  Just got my bridesmaids dresses from them and was a bridesmaid once before and the bride used them as well. Fantastic customer service and an excellent selection!

  These ladies were fantastic! I found and fell in love with my dress immediately. They were so helpful and helped me and my mom piece everything from head-to-toe together. The pricing was reasonable and the price for alterations was even better! I never had one problem.

  I ordered my bridesmaids gowns through them. They were very friendly and professional. The gowns came back exactly when they said they would and needed minimum alterations. I would definitely recommend using them.

  We rented our tuxes from Bridal Elegance and we were very pleased!! The girls were extremely helpful throughout the process and very easy to work with!! We only had a few tuxes that didn't fit and they quickly fixed the problem!! Highly recommend using this shop for any of your bridal needs!

  Love this store! I found the perfect dress within my budget and was even able to have my alterations done at the store. I also got my bridesmaids, tuxes and flower girl dresses there. The staff was great! I would definitely recommend this store to any of my newly engaged friends!

  I was able to purchase all of my wardrobe necessities at Bridal Elegance. The staff was very informative and helpful, assisting me with keeping my bridal party informed about deadlines and keeping me in the know each step of the way. I found a beautiful dress and accessories and bridesmaids that stayed within my friends budget. I would definitely recommend shopping here first!

  They did have a good selection I did not want a dress with a train. I found a lovely dress but its only downfall was the train. I was assured no problem the dress will be bustled and wont get in your way at all. Well they should know i thought, they do this all the time. Two months later I came in to see if shoes I bought would look good and to pick out a veil. eventually one of the girls (3 of them) broke away from a personal conversation to ask if I needed help. Their veil selection was poor. I came again later with groomsman and groom to pick out tuxes to rent. Again 3 or 4 girls were standing around talking to each other. We were not acknowledged even though we were five feet from them. Someone else came in and they offered to help that person and continued ignore us! We finally were asked if we needed help and we had settled on a couple tuxes one of which had a man in a fedora and when we asked about it she snootily said you may not rent the hat you must purchase it and its 80 dollars! The tone was ugly. I looked around for a seamstress to do the alterations on my dress but no luck I was stuck with these people. I made an appointment to have dress hemmed and sleeves taken in. They absolutely allowed me to pick a time convenient for me. I Came in & she pinned it and I made an appointment to try it on and pick up in two weeks. I took off work early, my family took off work and drove 1.5 hrs only to be told they forgot about my dress and its not ready. No apology. No reason for not calling me and rescheduling. The next afternoon it was ready. They threw dress in fitting room and offered no assistance. I had to find someone to help. Hem was wrong and dress dragged ground even in bustle and was told it could either be pretty or functional! Came back again service even worse, hem still not right dress was covered in strings from other dresses were it had been in alterations room. Worst service ever and seamstress had terrible attitude

  We used bridal elegance to rent all out tuxedos for the groom and bridal party. Out of 8 tuxes, two fit! Pants were too small, no toes were ordered, jackets too tight, and the poor ring bearers suit was actually a men's suit taken down to his height. No one warned us that boys with a waist size larger than 26inches have to get men's pants. We wound up making 4 trips to pick up different items, the sales associates were care free as to the urgency and importance that these items ! It was awful!
