Edie did hair and makeup for my wedding and it was fantastic. So many comments on my hair! Also, she is kind, funny and so much fun to be around. You won't be disappointed.

Edie did an amazing job on my hair and makeup for my wedding. I have fine hair and she was able to create the beautiful updo that I wanted. My makeup was great and looked natural. She gave lots of great tips during my trail and was there on time for my wedding day. She is absolutely amazing!!

The makeup artist we had out was super awesome. She made my matron of honor feel very comfortable. It was $180 each for my Matron of honor and myself. Even without a trail run it turned out to be an amazing experience. I highly recommend!

So much fun! Highly Recommend!
I was down to 6 weeks and still needed HAMU. I reached out to Edie and she responded so quickly with all the information I needed. During the hair trail Edie tried a couple different styles and was always asking for my feedback. She and her daughter were so fun to work with on the day of! A couple of my bridesmaid wanted less makeup and they listened and were able to fix them. They made the day so fun and took our opinions into their creations! Highly recommend!

Eddie is an extremely professional hair and make up artist with so much talent! She was so much fun to have for our wedding. Her flexibility, positivity, & workmanship helped make our day perfect!!! Oh my goodness, I cannot say more good things about Edie! She is so professional and does a phenomenal job. I booked wedding makeup and hair for me and my maid of honor with Edie and she is simply the best! We looked spectacular- I felt like a movie star ⭐️ I knew exactly what I wanted in terms of a complex updo and Edie did it just like that. I had a trial the week before the Wedding (See pictures) and decided afterwards to change the makeup a bit and also to have Edie put „a donut“ in to get the hair up higher. I felt very confident on the big day. Edie is an absolute Pro and I cannot recommend her enough!!!

Edie is the best!
My mom had a small backyard wedding and she hired Edie to do both of our hair and makeup. We were both so happy with her work! She’s prompt, works quickly but leaves you feeling beautiful. But most of all, she is the biggest sweetheart! A few days before the wedding, my grandmother took a fall and had some bruising and a scrape on her face. On the day of, my mom asked if Edie would have time to help her cover this up and how much it would cost. Edie did her makeup AND hair practically for nothing. My grandmother was comfortable and looked absolutely gorgeous! I’d recommend Edie to anyone! Thank you for everything!

Great! Last minute wedding makeup and wonderful price!
My wedding was super last minute - 50 day engagement! I had to scramble to find all the vendors. Edie was great, she worked to fit in a trial bridal run and with that listened to what I liked and didn't about the trial so my day of makeup was perfect! She helped one of my bridesmaids who forgot her makeup! Super nice and easy to get along with. I rarely wear makeup day to day and she was very helpful in what to suggest as well.

Edie was amazing from start to finish. She turned my ideas into exactly what I wanted. I chose the airbrush makeup and it was incredible, my makeup stayed on perfect all night long. My daughter’s wedding
Bridal hair and makeup by Edie exceeded our expectations. She and her assistant came to our location the day of the wedding and worked their magic doing hair and makeup for my daughter and her bridal party of 6. I can not give enough praise for Edie's talent and quality of work. From the moment we met I knew she was the girl for the job. I wanted my future husband to see me in a way that he'd never seen me before. I also knew that I wanted airbrush makeup and a stunning updo. She did just that and more.
I have never felt so beautiful in my entire life! She blew me away on my trial run and made my husband's jaw hit the ground when he saw me at the altar. Edie was professional yet easy going and early to both appointments. She did an incredible job with my bridal party and both mothers. I am so thankful for her talent and hard work.

My hair never looked so good
My MOH and I had such a lovely experience with Edie. She provided on-site services and arrived promptly as scheduled, which made for pleasant and stress-free preparation ahead of the ceremony. Communication in advance was great, especially given that we flew in only days before and without a hair trial. Absolutely loved what she did with my hair after showing her a few photos I pulled from online for inspiration. She made the atmosphere very comfortable. Highly recommend.

Best Makeup and Hair Artist: HIGHLY Recommend
So HAPPY I hired Edie to do my engagements and wedding day hair and makeup. Her prices are fair and she is very up front about what you get and her packages she offers. What I LOVE most about her is that she quickly becomes family/friend. She is so friendly, yet professional! I think I laughed most with her throughout my wedding day! The best part is that she comes to you for both bridal trial run and wedding day! I also want to give a shout out to her assistant Tiana (also her daughter who helped out when there was a last minute cancellation) who curled all my bridesmaids hair beautifully and Edie completed the finishing looks of hair and makeup wonderfully! Edie works quickly but she prepares for the unexpected and expected delay in wedding day timeline. Do not let her speed scare you because her work is phenomenal. She does not “cake” your face with heavy product but she creates a flawless look that leaves you feeling comfortable and beautiful all day! My make up stayed even after all the happy tears and sweating from dancing the night away! I also love how much experience she has with different types of hairs and skin tones. Edie is wonderful and I highly recommend hiring her!

Edie was amazing! I originally had 10 bridesmaids and 2 parents wanting makeup. I ended up having 12 bridesmaids and 2 parents getting makeup and she was more than willing to do do and show up early in order to get all the ladies done. We started at 7am and everyone was done around 1 which left more than enough time for me to get my hair and makeup done ahead of schedule. She and her assistant were fun and made us all look beautiful! I truly couldn't have picked a better person to do our makeup and hair on my big day. Thank you Edie!!!

Very pleasant lady, she is very quick without compromising quality. My daughter and I have very thick hair we are used to 2 hours just for hair. She had hair and makeup done on both of us in less than an hour an half each.

I felt glamorous and got so many compliments on how beautiful I looked. She was very easy to talk to and helped my family feel more at ease before my walk down the aisle, which is NOT an easy feat. Edie is truly AMAZING!! I cannot thank her enough for saving me! I say "saving me" because the original hair and makeup people I was going to use charged me $460 for a TRIAL RUN alone!! They didn't tell me the price until AFTER they had done my trial. I guess it is my fault because I went into the salon assuming it couldn't possibly be more than $200, so I didn't bother to ask what the price was going to be before they started.. My bank account had been murdered! Boy did I learn my lesson. After that I found Edie online and told her the nightmare I had at the salon.. She was appalled at what had happened to me and worked with me on my budget. She was super flexible with scheduling and always got back with me very quickly. She even drove to my house for my hair/makeup trial run, which was super convenient. The job Edie did on my hair and makeup was SO MUCH better than the $460 trial run I had had before! On my wedding day I had a lot of anxiety. Thank you Edie for dealing with my crazy nerves, being one of the people to help calm me, and giving me the best wedding hair and makeup I could've hoped for! Edie was awesome! She was professional, thoughtful and always on time. We made her wait on both the trial run and the actual day and she never pushed or tried to rush us. She even returned my call right after her daughter was in a car accident! I could not believe she would take the time to return my call during her own family emergency! She listened to all our family drama and was so kind during it all. She was one of my favorite vendors to work with. Her pricing was very reasonable and it included airbrush and lashes. I would highly recommend her!

We just recently had our wedding, and we could not have picked a better hair and makeup artist than Edie and her team! For all you DFW brides, Edie has the most competitive prices and the biggest bang for your buck when it comes to the prices for hair and makeup in the DFW area. Let's just say what we paid for myself and six gals would have only been enough to cover for myself and MAYBE two bridesmaids tops with other competitors. On the day of my wedding, Edie and her assistant, Jamie, made me, my bridal party, my mother, and mother in law feel flawless and beautiful. The makeup stayed on throughout the evening heat and looks amazing in photos. I am not used to being pampered with makeup, and Edie was so amazingly patient with me because I tend to have eye twitches when people do my makeup. I don't know how, but she made it look amazing even with all my eye twitches. Hair was gorgeous for my half up half down hair style and held together so well to keep my veil in place. I'm so excited to see our official wedding pictures now!
Overall, Edie has such a joyful and warming personality and I felt so confident with her doing my look for the big day. She is extremely accommodating and understanding with last minute additions and is so easy to communicate with. 10000/10 would recommend Edie and her team for DFW brides!

Edie is positively AMAZING. Besides her prices being incredibly competitive, she even came with her assistant to our home on the morning of. Edie was funny, engaging, and adaptive (there were some changes for how many girls hair/makeup she was doing). She was able to calm everyone's nerves (especially mine-the bride's) in ensuring that she would finish, and with complete perfection at that! I asked her to incorporate a beautiful french braid and couldn't believe how elegant it looked, even more so than the hair trial run a month prior! She and her assistant ended up doing EIGHT women's hair and makeup in total, all in less than about four hours! From the lashes, airbrush makeup, gorgeous curls, and suttle touches to make the bride GLOW, Edie is GREATNESS!!! :) Thanks so much for everything.

When my makeup and hair lady cancelled a few days before my wedding, I called Edie with a glimmer of hope that she might HAPPEN to be available. Lucky for me, she had a morning wedding but was free in the afternoon/evening!! Edie was super fast and professional. She fused two looks I loved from Pinterest and made me feel so glamorous on my wedding day. She was amazing with my 6 year old daughter as well as my mom. I will recommend her to any bride to be that I meet!

I was looking for someone to do hair and make-up for my sister in law, mom, aunt, and myself for my brothers wedding. The only problem was between us we were in charge of 8 kids! I had never worked with Edie before, and found her the week of my wedding. I wanted a loose chignon and she was more than happy to arrive to my house early so we had time for a "trial-run," however it was not necessary! I showed her a couple of pictures from Pinterest and she was able to capture what I wanted in the first try! I loved it and my hair looked amazing in the photos! Aside from that, Edie is sweet, kind, professional and just an all-around fun person to spend time with the day of your wedding! Everyone who was here loved her and she did a great job on my mom's hair as well! We will definitely be using Edie again in the future!

We just had our big day for our daughter and we were so blessed to have found Edie. She goes above and beyond! Right when she came to do our daughters trail run we knew she was a professional. Edie did hair and makeup for my bridesmaids, the mother of the bride, myself, and even my Aunt who happened to be standing nearby. She came to our house which was a HUGE bonus! She is so focused on making sure that the Bride has the perfect day. Edie went above and beyond in making sure everyone was comfortable and relaxed. Once we got to the venue she did touch up's on everyone. She ended up taking some amazing "accidental" pictures when the photographer wasn't in the room that she said just couldn't be missed! By the end of the day we felt like we had gained another family friend. She will definitely be recommended by me and my bridesmaids for any event coming up.

Edie did my make up for my bridal pictures. She was super sweet and was able to come to my house at 7 am when many people wouldn't or wanted to charge me a lot more because it was early. While she was there she was super sweet! I don't wear a lot of makeup on a regular basis and was just curious. She took the time to explain what everything was and how to use it. I am also allergic to coconut which they are now putting in everything, Edie was careful to check everything before she put it on my face! My make up looked great! It was perfect for pictures!

She did a gorgeous job!
Edie and her assistant were great to work with on the day of the wedding. They had thirteen girls to makeup and do hair and they were very efficient and great to work with. I would definitely hire Edie again.

I was planning a wedding from out of state and I needed a hair stylist that would communicate with me and be flexible. Edie contacted me right away and was willing to work around my schedule for the weekends I came to Texas. She was always on time. She was instantly friendly and put me and my bridesmaids at ease. I would say to allow plenty of time if you have a bridal party so her work isn't rushed.

Not what I wanted
I paid for 3 people and only 2 showed up despite being reassured twice there would be 3 people for 14 people. 4 people had to do their own makeup and multiple has to redo hair/makeup. I also asked for Hollywood waves and this is what I got.

Would never hire
I was a bridesmaid in a wedding that Edie was hired to work. The bride paid for multiple artists per the contract Edie sent her. When we arrived it was only Edie and her daughter who could only curl hair. Edie and her daughter were very friendly but there was no sense of time. Several of us had to do our own makeup because time was running out. I would not recommend Edie as the experience was not worth the price the Bride paid. Very disappointing, the bride did not get the hair she wanted due to the daughter not knowing how to put in Hollywood curls. Again, nice lady, but was not good to have an unhappy bride who was not in love with her hair and makeup.
