    So many beautiful dresses to choose from!

    The place is large and they have such an extensive collection, you will definitely find what you are looking for. I went in for a specific dress that I had been eyeing for months, but couldn't find anywhere and they had it in stock! The staff are helpful and kind. They know what they are doing. You will not be disappointed.

    Rose was amazing to work with!! My mom was out of the country when I was finding a dress and she literally found a dress that I loved and she was a 100% certain my mom would love. Guess what? My mom LOVED the dress! Throughout the entire process she was easy to contact, very supportive, and was very encouraging when times got tough. I had such a great experience with my wedding dress that I even purchased my bridesmaids dresses from her. I have since recommended the Bridal Depot to others and will continue to do so. Rose, thank you soooo much for being so genuine and helpful.

    Rose you are awesome!!! I was in between 2 Maggie Sottero dresses that were not at the store. I call all stores in Houston and no one had it. Rose manage to order them and let me try them on in my size. I did had to pay a deposit, but I was sure that I will keep one. I went to the store several times because I was so unsure of which one to choose. They were all helpful and very patient with me. I love my dress and planning to keep it!!!

    Customer service is the BEST. I had a apptmnt and i got there and greeted me, asked what i was looking for and they showed me around and told me where everything was. Then they let me and my BM and mom look around. I really appreciate that they give you your space and let you walk around and not feel pressured. They came back every so often to get the dresses we picked out and put in the dressing room. They help you in everything and give you suggestions. Rose was there giving her opinions and talking with my Bridal Party and they loved her. She was very helpful and i honestly cant say enough about her and the staff.

    The building outside does look a bit hiden and off but on the inside its a one stop shop. The first floow has limo service, invitations, decor, ext. second alterations, and top the Bridal.

    This was the first and last place i went after trying on 6 dresses i was able to FIND the one.

    I cannot say enough good things about the team at Bridal Depot! The staff and manager Rose were kind, courteous, and helped me find my DREAM DRESS! They don't rush you or pressure you to buy something you don't want, which makes the whole shopping experience that much more enjoyable. Also, I truly valued how open and honest the staff was, meaning they told you the pros and cons of each dress without sugarcoating it...this was a huge plus for me. Don't let the aesthetics of their location fool you...this place is a gem!

    Omg! This was an amazing experience! My consultant rose was excellent. She was as on could say"THE BOMB.COM" SHE WAS NICE VERY HELPFUL AND INFORMATIVE. HONESTLY ALL THE STAFF WAS VERY WELCOMING AND FRIENDLY. THE WHOLE STAFF MADE MY EXPERIENCE GREAT. I CANT THANK THEM ENOUGH . ALSO THE VENDOR IS GREAT. MY GOWN IS SIMPLY BEAUTIFUL.

    I was in search of my wedding gown and saw one online I absolutely fell in love with. I began calling all Maggie Sottero venues that could possibly have the dress in stock with the color and size I needed 3 months before my wedding. Most venues did not have it or called me back. I called the Bridal Depot and Rose answered. Rose immediately knew which gown I was calling about. She gave me a vivid detailed description of my dress, which made me fall head over heels. Needless to say, I purchased it over the phone without even trying it on. The dress came in about a week later. It was even more beautiful then I imagined. Dana on the second floor did my alterations. My Adelee Maggie Sottero dress was PERFECT!!! Totally recommend working with Rose at the Bridal Depot and Dana for any alterations.

    I got my dress at the Bridal Depot in Houston. This place was excellent as the first two stories are all kinds of weddings vendors. This is truly a one stop shop! The whole top story is a bridal salon with a huge variety of dresses! They even have bridesmaid dresses and mother of the bride dresses. I had a favorite dress I had seen in magazines but it was out of my budget. When I saw it on display there I was tempted to try it on but knew I would be heartbroken if I tried it on and loved it but couldn't afford it. When my dress consultant, Dora, saw this she lit up and said she had the perfect dress for me! She pulled one that I had seen already rummaging through the racks but passed by because I didn’t think I would like it, but I agreed to try it on. Was she ever right! It had every aspect of the original “dream dress” that I loved for half the cost! There were even aspects that I liked more! I'm so glad she had me try it on as it is impossible to know what it looks like when it's on the rack! Dora was so quick at getting me in and out of all the dresses that I tried on, even the lace up ones, that I wish she had been there for my actual wedding day! Once I had on the dress I loved I didn’t want to take it off and she was so patient with me and let me stand there in it for an hour! She wasn’t at all pushy even when I said I wanted to think on it overnight. And sure enough I was back in the morning to make my purchase! She even let me try it on again :) I had a wonderful experience and would recommend Dora and the Bridal Depot to every Bride!

    I was somewhat nervous about shopping for my wedding dress because I have heard some horror stories on how some bridal shops treat people. I sent an email on Bridal Depot's website and I immediately received a reply from Rose. I called her and made an appointment for the following day to shop for my wedding dress. As soon as my mom and I walked in Rose greeted us. She was so friendly and helpful! She told me pick as many dresses as you want and take your time. I tried on 12 dresses, but I knew the third dress was the one! (but I had to make sure) I put the third dress on for the second time and the whole time in the dressing room my mom and I were a little concerned about the price. The dress has a lot of beading and a large train so were thinking the dress was going to be really expensive. We asked Rose the price and it was really cheap, my mom and I were both shocked and so excited! We ordered my wedding dress and all of my accessories at that time. Rose did warn me that my dress would not be in for at least 6 months because it had to be made. My dress came in right at 6 months and my first fitting was awesome. The dress fit perfect, it was the perfect length and size! The only thing that had to be done was the bustle and cups.

    Dana in alterations is amazing! She was so much fun and did a great job on my dress. My mom even had her dress hemmed by Dana. Rose and Dana are so friendly and fun, they never had a negative attitude about anything! If I had any questions they answered them immediately. They even steamed my petticoat because the tool was really bunched up. I would recommend Bridal Depot to any bride. They are very helpful and an amazing staff! If you are unsure of your bridal gown Rose can pick an awesome dress for you! Bridal Depot exceeded my expectations and I had a great memorable experience!

    I received excellent service at the Bridal Depot. The staff was helpful and my dress was perfect. My mother even bought her dress from here. I even recommended another bride who also purchased her gown.

    My experience is one I will never forget. When I arrived I was immediately greeted by staff and they made my experience one I will never forget! After selecting about ten dresses or so to try on, one of the ladies helping me said she had a dress in the back that just came in and that she thought I may like. It ended up being "the dress," and was my size and everything!! I even brought it home with me that day. They are also very reasonable in price!! My mom also came back to get her dress there too, which they went above and beyond for her as well. I would definitely recommend going here!!

    I love love love my dress! The staff is very helpful! All of their dresses are very nice, and the atmosphere is stress free! Would highly recommend this shop over any commercial dress company!

    I absolutely loved working with Dana at the Bridal Depot. She SAVED my wedding dress! She's awesome at what she does and I highly recommend her to future brides to be.

    I went in with my friend who had a VERY limited budget and a wedding date just over two weeks away. Rose helped my friend find the true dress of her dreams, a veil that more than complimented the overall look she was looking for and then a crystal sash to complete her look. Rose found all of these things for my friend within her very small budget. Today's experience, as well as Rose, were truly a blessing to my friend and her stressful rapidly approaching nuptials. Thank you!

    I had a great experience with Dana, the seamstress over there, she was very helpful and the other girls were as well. I really had a great experience with them and I would definately recommend them, in fact I am a bridesmaid in a friends wedding and we ended up ordering our bridesmaid dresses from here as well.

    The Bridal Depot was a level above any other place I visited for my dress, my bridesmaids, and jewelry. The prices were unbelievable for designer dresses, and their collection was massive. I would definitely recommend it to anyone from a simple to extravagant wedding. It provides more services than I used, so you could get everything done in one building.

    I purchased my Justin Alexander ballgown for my wedding a few months ago from Bridal Depot, after visiting several other wedding dress boutiques around Houston. Rose was extremely helpful with the selection, displaying lots of patience and professional advice along the way. I ordered my gown only few months prior to the wedding and Rose was able to expedite the delivery. Bridal Depot (Dana) also provided alteration services for my gown. I ended up adding a tulle halter and belt to the strapless gown and Dana executed it beautifully. The dress fitted as a glove as she placed lots of emphasis on my comfort. Dana really understands female body and was able to provide priceless advice. Her services were very reasonably priced. I was very comfortable during the entire ceremony & reception, thanks to her wonderful help in months prior.

    I said yes to my dress at The Bridal Depot. Rose was so easy to work with; she was friendly, fun, and attentive, and made the experience memorable. After trying on 20 to 30 dresses at other stores, I went in knowing I wanted one dress in particular. It was a recent release from Maggie Sottero and the other salons had not gotten it in yet. I was so relieved when I found out The Bridal Depot had it in stock. I rushed in, and was thrilled when the dress fit me and the image I wanted. Rose helped me feel beautiful on my wedding day. I received a ton of compliments from our guests (and our photographer) about how beautiful the dress is, that they had never seen it before. The dress is now preserved so I can cherish it for years to come.

    After working with a store for over a month to get my size (plus size) I decided to call Bridal Depot to see if they had a red special occassion dress in plus sizes. Rosie answered the phone and said they did. I arrived the next day after 6pm and they were busy. I was greeted and began walking around lookinf for red dresses in plus. Someone came over and briefly spoke to me about what I was looking for and left me to look some more. The very first dress I zeroed in on was red and just so happen to be my size!! I loooked around for a few more dresses but came back to the first one. I tried it on and it fit me perfectly. Rosie helped me with the dress and made suggestions on proper undergarments I would need for the dress. I had a great experience and the dress was less than the dress at the other store. It also helped I was able to put it on lay-a-way. Rosie offered to steam the dress a few days before my wedding on Valentine's Day 2014.

    This is a giod place, I found my dress the first time I went. The personal is very friendly, they help me out a lot and were very patient with me. The prices are good and I had a very awesome experience with them.

    Rose was amazing! My mom & I went to 5 stores to try on dresses and I was in tears when we pulled up to Bridal Depo because I was so tired of trying on dress after dress. As soon as we walked in Rose greeted us and she said to me "I have the perfect dress for you, I will put it in the dressing room!" My mom and I selected a few dresses to try on but the dress I ended up LOVING was the dress that Rose had picked out. She was dead on and the price was below my budget so that was a huge plus! My dress should be in the first week of November so I am excited to go back and try it on!

    Rose at Bridal Depot was super. I called the store and talked with her while I was still in north Texas helping my daughter find her bridal gown. We found the one we wanted but couldn't order it since we only had 5 months. I talked with Rose and she took down all the information. We needed a small size which is very hard to find off the rack. When I got back into Houston area, I called her and she had located the exact dress in their warehouse in Dallas. I was surprised they had a size 4. They received it 2 weeks later and then they referred us to Dana's Alterations which was in the same building. Dana was fantastic. She altered the dress from a size 4 to about a size 0 and it looked stunning. The Bridal Depot building looked horrific but we had a very good experience with them

    The Bridal Depot was the last place my sisters and I stopped by before calling it quits on our second hunt for the right gown. While the atmosphere there wasn't as nice as at other places around Houston were, they definitely madeup for it in gown quality and selection. They carried many gowns that were different than the cookie cutter gowns seen at the mainstream stores. Their prices were also very competitive. The sales lady was very sweet and patient was very prompt in letting me know when the gown had come in. The gown came in perfect condition and they allowed me to leave it instore for as long as I needed and had it steamed when I was ready to pick it up.

    Another bonus was that they have a recommended seamstress in the same building so that there was no extra hassle to get the dress hemmed.

    I had a great experience with Bridal Depot! It was so easy... From purchasing the dress, to getting my dress altered. This was only the second place I selected to try on wedding dresses. My consultant, Rose, was really sweet and helped me select a dress. Within 3 dresses I fell in love with my wedding dress. I was out of there with my dress paid for within an hour! Within 7 months I was back to try on my dress and to get it altered by Dana. Dana was really nice and really took the time to listen to what I wanted altered. The alterations were done within 2 weeks and I was ready to try it on one last time. After I approved the alterations, I went back 1 week later to pick up my dress - steamed and ready to go!

    My only problem was that I had to call to check to see if my dress was ready. I felt they should have called me to let me know I could go in and try it on. But as soon as I called, they answered and said the dress was ready. So it really wasn't a problem.

    Based off of my experience, I recommend Bridal Dept.

    I found my wedding dress here, the ladies were very nice, the online schedule system was handy to make an appointment to try on dresses. I had been to David's Bridal several times and could not find my dress. First time here and I had a winner!!

    At my first appointment, she was helping someone else at the same time, so I felt rushed. Great selection of dresses and veils. I do feel like I paid more than my dress was worth after looking online. My veil was a great price! Rose, the associate I worked with was lovely.

    We decided to try this place out after the first two places did not have what we were looking for in a dress. We called ahead on a Saturday and showed up within 30 minutes. They let us choose about 20 dresses and set us up in a room. It was the second to last one, but I found THE DRESS! They worked with us on the price and even included alterations and dry cleaning. We got a great deal!

    The area is a little sketchy and it's very dated inside, but they have SO many dresses to choose from that it's really a great place to look.

    An array of dresses to choose from! If you are looking for that "Say Yes to the Dress" experience with cocktails and bright lights this may not be the place for you, but if you are looking to find your dream dress on budget, without the frills this is the place for you. I would recommend to go to one of the fancy bridal boutiques to get that experience out the way and then rush to Bridal Depot to actually purchase the dress. My dress was affordable, and when it arrived, it fit beautifully. The manager, Rosie, is great to work with and she always keeps me laughing when I stop by. Also, Bridal Depot, is a one stop shop. I received my dress on the third floor and sent my dress to the second floor for minor alterations. I loved my experience here.

    I found my dream dress at The Bridal Depot and at a great price! After I found my dress, I searched other boutiques to see if they offered it for cheaper, but no place could beat The Bridal Depot's price! Granted, this is not the "prettiest" boutique I have visited. It could use a lot of updating. And at other boutiques, there was someone on hand to help me try on the dresses. This just doesn't happen at The Bridal Depot. You are on your own. But the staff was very friendly and I walked away feeling very satisfied with my purchase. I definitely recommend The Bridal Depot to any bride looking for a beautiful, quality dress for a reasonable price!

    Crystal at the Bridal depot did an amazing job at finding "the" dress. I was a little difficult, saying things like "i want the dress curvy but poofy" "unique but not too unique" and a whole bunch of contradicting statements. She listened to the things I was saying and pulled my dress randomly. I would have never tried on this dress. At first I didn't like it but she immediately knew it needed sparkle and uniqueness so she grabbed the jewelry piece right afterwards and both my mom and I fell in love instantly. I ordered my dress pretty close to the recommended time and though it took it cut close (a couple of weeks before the wedding) it came in on time like they said and it fit like it was supposed to. I went to about 5 different shops searching for a dress and no one was even close to problem solving and listening as well as Crystal did. I was very impressed. Dana in alterations at the same place did an amazing job as well. I would definitely check them out. Prices weren't that bad as well.

    Though the atmosphere isn't much to look at, they have an amazing selection of dresses, both designer and not to choose from. We got a good deal on our dress and they threw in the matching veil for free.

    The staff at the bridal depot were very accomodating, friendly, and helpful. They were definitely very honest with respect to the type of dress that I want to my body type. They have been in this field for a long time and it shows. Great experience!

    They didn't carry the Maggie Sotero dress that I wanted, but had a similar one that the consultant helped make it similar to the dress I wanted. I couldn't have been happier with them.

    After visiting 5 different bridal stores in Houston, I finally found a dress that felt like the one at the Bridal Depot. I tried there because of their large selection of Mori Lee and Anjolique, the latter of which is not found at many salons in Houston. I found "flaws" with every other gown I tried on, so when I walked out of the dressing room and couldn't think of anything I'd change, I knew I should buy it. Rose worked with me and was very friendly and helpful, but I became worried when she informed me that there were already several appointments in the next few days for brides who wanted to try on that dress (the only one and a sample). Rose explained that the dress was a 2012 design and that only a few were made in the tulle fabric. She said that there was no item number because of this, meaning I could not look up the design. Although I wanted to wait for my mom to come that weekend, I bought the gown for fear that it would be sold before then.

    Later that night, I was browsing the Anjolique website to read more about the designer. To my surprise, I saw that my dress (#2206) was the thumbnail on The Knot for the designer and actually came out 2 years ago- in 2010. Initially angered that I had been cheated into buying a new and "special" gown, I planned to confront Rose at the store the next day. I anticipated defensiveness, but to my surprise Rose was also shocked that it was not a new design/fabric and explained that she had simply relayed what she was told by an Anjolique representative 2 weeks ago when they received the dress. She was very apologetic and immediately called the manager/let me speak to her. She then invited us into her office and called Anjolique in our presence to find out what happened. Anjolique claimed it was "new" because they brought it back and took no responsibility for selling the gown at a higher price. They claimed that their representative just made a "human mistake" and refused to resolve the situation.

    Unlike horror stories I've read from many brides, Rose and her manager, Dana, IMMEDIATELY RESOLVED THE SITUATION AS I REQUESTED. Without any fuss, they provided a refund of the additional cost from what I saw the dress was sold 2 years ago (which meant they refunded me around $500). Even though they were going to incur the cost of giving me the discount, they wanted to make sure that I was happy. Throughout all of this, Rose was apologetic and stressed how important it was that they share the correct information to brides. They made a choice to be FAIR, and that's something that you won't find with many bridal shops. Ethical shops like Bridal Depot deserve your business.

    Lessons learned: You can't necessarily trust that a design is "new" and hasn't been featured in a previous year, so investigate. The whole wedding business can be tricky, so read reviews and stay informed.

    I highly recommend the Bridal Depot based on how they handled what was initially a really upsetting situation. They fixed the mistake despite it not being their fault, and by the end I left with a gown that was even more within my budget. Best of luck in your wedding gown search!

    The dress was beautiful, I loved my dress. I never got the same salesperson that I dealt with in the store, on the phone, and I had a hard time getting precise answers to my questions. The dress was fully customizeable which was great. I added sleeves, beading, lengthened the train, and added length becuase I am tall. I loved that I could practically make the dress I wanted. But initally they quoted me the wrong price on the beading and had to call and request more money after a statment of cost was already given and in addition, when I got my dress back the length had NOT been added. I had to pay an additional $500 to a seamstress to drop the hymn on my dress at the last minute. And pay an additional $40 to have my shoes cut shorter. The material was beautiful, the dress was very reasonable and well-made.

    I am not sure where the problem rooted, with the manufactuer or the store, but it was a stressful situation, but in the end, it did not compare to having a one of a kind dress, that was beautiful, at a reasonable price.

    I purchased my gown from here and I must say, I love it! They have a lot of designer dresses and at much lower cost. Their customer service is great. I am also getting my bridesmaid dresses from here. I looked everywhere until I found the bridesmaid dresses that for my gown style.

    They did a good job - i was overall satisfied - but I had to travel here about 6 times to get my dress finally. I bought from Rose in the bridal shop and Dana in the alteration shop. They both worked hard to make sure my dress was right.

    I purchase my wedding dress and all bridesmaid dresses from the Bridal Depot. I wasnt very impressed with the customer service that I recieved. I didnt have any problems with my wedding dress order. BUT had nothing but problems with my bridesmaid dresses. I had 2 MOH's and 4 BM's Originally both were suppose to have red dresses and I was told that they would be the same color red. When the dresses arrived they were two different reds. Not only that but nobody had called any of the bridesmaid to let them know that their dresses had arrived. When it was all said and done i was not wowed by the service. The store manager was nice and I was able to order a second dress for one of my MOH's and it arrived within a week of ordering it.

    I guess I have mixed feelings with this place. I did not purchase my gown here but I did bring it in for alterations. I originally bought my dress for a little over $500 and did my alterations with Dana.... Alterations were way more than the cost of my own dress!!! It was ridiculous.. But at that point I was already to deep in I just decided to have them finish the alterations. My bridesmaid purchased their gowns here and 3 out of the 4 gown did not fit! One of my bridesmaids backed out of my wedding because the dress didn't fit her and the alterations would either be too much or she would have to purchase a new dress. The other two need theirs altered at just a week and a half of the wedding. I have no idea what the heck they were doing when they measured my bridesmaids. I will be filing a complaint with the company after this review. LOL I guess my feelings weren't so mixed... Just beware when you go to this place. If I would have know the trouble we are going through I would have never gone here!

    This place is a nice size with a ample array of dresses. The downside of this place is the staff. I went on a Monday inn hopes of not being there when it was busy. Walked in and nobody was in site. Not even an employee. Ok? MOH and I walked around to browse a little all with no help. Finally had to hunt somebody down. Not very helpful

    Initial dress was a great fit at the top! The new dress received was not, therefore required alterations by Dana's Alterations on 2nd level (same building) who seems to have a financial interest in Bridal Depot which is now Amore Bridal Connection. My dress went from being about $1210 to almost $1800 with necessary alterations that was not intended nor planned. Dress turned out nice but very disappointed in the scam to charge less for the dress with intention of gouging me with alterations which ultimately appears to go in same pocket. From the time I ordered dress to picking it up, the company name had changed primarily to get rid of negative reputation. I was desperate and was then very short on time. Be careful and watch your pocket!

    Vendor is very flexible, no appointments required to walk into the store and check out their dresses. However, they are unresponsive to my e-mails regarding my dress. I could not find a picture of my dress online. I've asked the vendor to send me a picture of my dress from the designer over the phone and via e-mail. however, they are unresponsive to my request. I'm not even sure if the vendor is cheating me of my money b/c my favorite designer Maggie Sottero has not posted a picture of my dress that I have ordered from this store. Take this as a warning.

    I should have known better than to shop here to begin with. This place is completely runned down...it's just obvious once you walk in. I didn't want to judge the book by its cover by giving them a shot. it looks like this is my biggest mistake. Please run away from this store as fast as you can

    They would not call promptly, charged extra $280 to put cups (expensive for few stitches in my opinion) and would think that should be part of the dress... Dana, in alterations left me with the dress on for a long time to answer phone calls, same with the ladies in the fitting floor, they refused to steam it after I tried it on (it was very wrinkly the wedding day), had to make several trips...
    Definitely not the place to buy the most important day of your life!

    MAKE YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.
    I made the mistake of entrusting it to them for cleaning, pressing and preservation.
    They charged me over $280 right away, and after over 2 months I got nothing done.
    The manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. She did not care of me leaving unhappy and even said she did not care I would have wrote bad reviews. So here I am.
    When I first got my gown back I realized it had not been ironed at all. I complained and then the maager admitted the job was not done right (she tried to stick it to me). However, she asked me to let her fix it, so I tried working with them to have the cleaning and ironing redone..... 3 times! After going in that place 5 times, vack and forth, I ran out of patient and requested a refund.
    THEY REFUSED ME A REFUND AND ASKED ME TO LEAVE. All I had left to do was filing a fraud claim and dispute the payment. The legal office of my bank is currently handling the case. I fortunately took a lot of pictures and videos every single time I went there, documenting their lack of professionalism and that I did not get the service I paid for.
    My suggestion: do not give them your business, or you will end up like me. IF you will still decide to trust them and purchase items or services from them, make sure you pay them later, after you see the job done. Document your experience, save receipts and record what they tell you. Good luck.

    I went here on a whim and ended up finding a beautiful dress. However it was the last one, and being from the 2009 line, they said it wasn't available for order so I would have to buy it off the rack. They said someone else was looking at it so if I wanted it I would have to buy it right then because they wouldn't hold it for me. I felt very pressured (and looking back, I should have just walked away) but I ended up buying it. And no surprise, I found out I overpaid by about 150%. I also ordered a headband and veil "to match" in ivory. That was 11 months before the wedding.

    I called to check on the veil order about 4 months later, they said it would be in by the end of the week. I thought that was very convenient timing, but hey, maybe they forgot to order it, and were getting it in ASAP - human error happens, no problem! I called 1 month later, again, they said it would be in by the end of the week. This time I asked for an explanation and their reason was that I got the wrong info last time, they must have confused me with someone with my exact same name who was getting married on the exact same day (I have an extremely unique last name). Uh huh. Finally, 3 months before the wedding, my accessories come in and I pick them up. I have to bring the veil back a week before the wedding so they can steam it with the dress. I do that, and ask to try on the dress with my shoes, just to make sure - they can't find my dress. After about 30-40 min and mentioning maybe they sold it by accident, they finally find it. I come back the next week (3 days before wedding) to pick up the dress and veil, terrified that everything will be missing. Luckily, they had it, but the veil hadn't been steamed and the dress was only about half-done. They tried to tell me to just keep it in the bathroom and run a hot shower. Ugh. So after I convince them to steam it, we finally leave and I have never been more grateful to get away from a business and be done with them.

    I DO NOT recommend going here for any reason. The dresses are mediocre and overpriced, the staff is middling at best (though Rose was very friendly at least), and no bride needs to worry about their dress as much as I felt I had to!

    I am always skeptical when someone starts a review by stating "If I could give less than 1 star I would"; however, I completely get it after my experience with this company today. First, on a positive note I can say I had an attentive consultant named Paige. She provided good feedback and I felt comfortable with her. When I recently went back on 2/10/18 to try on dresses with my mom and sister, Paige was great. We even discussed that we both had a recent death in our respective families. I decided on a dress and Paige assured me if I was not sure I could change my mind within 24 hours. On Sunday 2/11/18, I found out the expenses for my grandfather's funeral exceeded what we originally thought and I went back on 2/12/18 to obtain a refund of my deposit. Please keep in mind this business is closed on Sundays so between 5 PM on Saturday and 11 AM on Monday was less than 24 hours. I spoke with Paige and she stated she could not issue a refund personally so she called Dana. I am not sure what Dana's exact role is within the company. However, she proceeded to tell me she could not cancel the order because she would need to contact the manufacturer to tell them why I wanted to cancel. I explained my grandfather's death and my plan to return in a few weeks after the expenses from the funeral had been resolved. I also reminded Dana her consultant (Paige) told me I had 24 hours to change my mind. Dana advised me she would get back to me in 24-48 hours. I explained that was not acceptable and she relented by stating she would call me by 3 PM. Due to my discomfort with the encounter once I left I sent a written email request for a refund and detailed my concerns. I received a voicemail shortly after that email was sent stating I could not have a refund of my deposit. No explanation for the denial of my refund was provided. I called to speak with Dana and she refused to provide an explanation or put her denial in writing. She was cold, callous, and dismissive.

    We ordered a custom fit Justin Alexander dress for my daughter's wedding. The dress never came in and I called repeatedly only to be told they didn't know when it would be in. The wedding was a month away and still no dress. Finally was told the dress had not been ordered and they would rush it for us. The dress we got theee weeks before the wedding was three sizes too big and they would not refund our money. They didn't order our dress and then tried to give us a dress that didn't even remotely fit. We found out after doing research that Justin Alexander dresses do not even come in custom fit sizes only standard sizes so we were lied to from the beginning. Save yourself a lot of grief and go somewhere else!!!

    I wish that I could give Bridal Depot negative stars to help other brides avoid it. DON’T GO HERE. This was the most stressful part of my entire wedding, and I was still dealing with them even after my wedding was done.

    Weddings are crazy, expensive ordeals. Bridal Depot should be all about helping brides. Instead, they use sneaky tactics in an attempt to take advantage of their customers. From me having to call for weeks leaving messages before hearing back from them, to driving up there for dress fittings with a dress that isn’t mine, to them losing my belt and having to order one last minute, to having charges on alterations that were saying would be included, to fighting for SIX MONTHS to get a refund on that stupid veil, I am convinced you would be better served going just about anywhere else. Bridal Depot is an unprofessional, disorganized, and shady place, staffed with some smiling, fast-talking workers trying to bleed you for as much money as they can. RUN.

    AVOID THIS STORE PLEASE! The entire experience was a NIGHTMARE. We ordered a Mori Lee gown and we were told that as a matter of fact that was the last day to order that dress if we wanted it to arrive in time for the wedding (6 months later), mind you this was the middle of June. The bride panicked because she’d fallen in love with the gown and was afraid she wouldn’t get it in time so we went ahead and ordered it. Rose, who seems very nice at first is the most dishonest person I’ve ever encountered. She told us she would have the dress RUSHED and ordered at custom length at no cost, but I had a bad feeling about her so as soon as we left I started calling around for prices on this same gown. I spoke to a very nice lady at Ventura’s and she told me “unfortunately you’ve been lied to. This specific gown by Mori Lee is what they call "quick delivery" gown. It will be shipped from 6 to 8 weeks. Therefore standard shipping for this gown is estimated early September. Never will this dress take 6 month to arrive. And as far as the length, there’s no such thing as her waiving a custom length fee. This gown comes in 3 different lengths and we order the one that’s closest to the bride’s height.”I was infuriated but we played it smart and called Rose the next day and told her we had found the same gown (for a cheaper price) at a different boutique. At this point we gave her two options, cancel our order or lower the price. She tried to fight it at first but then she asked for the email as proof of what we were saying. We faxed and emailed her over and over and every time she would claim she hadn’t received anything. Finally we had to go see her in person and have it out with her. She was extremely rude and to top it all off when the gown finally came in, IT WAS THE WRONG GOWN!!! Well that pissed me off then she drops the price to $2300. I decided to Google the dress and find out the sticker price for the designer gown is only $1800!!!!!! Everything happens for a reason bc I went on Maggie Sottero's website and found the dress at Panache Bridal and they gave me a 1st time discount and I purchased my dress for $1900 with tax! PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT WASTE UR TIME GOING HERE. I will also email Maggie Sottero and let the designer know what they are doing to brides!
