Wedding dress shopping made easy

Anna at Bridal Aisle made my whole experience in the store effortless! I ended up going with the very first dress I tried on, but that wasn't before trying on every gown that even slightly caught mine or my mom's attention along with a few others that Anna thought I might want to consider. Her understanding of what features I preferred the most in the dress was uncanny, especially when I feel putting into words what I liked seemed more difficult than I would have imagined. I'm not the best at making decisions but she helped weigh the pros and cons of the choices I liked best and gave useful suggestions that I appreciated so much. Even though I went with a more slim fitting gown, per Anna's suggestion I tried on some of the fluffiest ballgowns in my size and despite thinking it would be awful, those also ended up being some of my top picks which goes to show how well she seemed to understand what I'd want out of a dress even if I myself wasn't yet aware.

I got to take the dress home that day with a list of local seamstresses for alterations which was a huge plus. Bridal Aisle also sent a cute text the morning of my wedding day too to pass along the well wishes which I found so thoughtful after all those months down the line since I purchased my dress from their shop. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants a large selection without having to spend too much on a dress for your special day!

THE place to go

I'm so grateful to my many friends who recommended Bridal Aisle. My mom and sister and I had a wonderful experience last weekend and were delighted to find my wedding dress together. Emma, my stylist, was perfect: calm, helpful, patient, and willing to offer her thoughts while also helping me come to my own decision. We actually had a morning appointment at Budget Bridal and started the day with Emma there, and then I was very pleased that Emma was scheduled with us for our afternoon appointment at Bridal Aisle. I tried on many dresses, and the one I ended up with was one of the last ones I tried. Thanks to Emma and everyone at Bridal Aisle for providing such excellent dress options and such an incredible experience.

perfect dress

I felt very welcomed here and loved the variety and selection they had to choose from. I was very happy with the service and was able to find my perfect dress thanks to recommendations from staff. I found a dress that could be two dresses in one. It came with a belt that had a skirt attached. So for the ceremony I looked like a princess and for the reception I looked like a mermaid when I took the belt off. It was absolutely everything I dreamt of and more.

Best experience!!

The Bridal Aisle was the first and last place I looked for my wedding dress. My cousin had found hers there 5 years earlier and loved the experience. Kaitlin was my consultant she made me feel very comfortable and was so sweet and helpful! I didn't feel rushed at all and it was nice having my guests help me pick out different dresses to try. Best part is I went in with no expectations but ended up falling in love with the first dress I saw on a mannequin when we walked in! It was perfect and I have absolutely no regrets! Loved everything about the boutique and Kaitlin was wonderful!

BEST place to buy a wedding dress!!!

As soon as I walked in the door it was a completely different feeling than the other wedding shops I had been to around the twin cities. It was warm, inviting, classy and friendly!! Carly helped picked out my wedding dress with me and was SO very helpful in the process!! The Wedding Shoppe in St. Paul wouldn't let you go and look at the dresses they had available and the lady there was not matching my style with what I was telling her I wanted. Carly listened to what I was looking for and allowed me to look at the options they had available. We found the perfect one and it was such a pleasant and enjoyable experience!! HIGHLY recommend going here to find your perfect wedding dress!!

Friendly, Patient, Affordable and extremely Helpful

Dana helped me pick out my perfect wedding day dress for even a price I liked better. They were all extremely nice and patient with my indecisiveness. She allowed time for me to think and helped ruled out dresses I didn't want. Would definitely recommend to a friend looking for a dress on a budget.

I scheduled an appointment 2 months before my new wedding date, & after I already bought a dress somewhere else and had TONS of alterations made to it. I just didn't feel great in it anymore. Gabi at the Bridal Aisle was truely fantastic! I am so impressed with how well she listened to all my desires/needs and worked with me at my pace! Despite the stress of trying on dresses while wearing masks, this was a wonderful experience and I was able to say "Yes to the dress" to something that is absolutely perfect for my body shape and budget! I am sooo happy I came here even though I bought another dress somewhere else. This has been a MAJOR game changer for me and the rest of my wedding planning! Thank you so much Gabi!

Amazing, well surpassed my expectations!

I had the best experience at Bridal Aisle! I worked with Dana and can’t say enough good things about her! This was the third place I went to and by far the best experience. Dana had such positive energy, she really listened to what I wanted, and you can tell that she really loves her job! I feel so beautiful in my dress and feel like it was made for me. Can’t wait to wear it for the big day!

They had an amazing selection! I was blown away by the staff and the price points on their dresses. I was able to purchase my dress for $250. That's unheard of! They still provide the "bridal" experience and it doesn't break the budget. So great!

LOVE Bridal Aisle!!!

Had the best experience ever here! Wendy was my consultant. She took me to the section that had my size-range of dresses, we grabbed a few, tried them on, and repeated. She was amazing at helping me narrow down what style of dress I liked and I found the PERFECT dress in about 2 hours! I recommend Bridal Aisle to anyone and everyone!

Great Dress Experience

Kendra was so helpful with choosing my dress and finding one that was near my budget! She guided me and my bridal party through the process of choosing a fit and style that were flattering on me. Even though we walked in without making an appointment on a weekday, the Bridal Aisle staff were very welcoming to us. I would highly recommend them!

Great Experience

The whole experience was very pleasant. Ingrid greeted us with a smile and a nice tone. She walked us through how the store was set up and then left us alone to look. She was not pushy and she didn't hover but she was around when we had questions. She answered our questions promptly and professionally but also had a wonderful sense of humor. This was the 8th place we went today and the only place I would recommend and consider visiting again. Thank you so much Ingrid for your help!

Amazing, fun, and relaxing!

I had an amazing experience with Jessie!!! She listened to my likes, dislikes in a dress were. I picked out four and as I tried those on, she really listened to what i wasn't into or what I loved. She picked out 4 as well, and a few that I was open to try. She NAILED it!!! The final dress she picked out I thought i wouldn't like, but I fell in love with it and I said YES to my dream dress. Thank you sooooo much to Jessie and the staff. We had a wonderful time and it was soooo much fun!

Incredible service/prices!

I hate dress shopping, but Jessie made the process so much fun! She didn't assume I knew anything about what I was doing and showered me with advice, funny stories, and a calming presence. She recommended dresses I never would have thought to put on, and, lo and behold, one of them became the one I bought! Jessie is hilarious, professional, and patient, and I cannot recommend Bridal Aisle Boutique enough, especially for that frugal, environmentally-conscious bride who needs a little coaching along the way!

Bridesmaid dress from canada

Best in the Twin Cities

I like vintage-style dresses and thrifting, so was determined to find a beautiful, unique, consignment wedding dress. I went to several other shops in the Twin Cities that were lackluster, their racks so packed with dresses that it was hard to view everything. Other shops also seemed more geared towards bridesmaids or prom-goers. From the moment I arrived at Bridal Aisle Boutique I knew I had found THE place. Customer service was awesome, and they recommended the perfect service for minor alterations I needed. The dress I chose was in perfect condition for $180! Hard to believe other brides pay 10x for a new dress they will only wear once.

Great Service

I did not make an appointment to dress shop, but everyone was very helpful and friendly! I waited less than 30 minutes to be set up with a consultant, which was great, since they seemed fairly busy that day.
They let us browse through the racks and pull several dresses that we liked and wanted to try on to get an idea of the styles that I liked. My consultant, Kaitie was very sweet and helpful. She made the whole process very easy and fun.

The Best Experience!

Bridal Aisle Boutique gave me the experience I envisioned when I thought about wedding dress shopping. It was my first stop and I after visiting many other shops which I didn't get a good vibe from (whether the service was poor or the staff just wasn't listening to what I wanted), I made my way back to the place where I experienced great, one on one service: Bridal Aisle. The dresses are beautiful and range in style and price. This boutique is truly a hidden gem and I would highly recommend visiting if you're in the market for a wedding dress.

Wedding Dress 6 weeks in Advance

I bought my wedding dress 6 weeks in advance. I found a gorgeous $1400 dress that required no alterations and was on sale for $640. The staff was so friendly and not pushy at all. I never felt pressured to buy anything. They had veils, hair accessories, purses, etc. I was able to complete my entire bridal look in one stop. Definitely a must for any brides in the area!

I bought my wedding dress here for my June 16th wedding and could not have asked for a better experience wedding dress shopping. I had a couple vague ideas about what I was looking for, but overall I didn't really know what I wanted. I brought my parents, my sister, and my mother-in-law with me and they started by having all of us pull about 6 dresses total that they wanted me to try. With each dress the staff member helping me made sure to go over what I did and didn't like about each one and then went into their stock herself and pulled another round of dresses for me to try on based on my answers. We would up finding the prefect dress in that second round and I couldn't be happier with the experience or their service. It was a wonderful stress-free experience for me, my family had a great time and loved getting to pull some dresses for me to try, and it didn't break the bank either. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for a wedding dress.

Bridal Aisle is a MUST for brides on a budget (and let's be honest. What bride isn't on a budget). They have SUPER friendly and more importantly uber helpful consultants who make you feel totally at home. The consultants are knowledgeable and will help you to find your dream dress. ASK FOR JENNY. She is totally amazing and SO helpful. She's the best. :)

Every time I hear of a person looking for wedding attire, I will recommend the Bridal Aisle Boutique! The experience I had was straight out of a movie: I was greeted by a friendly staff that was eager to help me find my dream dress, I had an amazing collection of dresses to choose from, and a personal attendant (in my case, an amazing girl named Katie who was honestly more like a best friend than a sales person) to help me every step of the way. I had been to other shops before the Bridal Aisle Boutique and I always left feeling overwhelmed, stressed, and discouraged. The Bridal Aisle Boutique made it impossible to feel that way, because I was too busy laughing at their jokes, being treated like an A-list celebrity, and being helped by their entire staff. The girls at the Bridal Aisle Boutique truly work as one as they help you find the dress of your dreams within your dream budget! They have everything from dresses to shoes to jewelry to veils to head pieces to suits to bridesmaid dress...well the point is: they have everything you need to have the perfect wedding day attire and will make your experience finding that attire more fun than you could ever imagine! My only complaint is that I can't give them more than five stars! If you are looking for a dress and the experience of a lifetime, please do yourself a favor and head to the Bridal Aisle Boutique!

I had an amazing time at Bridal Aisle and walked away with the dress of my dreams. Jessie was very patient and accommodating. She was a blast to work with and made finding my dress. We arrived at the shop two hours early and they were able to get us in and made it by far the best experience that I had a a bridal shop. I went in not even expecting anything in my size (20) and was so impressed to find over 40 gowns that would fit. I bought my dress that day and got referred to an amazing seamstress. Would recommend this to every bride!!!!

This shop was exactly what I was looking for! I highly recommend this shop for anyone who just does not see the value in spending thousands of dollars on a dress that you'll wear once ;) There are sooooooo many BEAUTIFUL dresses to choose from! Everything is sorted by size so all you have to do is go to your size in the racks and have fun picking out & trying on many dresses :) This was the only shop I went to.. I probably tried on 15 dresses total.. but out of those 15 I narrowed it down to 2 beautiful dresses!!! Ultimately picking one dress, paying for it, and walking out with it that day. (for $600...... heck yes!!)

This would also be an amazing shop for anyone that wants an EASY experience... if you're not interested in going to several bridal shops... if you like to be quick and decisive ;)

The staff was wonderful! I would just recommend bringing a couple friends with you to help pick your dresses off the racks :) As this is not a traditional shop where someone from the staff picks all your dresses for you. You get to pick what you try on!

Found my wedding dress here in my first visit, first dress I tried on though I did try on several others that were also amazing! A lot of selection and great deals! My dress was half of the price of its original cost/value through the consignment shop, and it was a beautiful dress! Highly recommend! My sister also found her wedding dress here!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Bridal Aisle was my first and only stop for my wedding dress. They have such a wide variety of dresses and at a wide variety of prices. Luckily, when I went today they were having a massive dress sale, it was such a bargain ($150!) Jenny was my consultant and she was so friendly and positive. Jenny didn't pressure me with anything and was very helpful (she had to tie up like 10 corsets for me). Jenny made me feel like I was just shopping with another friend. Thank you Jenny! And thank you Bridal Aisle for providing me with a beautiful dress at a close to nothing price!

The search for my fairytale dream dress could not have been made easier, more fun, and affordable, thanks to the gals at Bridal Aisle! The selection was amazing, and I explored a wide array of beautiful options in my size. The service was professional, friendly, and second-to-none! The manager herself was extremely knowledgeable and talked with me about how my dress could be altered to be the best fit. My fitting room attendant was so patient, friendly, and helpful that she celebrated with us when I rang the bell to say "yes" to the dress, and I gave her a hug before we left. Allover a truly wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend this boutique to anyone with a formal event on the horizon.

Joanna was awesome!!! After I tried on about 8 gowns that I wasn't really crazy about she pulled a couple gowns for me, I tried on one she had picked out and it was amazing!! She let my family and I take as much time as we needed and helped me find my veil as well! She was so sweet and the entire staff was helpful and friendly! I'm so happy we checked it out!

I got my dress at Bridal Aisle back in May and LOVED wearing it for my wedding! The staff at Bridal Aisle was WONDERFUL. I went their on my first time dress shopping and I wasn't sure what to expect, but this experience exceeded my expectations. Sandi really listened to what I had in mind and pulled dresses that were similar, and also had some ideas for other things she thought I might like. I think the dress I bought was the 4th or 5th one I tried on and it was just perfect. She also helped me find the perfect veil and hair accessories, and my mom even found a dress! They had such great variety and were just so fun to be around, the whole day was wonderful. I would definitely recommending checking out Bridal Aisle for your wedding!

I went in here on a whim, with no expectation of actually buying my dress, but just to try on some different styles. I came out with my dream dress! There were a few things that I wanted to change with it, and they gave a great recommendation for an alterations place. I also bought vases from here, and they have many other decorations to choose from. Definitely worth a look!

I can't say enough good about this store. They were amazing. From the time we walked in the door through the time we walked out. Diane greeted us as we walked in, took me into the changing area and set me up in a room. She listened to what I wanted and what I was looking for and even helped pick a few dresses that I would not have ever thought to try. I tried on 6 different dresses and found my dress. They were patient and very accommodating!! The prices and quality are AMAZING!! I bought my dress, which was brand new, my veil, necklace, and earrings and stayed $200 UNDER what I had budgeted for just my dress!!!

I went in there with a small budget. Grabbed 6 dresses to try on. The fourth one was it! I got my dress for $50 and it is the one for me. A little non-traditional with a red dress. If you need a bridesmaid dress or prom dress with color. This is the place. Excellent service! I highly recommend. Rhandee helped me and she is awesome !

I tried going to a few other consignment shops with no luck and I decided to try Bridal Aisle out with my Mom and Mom-in Law to be (since she only has boys and I thought it would be a great trip for bonding) and I found my dress! I swear it was new or maybe tried on a few times (all the tags were attached) and it was well under my budget! The best part though, was that the ladies working were AMAZING to work with and so attentive with all three of us (two other brides to be were there) trying on dresses that day! They even helped get me all done up with a veil and hairpiece to get the full effect! I felt like I was on the show "Say Yes to the Dress" it was so unexpectedly awesome and I will be referring anyone and everyone to check this place out! Totally worth the trip!!

Bridal Aisle made my dreams become a reality! I have been engaged for 4 years and, with the twists and turns that happen in ones life, we are now just finally going to seal the deal this coming fall :) After weeks of searching, I found my dress, (online away) it was a Martina Liana. Although, my joy quickly vanished once I found out the price. Knowing that I would never be able to justify spending that kind of money on my dress, we began looking for something at least similar to it (but more on my budget). After multiple bridal shop appointments, I was losing hope. Then I stumbled across the Bridal Aisle website. We traveled from Wisconsin to the Bridal Aisle salon for a wedding dress road trip. Upon arriving I was blown away with the sheer amount of dresses they have in their inventory! The staff was as professional and as kinds as could be :) Sandy was appointed as my stylist - I can not say enough great things about her!! She was an angel in our lives! I took out my phone to show her my dress ideas and the Martina Liana dress that I fell in love with... she then stopped me and said that she thinks they may have that one! She got us settled in my reserved changing room and then we started looking for other dress options while she hunted down the Martina Liana. We found so many beautiful dresses - their inventory is amazing & the prices are budget friendly! All of dresses were loaded up and the trying on began. I couldn't get over the variety and how beautiful every dress was that I tried on & that I saw the other brides in :) Sandy found the Martina Liana dress for me - it wasn't the same one but it was an even BETTER one! One I had never seen! She did her magic jacking me up, the tears flowed and I said yes to my designer Martina Liana dress for only $850! Thank you Sandy! Thank you Annette! Thank you Bridal Aisle! You have no idea what joy you have brought to my life! Your salon and associates are everything I could have hoped for! I am still floating on air :)

After spending hours at other shops, my mom and I found ourselves visiting Bridal Aisle on a whim. We couldn't have been more pleasantly surprised! From the moment we stepped inside Megan made us feel like we were her #1 priority. She was picking out amazing wedding dresses for me to try on, helping me put them on, and grabbing me heels, bouquets, and veils to help complete the look. She even ran out and grabbed a blue "bridesmaid" dress so that I could picture what each dress would look like on my big day. The dresses were beautiful, well made, and great values. We had such a fantastic experience and I ended up finding my wedding dress! I would recommend Bridal Aisle to anyone!

I had such a wonderful experience here. I received kind attention and helpful information from the ladies helping me, but we also had the freedom to look around and pull dresses that we liked. 43 year old first time bride here. I stopped in solo on an early Friday afternoon to awkwardly browse because I have no idea what I'm doing:) Thanks to the expertise and superior customer service provided by Sheila and Sandy I tried on several dresses. They just kept bringing them into the dressing room, all carefully selected for me. I had no idea I could look so lovely! This store accommodates appointments. I wasn't sure what to expect from this newer consignment store but was very pleasantly surprised! It was very clean and neat. This was the only store we went to that we received help from the staff! The Owner actually was the one who picked out my dress after we had overlooked it on the rack. I didn't want a strapless dress and bypassed all of those. When I wasn't finding anything, she asked what I was looking for, what I liked/didn't like between the dresses and then pulled a few more for me to try. She picked a beautiful dress that had everything I was looking for in the bodice and explained how simple alterations could achieve the additional items I was looking for. She helped me visualize how the alterations would look which was so helpful! The tag on the dress was initially for $1,500 and I purchased the dress for $500! I found a local seamstress who was able to add straps, take in the chest area, remove 3 layers of fabric underneath and removed the train/extra fabric in the skirt for $250! The dress was PERFECT! It fit my body type, accentuated the positive/minimized the negative, was easy to move in and was comfortable! I received so many compliments on my dress!! I enjoyed this shop so much that I came back and bought some of my decor from there as well! I highly recommend this shop!

I went here on a whim on New Year's Eve day just to look around. I hadn't had a chance to try on any dresses, but wasn't really looking to try anything on. I was just window shopping. However, when I started looking through their stock, I was greeted by Sandy, who was very helpful and told me to start pulling some dresses to try on. She was very helpful and responsive, even though there were 3 or 4 other brides that came through in the time I was trying dresses on, she and Anne were attentive to all the Brides and never made me feel like I was asking too much of them. I was impressed at her willingness and patience to help me just try a bunch of things on. She found accessories to try on and was as doting as any happy mother would be. I was most impressed that they weren't flustered when my future mother-in-law (who can be slightly overbearing and just does her own thing) started pulling things off the racks for me to try. I decided to purchase the very first dress I tried on. I have been out looking for a few other dresses since then, and have decided to stay with the steal of the dress I found for $220 at Bridal Aisle. I also purchased a crinoline, veil, and fur stole, and the total for all four items was $450. WHAT A STEAL! If you want to be treated like your own loving and doting mother is helping you buy a wedding dress and want a good deal, stop by Bridal Aisle consignment in Osseo, MN. You won't be disappointed. Just an extra note - there were other brides there that day that didn't purchase, and I never once felt the saleswomen were pushing the other brides or myself to purchase something that day. What a relief :) Thanks Anne, Sandy, and the rest of the crew at Bridal Aisle.

I was pleased to buy my wedding dress from Bridal Aisle. They had a wide-variety of dresses in a range of sizes. I got to work with the owner Annette personally. She was great about giving me attention without hovering. The advice I appreciated the most was her ability to tell what could and couldn't be altered on each of the dresses I tried on. I ended up buying a sample dress for $425 that was originally $1400. Next stop is the alteration store Annette suggested!

We went into the store looking for decorations and found much much more! They have a huge selection of goodies ranging from attire to center pieces, jewlery to table clothes. Every time I go in there I leave with something! There is so much to see. The staff is very pleasant and fun to work with. My sister and I went to this shop just to see what they had as we had never been to a wedding consignment shop and both were recently engaged. As we were looking through this shop I found some wedding gowns I had to try on, but I ended up wanting to wait until my mom was able to get there. They were more than patient with me. Once she got there I tried on gown after gown and fell in love with my dress. I spent a few hours at their shop. I ended up walking out with a tiara (which had a stone missing, they fixed and promised if anything happened they would fix it again, just bring it back), and crinoline for under my dress for just under $600. They were so very helpful and I would recommend them to anyone.

Absolutely amazing experience today! I walked into the store to try on dresses for the first time, and I ended up leaving with a beautiful wedding gown (the first dress I tried on!) and veil! The shop is adorable, and the ladies working are super nice! They all took the time to chat with me and help me put together the perfect look for my wedding day! I highly recommend this bridal store! There are so many items for the store being recently opened. I found a hidden gem! I got a designer gown that was never worn because the bride found another dress she liked more. I bought the gown for almost half the retail price so I really got lucky. I wouldn't have bought this dress otherwise. The owner is great and very helpful. The dress was on display and I didn't see it at first but the owner offered it to me.

We purchased many decor items at an extremely reasonable price from Bridal Aisle Consignment and brought an entire car full of items to consign afterwards. She was so helpful and went item by item with us, printing out an expectation sheet with prices. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend buying or consigning here!

I walked in to look at decor, and came out with a designer wedding gown at an unbelievable price! They were super helpful throughout the process - I tried on a variety of dresses and accessories and ended up purchasing the dress and a vintage pearl sash that matched perfectly. I never thought I'd be able to get a designer gown for such a great price, but Bridal Aisle provided the perfect option -- a designer sample that I can customize to make my own! I'd highly recommend swinging by Bridal Aisle - you can even bring your gently used bridesmaid gowns you'll never wear again and they will consign them for you.

I stopped by the store today a little after noon. I walked in and was greeted as the lady working was helping someone. I waited a couple minutes for her to be done helping her. So that brings me to my reason for this email. I just got married in June and by the time this store opened I had all my stuff. I went to so many bridal stores, consignment stores all over the state to find my stuff. And I never once had a person as willing to help as this gal was helping the brides in the store. I was only there 5-10 mins tops but she was helping come up with ideas for center pieces, making sure they were getting ideas and finding what they needed. I just wanted to make sure it was made known the customer service in this store is 100% better then I ever got at any of the other bridal consignment stores I have been too. I wish I had been able to purchase my stuff from you guys there. However I am glad to know I am selling my stuff at a store that actually cares about the brides.

Found my Mother of the Bride Dress!!

Fabulous experience working with Kaitlin, though everyone working in the store was so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. There was a nice variety of styles and colors, not to mention sizes--which was great, as I am a plus size. There were also happy brides-to-be there, who were finding lovely dresses, as well! I went to Bridal Aisle with the intention of just looking at some dresses and maybe trying some on--I wasn't sure what the quality of previously worn dresses would be like. But I was pleasantly surprised! The ~10 dresses I tried on were all in amazing condition. The employee who helped me (Joanna maybe...it's hard to remember from so many months ago) was really great about helping me into the dresses, taking photos so I could send them to my sister, and helping me consider my options. I walked out with a great dress that cost less than 1/2 of what I had budgeted. It already fit me really well, so I didn't need much in the way of alterations (simple hem, shortening of the boning, and a few small repairs), and as a bonus, it already had ties sewn in for the bustle (which otherwise would have cost about $75)! I also chose to have my dress pressed to make it look even better for the big day.

This was the last bridal shop I went to in my search, and I was pleasantly surprised. As a consignment store, I wasn't sure they'd have the variety I was looking for. I had a very specific style I was looking for, and I was worried they wouldn't have anything like it. I was very wrong, because I actually found the perfect dress!

The service was incredible. The overall vibe was much more laid back and fun than the other shops we had been to. There was no need to make an appointment, which made the service very flexible and accommodating. While we started looking around on our own, they were right there, willing and eager to help me get set up in a dressing room. The modeling process was more fun than in the other stores because you could feel how excited they were too.

I was also very happy with their prices. As a consignment store, that was the one thing I did expect, and I was not disappointed. One thing to note is that Bridal Aisle does not have their own seamstresses to do alterations. However, they do refer out to some businesses that they work with very closely.

Overall, I loved this shop and I plan on going back for groomsmen and bridemaids attire and accessories!

The staff at Bridal Aisle was very helpful. They were more than willing to help me try on dresses and find fun little knick knacks to add to my decor! There were lots of dresses and wedding items to choose from for awesome prices.

Bridal Aisle has many different wedding related things to choose from. From decorations to dresses and anything in between. They have a great staff that is willing to help in any way possible. They get new things often, so there is a good variety to choose from.

I bought my dress, flower girl dress, photo album, shawl and a few misc items and everything was under $250!! Amazing deals. Went back a month later and found my veil for only $40. Great prices and great selection. Definitely worth a look.

They had a pretty good selection of dresses. I was looking for lace and happened to find my dress, however, it was one of the only lace ones. Then again they always have new dresses coming and going so you never know what you're going to find! Great girls working there and very friendly :)

It was a little off putting when I found something I really liked and they wouldn't honor the ticketed price. It said $30 or $15 after Feb 1st. I excitedly asked the clerk about this price and she simply said they don't do that anymore. If the item is marked a certain way they should honor what it says. If they don't want to offer a lower price after a certain time period then they should replace the price tags so they don't say that. Rediculous!

They ordered me the wrong dress

I had a stressful experience with Bridal Aisle Boutique. I went in for an appointment in January 2020. It went well; my consultant was friendly and I found my wedding dress. She told me it would take about four months to come in. It ended up taking 5 and a half months, and I wish they would have told me that my dress was delayed. I went to pick up the dress, and the moment they opened up the bag, I knew it wasn't the dress I had said "yes" to. The dress I wanted had a nude illusion neckline, and the one they ordered had a white illusion neckline. I informed the consultant of the issue, and she just said, "that's weird, let me check into that." After trying the dress on, I thought I would just accept the difference; it didn't look horrible, and I knew there wasn't enough time to order a new dress (and they said they didn't have my original dress in the store). The consultant didn't get back to me about the ordering issue, and I left with the dress. Over the next week, the dress issue was bothering me. I had already taken the dress in for alterations, but I wasn't entirely happy. I wanted my original dress, and I was disappointed by Bridal Aisle's lack of response to their mistake. I called Bridal Aisle and spoke with their manager. Fortunately, they had my original dress in their store in my size, and I scheduled a time to try on both dresses. The manager also mentioned that she would in some way compensate me for the mistake. I went in for my appointment, and the people at the store were very nice, helpful, and apologetic. I took my original dress home with me. At the appointment, I mentioned that the manager had offered me compensation. The employee said he would check with her and get back to me. He never got back to me, so I called the manager about a week later. She offered me a free veil, but I had already purchased one. It was about $50, and the manager sent me a check, but it only covered the cost of the deposit I had paid on the unnecessary alterations of the previous dress. I was expecting more for all of my trouble.

I did not enjoy my shopping experience

I had a very different experience here than others. I had been recommended by a couple of friends and was excited to check it out. Immediately when walking in I was asked if I had found a dress at a different store that I liked and when I said Yes, was then asked for a picture. I figured that would be so she could pull dresses similar. Instead I was a little thrown off that I had to pull the dress that I tried on. I tried on quite a few dresses before I finally found one that I liked (no ones fault) but when I showed the slightest interest in this dress I than began to feel very pressured to just say yes. I had explained multiple times that I had another appointment to go to and I needed to process everything and I was not going to be making a split second decision as that is not in my nature. The dress I liked was one that was going to be ordered anyways so it wasn't "going anywhere". It took probably 15 minutes and my mom stepping in saying no before I felt like I was heard. One of the times where she was being pushy she compared shopping around for the dress to finding the ONE, like I didn't date around before knowing he was the one. Then as I was walking out it was still very pushy about me coming back and just calling to pay for the dress. I did like the dress but this left a bad taste in my mouth, and made it so I had no interest in coming back to try it on again.
