The Best Experience I’ve Had

My experience here was AMAZING. Valerie and Lori were so sweet and very helpful. I have been dress shopping at multiple places, and was about to give up on finding the perfect dress. We called to see if they had any dresses in my size since most places don’t have a big selection available for size 14+, and they had so many I could try on. Every one I tried on was beautiful, and I found my perfect dress here! I told Lori exactly what I wanted, and she pulled the one I was envisioning and couldn’t find anywhere else. The best part is: the dress I ordered is supposed to come in a month earlier than any other place I’ve gone to. Thank you ladies for the best experience!

Bridal Image is absolutely fantastic! They helped me find the dress of my dreams for an affordable price! They also added the sleeves I wanted to the original dress! I highly recommend Bridal Image.

I needed a dress last minute and they fit me in. I was able to find a size and dresss that I LOVED after going to two other places. Very professional and not pushy. Very helpful and made it a great and easy experience!

The staff was of great help in not only picking a dress but ordering the perfect size for me. Great selection of modern dresses with very reasonable prices (most at cheap as renting a dress). I cannot wait to wear my bridal image gown.

I really loved coming here. Everyone was amazing and kind. They helped me to find a dress that was in my price range and I am in love with my dress. They were also able to help me get my dress in the time I needed and extra lace that I wanted for a belt.

I went in without an appointment which was awesome since I only had a limited time before I had to be at another appointment. I liked that I was able to walk in and just start looking at dresses. I was able to try some on without any pressure. It was chill but Lori was helpful still. It was a very nice, fun experience!

I loved my shopping experience at Bridal Image. Lori was incredibly helpful in pulling different styles for me to try on & helping me compare the variety of dresses to find the perfect one. They focus on you & make sure you get the assistance needed when it comes to trying on dresses & work with your schedule for fittings.

We loved our experience at Bridal Image! Lori was so helpful and friendly. She understood right away what we were looking for and even had me try on dresses that I might not have chosen at first glance but liked once I put them on. We went to several bridal dress shop , and this one was amazing. They have a great variety of dresses, a fabulous staff to help you find the perfect dress. With no pressure to buy.

The ladies at Bridal Image were so amazing! My mom and I walked in to the shop after seeing my dress at a bridal show and they were so accommodating! The shop feels so cozy and private. They ladies brought me so many dresses to try on and were so patient! I would definitely recommend Bridal Image to any bride!

This place was a dream come true. I went to so many places that put too much pressure on you, and then had little fees for every little thing, but I felt really taken care of here and they were helpful without making me feel pressured. I found a great dress here at a great price, and their dressing rooms were super nice too. I recommend this place to anyone I know is getting married!

Loved working with Bridal Image! The sale persons were very helpful and had great suggestions if something needed to be adjusted. The alterations needed were reasonably priced and she was very pleasant to work with. Definitely recommending Bridal Image to others who are looking for wedding dresses.

Found the perfect dress for 3 of my daughters here and bridesmaids as well. Love this place. Reasonably priced and always received our gowns before they date promised. Its an hour drive from my home but well worth it.

This was the first shop we went to and were not disappointed. There was an excellent variety of dresses to chose from that ranged in style and pricing. The lady helping us was great and very helpful. Would definitely recommend this shop to anyone!

We had a short time to get the dress before the wedding and Bridal Image was wonderful to work with. We were able to get the dress and they were able to do the alterations in time for our pictures. They helped us choose accessories and gave us a discount on them as well. Their prices are very affordable too.

I absolutely love Bridal Image. They have a very personal approach, and unlike those chain dress stores, will tell you when a dress doesn't work on you. They are extremely concerned about your personal well being.

Just a tip, if your dress will need to be altered, be sure to pick it out at least 8 weeks in advance.

We went to so many places in the Salt Lake valley, and this place was by far the best. I only knew about the place because my sister bought her wedding dress from them a few years back. They had the best selection, sizes, prices and had more modest dresses to choose from. They have alot more services that we didn't take advantage of. They were also very helpful. I needed a wedding dress in a week and they were able to provide.

Bridal Image is a great place to pick out your wedding dress. They were so willing to work with me and give me the service I needed in order to pick out my desired wedding dress. They have so many selections they it was hard to choose out a particular dress. They were very informative and lended great advice when choosing a dress. Overall, Bridal Image has great customer service and they are indeed a professional place of business.

In Utah it's hard to find a dress that you don't see on another bride since there are so many weddings. But at Bridal image, the alterations make it possible for any dress to work and they are so good with everything. Also, I don't know of anyone else who's ever used the dress I bought.

I loved working with Bridal Image. My older sister and I both found our wedding dresses there on our first visits. It was so nice to have access to such a variety of dresses. The staff were very helpful. The dresses, alterations, and dry cleaning services are all very reasonably priced. Being able to rely on Bridal Image for each of those things relieved a lot of wedding planning stress.

I almost didn't buy a wedding dress because they are so expensive and I was on a tight budget. They have a wonderful assortment of clearance dresses and ended up finding exactly what I imagined for a fourth of the cost! definatly a great place to go. They didn't push me to buy anything yet they helped out a lot. They even took it in a little for a reasonable amount. Good place to wedding shop!

The ladies at Bridal Image were so helpful. When I found the wedding dress I loved, it only took them one week to have it hemmed and taken in. That really impressed me and also helped me not to stress about my dress anymore. After bridals, they let me take the dress back in for a free steam and cleaning before the big day. And then after the wedding they provided the services to have it cleaned and stored. I was really pleased with Bridal Image and the quality of service they provided.

I was not expecting to find my dress here, but there were sooo many great options! The ladies were great, it was like shopping with a few extra moms who just wanted you to be happy. I found a beautiful discontinued Maggie Seterro dress for half price! Alterations were very reasonable as well.

I walked in the shop, and found my dress the first day! They didnt have my size so it had to be altered smaller to fit. The seamstress did a good job and if I had a complaint she was eager to listen and put in her suggestions. She listened to my mother on a suggestion and carried it out, making my dress look gorgeous! The only mark down is from the staff making comments or promises and not writing it down on the paper work. Every time we'd call we got a different person on the phone that said there werent any notes made, and they'd "have to ask" so and so. Just keep track of promises made. I would definately suggest a friend to come here. The price and quality is well worth it!

I rented my gown and thought the price was still a little high for the use of a dress for a few days. They worked very hard to alter the dress when I lost 15 pounds just a week before my wedding, and it looked fantastic. They didn't charge me extra either.

Selecting a dress was probably my most dreaded wedding task, but bridal image made it easy. I'm a little on the chunky side, so a lot of their dresses didn't flatter me. They suggested I try a bridesmaid dress and have it made in Ivory. I was able to find a beautiful dress at a a reasonable price. The seamstress was very skilled and did excellent alterations. Would recommend to anyone shopping for a wedding dress

I found the dress of my dreams on the sale rack and it fit me perfectly. I wanted to add selves and they had a wonderful seamstress there who helped me with alterations right away. I was very happy with my experiences and wound definately recommend them!

I purchased my wedding dress from Bridal Image. I had to order it since they only had it in white and one size too small. It was scheduled to arrive 2 weeks before my wedding. When it arrived, there was some confusion about it since it was still in its box when I came for my fitting. When I tried it on, it just needed a few alterations. Luckily, they have seamstresses on hand. They had it done in less than a week. The dress was GORGEOUS! I love it dearly. I strongly recommend visiting their booth at a bridal show since they offer a lot of bonuses when you schedule an appointment through the show.

Did not have veil ready when the dress was to be picked up. The service was good, alterations were good. Overall good experience.

I felt like the people in this store did not care at all about me. Perhaps because I was shopping with only a friend and not with an entourage of mothers, aunts, grandmothers, sister, etc. I only bought my dress there because I found it cheaper than at another store. I wish I would have bought the dress at the first store. It would have cost slightly more, but the employees would have valued me as a customer.

Plus size options? Think again.

I am a plus size bride and I was already worried about finding a dress in my size. I have previously shopped from this store when I bought my senior cotillion dress and had no issues. However, this most recent experience was less than ideal. I called and made an appointment and gave my size and the gal basically told me to come in and they only had 3-4 dresses in my size (22) and said “well if you don’t find one here, guess you’ll have to go to another store”

So I was already put off by that comment. I got there and same gal pulled the dresses they had in stock. I tried them on and the first one didn’t fit very well bc the arms were waaayyy too small. She still made me put it on and clipped the front to my bra. I wasn’t feeling it. (Also, I am aware bridal sizing is generally at least 2 sizes over your normal dress size). I put on a few others and Then I put the last one on and it fit perfectly. Fit like a glove. The consultant then said “I like this one because it zips up” directly aiming at my size. I ignored it and moved on.

When asked if they had any other sizes the said they can order them but if they do I have to buy the dress or else they’d have every size in store.(Which they should!). For a store that claims to have a large amount of “Plus Sizes” they did not and were very rude to me and acted like I wasn’t welcome.

Long story short if you’re a plus size bride, DO NOT SHOP HERE. I took my money elsewhere and found my dress at David’s Bridal in SLC. The consultant was AMAZING and made me feel beautiful in every dress I tried on and always reassured me that “they got me and we’ll find the one today” They have a MUCH better selection and sizes are true to size. Overall just a better experience at David’s Bridal.

Terrible customer service

BRIDAL IMAGE IS THE WORST! DO NOT GO HERE! My Fiancé went in for her wedding dress. The girl that helped her was super rude! Told her that her favorite dress for my fiancé was one that would zip up! Very unprofessional! I can’t even believe someone would comment on someone else’s size. None of the “plus size” dresses were true to size. What is supposed to be every girls dream to find the perfect dress for her wedding, then someone like this ruined that for my fiancé.

It was an all Around bad experience!

It was an all around bad experience
We made an appointment and when we entered it felt like we where inconveniencing them. There was not enough people to help us. We waited about 15 min before they would help us, finally when they did help us they pulled dressed for us but didn’t help zip up the dress. The lady that was helping us stopped helping us to do a alteration on someone else, and had another lady jump in that was already helping 2 other girls. So the attention that should have been given to us was nonexistent. We felt ignored and the dresses they pulled where not what we asked for. We where needing plus size dresses and the options where frumpy and old lady style. If you are needing size 16 or bigger don’t go here. By the time we left the bride felt as if she was not important to them to pay attention to her because she is a bigger bride. Also the staging area is very small and we didn’t have our own area to look in the mirror we had to wait for other brides to finish standing before we could looK in the mirror. When we left I was surprised they even noticed us walking out! We left feeling very disappointed. We have been to 5 other places and not one made us feel the way they made us feel. This place is very impersonal and I wish we would have never wasted our time there. If you want to be treated like a queen go to Fantasy Bridal, Malmrose Bridal, The Bride Room, even David’s Bridal treated us better then this place!!!
