Professional, Kind, Excellent
Brick and Ivey was everything we could have hoped for. They were the first place we toured and were so impressed with the space and the people and the detailed information they gave us straight out of the gate. We toured one other place and immediately knew we were going back to B&I. Their all inclusive package, plus the addition of our day of coordinator made things so stress free for the whole process. We knew exactly what we were getting with no surprise costs. Paige and Naudia with the B&I were the absolute best. Southern Charmed Catering’s open houses to taste test the dinner options were excellent (and our guests are still talking about how good the food was a month and a half later). And the space was gorgeous! Even with the relatively few decorations we brought, it looked beautiful. Couldn’t recommend the whole team enough! -

Everything I could have hoped for
One of the best decisions we made for our wedding was choosing this venue because of its truly all-inclusive experience. From the ceremony to cocktail hour to the reception, everything happened in one beautiful location. I was even able to get ready on-site with my bridesmaids and the hair and makeup team, which made the entire day feel relaxed and seamless. I arrived that morning and didn’t have to worry about going anywhere else—just enjoying the day as it unfolded.
A huge part of that smooth experience was thanks to our incredible day-of coordinator, Leslie Boyd. She had answers to questions I didn’t even know to ask and guided me through everything with such calm confidence. I felt completely taken care of, and multiple guests and vendors praised how organized and seamless the day was—all because of Leslie.
The catering was also fantastic. Guests couldn’t stop talking about the appetizers, and it truly felt like there was plenty of delicious food for everyone. My husband and I loved the options we chose, and the team even packed up some entrees and slices of cake for us to take home, which was such a thoughtful touch.
If you’re looking for a venue that takes the stress out of wedding planning while still delivering top-tier service and coordination, this is the place. -

Amazing Staff, Venue, and Food- Perfect Wedding!
I can't believe EVERYONE doesn't have their wedding at Brick & Ivey! The staff, the space, and the food were huge contributing factors to me having the most perfect day ever.
Starting with the staff, everyone in my life was amazed at how calm and stress-free I was the month leading up to my wedding, and I have our in-house month-of coordinator, Paige, to thank for that. From 30 days out, she handled everything. No need for a wedding binder template off Etsy- she did that. She managed vendor communication leading up to and the day-of and allowed me to be fully present for every moment of my big day. If anything went wrong, I still have no idea even a few weeks later.
The space is beautiful and unique, providing multiple options for ceremony, cocktail hour, providing guests with a fun experience while everything still being cohesive and the spaces flowing well together.
Many people think that "all-inclusive" means the food won't be good, but as a huge foodie, I'm here to confirm the food was AMAZING and my guests were absolutely raving about it. Plus Brick & Ivey staff provided personalized, white-glove service to my guests who needed specialty meals delivered directly to their seat.
Getting married at Brick & Ivey was a dream come true and I would highly recommend this space to any couples getting married. -

Amazing night!
The staff was extremely sweet and took amazing care of me and my family . They moved efficiently and communicated well and smiled all night! The venue is beautiful and anything done there will look amazing -

Great experience
Brick and ivey was a great venue to host our wedding! They had plenty of space and options for us to have our ceremony or cocktail hour! They had a game room that allowed us to have an after party, which was the best part of our wedding! The in house coordinator, Emily Moore absolutely killed it! She was very professional but made us feel very comfortable with putting all the final details together. She really went above and beyond to make our day special and take all the stress off of us! -

What an amazing experience
This venue was perfect, we had 75 guest and they fit comfortably. The food was amazing and our guest loved it. We were able to choose buffet style which gave our guests the opportunity to go up for more. Our coordinator Emily Moore was absolutely fantastic. She was on point with everything we wanted and imagined. Even with changes on the day of she was able to fix things with no issues. If I ever have to have a coordinator for something else I would definitely hire her.-

The Perfect Venue
My partner and I recently celebrated our wedding at this incredible venue, and we could not be happier with our choice. From start to finish, the team here was nothing short of professional, and they made every effort to ensure our day ran as smoothly as possible.
One of the most noteworthy aspects was their communication skills (Anna Beth Toole was our coordinator and was amazing!!!). They were always available to answer any questions we had and maintained open lines of communication with all of our vendors. This truly made the planning process so much easier and stress-free, as they handled all the details and coordination with our vendors.
The venue itself was absolutely beautiful, providing the perfect backdrop for our special day. Every service that was included, from the food to the decorations, was top-notch. Our guests couldn't stop raving about how delicious the food was, and we couldn't agree more!
Even when things fell slightly behind schedule, we never felt rushed or pressured. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we could fully enjoy our day, making it a truly memorable experience.
We would highly recommend this wedding venue to any couple looking for an unforgettable celebration. The team here is composed of kind, talented individuals who are exceptionally skilled at their jobs. Choosing this venue was one of the best decisions we made in our wedding planning process, and we are beyond grateful for the memories they helped us create! -

Beautiful venue, professional service, and delicious food!
My wedding day could not have been more perfect!! Everyone at Brick and Ivey went out of their way to make sure that everything went perfectly. A huge shout out to Anna Beth for being an amazing coordinator and helping me feel at ease about everything on my special day. You honestly cannot beat the price they offer with their all inclusive package. The food was amazing (highly recommend the braised short rib), and my guests are still talking about how beautiful everything was. I would not change a thing about my day, and I owe a huge thank you to Brick and Ivey and Anna Beth for that. Thank you!! -

Best day ever!!!
Our entire wedding planning experience was so easy and fun with Brick and Ivey! We chose the all inclusive package and were so lucky to have McKenzie as our month of coordinator. McKenzie caught at least one potential disaster (our cake was ordered for the wrong day lol) and probably several others that we don’t even know about because she is so good at her job. We were prepared for wedding planning to be super stressful but we made a great choice with Brick and Ivey and got to focus on the fun parts knowing they had the logistics covered!-

Amazing experience!

The Best Venue with Best Coordinator
This was THE BEST VENUE with the BEST COORDINATOR by far! We fell in love with the venue on our first visit in 2020 because how unique and seamless it was (a modern-industrial look with white exposed bricks, all inclusive package, unique included spaces for cocktail hour, after party, and guest arrival). We thank our past selves for choosing this venue because everything was a hit! Our guests loved how everything turned out and how organized everything was. They felt at home and had no worries in the world. Probably our favorite feedback was how they loved that everything was right there and they had no questions about what to do next (which includes our after party at the attached bar room).
Probably the most important thing to us was how everything was so easy and stress free. Our coordinator, McKenzie Rich, was the star of the show. We agree that she was the best thing about our wedding (outside of us getting married). We were definitely worried coming into the final stretch of our wedding day, and she not only eased our worries, but also had amazing recommendations which were a huge hit (ex. table assignments using custom stickers and custom fortune cookies). She was so communicative throughout the home stretch and the day. She made everyone in the wedding feel at home and we can't thank her enough. If you can, make sure she is your coordinator.
Lastly, we highly recommend doing a all inclusive package and adding a few additional vendors to the mix. We used the preferred vendors list from them (such as Bantam and Bloom) that knew the space and made it come to life. Their catering was another huge hit. We were very worried about how good the food would be, and we've heard from multiple people that it was the best wedding food they had (highly recommend the vegetarian pasta and chicken & waffles options).
Overall, the day was perfect at Brick and Ivey. We can't think of another venue that made everything so easy and seamless and stress free. -

GREAT decision
I have nothing but great things to say about Brick and Ivey. The price is SO reasonable for what you get. The food is amazing, the bar staff is friendly, the building is beautiful. I also did month of coordination through the venue, and my planner was Anna Beth. She was AMAZING. This venue is great, and I highly recommend it to anyone. -

Great experience from food to staff
I was so surprised to really enjoy the in house catering-- with many guests saying the same! Furthermore, my venue manager Anna Beth was great at helping create the floorplans, and the venue operations manager Ryan was great at making sure I had everything I need on the day of, including drink in hand. My experience with Brick and Ivey was phenomenal, and I highly recommend it as it is great value (all inclusive). -

Best vendor ever. Period.
Brick and Ivey exceeded our expectations in everything they did. The experience was something my husband and I will always cherish. The venue is beautiful, the staff was hardworking and kind, and the food and drinks were delicious! Some guests told us it was the best salmon they have ever had! I would like to give a special shoutout to McKenzie Rich, our wedding planner! She was a joy to work with and she MADE the wedding. She saw my vision and brought it to life. She was ten steps ahead all day long, she kept guests in the loop, she made sure my husband and I had some alone time to let us soak it all in, she carried my dress train and buttoned my difficult thirteen button bustle!! and she made sure we always had a drink in our hand. I wish I could keep her to plan my whole life. She is a treat and if you book this vendor make sure you get McKenzie! She could make your wedding a million times better. -

We love brick and ivey!
First, WE LOVE BRICK AND IVEY!!
I am so proud to say we were one of the first couple to book with them, back in 2019. Like many of us we had to postpone our 10/10/2020 wedding date to this year. Ironically enough, while we waited, the venue added more touches to what was already a perfect venue. It has mix between modern and rustic feel to it. Beautiful statement walls they have all around the building, that's made for a perfect backdrop for pictures. With stunning rustic doors to compliment. Everywhere you choose to stand is a perfect background. They also have a courtyard that gives a romantic feel. Surrounded with greenery. Perfect for outdoor ceremony. Which is what we did!! Also, since our wedding was on a weekend they have a bonus "game room/grooms room" but its a whole other cool building that you get. It's honestly what sold my husband to it. We've only seen pictures that were taken via phones and they already looked amazing. We cannot wait to see our professional ones!!
Their staff was immaculate. Professional but also so vibrant and kind. With any lists of questions we had, we were given answers with assurance and positivity. Since we had to postponed and had many uncertainties. Their staff gave us comfort that everything will workout beautifully in the end. And it truly did!! We worked with Lauren Lillquist!! We cannot rave about her enough. She felt like a close friend to us through out the whole process. In moments we felt behind she assured us that everything was on time. Our day wouldn't have been as smooth and perfect without her. Brick and Ivey's in house catering is throughly DEEELICIOUS! With many options to choose from.
Our family and friends came from all over and they loved the venue and food!!
Brick and Ivey also have their own list of vendors they work with. I understand why because they were all so good! -

Best wedding ever!
Brick and Ivey is such a BEAUTIFUL venue! I can’t believe more people don’t know about it. It has such a classy look that could go with just about any theme. The staff is friendly and super helpful! Lauren was a great coordinator and made sure everything ran smoothly. The manager was helpful the day of the wedding in attending to our needs. I couldn’t think of a more better wedding day -

Beautiful full-service venue at fantastic price point
We had our wedding at Brick & Ivey in early April 2021, and we would highly recommend it to other couples! They absolutely went above and beyond to make our big day happen seamlessly. Our first attraction to the venue was the beautiful space, fantastic price point, and their ability to help so many other needs (catering, tables/chairs/linens, and some props too). Working with the team at B&I made it such an enjoyable planning process and hiring Francesca (B&I staff) to be our month-of coordinator was so critical to that. She is extremely responsive, proactive, organized, and also just awesome. Working with Francesca took a major weight off of our shoulders as it got into crunch time. Come wedding day, everything was executed perfectly and we were able to enjoy our day to the fullest. We couldn't be more thankful that we chose B&I as our venue, and worked with Francesca and team to make it all happen. -

A dream from day one...
From our first tour at the venue to now a few weeks past our March 2021 wedding, Brick & Ivey has been an absolute dream. The venue itself is elegant enough to have minimal decor (like ours), while still being a blank canvas to implement any wedding vision board. We did an indoor ceremony with the lighted wall as a backdrop and it was just beautiful. Southern Charmed catering offered a great variety of foods that catered to all dietary needs, which was a relief. The food was delicious (the mac & cheese, wow!) and we were so pleased with our choices. What really stands out about B&I is the staff. From our phenomenal coordinator Francesca, to the bartenders, caterers, servers, and support staff, it is obvious how much they care about going above and beyond to make the day extra special. Francesca was so responsive to all my questions (even the ridiculous ones, haha!) and offered a host of options, helping to make each detail of our day feel tailored to us. No matter how fancy or simple, small or large, I would recommend B&I for any wedding. With B&I you have a true partner that is dedicated to making your day perfect… just like ours was. -

Beautiful wedding at Brick & Ivey
My wedding at Brick and Ivey was better than I imagined. I’d wanted my wedding at this venue before I was even engaged but assumed it may be out of my price range. I was pleasantly surprised when I went to the site visit after my engagement to find out the packages were very reasonably priced and included so much which was hard to find at other venues in Atlanta. We opted for the $7500 package (our wedding was on a Monday) and this price included catering, linens, liquor package, and location for an engagement shoot. The payment due dates were very clear and there were no hidden fees. We had a food tasting to pick our buffet menu, which had a great variety and was very tasty! There were a ton of items that we ended up renting from the venue when it become to difficult for us to find on our own like the welcome sign easel, circle arch, gift/card sign and box. We also used their linen, napkins and added the water service for a small up charge. It was worth it! McKenzie was our event coordinating specialist, she was awesome!! We met her during our final walk through. She was so sweet to offer kids meals for the kids attending, as well as giving us a window of private time between cocktail hour/wedding photos and the reception to have a couple drinks and some appetizers that we would’ve otherwise missed. We also got a to-go box with our dinner and cake to take along with us to the hotel after the reception! This venue and staff made us feel like they had our backs and they were so helpful, laidback, and supportive. Highly recommend!-

Such a Smooth Day with Excellent Customer Service
This venue was low on our list but when we viewed it, we were in love! Our experience with them was excellent in that they were responsive, friendly and the day ran so smoothly. We used their catering for our day and the food was amazing. The reason I couldn't give all five stars is there were a few bumps in the road. We were told some incorrect information when it came to food presentation and some elements about decorating, when I gave feedback they apologized and also compensated us for the mishap. Most of the issues were miscommunication but I will say it 100% DID NOT distract from our wedding day. It was seamless and beautiful, the staff was amazing and the food was delicious. Their responses to our complaints and willingness to rectify the situation demonstrated excellent customer service. Even some of the issues was an oversight on my part, and they communicated clearly and friendly. I would definitley recommend this venue to any one who would like to be close to the city for a wedding, not be over priced and have a staff that is supportive, friendly with excellent customer service!-

Pretty But Poor Communication
Brick and Ivey is a pretty, spacious venue with tons of potential — it’s well-maintained, the catering company is excellent, and the overall aesthetic is stunning. However, inconsistent communication throughout planning made things far more stressful than necessary.

Cons
Communication was the biggest drawback. We often had to chase down answers that should’ve been shared proactively.
Lack of communication about price and policy changes: We booked over a year in advance, and several pricing and policy updates occurred without notice. Menu prices increased, and our rehearsal time was changed without any communication — forcing us to rearrange plans for our rehearsal brunch at the last minute.
Scheduling overlap: Rehearsals and tours were booked during other peoples' wedding days, frustrating for two sets of couples. Venue tours also took place while we were setting up — intrusive for a supposedly private, premium event. The possibility of tours is mentioned in the contract, but the venue should communicate them if they wind up being scheduled.
Last-minute delivery policy change: We were initially told linens could be delivered directly, only to learn near the event that deliveries were no longer accepted. We ended up picking up, setting up, and returning the linens ourselves on wedding day with little help offered.
Unclear expectations around setup and teardown: It was never made clear what tasks the venue staff would handle versus what fell on us. As a result, we (and our family, wedding party, friends, and guests) ended up doing most of the setup and cleanup ourselves — which caused us to miss a significant portion of our after-party.
Groom’s space lacking: Men are given no true getting ready space — they are expected to just chill in the game room and dress in the bathroom. Most men will be fine with this, but it feels under-thought and unbecoming of the occasion, especially compared to the bridal suites.
Poor signage: Guests had difficulty finding the correct entrance. Without clear signs, multiple guests entered through the cocktail space, accidentally seeing the wedding party before the ceremony.
Coordination confusion: We paid for a coordinator through B&I but later learned the service was subcontracted. While the coordinators were ultimately good, the lack of transparency created confusion among us and our vendors about who our main contact actually was, or when our final coordinator would take over.
Overall Impression
Brick and Ivey is a pretty, affordable venue capable of hosting a wonderful wedding — but it feels like it’s run on autopilot. You’ll need to be proactive and double-check every detail as your date approaches. If you’re organized and comfortable managing logistics yourself, it can be worth it. But if you want a hands-off, fully guided experience, this isn’t the right fit.Brick and Ivey's reply:

We took a look at all our email communications and each email that was sent to our team was responded within 1.5 hours to a max of 24 hours.
We do allow a few tours in the morning, as you stated you saw in the contract and we alert bridal parties that tours may be in the building. Our getting ready spaces do remain private to any tours that may occur. Your Sunday wedding required a Saturday rehearsal and we host those in the 10:00/10:30a.m. hour but your Sunday wedding would not have had another wedding's rehearsal on site as we did not host a Monday wedding that week. We are so thrilled to offer an entire, private groomsmen area that is the size of 2 restaurants combined into one! There is a very large game room and plenty of room in the front room as well for gathering, getting ready, etc. as well as a nice, large restroom. It is always a highlight for all of our wedding parties! TV's, games and tons of space; perfect for hanging out all day! We are so glad you liked our coordinator! We have a list of in-house coordinators that we always use who, yes, are not the same as our sales team.
We have an in house cleaning crew who always comes and cleans after each wedding as well as a great operations team so any actual clean up of our spaces are always done by them and Leslie was on site and set out your linens the morning of your wedding and was more than happy to do that for you all! We love helping our couples as much as we can! There were not any pricing changes but there were opportunities for you to upgrade {such as gold flatware} but all of your pricing was honored by your contract. Horrible experience
HORRIBLE experience. THEY HOSTED A TOUR ON MY WEDDING DAY. When I asked the manager about this matter she was very rude and basically said it was business but ensured they would only show them parts of the venue. However 6-7 people attempted coming in which was no fault of their own but my maid of honor stopped them. This made me very uncomfortable because we were all getting dressed. The manager was nonchalant and rude the entire time she was there didn’t even speak to any of us when we entered. It was so bad my getting ready vendors commented on her professionalism and attitude. The prices were changed by $1500 within the month that we initially received our proposal to signing the contract. They also notified us 2 weeks before the wedding that the linen we requested was no longer available but we could go with linen we didn’t want to avoid a $200 fee from ordering the linen we did want through a different provider. Only we were still charged $150 for the linen we DID NOT WANT. If you upgrade the all inclusive package at all even adding vendor meals which you have to they add the taxes and fees that they claim are included in the package. These were only a few of the many discrepancies in price and miscommunications we encountered. There was one staff member who’s name I can’t recall who actually treated me like a bride and not an annoyance I’m thankful for her. But I would 1000% recommend going with a venue that actually respects their clients. This is a day you only get once so it’s super disappointing that this was my experience.Brick and Ivey's reply:

Any upgrades to our base wedding packages are completely optional and yes, any additions to our base packages do incur extra charges, as discussed in our pricing materials.
Our base package price does not have any additional taxes or fees added on, as they are all included in our base prices. Any optional services added on by a client will have taxes and production fees added.
As with any business, our pricing does change periodically, but once a client has booked with us, we do not change the pricing that’s locked into the client’s contract (for both the base package and any additional services added). Your pricing was not changed once you signed our contract with the pricing you reviewed & agreed to.
We allow brides to start getting ready at 10:00a.m. which is a big perk that our couples love! Unlike most venues, we have 2 separate bridal suites with doors that allow for plenty of privacy. We do sometimes host a few tours in the mornings on weekend days (without showing the bridal suites), and our couples always have plenty of privacy and private rooms to get ready in.
The event manager for your event is one of our most experienced with numerous 5-star reviews from clients across our five venues. Clients typically are extremely satisfied with her customer service.
We do not charge a change fee for using an outside linen company. Our packages include a linen credit, a credit that goes towards your total linen order. Sometimes people go over if they chose a premium linen or have a lot of extra tables. The original linen company offered black shantung linens instead of black satin. We found a vendor who did offer black satin as you requested, and those linens were simply $200 more expensive than the shantung linens. We passed on this additional cost for your linen choice with no mark-up.
We have the utmost respect for all of our clients, and we work extremely hard at every event to create the most enjoyable experience possible for our clients (as evidenced by the multitude of 5-star reviews we have received over 9 years in business). We are deeply saddened that you felt otherwise, but we wish you nothing but the best in the future. -
