  A store that became like family

  Marissa and the Bridal Corner staff are incredible! The first dress I tried on and I absolutely fell
  In love with it! Everyone was so nice and accommodating to myself and to our families who also were dressed by the Bridal Corner. We had to delay our wedding by a year because we were expecting our daughter and Marissa bent over backwards to make sure everything was taken care of and took one less stressful thing off our plate. All staff we encountered were extremely professional and friendly and it was always a welcoming experience to visit the store. We really lucked out having them by our side the entire time. I would most certainly recommend any one having a wedding or prom to make a visit to the Bridal Corner!

  I loved my dress

  Bridal Corner let me try on dresses (for my October 2021 wedding) fifteen minutes before closing, which they didn’t need to do. Being rather shy about dresses, I wasn’t sure what I wanted. The staff, however, asked me to try on a dress that they thought I’d like based on my vague descriptions and it ended up being the dress I really loved. The staff were very nice and everything from alterations to fittings to tuxedo rentals went smoothly, even though I was a little late on finding a dress. A heads up to brides that someone helps you in and out of dresses here where other places either let you mostly change in private before helping or, in the case of David’s Bridal, let you try everything on by yourself.

  Highly recommend!

  I’m so happy that I chose the Bridal Corner for my wedding dress. Not only is their selection huge, but the staff was wonderful and truly made the experience great! I went in feeling like I wasn’t sure exactly what I wanted, and came out with the perfect dress. Several of my follow up appointments were affected by COVID closings, but they were great about making it happen and getting me my dress to me no matter what!

  Genuine care for each customer

  Every person who works here is fabulous. They greet you like an old friend every time you return for a fitting and are genuinely excited for you when you pick up your dress.
  
  At many bridal stores, if you aren't the bride, you're kind of on your own. My mom never felt that way here. They make everyone who comes through the door feel special.
  
  I cannot recommend this place enough! Many family members have bought dresses here before me, and I expect the tradition to continue.

  Best experience of my life.

  I went to one shop prior to Bridal Corner and had the absolute worse experience. They made me feel like I was too thin to look beautiful in the dresses. Safe to say I did not buy my dress there.
  
  I made an appointment at Bridal corner and they were able to get me in within days of calling. The minute I walked in the door I wa greeted by the staff. They are absolutely the sweetest people I've ever met. My consultant was Sabrina! We tried on a few dresses prior to finding the one! She picked absolutely beautiful dresses that complimented my figure greatly! The last dress she pulled was a Maggie Sottero and my god it was the one. They pinned me up, took my measurements and had me all ready to go.
  
  Shortly after purchasing my dress I developed a rare stomach disorder that caused me to lose alot of weight, at first the dress no longer fit me and we were going to take it in but I waited to see if I'd gain it back. Low and behold I did and it was far past what I lost. They were absolutely AMAZING and so thoughtful and caring during this process. They gave me the option to have a corset put in just in case i lost or gained weight due to my illness. I absolutely 100% reccomend Bridal Corner. They will make tou feel comfortable, beautiful, and are sooooo attentive to what you are looking for and they do not push you to go over your budget. I can not wait yo pick up my dress in June!!!

  Incredible Experience!

  Prior to going to the Bridal Corner, I had a terrible experience at another bridal salon in CT. I am beyond thankful that I decided to check out the Bridal Corner. The minute we walked into the Bridal Corner we were greeted, and the staff made us feel welcomed. The experience I had was more than I could have ever dreamed of because of our incredible bridal consultant, Terri C.! I was able to describe to her what I was looking for in a gown, and she was able to show me amazing gowns that matched my description. She treated me like I was the only bride-to-be and even assisted me with selecting bridesmaids dresses and a dress for my mother!! She was patient with my mother and I and did not rush us. The selection of bridal gowns at this store are amazing and unique. We will be going back for the groom and groomsmen tuxedos as well. I was able to ask several questions throughout my experience to Terri C. and Analia, and I did not feel bothersome to them. This is a place that wants you to feel comfortable and find your perfect bridal gown, as they genuinely care about you being happy on your special day. On top of the excellent consultant, bridal gowns, bridesmaid dresses, and MOB/MOG dresses, the inside of the Bridal Corner is beautiful! Thank you to Terri C. for the amazing experience and helping me to say "yes" to the perfect dress. My mother and I were filled with joy when we left the Bridal Corner.   Excellent - Highly Recommend!

  I was incredibly impressed with the Bridal Corner, from selecting "the one" last November through two fittings. Everyone at the Bridal Corner is professional and welcoming, and I especially enjoyed working with Marissa. The dress was truly perfect - I highly recommend the Bridal Corner; you won't be disappointed!

  Absolutely loved my experience at Bridal Corner! Everyone was so nice and made me feel so comfortable! They were so excited for me! I found the dress of my dreams!! Daphne was my stylist and she was fantastic!! Can’t wait to go back there for bridesmaids dresses!

  After a few unsuccessful and demoralizing trips to various bridal salons in CT, my mom, on a whim, booked us an appointment at The Bridal Corner, and I’m so glad she did! Since I didn’t have an exact vision for the style dress I wanted, Marissa let me try on countless dresses! What I loved and appreciated is how quickly we got down to business to find “the dress.” We didn’t spend 15-30 minutes in a dress I was only so-so about like I had at other salons which was refreshing. We quickly found a few favorites and later on narrowed down to my perfect dress. Best of all, it was very affordable without sacrificing quality and beauty! I didn’t even need any alterations except the bustle because of the precise measuring done by Marissa and her mom. I can’t recommend booking an appointment with The Bridal Corner enough! They are not only professional and personable but truly care for each of their brides!

  Stunning dresses, amazing staff and service

  Married on August 24, 2019. I loved my wedding dress from Bridal Corner! Family owned business and they are absolutely wonderful to work with. My mother got her mother of the bride dress here as well. We were both very happy with our dresses and the service and the alterations were done in a timely manner.

  I went to Bridal Corner pretty anxious. I didn't think I'd have the over the moon feeling about finding THE dress. My first fitting went so good! Marissa made me feel super comfortable and asked a lot of questions about what I was looking for. She did have me try on dresses that I normally wouldn't wear and had me surprised by many of them. The selection of dresses they have is awesome! I told her about a specific dress I NEEDED to try on before I could say YES to the dress. They tried to call and get a loaner dress for me to try on, but that specific dress was not available. I finally found the dress in Rocky Hill, so I made the trip there just to try it on. I fell in love with it, but no so much the Bridal Shop. I called Marissa and asked her if they could order it and sure enough they could! They honored the price that Rocky Hill would have sold to me which was a huge plus! I cant say enough about the staff here. They made me feel beautiful and super important every time I was there. Even the girls who never helped me, remembered my face and always said hello. I even received a personalized card when I finally had ordered my dress with them. It was so sweet. I highly recommend this facility and I would definitely ask for Marissa! They even have a tux shop here as well :)

  I absolutely adore this store!! They put me in a dress that was a size 16! I’m a size 4 to 6 they were able to get that dress in a size 6 and it fit perfectly!!! And now that my baby bump is showing they are making everything work just right for me!!!

My consultant let me know we had our work cut out for us but was sure we could find something. I found a dress that I was comfortable in and felt beautiful. It also fit the theme of my wedding perfectly. After finding the dress they got the seamstress up to see me right away since we were on such short time. My dress was fitted and steamed and ready for me to pick up with plenty of time! If I need a formal dress in the future I will definitely be going to bridal corner!

  I went into my appointment not expecting to leave with a dress, or to even enjoy the process of shopping. Once my appointment began, my consultant put me at ease and was so easy to work with. I ended up buying a dress that day and canceling my appointment. Bridal Corner even goes above and beyond, sending me a personalized note on several occasions.

  My experience with this shop is outstanding. I originally was dreading going to David's Bridal to find a wedding dress because of the horror stories I have heard. I originally went into Bridal Corner with my friend for her wedding and they were so helpful and friendly to her I made an appointment for mine right then and there. From then on my experience has been so personal every time I have gone to the store. The girls are so friendly and go out of there way to make you comfortable. Because of the whole experience we ended up not only getting my wedding dress there but also all 7 of my bridesmaid dresses and both the mother of the bride and the mother of the groom dresses here. The seamstress did such an UNBELIEVABLE job tightening and reworking the back, no one would know it wasn't all the original applique. Thank you to Analia, Terry, and the wonderful ladies at Bridal Corner for making me feel beautiful on our big day!

  Bridal corner and the staff were so understanding and accommodating to our circumstances. They were able to alter my dress quite quickly which was no easy task due to the amount of beading and having to do this in stages.

  Whatever you do, don't buy your dress from anyone but Maria Vasco. She's a Wedding Dress fairy Godmother! I went in to Bridal Corner on a whim and walked out with a dress better than anything I could have imagined. Not only is she a dress consultant, but she was a former seamstress who knows her fabrics and how to make the dress personalized to YOU! She picked out a beautiful lace fabric that I purchased and had added onto my dress. She even gave me pointers on what type of veil to purchase to compliment the lace overlay. I really didn't have much interaction with the rest of the staff, but Maria was a godsend.

I had a specific idea in mind and all the dresses that were in the realm of my idea were presented to me along with some others (just for fun!) I had a picture of one specific dress that they had in the store that as soon as I tried it on I knew that it was the one! They helped me find the perfect veil and head piece to go along with the dress as well. Everyone was great, very helpful and easy to work with. I also picked my bridesmaids dresses and both my mother and mother-in-law purchased from Bridal Corner as well. Everyone in my bridal party including my mother and mother-in-law were very happy with the service they received. I'd recommend Bridal Corner again!!
