Massapequa Location
I chose to go to Bridal Reflections because my mom had gotten her dress there 30 years ago. From the minute I met Gabbi, she was able to help me narrow down my likes, and was able to find me my dream dress on the first day, after only about 7-8 dresses! Then, when the dress came in, we had some issues with the bodice. Michelle was able to help me get more fabric from the manufacturer to rebuild the top that was a concern. She was checking in with me the whole time, and made sure to give me updates as she received them. Then, when we got to alterations, ZiZi was like a fairy godmother. She worked her magic to rebuild the top for me, and went above and beyond in every way possible. The shop added a special piece of fabric for me, and made sure they delivered things on time. The whole shop, from every assistant to seamstress, was absolutely incredible, despite some setbacks. Because of their care and attention, my wedding dress was absolutely beautiful.

The best place. I’m so picky with everything, trust me can’t even go shopping! They shipped my dress from another location to try on and BAM. Found my wedding dress in only the second time going shopping. The seamstress was magical - I didn’t think my dress could be altered but she made it fit like a glove. We had our wedding on 9/21/24 and I couldn't be happier with my dress. We ended up needing to do a ton of alternations and it essentially became a custom dress. We went in just to look and have the experience. I had actually purchased a dress at a sample warehouse prior to visiting Bridal Reflections, and was transparent about that fact. The woman who helped me, was wonderful and very attentive, even knowing that I was just looking for the sake of looking. Incredibly, she pulled a dress that was beyond perfect for me, even thought it wasn't what I thought I was looking for. I ended up buying it! The dress is Zander by Sottero and Midgley (in black), and it could not have suited my personality or wedding more perfectly & I am so thankful I went into Bridal Reflections that day! Shout out to ZiZi Nasir, at Bridal Reflections who did the alterations for me. She is a beautiful soul and skilled at her craft.

Nothing but good things to say about my experience here! Every appointment I had went so smooth and all of the employees I interacted with were very accommodating, helpful and friendly. They have tons of different style dresses from lots of designers here if you are looking for a variety. I did my alterations with their in-house seamstress and my dress fit perfectly and looked amazing. I absolutely loved how my bustle came out, which I know sometimes can be an eyesore lol. My Mom also found her MOB dress here and she looked so beautiful!

Said yes to the dress!
I had the best bridal salon experience at Bridal Reflections on 5th Avenue (and I went to 10 different salons on my wedding dress journey, so I have many notes to compare). My consultant was Sabrina, who was a gem and had become a friend by the time I picked up my wedding dress. I never felt rushed when dress shopping here, which was important to me because I tend to be indecisive when shopping especially for such a large purchase. All of the staff were attentive and accommodating, and I felt looked after at every visit, especially since I went shopping alone since my family is out-of-state. When my parents visited, the staff were more than happy to let me book additional appointments in order to show my parents my dress, so we could cherish that moment together. I’m so happy I purchased my dress and veil from here. They have SO many gorgeous dresses—if you’re wedding dress shopping, I highly recommend paying a visit here!

I just said yes to my dress last week at Bridal Reflections in Massapequa! This was my third bridal shop on my hunt to find my wedding dress and - needless to say - I did not need to look any further after my visit. Emily was incredibly helpful, listening to my preferences and pulling a variety of dresses that fit the bill, incredibly patient (pinning, unpinning, and revisiting several of the dresses I was stuck between), and incredibly pleasant to work with! The dresses were gorgeous and were all in my budget. Overall, a fantastic experience and I cannot wait to wear my dress!

AMAZING Maggie Sottero Dress
Ladies...this place was so amazing start to finish. I was a COVID bride that had to push not only my dress but also my mom's dress as well. The team was not only helpful, but human, and just so amazing to work with. From the minute I stepped in to the shop on Nov 9, 2019 until I picked up my dress a couple days before November 6, 2021 wedding, I felt taken care of in a premium way. Not only did they have to store both dresses, but I had a custom cathedral veil that we created together and my dress had to significantly be taken in since I lost 60 pounds in the wedding planning craziness. Not a sequin nor spec of lace was out of place. This really is a special group and I cannot say enough about them. You are silly if you get your dress anywhere else. A million times thank you to Jenny, Zizi & Allie!

After searching several bridal stores for a dress, I went to Bridal Reflections in Massapequa. I was looking for a bridal dress but not white as it was my 2nd wedding. I met with Ann who was excellent and knew exactly what I wanted. After trying on so many dresses that I liked, Ann showed me a Bridal Reflections designer dress that was perfect. The dress came in earlier than expected but I needed several alterations. Ann is amazing!! There were some little issues with alterations but was immediately resolved and the dress was perfect!! I will go back as I need another dress for my sons wedding next year.

All I can say is wow. I found my gown at the Manhattan location during a Galia Lahav Trunk show. I had seen Galia’s before and figured why not this could be fun with 0 intention of actually purchasing a gown that day. Well 8th dress was a charm because I lost it the second, I put it on. The staff made me feel like I would be the most beautiful bride in the world and listened to each of my comments until it led me to my dream dress. I had my dress sent to the Carle Place location when it arrived (about a year later as it was custom) and the staff there made me feel just as amazing. When I went for my first fitting each staff member on shift that day came to see me in my dress and told me how stunning I looked. The seamstress listened to all of my comments and took the time to sew in a piece of my late grandfather’s shirt as my something blue. I used the Massapequa store for my bridesmaid dresses. I was pretty relaxed in terms of what my girls wore. I told the consultant “as long as its burgundy and will match the day of that’s fine with me” As I just wanted everyone to feel comfortable. She assured me she was on it and out of my 7 girls they chose from 3 different designers. When the dresses came in I went with two of the girls (both chose different designers) and had my first bridezilla moment in the store, the dresses did not look close in color at all! The staff there were so amazing they pulled each of my dresses from storage and held them up next to each other, even in different lighting to show me that they all matched, and even after getting me through this bridezilla moment asked me if I still wanted to make a change or if I felt comfortable. All of the dresses looked perfect next to one another and the staff made me feel like my little freak out was totally normal and justified! My girls and I looked stunning on my wedding day. My dress fit me like a glove and my girls all matched beautifully. I highly recommend Bridal Reflections at each location. Their gowns speak for themselves and their staff are knowledgeable and genuine. Thank you again!

I visited for bridesmaid dresses and decided to schedule an appointment for bridal gowns. Let me just say, they have exceeded my expectations. My consultant, Jackie Salame, really knows her stuff. Thee very first dress I tried was MY DRESS! I tried a few others just to really appreciate the first one but let me tell you, I was in complete shock! To hit the nail right on the head with the first dress is quite a skill and Jackie has mastered it. She has found everything I was looking for in one dress and I couldn't be happier!

After making an appointment for the same day. I arrive and meet with Jackie! She was so sweet asked about the big day and all. After looking around the gorgeous store I picked 2 dresses I needed to try on. She grabbed one more for me that she said I would love. She was not wrong. We ended up getting the dress that day only trying on 3 dresses! Went back the following week for the headpiece and veil. I found everything with the help of Jackie!! Quick & simple: EXTRAORDINARY & UNMATCHED service. Bridal Reflections goes above and beyond start to finish. I received patient and thoughtful service from all bridal consultants, personal care from the owner, Cristina, and careful attention to all customizations I requested for my dress. More notably, I happened to lose weight during the several days leading up to my wedding. Although the gown fit perfectly at my last fitting, it was loose on my wedding day. I called the store and within an hour, Michael arrived & quickly sewed the dress tighter. I don’t believe any other store would go to these lengths. Bridal Reflections is THE best wedding dress store on the planet. I went to their New York City location on 5th ave. This was my first store I went to to try on wedding gowns bad I chose the third dress I tried on! They had such a great collection of Galia Lahav gowns!! I always knew I only wanted to get married in a Galia and they had just the one for me!! They made it so easy for me! The saleswomen know their stuff! Mine found me a veil that matched my dress perfectly within minutes! Vera is the seamstress who is out of this world, she made my dress fit me like a glove without compromising any of the important flower details! - I had been looking online at dresses I liked before going shopping and I saw they had a Martin Thornburg dress that I really really liked. I had them put it to the side for me before I went. I ended up trying on 8 dresses when I went, the second being the one I had put to the side. That was the one I ended up going back to and choosing! It took 6 months for my dress to come in. I had Zizi for my alterations and she was a godsend!!!! The dress looked like it was made just for me!
It took me FOREVER to find a dress I liked for my girls but I finally found it at bridal reflections in Massapequa. I told them what I wanted and they ended up bringing some of the dresses they had from their Carle Place location over for me. They were Belsoie dresses in the color taffy and they were GORGEOUS. It took them 3 months to come in. My girls took their dresses elsewhere for alterations though because none of them live close to Massapequa.

My wedding consultant Jackie Salame, was awesome. She helped me to find several beautiful dresses an kept my price point in mind always. She steered me to two dresses that were similar to what I thought I wanted, but they were so much better. So I decided to up my budget and get two dresses because I really couldn't pick. The store is beautiful and there is a large selection of bridesmaid dresses. We are going back soon to look for bridesmaids gowns.

Loved My Dress
i recieved so many compliments on my GALA by Galia Lahav dress. I had to travel to New York from Philadelphia for all of my fittings which was a bit of a hassle, but well worth it. They have Vera from Say Yes to the Dress doing the alterations. She will always tell you what looks best and her opinion on what you should do (or not do!)

The Best Experience at Bridal Reflections
I said yes to my dress at Bridal Reflections and I couldn't be happier. I actually had an appointment at Kleinfeld earlier in the day and it was so overrated and I left discouraged. Thank God I booked a last minute appointment at BR because I was traveling out of town and wanted to take advantage of my time. I found THE DRESS and I am so excited! Thank you for being patient and so accommodating. Thank you Mary Jo and Thank you Galia Lahav.

Bridal Reflections is the best!
I had such a wonderful experience at Bridal Reflections! Every member of their staff made me feel special each time I was there. I was living in Ohio in the months leading up to my wedding. The staff members at Bridal Reflections were so flexible in regard to scheduling my wedding gown fittings which I truly and greatly appreciated. The level of expertise in regard to the tailoring of my wedding gown was astounding to me. People at my wedding told me that my gown fit so perfectly, it was as if it had been sewn onto me; I owe this to the undoubtedly masterful work of the Bridal Reflections Team!

Beautiful wedding dresses
I came here to shop for my wedding dress and I am glad that I did. There was so many beautiful dresses to choose from and I truly could not make up my mind until I found the dress for me. It was a sleeveless pure white dress that fit me perfectly. I will look amazing on my wedding day and i have Seng Couture to thank.

The wedding dress of my dreams!
The men and women who work at Bridal Reflections in Westbury are among the nicest in the bridal industry! They made me feel so comfortable every single appointment and were flexible with each fitting! Amelia, my seamstress, was a godsend and made my dress fit me like a glove! Whenever we hit a road block, she found a way to get past it! I always dreamed of having a Lazaro dress and BR made that possible for me!

Bridal Reflections was amazing! I found my dress instantly and fell in love. the attendant that helped me (Alli) was so helpful and sweet. She listened to all my requests and was totally willing to meet my demands. She also made it so fun and an enjoyable experience. I worked with Zizi for my fittings and she was great too. She was very helpful regarding how everything should fit and made me feel very comfortable. The salon itself is beautiful and the staff was very professional. I would definitely recommend!!

Bridal Reflections is for brides who are into fashion and want to feel like they aren't just another bride at their fitting. I mean their dresses are stunning! My daughter and I stumbled in at Bridal Reflections as we were passing time prior to a scheduled Kleinfeld's appointment. We walked in and explained to the manager, Cristina, that we did have another appt elsewhere, but we had some time to spare. We asked if it would be a problem if we looked around. We had heard of Bridal Reflections from a friend, who was very satisfied. Our family over the years had purchased their wedding gowns at Kleinfelds in Brooklyn; and as tradition had it, we were meeting 5 members of the family there later on. Cristina was cordial and sweet and very welcoming. Knowing we were going elsewhere, gave us time and attention regardless. My daughter tried the first and only gown on, and fell in love. I was torn. We had five people meeting us somewhere else and had to leave. Cristina said go to your appointment, if there is anything I can do, please don't hesitate to call me. I was blown away. She was probably the most professional individual I had met in a long time. We went to Kleinfeld's as scheduled and were extremely disappointed. We felt like cattle, and were not given that individual attention we remembered from so many years ago. What had happened. I looked at my daughter's eyes and said, "what do you want to do"? Her WOW and wonderful experience came from Bridal Reflections. Well, from inside Kleinfelds we called Cristina, who was technically closed at that point, and she said if we wanted to come right over she would stay open. Needless to say, we purchased the dress that evening and it only got better. Every employee was more professional than the next. It was an amazing and pleasant experience. There were different parts of the dress that just didn't seem perfect as they were. They were moreee than willing to address every issue, until we were completely satisfied. This is how you prepare for a very special day. I have to give credit to all the departments from sales to alterations. Thank you we will be back

I had a wonderful experience at Bridal Reflections in Carle Place. My consultant Jackie Salame was amazing. She found gowns that were the exact style I was looking for and were within my price range. She made wedding dress shopping so enjoyable. She found me this amazing gown and I definitely said "yes to the dress". I would absolutely recommend Bridal Reflections and ask for Jackie!

I was married in Dec 2016 and although I did not end up getting a dress from Bridal Reflections I felt I should leave a review because I received such excellent service from their Massapequa location. I am a plus sized woman and was honestly dreading dress shopping. At another big name store I was not treated with total respect, but not here everyone was kind, patient and positive and it was the exact environment I hoped for. They had so many beautiful dresses (I actually fell in love with another dress that's an exclusive somewhere else and came back PRAYING they would have something similar so I could buy my dress here but no such luck) but for me the staff makes it worth working with them.

I probably shopped at 12 different bridal dress stores before I found my dress at Bridal Reflections on 5th Ave! Galia Lahav has always been my dream wedding gown designer and the selection at Bridal Reflections was perfect! I was an out of town bride, and the ladies at Bridal Reflections were always responsive to my emails and calls when I would have questions. They make sure you are completely comfortable with all of the details and alterations and are willing to modify any details. They always made me feel beautiful. When gown shopping I visited both the Manhattan and Carle Place locations. The Manhattan location was a bit busy even on a weekday day however the staff was very professional and helpful. I ultimately found my gown at the Carle Place location. This location is a bit more quite and certainly has a clean and high end feel. Again, the staff is very professional and patient. I had the pleasure to meet one of the Managers, Christina who shared some styling tips and made the experience even more enjoyable! Can't wait to see my gown!

I said Yes to my custom Galia Lahav dress in the 5th avenue location! I had by far the Best Bridal shopping experience at Bridal Reflections!!! I first worked with Bridal Consultant Monica and she was by far amazing. I basically tried on the ENTIRE Galia Lahav collection and a few other designers. When I was deciding between two and wanted to customize a few things, Manager Christine came out and helped with my decision!! She was WONDERFUL and drew me up exactly what I wanted! As i said yes to my custom dress, they brought out champagne for my mom and i to cheers with!! i was upset at first when my consultant told me she was moving and wouldn't be at the store when i would be back for my fittings. But, I lucked out again and worked with Jessica. I absolutely LOVED working with her for all my fittings!! She was so helpful and kept me at ease with everything!!! I had by far had the best experience shopping for a wedding dress at Bridal Reflections. I would highly recommend going here over any other store!!! I knew i wanted to be GLBride and I'm so glad I was! The whole process at BR was nothing short of AMAZING!! THANK YOU!!!!!!!!

I am so glad I went to bridal reflections for my wedding gown! I went to the one in Massapequa and the attendant who helped me try on dresses was great and very helpful. She even helped keep me calm when my 5 sisters, sister-in-law, and mother became very opinionated on the dresses. The seamstress was able to alter my dress in a way that made me feel comfortable and sexy at the same time. After buying my dress, I had my bridesmaids buy their dresses from there too and they were able to get a discount! My mom also got her dress there and got the same discount. I would definitely recommend going to Bridal Reflections for all of your ladies' dresses!

I went to bridal reflections and said yes to the dress! It was an amazing experience all around, a beautiful intimate boutique experience with the most amazing bridal selection I have ever seen. Mary Jo was AMAZING! She helped with not only the amazing selection of dresses, but she fit them to my body perfectly so I had the best idea of how I would look on my best day. she even helped with styling my hair to see how headpieces and veils would look. Eventually I cried and chose my dream dress that I cannot wait to wear. We had a champagne toast and an amazing day thanks to Mary Jo and the bridal reflections team. I highly recommend!

Perfect. Six years ago I had a failed engagement and had ordered a dress from Bridal Reflections. They were not only extremely gracious about the misfortune, but they even kept the dress I ordered with them and gave me a full credit for my deposit.
Fast forward to present day and I have met and married the man of my dreams. In doing so I went back to Bridal Reflections to find my dress. I am confident that in my first appointment they let me try on 90% of their inventory (that doesn't happen at other salons FYI) so that I could be absolutely positive about my selection. They worked with me, accepted my full six year old credit towards my purchase, and every fitting there after was perfection. Wherever you find your dress, magazine, Internet, maybe even another salon- BUY IT HERE. You won't regret your decision- they offer luxury, combined with service and compassion. Business done right.

From the minute I walked into Bridal Reflections, I thought to myself what a beautiful store. They have a wide selection of designer wedding dresses. I found my dress here and was beyond happy! I finally said YES to the dress! After visiting numerous boutiques I finally went to bridal reflections after being recommended by other brides. Darnell took her time with me and really listened to what I was describing. She found me the most beautiful Victor Harper dress - a satin fit and flare with the most gorgeous jeweled embellishments. It was a little more than I planned on spending but lucky for me there was a trunk show and she really worked on the price for me. I am so excited I cannot wait to put the dress back on :-)

I said YES to the dress yesterday at the 5th avenue location. Christina and Mary Lou assisted me every step of the way. They embraced my vision while considering my budget as well granting me the flexibility to purchase my dream dress. Their personalities were radiant and they gave me the confidence and reassurance that I needed. Not to mention, I walked in a little flustered and nervous but their charm and the sweet aura at the bridal shop gave me a sense of peace. My mother also clicked with them as well. The "Massapequa" Bridals Reflections location is amazing. My appointment was to find a dress for my bridesmaids and I had the pleasure of working with Keira. Keira was the greatest from the time i walked in to the time i left. She was extremely patient with all of my questions, multiple print outs i handed her and the designers that i liked. Keira looked up each and every dress without a fuss. My older sister was with me on the appointment and she couldn't help comment on how nice the customer service was at the Massapequa location. A deposit was put down on a dress that we found and I really have to say that my experience with this location was the best! Their convenient locations and personalized attention made my shopping experience Five Stars. The full service salon helped me find my PERFECT wedding gown that made me feel so beautiful and glamorous! They had an amazing selection of stunning gown that were all drool-worthy! Their stellar staff including their consultants and seamstresses helped me in customizing every detail of my dream Galia LaHav wedding gown. I was lucky enough to have the help from Jessica - Bridal Manager and Cristina - General Manager. They were very professional, personable and really listened to my needs. Jen was my seamstress and she was so easy and fun to work with and she always made sure I was comfortable. They also have an exquisite selection of headpieces, jewelry and veils.
The bridesmaid consultants at the Massapequa Salon were all very helpful and was very attentive when needed. We found a beautiful Lazaro Noir dress that came in the perfect blush and made the girls look so glamorous! Measurements were easily taken and the fitting procedure was explained thoroughly. My BMs also had the option to take their dress elsewhere if they preferred their personal seamstress to alter their dress which made it very convenient for them so they’re no obligations to alter at the store.
I was also in need of a last minute Grandmother of the Groom and Grandmother of the Bride dress. The consultants in the evening gown department found me 2 beautiful and appropriate dresses for grandmothers and were able to get them in time and accommodated their fittings in the tight turnaround time. Amazing! I came to Bridal Reflections in Manhattan with my daughter who got married in September 2015. Her Bridal Consultant was Jessica who was so wonderful! Greatest experience ever! The entire staff was so sweet and made us feel like family! Jessica worked very close with the designer Steven Yearick as they created my daughter's one of a kind wedding gown. After we finished with the design of the Wedding Gown Jessica began to help me look for my Mother of the Bride Gown. I am an extremely fussy person but Jessica helped me find the perfect gown. I was so nervous because I couldn't get to see the dress in the exact color that I wanted (navy/nude). Looking at a small swatch was very hard for me to do but Jessica assured me that it was the right way to go. When the dresses came in we had our alterations done at Bridal Reflection in Carle Place. The girls at the front desk were so sweet and made us feel so very welcomed...especially that we were there so many times between my daughter, myself and the entire bridal party. I thought they would get sick of seeing us...but they were always so pleasant. Last but not least...the Seamstress Amelia! She was beyond amazing! She was so very patient with us and she made sure we were happy with everything before we left. She is the sweetest lady every...so very professional and really knows her stuff!!! My overall experience with Bridal Reflections was so very wonderful! I thank them all for such a great job!. I would totally recommend every bride and family to visit any Bridal Reflections for a great experience!

I had the BEST experience at Bridal Reflections in Massapequa. After going to numerous bridal boutiques I was discouraged until I walked into Bridal Reflections. They were so helpful and knew exactly what I was looking for. They pulled dresses for me that were perfect, and I ended up saying YES to one of the dresses they pulled for me.
It is absolutely perfect. They listened to me, and gave me the dress I was envisioning in my head.

My wedding was July 11, 2015 and I purchased my wedding gown at Bridal Reflections on 260 Fifth Avenue in New York City. My older sister had purchased her gown from Bridal Reflections four years prior. I witnessed an amazing staff at work. My experience was no different and nothing short of amazing. The manager, Bobbi, actually brought out an Ines di Santo dress for me to try on which ultimately was the one I chose! Her eye for detail and attentiveness is unmatched. For all of my follow-up appointments and fittings, I worked with Lisette, whose kind, calm, and sweet demeanor made me feel at ease. She really made each fitting fun and special! The wonderful Nina did my alterations. Nina made me feel confident and I trusted my dress in her hands. Christina was also very accommodating and flexible in allowing me to make fitting appointments that worked with my schedule. I have never felt more beautiful than I did on my wedding day and I have the staff of Bridal Reflections to thank.

I'm getting married September 17, 2016 and I had my very first appointment for a consultation to try on gowns about a week ago at Bridal Reflections, after going to 3 previous Salons before them, the gowns Just simply DO NOT compare to anything else I've ever seen! The staff is simply wonderful! They treated myself, my mother and aunt like we were queens! My experience with MaryJoe was excellent! I told her what I was looking for and she brought the dresses right to me. I'm looking forward to my first fitting in Novemeber with the wonderful staff! I can't wait! The entire process of finding "My Dress" was outstanding from the Sales process and working with such a great representative (Monica) to alterations. Bridal Reflections gave me red carpet treatment. They understood my wants and needs and went above and beyond to make my dream come true.
Thank you so much for all that you done. I would highly recommend this vendor for anyone that isn't looking for a mass production facility such as Kleinfeld and is looking for a higher quality gown.

My experience at Bridal Reflections was completely positive from the moment I walked in to browse for wedding dresses, to the moment I walked out of the store with my dress in hand before the wedding. I found their dress selection to be more comprehensive than other stores and they were also very flexible with accommodating any changes I wished to make to the dress. The true standout of my wedding dress experience was the seamstress. I have not had much luck with seamstresses over the years, but it was at Bridal Reflections that I truly had my first outstanding experience with a seamstress. Her work was that of a true professional, absolutely flawless.

Bridal Reflections in Massapequa was a perfect choice for my bridal gown and bridesmaids dresses. It was the 5th bridal store I had tried and was the best experience by far. It was clean, professional, and the employees were very helpful. The prices were comparable and the whole experience was just easy. I had awful experiences at other stores as a bridesmaid in the past and have to say this store just took the stress away.

I wish I could go to Bridal Reflections everyday! Being here just makes you happy! From day one they have been nothing but a complete pleasure. I was looking for an extremely specific look and went to every top bridal shop in Manhattan and New Jersey (including those with their own show). But none came even close to the selection and quality of bridal reflections. I tried on only 3 gowns here and the last one I did not want to take off. I wanted to make a few changes, and Christina called the designer (Ines de Santo) for me on the spot to make sure they were possible. I also really wanted the whitest white gown they could find. She spoke to the designer, and even though silk is difficult to find in a very pure white, they made sure it happened for me. The seamstress is absolutely amazing!!!! She literally made the gown fit me like a second skin. My guests could not believe how perfect and dramatic this was. Even my photographer and videographer said they never saw such a beautiful and well made gown before. I cannot say enough about bridal reflections. They made me a totally customized veil and headpiece and held everything until I needed it. They steamed my gown and stuffed it for me. Just total perfection!!!

I got my dress from the Bridal Reflections in Carle Place, NY. Jackie helped me in the first stages of trying to find a dress was just completely pleasant to work with. She was very professional and you can tell she has a passion for what she does. She helped me find a dress that was exactly what I wanted. I enjoyed my experience with her so much that mom got her dress there as well as all my bridesmaids. Not only was our shopping experience great but when he came down to altering my dress, Amelia was just amazing. She is such a sweet lady and is so accommodating. I bought my bridal gown at Bridal Reflections and i couldn't have been any happier with my purchase. Aside from the friendly staff and knowledgeable workers, the dress I got was stunning!! I went a few times to try on dresses before I finally purchased one and the girls never rushed me or made me feel like I had to make a purchase or I was unwelcome.
The bridal attendants really cared about finding me the perfect dress I wanted and ultimately did! My dress was stunning and the price was not astronomical. Additionally, they were nice enough to tell me when the designer of my dress was having a trunk show and I was able to get an additional 10% off.
I would recommend Bridal Reflections on a whole to brides looking for their dream dress. I did visit all 3 locations and did have a pleasant experience at each. However, I wound up going with the Carle Place location because the people at that location were truly exceptional. The seamstress I had was so involved in my fittings that she felt more like a member of the family then a worker.
To sun it up, I did visit other bridal salons like Kleinfelds and I found that they were all lacking in comparison to Bridal Reflections. I would recommend Bridal Reflections a million times over!!

Amazing, Amazing, Amazing. I wore a Ysa Makino dress for my wedding and it was absolutely stunning. I went to two other bridal saloons who really did not have what i was looking for. Bridal Reflections understood my vision and was able to help me find the perfect dress. Three days before my wedding the dress was a little big due to me losing the stress weight. they had me come back in three hours and the dress was perfect. I looked amazing on my wedding day and people are still talking about my dress.

After going to other shops for other Bridal Parties, I was truly impressed when I went to Bridal Reflections in Massapequa for my sister's Wedding Dress fitting, as well as my Bridesmaid Dress fitting. The cleanliness of the facility, professionalism and quality of service left a lasting impression for me. I enjoyed that the staff was professional, well-mannered and incredibly helpful. They did not badger to make a sale, or pressure my sister into a gown. When it came to picking out my Bridesmaid dress, they were helpful, and went out of their way to accommodate all of the Bridesmaids needs. I also found the staff to be well-organized, which is so important when dealing with numerous girls gowns for one event. After my experience with my sister's wedding, I know I will go to Bridal Reflections for my gown!

The minute I stepped foot into Bridal Reflections I knew this would be the place I purchased my gown. The boutique itself out-shined every other bridal boutique I went to, it was just mesmerizing. The level of expertise that I received was unparalleled to any other place. My consultant Monica was the best, she was perfect and just guided me through the entire process. I went in there for a specific designers dress but I left with the dress that was simply created for me. Bridal Reflections has the best gowns and while its pricey its worth every penny!!! My best friend is getting married soon this is the place I'm taking her to!

I purchased my dress at the Massapequa location and had it altered in Carle Place and could not have been happier with the entire process, from start to finish ! Bridal Reflections was very accommodating when I needed to change appointments at the last second and I literally could not speak enough praises about Emilia, the seamstress at Carle Place who is so skilled and kind and did very last minute alterations for me.

This was the first and only bridal shop I visited. My favorite designer was having a trunk show and after trying 6 dresses on I found the one! Not only did they have the designer come over to me personally to make adjustments they let me stay in the dress as long as I wanted with a glass of champagne to celebrate! The woman helping me listened to things I liked and didn't like and gave me her true honest opinion the WHOLE time. Never once was she frustrated with me! Upon leaving they had the designer sketch my dress for me and sign it! This is something I will cherish always and an experience I'll never forget!

I ABSOLUTELY enjoyed working with Bridal Reflections to make my dreams come true. I bought my "Suzanne" Galia Lahav gown during the designers fall trunk show at Bridal Reflections boutique. I got to meet the designer while I was there which made everything feel that much more surreal. I had found the gown online a couple months before, however the designer had not yet started selling in the US. One day I found out that they were having a trunk show in NYC at Bridal Reflections. The next morning I called the boutique and set up an appointment. Just as it was love at first site in the photos it was MADLY in love at first site when I actually got to try the dress on. It was as if the sample dress was my size. The designer, manager, my consultant and the staff all made me feel very special. I have nothing but good things to share about the store. They were very accommodating to us as we had drive 4.5 hours from Boston, MA. Though I had to travel 3 times to the fittings I enjoyed each and every time! They also provide cleaning and preserving for your dress after your wedding.

I had come to Bridal Reflections at Carle Place in July searching for my perfect wedding dress. I had the pleasure of working with Allie Salame.
I was amazed at how much she new about every single dress in the salon; she knew about the fabric, directed us to the correct price point sections, and even knew what I was looking for. After we pulled a few dresses, Allie had went to the back and also pulled this gorgeous dress that she said was new to the store.
We tried on about three dresses prior to the outstanding dress that Allie had picked, and when I tried on her pick, which was a Maggie Sottero dress, I knew it was the one!
Allie Salame is an absolute gem that Bridal Reflections has and that any and every bride should have the pleasure of working with. She was extremely friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable of all of the gowns and the entire wedding dress process. I will highly recommend Bridal Reflections, but especially Allie!

The day I went to pick up my dress, I didn't realize they were closed. Luckily some employees were inside and opened the doors for me to pick up my dress.

I am so happy that I purchased my wedding dress from Bridal Reflections! I went in 9 months before my wedding not really knowing what I was looking for, but based on my description, they guided me to a stunning Romona Keveza gown. Their selection is top-notch. Once I had selected my gown, I really found the staff to be an absolute pleasure to work with. They truly went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. They were very responsive via email and phone call, and never made me feel silly/like I was bothering them (although in retrospect, some of my questions were a little silly :) My family lives in NYC, but I was getting married in the DC area. I can tell that they are very used to working with out-of-town brides. I came in for 3-days for my fitting in August to work with Jen, who did an amazing job on helping my gown fit me perfectly. I never once felt pressured to buy expensive accessories or anything (I have simple taste and didn't even wear a veil), which I heard can be the case in other boutiques. Thank you, Bridal Reflections! My only regret is that I don't really have reason to work with them in the future :)
