I had my wedding dress cleaned and preserved by Bridal Gown Preservation. Meena and her husband were very communicative during the process and they sent before and after pictures of the dress before it was boxed. My dress had gotten dirty on the bottom from taking pictures and now it looks new again. They box the dress neatly into a box with a window and then into another box, so it can remain preserved. I highly recommend them!

Very kind people who are passionate about what they do! I drove almost 4 hours there and 4 hours back from Southwest Florida just to get my wedding dresses cleaned with them. They are truly the best. I looked at every bridal dress cleaner and preserver in the state and they had all wonderful reviews and I just knew I had to get it done with them. It’s a bit more expensive but 100% well worth it especially when you read some of the horror story reviews other places have. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my special custom dresses, and you shouldn’t either! It’s something you can never replace so why take the risk. I’m glad I didn’t. They even kept in contact with me throughout the entire process and sent me before and after photos and videos. The preservation boxes they come in have a little clear window so I can look at my beautiful clean dresses anytime I want! They got every single stain out, and it rained on my wedding day and my wedding ceremony dress that I took photos in was too big and heavy to have a bustle put in so it got dragged around in the mud and was very dirty on the bottom. We also travel a lot so I wasn’t able to make it in for about 8 months, I can’t believe they were still able to get everything out after all that time. They did a wonderful job and I highly recommend them! 10/10!!

All I can say is WOW. My mouth dropped when I saw my restored dress. After 5 years of being stored in a closet there was an unknown brown stain all down the front and bottom of the dress. We had taken my dress to another cleaner and they were unsure they would even be able to get the stains out I’m amazed at what Bridal Gown Preservation was able to do my dress looks good as new. I cannot recommend them enough!

I used Bridal Gown Preservation for my daughters wedding gown. We had an evening outdoor wedding and her dress had a long train that bustled twice. Needless to say by the end of the night her dress was filthy. I didn’t realize for days later when I took it out of the garment bag. I thought it was beyond saving. I’m so grateful that I found Meena and Bridal Gown Preservation. They did an absolutely amazing job on her dress. They sent me pictures of the before as well as videos and pictures and videos of after. Her dress comes displayed in a beautiful box. This is a very professional business and I’m grateful for them. Meena was so sweet and humble, she is wonderful to work with and is really experienced. They did a wonderful job in cleaning my VERY dirty wedding dress from my wedding 1.5 years ago! It seriously came out like new! She was prompt and sent videos and pictures when it was ready prior to pickup. A bit pricey but it’s better than taking a risk for a cheaper place and not getting what you want. How they say in Spanish, “Lo barato sale caro.”

New Dress!
The best cleaners!!!! My husband and I got married during COVID in June 2020, and then had our reception for our 1 year anniversary. My dress has been sitting in my closet since moving to Florida and I wasn’t able to find a place to take it for a cleaning and to be preserved. I took my wedding dress here over a month after my wedding and they were able to get out every stain! The bottom of my dress was pretty filthy from dirt but now it’s spotless. They even replaced some of the buttons that came off on the back of my dress. They were very responsive and very fast! It only took about two weeks between drop off and pick up! They sent me detailed photos and videos of the before & after. The shop is run by a husband and wife and they are both very nice & professional. Highly recommend!

I got a spot on my wedding dress the week before my wedding so I took it in for a spot treatment and it was ready the next day, and then I took my dress here to get preserved after the wedding. I brought my dress here to be cleaned and preserved several months after my wedding. Meena was so sweet when I dropped my dress off. BRIDES BRING YOUR DRESSES HERE!!! They worked absolute wonders on my w edding dress!! I had an outdoor wedding and my dress had a 12 ft. train, so it was beyond dirty— I thought it was irreparable. When they were done, my dress was good as new and preserved in a beautiful box. We drove over an hour to bring my dress here, and I am so glad we did. They had immaculate customer service and sent so many photos and videos of the progress, so I knew exactly what my dress looked like before they preserved it in the box. They also do all cleaning and preservations in-house so you don’t have to worry about your dress being shipped somewhere else. I truly cannot recommend this place enough!!

There wasn't additional damage to my dress, but it made me want to protect all the important memory items I had left! I had the most beautiful destination wedding but like most brides my dress was extremely dirty and in need of preservation after the wedding. Hesitant on who to use, I looked around and found that they had extremely high reviews. However I was saddened because I didn’t live nearby but really wanted to use them to preserve my dress. However, I called anyway and the owner was so understanding and allowed me to send it to them anyway. She was beyond helpful and made this process stress free. They even called with an update and made any repairs necessary. When finished, she even sent me before and after pictures and always provided an ETA. Fantastic Bridal Gown Cleaning and Preservation!
These ladies are miracle workers! After my wedding 18 months ago, I packed up my dress and truthfully forgot about it. Until one day when I came across it again and was so sad to see all the dirt stains on the intricate lace train as well as some other stains on the bodice. I brought my dress to these ladies, hoping they'd be able to get it to look at least decent since it had been a while - but they made this dress look STUNNING, and brand new! They were very communicative through the process and sent me lots of before/after photos and videos. Incredible job!
I had my wedding day 7 months ago. After that day I tried to find the cleaners to clean my wedding dress which was so dirty from rain and dirt outside. Most of the place I found didn’t show any review that they had experience about wedding dress cleaning so I wasn’t sure to take my dress there.
I found this Bridal Gown preservation from Google and then I saw the review on the knot. They had ‘before and after’ pictures of the wedding dress they cleaned, so I took the chance to this place.
The lady I spoke to is very nice and helpful. After they cleanedmy dress they sent me the pictures, and I also checked my dress with my own eyes as well. It’s incredible clean!! It’s look like new, like I never wear it before. I’m very impressd, and think it’s the right decision to choose this place. I got it with preserve box and it’s stunning when I opened the box. I’m so glad that I picked this place.

Amazing Experience
The second you walk in their store you’re treated like a longtime customer - Meena was very friendly and explained the entire refurbishing process. My wife’s wedding dress is thirty years old - never cleaned or refurbished and still had stains and discoloration around the bottom. We didn’t want to ship the dress out with no guarantee that it would even come clean. We received great communication before, during and after the cleaning process - the before and after photos are nothing short of amazing - the dress looks brand new! We cannot express how pleased we were with the entire process. We would highly recommend Avalon Park Cleaners.

Beautiful restoration
I took my bridal gown here after 20 years of it hanging in the back of a closet. Within just a few weeks, they completely transformed it back to it’s original glory. I had not realized how much it had changed color over time. They are very helpful, friendly and professional. Highly recommend!

Looks brand new, great service
I took my wedding gown here after searching for a couple of months to find a cleaner I was comfortable giving my dress to. One of the biggest draws for me was the dress cleaning is done in house, no need to fear it being lost in shipment. They were very friendly and efficient. I received before and after pictures/videos and the dress looks better than it did before I wore it.
I would absolutely recommend them to any bride looking to have their dress cleaned and preserved.

My gown looks brand new again!
If you are looking for someone to preserve your wedding gown look no further! From the moment I reached out they have been so helpful and kind throughout the process. I was very nervous because my wedding dress had a lot of material and extra glitter fabric throughout. It rained on our wedding day and I was unsure if my gown could be saved or if anyone could fix it due to the glitter fabric used. When I went in they carefully explained how they would treat my gown and the process they go through. I also loved that they do everything themselves and do not ship out the gowns. My gown looks incredible! I am so happy with how it turned out and they are the best to work with. You will not be disappointed!

After the folks at bridal gown preservation were done with our daughter’s gown you couldn’t tell that it had been through an outdoor photography session in a vineyard and a run through a rainstorm. In fact, I think it looks better now than when it was picked up at the bridal store

The only place you should go to have your dress cleaned!
After reading the positive reviews, I decided to bring my wedding dress here for cleaning and preservation. Sadly, I didn't have my dress cleaned sooner due to the pandemic and living overseas. So, by the time I brought it in, it had been sitting in a closet for a few years with a muddy hem. I was worried that these patches of mud along the bottom of my glittery dress would be there to stay, caked amongst the glitter. Anyway, they did a beautiful job removing these mud patches to the point that I could no longer see any evidence of the mud (they let me look at my dress before putting it in the box). The dress looked like I had never worn it, let alone walked through the muddy earth while wearing it. Amazing work!!! Mr. and Ms. Khatri are incredibly talented!! Also, I only ever spoke to Ms. Khatri, but she was very personable and beyond kind. I could not have been happier with the work done and the customer service. Definitely worth the price! 5/5 stars

Very nice owners. My dress was very dirty from a beach wedding and sat in a bag for 2 months. They were able to remove all of the stains. Cleaning and preservation is done locally by the owners. It is hard to know who you can trust with something as precious as a wedding gown. They did a wonderful job. Highly recommend.

I took my dress to be cleaned and preserved after about a year of hanging in my closet. The ladies at Bridal Gown Preservation were able to make it look like new and provided great customer service. Bridal Gown Preservation did a wonderful job on my dress! I had a second reception outdoors so the bottom of my dress had accumulated a great deal of dirt. Bridal Gown Preservation removed all of the dirt and had my dress looking as good as the day I got it. I even had it sit in my closet for 6 months before taking it to them for the cleaning. Communication is great too! I received many pictures of the before and after showing me the results. I recommend them for your bridal dress cleaning needs!

I had a destination wedding and did trash the dress photo shoot after looking for a place to get my gown preserved I decided to go with this business based on the great reviews. I definitely made the right choice the owner was extremely nice and welcoming and they did a great job cleaning my gown. It looks brand new. Not only do they offer the best prices in Orlando but they do a great job. They also send you pictures of before and after before placing the dress in the preservation box.

I am absolutely blown away at how incredibly my gown looks! I knew it was dirty after a long day but the pictures they sent showed just how dirty it actually had become. It’s amazing how beautiful my dress looks! I spend a while looking for a place that specializes in gown preservation and I am so glad I found this place. Like most brides I spent a few thousand on my gown and I wanted to make sure it was preserved so I could hopefully pass it down. The owner was so sweet she was explaining the whole process to me and made me feel really confident and comfortable leaving my dress with them. They also sent me all the pictures below so I could really see just how much work they put into it. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone and I have to my soon to be sister in law to get her gown done here too. If you need a trust worthy place to preserve your wedding dress go here. HIGHLY recommend Bridal Gown Preservation in Avalon Park! Not only did they clean my dress beautifully (honestly I didn't even realize it was that dirty!!!) But they also fixed some tears in my top lace layer and you can't even tell where the tears were!! I had trouble finding a wedding dress clean/preservation that I could trust with my wedding dress. I got married in 2019 outside and the train of my dress was extremely dirty, I wasn’t sure if it would ever be clean. I found this place and the people have been wonderful! I found Bridal Gown Preservation at the Bridal Expo in Orlando. I had an outdoor wedding in Oct 2019 and my dress was literally black on the bottom and underneath the dress. It was also ripped from someone stepping on it during the reception. I was so afraid it would never look like it did when I walked down the isle. To my delight the wonderful people at Bridal Gown Preservation brought my gown back to life. They repaired the rip the best they could which looks amazing. The black is completely gone and it’s back to its original color! I can’t say enough for the work they did on my dress. It brought tears to my eyes seeing it restored and now preserved! I’m so happy I found them at the expo that I went for my friend that is getting married. I will be recommending them to all my friends and family. Thank you so much for bringing my dress back to life!!!!

My dress is Brand new!!
This place is amazing! I was in need of getting my wedding dress cleaned and decided to give them a chance after seeing they had so many positive reviews. I am so happy that I did because they did an amazing job and are the nicest people. My gown looks brand new they took such great care of it. They are worth their price I highly recommend!

Quality Work and Excellent Customer Service
After seeing so many great reviews, and talking to the owners on the phone, I dropped my wedding gown off to be cleaned and preserved. The team was so friendly and did such an amazing job. The bottom of my gown was dirty and there were tears in the tulle. The team at Avalon Park Cleaners did such an amazing job restoring my gown and preserving it for the future. They were very professional and communicative - they even sent before and after photos. Very grateful for their services and I'll definitely be back. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for quality and professional wedding gown preservation!

They cleaned very difficult stains after a year!
These people are very very good at what they do, and are friendly, kind, and professional. They have clearly mastered the process of cleaning a wedding dress—you wouldn’t believe the stains they got out of mine! I was married in Florida one or two weekends before the pandemic hit there, so almost a year ago. In addition to the typical dirt on the bottom of my dress, I had something much more challenging. Due to blisters on my feet opening up and bleeding during the wedding reception, I had many blood stains mixed in with the dirt and grime (sorry for the graphic info, but I know I’m not alone here!). After the wedding, I went back to my home in North Carolina and left my dress behind at my dad’s house in Florida—so my dress stayed dirty and bloodstained for a whole year. I recently had to go to Florida to see family and decided it was finally time to take care of the situation. I researched cleaners all over Orlando, and even looked for places up in NC, too. Nowhere seemed to have the credibility and professionalism that this place did. It was a 40-minute drive from my dad’s house in Longwood, but after seeing the results, it was worth it. I’m very pleased and happy to add my recommendation to their long list of satisfied customers.

Dress cleaning and preservation
Took my daughter’s wedding gown in 3 months after the wedding, not realizing just how dirty the dress was. The entire inside front of the dress was discolored from makeup and the bottom was especially dirty from being in the dirt and grass at the outdoor venue. The owners of this establishment are very kind and it is obvious that they take pride in their work. Upon dropping dress off, I was told in detail what the process was to clean and preserve my daughters dress. I felt like they really cared about each and every dress they cleaned. They sent pictures of the dress before and after cleaning from many angles before boxing the gown. My daughter is very happy her dress looks like new again. I would highly recommend Avalon Park Cleaners for wedding dress cleaning and preservation.

Avalon Park cleaners did an amazing job cleaning my wedding gown. The train was so dirty from dragging on the ground and the gown hung in my closet for 5 years. I never thought it would come clean. A Total Blessing!
This business did a fantastic job of restoring my wedding dress to its original beauty! I did not immediately get my dress cleaned after my wedding, but after having a baby girl 10 months later I decided that I wanted to preserve my dress for the future just in case. While taking newborn photos of my daughter laying on my dress (Pinterest inspired), there was an unfortunate potty incident that landed my dress stained worse than it was before. I immediately began looking for a place that could save my dress and happened upon this business. From the first call they were professional and caring. In fact, when I called it was close to closing time and they agreed to wait for me to travel across town to drop off the dress! Now, only a week later, my dress looks brand new again! I could not be more thrilled!

Amazing job!
Great customer service, the owners are very nice and professional. They were able to remove all of the dirt stains on the bottom of my gown after taking it in a year after my wedding. They sent before and after pictures when it was done and it looks amazing. I do wish that I would have seen it before it was boxed up so I didn’t have to open it all up though and the price was a bit much but you get what you pay for and my dress looks amazing!

Wedding gown preservation and cleaning
We had our daughter’s wedding gown cleaned and preserved. The before and after videos were amazing and so helpful since we live about 35 minutes away. Bridal Gown Preservation came highly recommended and the couple who own it are very caring and professional. I definitely recommend them!

I was lucky to have found Bridal Gown Preservation to clean my wedding dress. The owners are very friendly and go above and beyond to ensure the best customer service. They were able to remove all of the dirt stains on the bottom of my gown after taking it in almost a year after my wedding. Made my barn trashed dress new again!
This husband and wife duo is incredible!! I had a barn wedding so to say that the bottom half of my dress was filthy is an understatement. I dropped my dress off just under a week after my wedding day, and they sent before and after pictures days after drop off that made my jaw fall to the floor! Holy cannoli! My dress looks brand new!

I neglected my dress. Grateful for Bridal Gown Preservation
Wedding dress cleaning and preservation: I searched for a while until I found Meena and Jayesh. I am so grateful to them for caring for my wedding dress and restoring it. I never preserved or dry cleaned my dress after my wedding (gosh almost 6 years ago). It was in my closet in my wardrobe bag and I thought it was okay. But then I decided to look at my dress just because and I was afraid my beads were turning black and I saw food stains in 2 spots....
I came to them embarrassed but really wanting to see if it could be fixed! I want my dress to be around for generations!
And boy did they deliver! Stains are gone. No beads had to be removed. They assured me that it was fixable and they delivered!
I would highly recommend them. I will refer them to all my friends and family. I traveled over 2 hours one way to them and I dont care. If I move out of Florida I would still make the trip. Well worth it!

Bridal Gown Preservation in Orlando did an amazing job cleaning my wedding dress!! I had a long lace train that got really dirty on the edges and the work they did on it is incredible - looks like new!! Not only is the quality of cleaning and preserving great - they were so kind and thoughtful throughout the whole process - sending before and after photos to me, making sure I approved of the work and didn't have any other requests, etc! Jayesh and his wife have been wonderful! They kept me apprised of the process and how my dress looks after it was all cleaned. The grass was a bit wet from rain on my wedding day, but they worked their magic and the dress looks brand new again!

Nina and Jayesh were great to work with, friendly, clear and skilled. They cleaned my wedding dress on site and were very great with communicating what they had done and sent me pictures to show the progress. The dress looks fresh and new again as if I hadn’t tramped along the grass. Finally, they were great at listening to what I actually wanted, which was not to box up the dress, and helped me with my individual request. Would highly recommend!
