make up! This was my experience with him and im sure if you chose Ken as your make up artist for your wedding you wouldnt regret it! Actually not just your wedding , anytime you want to get hair and make up done go to him!

He made my special day even more special with being such a nice person. He has been very calming and friendly. I loved my hair and make-up and I was very comfortable to let him go with what he thinks is the best as I was quite impressed by his talent and experience. He always took into account what I like or not, but he has his own sparkle to put it all together and have the best result. Wedding day is very special for every girl and we dont want any trouble in that day. Bride make up and hair is one of the most important subject for all girls. In this issue, I have trusted to Kaan and he made my hair and make up exactly in my dream. It was perfect. people still ask me who done my hair and make up when they saw my wedding pics. First i was so stressed but then Kaan took that away. We had so much fun during preparations:) He is perfect hair and make up artist. Every bride should go to him:)

I wish i was bald now :'(

I came in for a consultation on 6/19 with Kaan at Delray Hair Salon by Ken, and he advised my hair would need a lot of work and he can make it brown (from black) instead of the grey I wanted. Understanding and agreeing to this as i knew it would take time to eventually achieve the color i wanted, i agreed to come in the next day for my appointment. Upon arriving i told him i was nervous as this was my first time getting my hair colored and he responded saying he was nervous too. I should have left then, but his credentials seemed sound so i brushed it off as a joke and stayed. During my appointment, I asked twice how much the total would be as i was worried about cost and he refused to give me a number saying he doesn't know and it "depends". The process started with him striping my hair, once done, he told me he stripped it 3 times! I was terrified at this point as he was rigorously brushing my hair and my hair was falling out in clumps. Realizing he must have made a grave mistake, he ran to the back and came back with what looked like a bottle of lotion and told me it will help repair my hair and proceeded to put it in before i could respond. Halfway through, he advised this was hair botox. I did not ask for this nor should i have paid for this if he damaged my hair to the magnitude of needing it, nor should i have paid for the multiple times he chose to strip my hair if he did not communicate this to me and inform me he was doing additional steps and planning to charge me for them. He also proceeded to dye my hair twice, doing my roots first then my whole head. I asked him if he planned on coloring only my roots and he told me he had to do roots first since i had greys (my greys were NOT covered, they are still there). Not realizing this, too, was another charge i didn't object as i assumed this was just part of the coloring process. Once the appointment was over and i went to checkout (with a less than desirable color, but he only gave me two options) he tallied up and told me my total was $675!!! My heart dropped and i could not understand what just happened. Being an individual who likes to avoid conflict i asked why and when he responded "i told you it wont be cheap" so i gave him my card. Once i left, i had to immediately draw from my savings so i wouldn't overdraft as this is NOT anywhere an amount i would spend on leisurely things as a single mother of two. I waited a week to let my emotions calm down and wanted to call him before making a rash decision like filing a complaint for his lack of honesty, misleading remarks, ruining my hair, and shrugging off the amount as if it was normal. During my visit, I told him it had taken me years to get my hair back to a natural state and when i showered my hair i saw that it was pin straight (i have naturally tight corkscrew curls). My hair was ruined and there was nothing I could do about it, so i called him. While on the phone, instead of apologizing, taking accountability, or offering to help fix what he broke, he became very argumentative and told me that it was my hair's fault that it ended up the way it did (what?!), he seemed more concerned about telling me that i'll never find anyone as good as him and emphasized how i upset him! Feeling utterly defeated after he told me he had another client waiting and realizing that he didn't care what he did to me as long as he has more customers coming in, i hung up. I now have hair that falls out every time i brush it because this man thought it was smart to strip it 3 times in one sitting, and my naturally curly hair cant even be worn down because of its horrendous new natural state. I cant even flat iron it to make it tolerable as it will cause even more breakage, so i now wear it in a bun every day. I suppose this is my new norm until i can grow it all out (took 10 years to grow out from when i used to perm it straight) which is unfortunate as i always strive to have healthy hair. This is not damaged, this is borderline chemotherapy loss at the rate it is breaking and now I am left with no money to fix it.
