Virgina and Nicole are amazing. I went to a bunch of other shops before choosing the Bridal Center. No one in the area had the dress that I really wanted. I tried on a bunch of similar ones but none seemed quite right. Virgina assured me that the dress I wanted would be perfect for me and promised that if for some reason it wasn't they would make sure that the seamstress would make it perfect. When my dress came in I couldn't be happier!! It was exactly what I wanted and I was so happy Virgina told me to go with what I wanted and not settle for another dress.

We got all my bridesmaids dresses (7), junior bridesmaid dress, flower girl dress and MOB dress from here too. Virgina and Nicole were great working with everyone making sure everyone's fit perfect. They even helped with my out of town matron of honor when I needed embelishents added to her dress they got me some to send so they matched exactly what my maid of honors looked like. My sister got her prom/sweet 16 dress from them as well.

I loved going in for my fittings and actually miss seeing them! I'll be stopping in to say hello very soon they feel like friends now!

Thank you guys so much :) The tears in my husbands eyes when I met him at the end of the isle and the first thing he said to me was you look gorgeous had a lot to do with you guys!

I reccomend them to everyone!!

I believe I tried on maybe four dresses here - Virginia listened to what I wanted and found me exactly what I was looking for. She made dress shopping easier than jeans shopping for me, all my bridesmaids and even my mom.

Virginia and the entire staff of the bridal center are fabulous. They were so helpful, from the moment I stepped through the door until.....well, they are still helping me clean and preserve my dress and with a bridesmaid dress I need for a wedding I am in. I will use them whenever possible for all of my future dresses. They are so sweet and accommodating and truly make you feel like a special bride!!! Thank you so much for everything ladies!!!!!! You made me feel like a princess that day.

I found the perfect dress at Bridal Center Boutique. They took an off the rack wedding dress and turned it into a custom gown. The owner, sales staff and seamstress made my experience fun and relaxed. The price was right and they did not use high pressure tactics to get me to buy something. They all genuinely wanted me to have the perfect dress.

Words can not describe how awesome Virginia and her staff are! I purchased my wedding gown here and my bridal party all got their dresses/tuxes also---they have made this process so easy. Virginia and her staff are great! They are so accommodating, honest, and absolutely wonderful! I bought my dress and veil from her. My 4 bridesmaids also bought their dresses from her! The boob area on my wedding gown was funky and needed to be fixed. Virginia assured me that she would not let me take the dress home until it were PERFECT. She had her seamstress fix everything that needed to be fixed (add in cups, tack down belt, move over the snap, bussle the dress, tack down extra material, etc). After several (about 5) different fittings, my dress was good to go! On my wedding day, the dress fit me like a glove and was perfect! Thank you Virginia!

Was completely impressed with the genuine caring and perfectionism of the owner. She would not let me leave from a fitting unless she felt that I was completely happy. I did have some problems with the alterations though. I had many more fittings than normal and each time there was something else that needed to be fixed. I feel that this was due to a sickness that overcame the seamstress. For each problem that arose, I could not have been put at any more ease than Virginia put me.

Virginia and her staff are absolutely wonderful! Virginia runs a well-organized, personable business that would keep me coming back. You don't need appts and she is so sweet and extremely helpful when you come in to her store. 100% of the time she puts her all into making all of her customers happy. Unlike all the other smaller boutiques that stare you down and do not allow you to even touch their merchandise without an appt.

The owner was absolutely great. She was very helpful, very knowledgeable, and very professional. She reassured me of the process I would have to go through with my wedding dress and what would have to be done and walked me through it all. They had a nice selection of different designers as well. I was also grateful that they are having a sale, so if you're looking for a dress hurry and go get your dress! The owner was once again very very helpful and fun!

I went to the Bridal Center Boutique looking for another dress and found the dress of my dreams! Cythia helped me make the purchase and she was the sweetest person ever! I felt like I had my best friend with me when purchasing my dress and it was Cynthia that helped me! I met Virginia, the owner at my first fitting and I felt like it was my aunt helping me! The staff at BCB are like family. They understand that choosing the perfect dress is one of the most important decisions for a bride to make on for her wedding and they are very patient, understanding and helpful. The price was perfect (and I did shop around). The quality of my dress was exceptional and the seamstress did an amazing job making sure it fit perfectly.

I highly recommend going to Bridal Center Boutique for personal and execellent service!

I did not get to purchase my dress here because I did not know about The Bridal Center Boutique at that time, but my mom did purchase her dress and we both got our alterations done here. Virginia is EXCELLENT and made every minute memorable. I really wish I would of known about this place before purchasing from David's Bridal (not very personable there). I would 100% recommend The Bridal Center Boutique to anyone and I will be getting my bridesmaid dress altered here next fall!!!

I first went to Bridal Center Boutique when the shop was in East Brunswick (my hometown). What initially drew me to the store was that she had the designers that I liked and were in my budget. I was so excited to find out that my appointment was scheduled with Virginia, the owner of the shop herself! A lot of shop owners tend to be all business and just care about the sale, but Virginia genuinely cares about her clients and their comfort. She doesn't try to sneak dresses above your price range into the dressing room. There were tons of dresses on the racks, so my mother and I split up and each picked out a few. Of course, my mother knew better and picked out three dresses that I couldn't decide between! I wound up with a gorgeous Casablanca dress exactly in my price range and a beautiful veil that was the perfect compliment to it. I got SO many compliments throughout the day and felt great throughout the process knowing that Virginia was on my side and always communicative in letting me know about when my dress arrived, scheduling fittings, etc. If you want a no-stress experience, go to BCB!

We came to Bridal Center looking for my daughters wedding dress. While she didn't find anything she would commit to...I loved Virginia and knew I'd be back. She has a new location now on Rt. 18 and in a much bigger space. As others have said, she became almost a friend to us. Clearly, she loves what she does and it shows.
So I came back and purchased my MOB dress. I wanted something bronze as the wedding is in November/Fall. I found a wonderful dress at a very reasonable price. I'll recommend them to everyone. I left there floating on air with my beautiful dress ready to go.
4 weeks until the wedding and I cannot wait.

Where should I start!?! I went to Bridal Center Boutique because I had a friend who went there and figured why not start there. I made my appointment and within two hours I found my wedding dress AND my bridesmaids found their dresses. The staff there is amazing and they have the best knowledge of dresses. You tell them what you are looking for and they will pull different options of dresses based on what you like, and then they help you narrow down what looks best, all while being professional. The owner, Virginia, is such a wonderful and caring woman. I literally left there with a new friendship. She cares about ALL her brides from the start of wedding planning to AFTER the wedding. I also bought my veil and a beautiful hair piece which I have worn again after the wedding. All of her dresses are very affordable and she has amazing designers available there. If you are looking for that one on one experience, a comfortable setting, and beautiful dresses for not only the bride but bridesmaids/mother of the bride/and flower girls, head over to the Bridal Center Boutique I promise you won't be disappointed!

Being the anti-bride I was actually dreading dress shopping a little bit - but Virginia and her staff made the process easy, stress-free, and actually enjoyable. There were plenty of options in my budget and even though my appointment took longer than anticipated I never felt as though I was being rushed. I ended up getting a dress off the rack and consequently had to have a LOT of complicated alterations done - even after just the second fitting the dress was fitting nearly perfectly (minus the length). Virginia also personally spent time helping my mother and I find the perfect veil and hair piece to accent the details on my dress. Everything went as easily and pleasantly as possible!

I highly recommend the Bridal Center Boutique to any soon to be brides in the area! I bought my wedding gown, veil, hair comb, mother of the bride dress, bridesmaids dresses, and bridal party jewelry from this store. The staff at the Bridal Center went above and beyond to help me with wedding planning when it came to finding dresses for me, my bridesmaids, my mother and mother in law. They have a great selection of bridal gowns, bridesmaids dresses, mother of the bride/groom dresses and bridal accessories including veils and jewelry. Virginia and her staff take their time to be accommodating to their brides; they provide a very comfortable atmosphere and are NEVER pushy with their brides like other stores. Virginia was more than happy to order certain dresses that she did not carry of designers she had in the store. Virginia measured me, my mom, and my 6 bridesmaids before ordering all of our dresses. My dress did not need a single alteration other than putting in cups!! She has a seamstress on site and alterations are all reasonably priced! I am so thankful for the phenomenal service Virginia and her staff provided to me! You will not be disappointed with the Bridal Center Boutique- they are awesome!!!

Virginia and her team are amazing. I would HIGHLY recommend coming to this bridal shop. We purchased my wedding gown, all of my bridesmaids dresses, as well as my mother's dress. Virgina bent over backwards for me and my mother. Nicole, the assistant manager, was extremely responsive to any calls that I made. I never had to wait more then a day for a response from them.

Bridal Center Boutique has a large selection of dresses, and the workers really know their stuff. They have multiple designers to choose from. Most importantly (to me at least) they had a wide selection of Plus Size Dresses to try on. It was extremely difficult being a plus size girl and finding a salon that had a wide variety of dresses in one place.

The seamstress that works with Virginia's team did an excellent job with my dress. I lost 50lbs between the time I ordered my dress and my wedding day, resulting in my dress going from a size 22 to a size 16. The dress fit me perfectly.

I am so happy that I found Bridal Center Boutique. Virginia was not only excellent in her knowledge, but was always willing to listen to any issues we had, dress or not dress, related.

I would HIGHLY recommend that everyone checks out this dress shop!

I am so happy that I purchased my dress and bridesmaids dresses from Bridal Center Boutique. The service from Virginia and her staff was outstanding. Choosing a wedding dress can be very stressful and intimidating. I went to a bunch of other bridal stores and all they made me feel was pressure to buy a dress.

I was very indecisive picking a dress but the staff at Bridal Center Boutique were very patient with me and encouraged me to sleep on it before deciding. They truly wanted me to find "the one" and wouldn't let me rush into anything till then. With their help, I did find "the one" and every single time I put my dress on, I fall in love with it again. Their tailoring was superb and priced well. My dress was very intricate and you can't even tell any work was done on it.

I encourage every bride to go here to get their dress. You won't be disappointed.

While other bridal salons try to rush you and pressure you, everyone here was helpful and patient. Even after I had decided on my dress, they urged me to try on others just to be sure. Throughout the fitting process, they were so helpful and even tried to press my sister-in-law's veil for me. When that didn't work, they calmly helped me pick out a veil they had in stock on my last visit. This again was done without pressure or trying to make me buy a more expensive one because I was short on time. The only flaw of this fabulous store was that I had to drive a ways to get there. That being said, it was well worth it. I would highly highly recommend Bridal Center Boutique.

Virginia and Nicole were truly a pleasure to work with. I did some preliminary searches online to see what kind of dresses were on the market and found that most of the styles I was drawn to could be located at Bridal Center Boutique. Not only did the store have plenty of beautiful styles to choose from (I had to come back to the store twice just to try on all the styles that I picked--about a total of 15), but the staff was always helpful--from helping me choose styles in my price range to helping me in and out of all of the dresses, always in the best of humor and with the utmost patience. In short, Beautiful Selection, Exceptional Staff, and an all-around Fabulous Experience.

Absolutely LOVE Virginia! She is helpful, friendly, fun, and instantly feels like friend. She is Honest and realistic, and respectful. I had an issue with another boutique who, when I found a dress I liked, would not allow me to take a picture or even give me the model number/name (I just wanted my grandma to see what it looked like!!). Virginia was SO helpful! She took time to search online and in all her catalogs to help figure out what that dress was! I am buying my dress (and bridesmaids dresses!) from her because I know I can trust her!

I also got tuxedos through her. She had fantastic prices (MUCH lower than Men's Warehouse), lots of options and colors. However, one of the vendors she gets tuxedos through (Jim's Formalwear) was less than stellar... The tuxes were not shipped on time, and we did not have our tuxedos until 7:00 PM two days before the wedding (and we had to leave early the next morning for our destination wedding!). Also, my father's tuxedo jacket did not fit at all. However, Virginia made sure that the place overnight-shipped a jacket directly to our venue for my father to wear. Pretty sure the disconnect was with Jim's Formalwear, and NOT Bridal Center Boutique, as another boutique I spoke to had STOPPED dealing with Jim's because of similar issues. So if you get tuxedos with Virginia, just go through her other tuxedo vendor, Allure Men. :)

The Bridal Center Boutique on Route 18 was the first shop I went to for my bridal gown based on reviews I had read. They were great! I loved the first dress I tried and continued to try other dresses. Virginia, the shop owner, encouraged me to continue to shop even at other stores to make sure this was the dress. A couple of months passed and a number of dresses and shops later I couldn't forget that dress. I was so glad I found the dress and glad it was at the Bridal Center. Virginia and the women were great to work with. I looked forward to each of my fittings. I would recommend the Bridal Center to all Brides and the rest of her bridal party!

Virgina and her team were amazing......Not only was Virgina the owner but she became our friend....she was so wonderful with my daughter, she knew just what she wanted, her gown, her veil, her jewlery, her headpiece.....Virginia took extra special care of my daughter Vicki......when we left her shop we were smiling all the time. I cannot say enough good things about Virginia and the wonderful experience I had at her Bridal Center Boutique! Everything about working with her and her staff was wonderful right from the start. Firstly, the dresses in her store all have pictures attached to them of models actually wearing the dresses. This seems like a little, nothing detail, but it makes searching through the numerous dresses and racks SO much easier and more productive. Her selection was much better than so many of the other stores I had gone to in the area...I loved many of her dresses, and was lucky enough to find the 'one' amongst the large bunch I had picked out.

As if all that wasn't good enough, her prices were very competitive as well! I thought the value was exceptional. My dress came in on-time, fit beautifully, and the little alteration I needed for my hem was done extremely well.

Virginia is a true professional and a wonderful, warm person overall. She makes you feel special and beautiful--which is exactly what I wanted for my wedding day. I highly, highly recommend this boutique to anyone who wants their dress shopping experience to be an extraordinary one.

I actually live nearby Bridal Center Boutique's previous location. When I first went in to try on dresses, I didn't realize they were moving to Pompton Lakes. I decided to go ahead with the appointment anyway. I found my dress on this visit, so I then ended up having to drive an hour in each direction for every fitting. But, after all is said and done, I think it was well worth it! I had a great experience from beginning to end. Virginia was an excellent help on that first appointment when I was trying on dresses. It can be a very overwhelming experience, and I had brought an entire entourage of my mom, mother-in-law, aunts and cousins. Everyone had a different opinion. I definitely felt like Virginia made the whole experience a lot easier for me. She was extremely helpful in picking out my dress and keeping me calm (not that this is in her job description!). I ended up getting a dress I absolutely love. And the alterations process was also easy. It was a pleasure every time I went. In fact, when I went the week before my wedding to pick up my dress, I almost felt sad to be saying goodbye. I recommend this place for sure.

I recently had my wedding and the pleasure of dealing with Virginia. My mother bought my wedding dress from here I can give nothing but compliments to Virginia and her staff. From the moment I walked into the store I felt as if I was family. I was made to feel important and special. I must of spoken or saw Virginia at least once a week the last month before my wedding. Every detail of my dress was gone over and made to fit perfect. The day of my wedding Virginia even came to my house to dress me. It was great to be able to have her share that experience since we had come such a long way from me picking out my wedding dress over a year before that. All the girls in the shop were great. The staff are amazing and so friendly. My alterations were perfect and my dress received nothing but compliments from everyone! Thank you for an amazing experience!

Virginia was an absolute pleasure to work with! She bent over backwards to make sure my dress and my bridesmaids' dresses were perfect. My one bridesmaid was 8 1/2 months pregnant for my wedding and Virginia assured us that we would not have a problem with the dress, and she was right! We just held the fitting as late as possible and the seamstress was able to make the dress flow beautifully!

Virginia, store owner, was so helpful and determined to make me a happy customer. She accomplished her goal, I was so happy with my dress and with how well she took care of me and my girls. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone who needs a wedding dress/ bridesmaid dresses.

Virginia & her team were AMAZING! Everytime I was there I felt like they were working exclusively on me. My dress came out beautiful after all the fittings and felt great on the actual wedding day. My only small gripe was that I felt alterations were a bit expensive. However, that was a small concern in the grand scheme of things. This place is amazing and provides personalized and friendly service. Highly recommended!

I actually purchased my dress from Estelle's Dressy Dresses on Long Island, but other than the fact that my dress was beautiful (and a lucky find), their service was atrocious.

My mother bought her dress from Bridal Center Boutique and because my mother was a customer, they agreed to tailor my dress which was awesome.

I came in a total of 3 times, first for the initial measurements and fitting. I had a mermaid dress with corset back but the dress was huge on me and I actually had to hold it up to prevent it from falling. After the second fitting, it was very tight. I actually needed help getting in and out of it. 3rd time was a charm and the dress was perfect on me. It really complimented my curves and I actually had cleavage (I don't have big boobs so I was really excited about this).

The staff is very friendly and flexible (like I said they agreed to tailor my dress even though I didn't get it from them, which I am very thankful for). They stepped through the corset tying and bustling process with my sister and answered all of our (newbie) questions.

One thing I messed up on: I forgot my shoes in the 3rd and final fitting and so the length of my dress was too long the day of. Obviously, that's my bad. The length was perfect the second fitting but I think that might have been because it was so tight on me it was sitting higher? Definitely always make sure you have the correct shoes for ALL fittings.

My gown was gorgeous and fit me like a glove. I was a bride who really didn't know what I wanted so Virginia picked a bunch of gowns that she thought would be fitting for me. She was very helpful and patient. I was impressed with the price of the gown but alterations were not included so it seemed to even out. I gave a 4 on service because I was locked out on two occasions when I had appointments in the morning and ended up having to call the shop to let me in. Otherwise, everything was easy and the gown looked GREAT.

Every time I'm in here, I feel rushed. I ordered my bridesmaid's dress a few months ago. It came in on time but the owner, Virginia, ordered me a 12 instead of the 8 she had said she was ordering. (I am usually a 4). When I was in initially, she had said I was measuring about an 8 but put down a 12 on the order. Needless to say, I picked up the dress and it's no returns, no exchanges so I'm screwed and need major alterations. It's way too big and way too long. I refuse to get them to do the alterations. I will never go back to this place. I should have known since it was in that sketchy deserted shopping center.

I WOULDN’T GO BACK HERE! PLEASE READ THIS!!! SHOP AROUND!!!! I was looking for a particular dress that I have always wanted since I was younger & this was the 1st place I picked (I regret not looking at other places now). I was looking for a cobalt blue & white dress by Alfred Angelo. I picked this business because this was the closest to my house that carried this particular dress. At the time I went (before they moved to Pompton Lakes) their business was in a rundown mall in East Brunswick. The look on the outside still didn’t deter me from going to look as I tried to keep an open mind. When I arrived in May 2015 (my wedding is June 4, 2016) I spoke to Virginia who had a new girl show me the dress I wanted, but in red. From there it was downhill. Not only did she tell me I lost weight and that was the cause to why the dress was big, my dress was too big on the top; my bust where I “lost weight” even though I went up a full cup size, I never received my veil from May 2015-Feb 2016, there was no one-on-one help, and then she originally said she would pay for $80 of what I needed for alterations but then said the girl who does the alterations is a separate cost and I would have to pay an additional $400+. My wedding is now in 81 days and I have an actual seamstress (who is only charging me $200) for the alterations. I did finally receive my veil on March 3rd, which was sent out on Feb 29th after going there on Feb 18th and picking out another veil. The owner, Virginia, is very unprofessional & I doubt her “experience” now having to deal with all the issues with my dress and veil. If I were to do it all over again I would have shopped around for someone else who carried that dress. It wasn’t worth the aggravation. I don’t want anyone to go through what I went through. I paid $841 for my dress and it will fit better once I go to someone else. I am beginning to think that she measured me wrong, ON PURPOSE, so she could charge me more for alterations & get a kickback.

Awful store to get bridesmaid dresses. They only spend time on alterations for brides. Seamstress is awful she gets very flustered and overwhelmed. I was part of bridal party where 4 of the 8 of us had issues with our dress that were altered here. The only reason the other 4 girls had no issue because they took their dress to someone else in the first place. Very dissappointed!
