Brick Gables was a beautiful setting for our wedding reception. Heather and her team had excellent communication and helped everything run smoothly leading up to our wedding and on our special day. Brick Gables provided the perfect amount of support and inclusions while still allowing us to add our own unique touches. All of our guests loved the food at cocktail hour and dinner. Claudine and the Granary team provided delicious cocktails and coffees. We couldn’t have asked for a better venue for an unforgettable day!

Brick Gables was literally the PERFECT venue for us!!! It was gorgeous, organized, and had the kindest staff to help us for our wedding day. Since our tour, staff were so pleasant and communicated perfectly to help us with wedding planning. Obviously, we had no clue what we were doing but Heather made every step so easy that I barely got stressed during wedding planning. Heather was quick to answer any questions we had and was very helpful with any accommodations we needed. The day of was perfect. The food was delicious, the team setting up/converting the space did everything quickly and exactly the way we wanted it.

Brick Gables was the perfect venue for our Recharge Day Retreat! From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in bringing our vision to life. The space itself is absolutely stunning—bright, spacious, and versatile—creating the perfect backdrop for our day. There was plenty of parking for our guests, beautiful indoor and outdoor areas, and everything was spotless and well-maintained. Every detail was handled with care, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to host our event!

We had our wedding reception at Brick Gables and it was absolutely perfect! The food was divine, the staff is so incredibly helpful and so welcoming! I would give them 10 stars if I could! If I had to do it all over again, I would definitely pick Brick Gables again and again!

My wife and I wanted a barn style wedding and Brick Gables was a perfect fit. The venue itself is beautiful and the exact style we wanted. Not to mention Heather, Alyssa, and Claudine make the stress of planning a wedding much less overwhelming. They were always quick to answer any questions we had and were super accommodating and understanding.

I had my absolute dream wedding at Brick Gables and I wouldn't change a thing! If I had to do it all over again, I would choose Brick Gables EVERY time! The venue is gorgeous and so were all of the photo spots. I had a Christmas wedding and the pines there were a perfect for my photos! They were always available to answer any questions I had and ensured me on the big day I wouldn't have to worry. The staff themselves were a pleasure to work with! Brick Gables, my wedding planners, EventFully Yours Consultants, LLC, my florist, Florals by Heather Ann, as well as Stray Production set everything up better than I could have ever imagined, and all of my vendors did an incredible job, I truly did not have to worry day of, which is every brides dream. I had very detailed notes of how I wanted everything set up and they knocked it out of the ball park and then some! They helped make my dream wedding even better!! I can't thank Brick Gables and everyone who had part of my big day enough! I 1000% would recommend them to everyone!

What an amazing experience we had on our wedding day at Brick Gables!! This venue was everything we wanted in a modern barn setting. Jackie and Justine were amazing to work with and our day flowed smoothly because of them. Brick Gables is beautiful inside and out (especially for pictures). The food was delicious and all our guests had a wonderful time from start to finish! Thank you Zigs Bakery and The Granary at Brick Gables for delicious desserts and drinks. Highly recommend!!

Brick Gables was the perfect place to host our wedding. The team was so friendly and supportive right from our very first visit to tour the space. They were helpful in covering all of the details that we needed to think through and asking good questions to help us plan. We used Justine, their in-house day-of coordinator who was absolutely wonderful. They have their own in-house catering team and bar service, both of which were amazing. One of the best parts about this venue is they are able to host the ceremony, cocktail hour, and the reception all inside, which is perfect for an earlier spring wedding like we had when weather in PA is not (predictably) warm. From start to finish, we loved working with Brick Gables and are so glad that we chose them as our partner for our big day.

My husband and I got married at Brick Gables on April 1st, 2023. Heather and team were awesome to work with. All the logistics were easy to understand and broken down perfectly, they were so kind and friendly. The catering they use was fantastic we got so many compliments! It was so nice having everything in one building but never feeling cramped. 10/10 recommend!!

We knew Brick Gables was the place to have our wedding the moment we walked in. The restored barn is beautiful, and we were able to have a rustic natural atmosphere without being outside in the mud. The option to have the cocktail hour indoors at the café in case of inclement weather gave us peace of mind. There were private nooks to exchange cards and words, and there were lots of good places to capture great photos. Heather and Jackie and the rest of the staff were super friendly and helpful throughout the entire wedding planning process. Country Home Catering had amazing food at a great price, and they were very good at accommodating food allergies. Claudine from the Granary was great to plan our drink menu with, and we really enjoyed the special drinks. It was such a wonderful day, and we’re glad we picked Brick Gables.

Brick Gables is an incredibly beautiful venue. We booked them early (~1.5 years before our wedding date) and they were great with communication throughout the entire process. We live about 1.5h away, so when we were in town they worked with us to schedule walk throughs and tastings etc that worked with our schedule. They were also very helpful to our coordinators (and us) on the day before setting up everything (we DIY-ed basically our whole wedding). They understood and worked with us to extend our reception an hour, which in hindsight we are SO happy we did because it still flew by on the day of! We’re hopeful that one day in a few years we can return for an anniversary party here. Would highly recommend!

Brick Gables was the absolutely perfect venue for our wedding. Heather and the team are amazing to work with. After postponing from last year, Heather helped walk us through adjusting our original wedding and it turned out better than we thought. Cocktail hour on the patio was an added touch to the best day. I don't have enough good things to say and our guests loved the venue as much as we do.

The Brick Gables as the first venue we looked at, and even after seeing a few more - we knew this was the place! The staff were amazingly accommodating, lovely to work with, and were great with communicating. Guests still compliment our signature drinks created by Tim! He is such a fantastic talent! The main room was so beautifully decorated and very comfortable for about 220 guests. We also had a band and the acoustics were amazing! The outdoor cocktail hour was a hit and the food was incredible. We got so many compliments on every aspect. Can't recommend this space and this team more!

Brick Gables was the perfect venue for our wedding. Heather and her staff are amazing and accommodating. Our wedding was originally scheduled for April and had to be postponed to July due to the pandemic. Heather communicated with us frequently concerning county status (we are not Lancaster locals), how to best handle certain situations, and was extremely flexible throughout the entire process. The venue is stunning and well maintained. The food was delicious and just what we wanted. The bartender, Tim, is an added bonus and is talented and an absolute delight to work with. Brick Gables will not disappoint!!

Our wedding at Brick Gables was simply incredible! All the guests raved about our food (Country Home Catering) and the beautiful reception space. Most people have some hiccups on their wedding day, but ours seemed to go seamlessly, and we owe much of that to Heather. On the day of our wedding, Heather truly made us feel special by doing whatever was needed. Also Tim, our bartender, was the life of the party and made every guest feel like family. We are so thankful that we had our wedding at Brick Gables and wish we could relive the day over and over!

Brick Gables was the perfect place for our wedding reception. It is a beautiful space that made all of my dreams come true. Heather is truly amazing to work with! She made the planning process so easy! I wouldn't change a thing about how my day went! Also, Tim is the best bartender ever!

I had my wedding a few weeks ago at Brick Gables and I absolutely loved it! The venue was beautiful, food was delicious, and everyone we worked with was so nice and accommodating! Would definitely recommend 😊

Everyone was so great to work with and made our wedding day everything we hoped for! The venue is absolutely gorgeous and there was such an ease of having the ceremony and reception at the same location. Also, Tim from the granary/bar service is so fun to work with and makes the best drinks! I highly recommend Brick Gables to couples looking for a great venue with great staff!

You cannot go wrong reserving your special day at Brick Gables. From the helpful and organized staff, to the delicious kitchen and then there’s the bar-WOW! Hurry up or your date will be gone!

We really enjoyed working with the team at Brick Gables! They were friendly, made us feel special, and went the extra mile for us. It was not easy to plan our wedding from across the country, but their crew made it easy.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Brick Gables and the people who work there! My husband and I got married at Brick Gables on October 27, 2018, and from the moment we reached out to the venue almost a year ago, they have been nothing but friendly, warm, professional, capable, and FUN!

PLACES:
We were charmed from the second we walked into Brick Gables - it's a restored barn but isn't "country" so much as "industrial." Part of what we loved about the space was that it was a blank enough canvas that we could add things and personalize it to our tastes, but it was a STUNNING blank canvas (red brick, wooden walls, high ceilings, chandeliers, Christmas lights, etc.), so we didn't feel the need to decorate every inch of it. The outdoor patio would have been our cocktail hour space, but there was some rain, so the cocktail hour was moved inside to where Zig's Bakery is. The patio was beautiful anyway, and we used it for pictures! The bakery worked well for cocktail hour, as far as we have heard. The bridal suite is a corner of the bakery sectioned off for this purpose, and it was very handy and a nice place to get dressed, but we did have to move all of our belongings elsewhere so that they could open that corner up for cocktail hour. This was no big deal and actually helped, as we were able to get some stuff packed back into cars that we didn't need! The groom's suite is small but useful, but the guys weren't interested in sitting in a room all day, anyways! The barn is stunning, as I have mentioned, and we had a rocking dance floor and a great time! All of our guests were from out of town and they had no issues finding the venue, and there was plenty of parking.
PEOPLE:
We became friends with the staff at Brick Gables INSTANTLY! Erin and Heather are amazing to work with; they care to know you as a couple and want to help you pull off a dream day. They both respond promptly and answer questions as they can, so nicely even when you have asked tons of questions (sorry, guys!). The owners of the venue are so kind and we enjoyed meeting them as well - my husband and I loved that it is a family-owned business and you can feel the warmth that is there in the environment! Erin was our coordinator for the day of the wedding and she was a rockstar helping things move along, coming to our aid if we had a request or issue, and just helped to be a calm and encouraging presence the day of. Also - Tim Stanlake was our bartender (with Granary at Brick Gables) and he was OUT OF THIS WORLD amazing!! He sat with us, got to know us and our drink preferences, and created three incredible, original, Phantom of the Opera themed cocktails! He was also so helpful in making decisions. People were raving about the cocktails, and we got so many compliments about the venue in general.
FOOD:
The food was amazing! The venue's owners also own a catering company that you must use, so we didn't have to go find a caterer somewhere (to us, this was a huge relief). Our meal options/choices weren't anything crazy or super exotic but they were DANG good! Which is exactly what we wanted; we couldn't have been more pleased!

Overall, Brick Gables is the place to go if you want kind and reliable support and service, a beautiful venue that doesn't have to be decked out (but can), and a dreamy day where you just get to focus on marrying your love. I know reviews were so helpful to me as I looked at venues, so that's why this is so long! I hope you find it helpful :)

We booked Brick Gables for our December 2nd wedding. The venue was beautifully decorated, the staff was very acomodating and easy to work with. They helped ensure that our day went off without a hitch.

Everything was wonderful! A beautiful space and great service for the price. The food was delicious and we loved our vanilla raspberry-filled with butter cream frosting cake. We added edible flowers! Everyone had a great time and our guests loved Lancaster county!

The Brick Gables team was AMAZING. Heather made everything a breeze when it got close to wedding day and made me feel at ease. They took care of things I didn’t even think of. Gorgeous venue and great service!

Our wedding day on October 1st was absolutely perfect, largely in part to this beautiful venue! We had our ceremony, cocktail hour and reception at Brick Gables. The ceremony and reception were both in the Gable Barn, so we used a large curtain divider from Stray Production Services to hide the reception tables in the back of the room. During cocktail hour all of the guests went outside to the courtyard for hors d'oeuvres while the staff worked hard to transform the upstairs into our reception space, and they had it complete before the hour was up so the guests were able to return upstairs to a completely transformed room! The girls were able to get ready in a portion of the cafe downstairs and the guys had a separate room upstairs to get ready in. There's also a beautiful willow tree on the property where we were able to do our first look, and we were able to cross the street (where there's a corn field, beautiful trees and rock piles) and head up the hill for more portraits. One huge selling point for us was that Zig's Bakery & Cafe is on the lower level, so we can go back and visit whenever we want & each year on our anniversary! The entire building was also just recently renovated, so it has a lot of rich history. I loved that we were able to pull off the barn look without having it seem too rustic or dirty. Not only was the building the perfect place for our wedding, but the staff was such a pleasure to work with! Heather & Krista were always very helpful and quick to answer any questions we had, and we ran into the owners quite a few times who were so sweet! As I did research on other local venues I was very discouraged to see how high all of the prices were, so Brick Gables was a huge blessing on the financial side as well. They're very reasonable, they don't try to swindle you out of your money and their preferred caterer, Country Home Catering, was extremely reasonable and extremely delicious! I had my reception held at Brick Gables in August. They had a tent covering the outdoor courtyard where cocktail hour was held. It was a great addition to the area, making it very comfortable for the guests.

From the first time I contacted Brick Gables, they were prompt in responding and available to answer all the questions I had. On the day-of, the venue was beautiful, every single person working at Brick gables was friendly and attentive to the guests. They truly hold themselves to a high standard of service which they measure up to. I would HIGHLY recommend Brick Gables. Weeks after my wedding, as I saw those who attended our reception, they continued to compliment the beauty and quality of the venue. I wouldn't have wanted my reception at any other location.

***If you are a coffee lover - I recommend their coffee bar. I requested it for my wedding because my husband and I (and many of our guests) are big coffee drinkers. It adds an alternative to alcohol and a fun touch. They had cold brew and hot coffee and literally made any kind of drink my guests requested. And when they didn't know what they wanted...they made a drink for them which they in turn RAVED about. I received so many compliments about the coffee bar.

My husband and I are so grateful to have had such a pleasing experience with Brick Gables from start to finish. The food, the coffee, the venue, the service. Everything was top notch.

The Brick Gables staff was wonderful to work with! Krista was our first contact and made us feel comfortable in our decision to use Brick Gables. She answered all of our questions in a timely fashion and was always available to help with the decision-making process. Heather came on board and became our new go-to person; she did an awesome job of keeping in contact with us throughout the process and thoroughly explaining all of the options we had. Alisa worked with us on the day-of and made sure all our vendors knew where to go and what to do. She was a wonderful contact person and made the day run smoothly. The catering staff did an excellent job with the food - everyone couldn't stop talking about it! If I had to do the whole day over, I wouldn't change a thing! The Brick Gables staff was wonderful to work with and made the whole process of planning a wedding simple and painless!

Brick Gables did not disappoint. Heather and Krista were very knowledgeable and willing to answer all of our questions. At no time were we pressured to spend more money than our budget allowed. Brick Gables has their own cater, "Country Home Catering", the food was delicious. They had a wide verity of food to pick from, and were very accommodating to our guests with food restrictions. They also have an onsite bakery, "Zig's Bakery" which we took advantage of and ordered some delicious pies and whoopy pies to add to our dessert buffet. The whole day was memorable and I look forward to working with them again.

My daughter and her husband had their wedding reception here, and we were beyond impressed. Brick Gables was wonderful and very easy to work and meet with. We had zero complications as they were flexible and willing to do whatever it took to make their wedding day go exactly as planned. Carole, Heather and Krista were three who gave us helpful tips when we met to plan the day. Alisa Esbenshade was our wedding coordinator, and because of her, so many needed details were worked out. She did a fabulous job coming up with the day's schedule, mapping out every minute, and then doing all of the work so that we all could enjoy the day. The food was excellent: very hot, and plenty of it. The catering at Brick Gables served 270 guests very quickly. The barn has a very warm feeling to it, and we loved that they dimmed the lights for the dancing. At the end of the day, my daughter told me that everything was perfect!!! Thank You Brick Gables staff!!!

I absolutely fell in love with Brick Gables when I first saw it in person. I really couldn't stop smiling during my tour with Krista and knew immediately it was the perfect place. It was everything we were hoping for in a venue, and working with Heather and Krista was fantastic. They were both very responsive and had plenty of advice and suggestions if I was in need. And Heather was always more than happy to answer (all 1000) of my questions and work with our requests throughout the planning process! The entire property is absolutely gorgeous, from the courtyard, to the cafe, and finally the reception hall. It's already adorned with cafe lights around the posts, and adding on drapes was incredibly easy. We didn't have much decorating to do because Brick Gables was already so beautiful as is. And the food was incredible through their caterer! Guests are still telling us how much they enjoyed the mashed potato bar and the entrees. Krista and her staff stayed all night to make sure everything was running smoothly and always had a smile on their faces if myself or my husband had questions throughout the night. Overall absolutely fantastic venue and experience. I couldn't have imagined having my wedding anywhere else.

It was great to work with Brick Gables. Everyone was very accommodating, nice, and fun while keeping things professional. It was also very nice to have the catering already located there, that way we were able to pick delicious food and not have to go anywhere else.

Working with Brick Gables was a great experience. Heather and Krista were fantastic! They were helpful and encouraging throughout the wedding planning process and they aimed to help my husband and I have the day we wanted, but still save money wherever possible. They suggested vendors for us, but did not require that we utilize their services. However, they went the extra mile and reached out to a vendor for me when I made a last minute (we're talking, the week before my wedding) decision - and they made it happen.
If you are looking for a place to have your wedding ceremony and/or reception, I would highly recommend Brick Gables. The location is lovely, the set up for the wedding & reception are fantastic, and everyone who works there will do their very best to make your wedding the best day, ever.

My husband and I got married here in October of 2016. We were so pleased with how everything turned out the day of the wedding, especially the food from Country Home Catering and the desserts purchased downstairs from Zigs Bakery. Both Krista and Heather were great to work with and were very responsive and helpful when it came to planning the wedding. We got so many compliments on the venue and the food!

The team at Brick Gables is amazing. Krista and Heather were so wonderful to work with, from the very first meeting all the way through to the big day. They made all of the planning so easy and FUN! They helped us with every last detail, and oh my gosh did it pay off. Our wedding reception was more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. We worked with a lot of Brick Gables’ preferred vendors and everything came together seamlessly. We had our cocktail hour in the courtyard (and private cocktail hour for the bridal party in the bridal suite, which was awesome!) and the reception took place in the barn. The barn itself is stunning, and combined with the room layout we customized, the table linens we picked out, the food, the flowers, the lighting; everything—we felt like we were in a dream. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect thanks to Brick Gables. We highly recommend Brick Gables for your wedding venue! You will love it!

My husband and I just got married at Brick Gables and I was not let down by their work. The coordinators were really helpful. The place was so amazingly decked out that it didn't take much to make it look good. I recommend this place to people because they do so much for you and it saved me a headache and I could enjoy my wedding day, cause come on that's the way it's supposed to be!

I could not be happier with Brick Gables and a wedding venue!!!! Truly was a dream come true!!!! It was a winter, magical evening that I did not want to end. Brick Gables was the perfect venue for our wedding in September. Heather was so easy to work with and everyone was so kind the day of. The venue itself is gorgeous...we received so many compliments!

The people were very accommodating. My husband asked them to bring out the chicken cordon bleu balls after dinner since he was not able to try some during the cocktail hour and they were brought out with ease! It was an awesome time.

This venue was a great choice and I would choose them again. They were very attentive, helped me arrange vendors and everybody had a great time!

An all-around incredible venue! We had our October wedding here, and I cannot say enough about how wonderful the experience was. Krista and Heather were both amazing, answering any questions and providing helpful suggestions throughout the planning process. Country Home Catering served delicious food and Zig's Bakery provided yummy cupcakes! Definitely recommend to others!

When we came for a tour and met the staff we fell in love with this venue. Erin and Heather helped book and plan event and Tim (bartender) made us excited to surprise our guests with fun service! Our guest loved this venue!

My wedding at Brick Gables was fantastic! We planned a wedding in three months and it went so extraordinarily well. We got so many complements on the ceremony, venue and the wedding in general-it was perfect! It was affordable and the quality was amazing! Both wedding planners was so very accommodating and extremely helpful answering questions. The only recommendation I would have would not switch wedding planners or to have both wedding planners present. I was working with one and then the other and then at the end was switched back to the original. Although the wedding went very well, it was slightly nerve wracking at the end when some of the details were lost in translation/ had to be explained again due to being passed back and forth. IT's comforting to have one consistent person. Other than that, everything was fantastic- I would recommend Brick Gables in a heartbeat!!!

The most amazing and gorgeous venue in Lancaster Pa! Everything was done promptly and the venue looked absolutely amazing! And the food was so good! So thankful we chose Brick Gables to hold our special day!!

This venue is beautiful. Its so nice and cozy. Krista and Heather who were the wedding coordinators were wonderful to work with!
The catering that the Brick Gables has, is amazing. I highly recommend the Brick Gables for any event that you are looking to celebrate. I couldn't give 5 stars on the professionalism because one of the employees had taken a bottle of our alcohol and put it in her purse. However she did give it back when asked about it... Other then that, I was very pleased.

Brick Gables is absolutely beautiful! I could have not asked for a better venue. The girls were very helpful making sure my last minute details got completed. My wedding day was more than I could have asked for and Brick Gables and their staff definitely helped.

Friendly staff that was always willing to talk and assist with wedding plans. Beautiful venue with delicious food! Challenge arose with having to personally set up decorations day of wedding. Personally provided my own wedding planner who was a huge help. Would have loved to have the dancing last longer but venue not open after 11pm. Overall, great place!!

Brick Gables is beautiful and the food is delicious. HOWEVER, if you are providing alcohol for your quest - you will be greatly disappointed. We had no wine on the table for a toast (as we requested) and the bar actually sits BEHIND the food buffet. Which is by their design. We only wanted wine and beer. Our quests had to be served their food and were allowed to go up for their wine AFTER their meal. If you book this venue - make sure you get what you want in writing. However, I am told (after the fact) that due to religious beliefs - any wedding with alcohol is a nuisance to them and you will not be their "favorite' client. Also - please know that the bride is kicked out of the bridal room 15 minutes before the ceremony. With everything having to be removed. Sadly - we were not warned of this before hand. And absolutely no snacks are provided to the bride or groom. There are so many other venues in Lancaster County offering so much more for the same money!
