    Call them FIRST. Very professional service, great drivers whom were extremely polite and courteous. Used for our wedding and both bachelor and bachelorette parties as well. We were so happy with their service and price we have used them for dinner nights out and even a concert run. All around experience is a 5 star rating. I recommend you call them first, you won't beat their pricing or their service. All around great company to work with and I'll recommend them every single time someone asks me if I know of a fair priced Limousine service.

    So after reading some of the reviews, I was a little skeptical, but they could not have done a better job! The limo was gorgeous, Peppi was our driver and he knew where everything was - arrived early and did a great job. The limo was clean and complete with champagne. We loved it and would gladly use them again! Our correspondence prior to the big day was always positive and he always got back to me on time.

    We rented a limo from Brentwood Limousines for our wedding and could not have been happier with the service. The driver was very friendly and took us wherever we wanted to go for pictures. The limo was clean and the air conditioning worked great! The driver always opened the door for us and assisted everyone getting in and out of the limo. We would recommend Brentwood Limos for any occasion!

    We hired Brentwood as our transportation after comparing them with many other companies. We could not be happier with the way we were treated, the cleanliness of the vehicle and especially our driver, Marshal. From the moment I was picked up at the hotel he was kind, polite and professional. All doors were opened, he checked to make sure the temperature was at a comfortable level and the music was on a station we enjoyed. We did run into a problem with the drive shaft, however there was already a plan and solution in place before we were bothered and made aware. We would absolutely recommend Brentwood Limousine!

    We actually booked relatively last minute, but Brentwood was incredibly flexible and worked with us extensively to deliver what we needed for our big day. We initially reserved a limo bus, as there were 15 of us (fully half in rather large dresses), however there was a maintenance issue the week of the wedding. Brentwood called me promptly to report the problem, kept me updated on progress of repairs, and actually reserved the Navigator for me that weekend as a backup after checking to make sure that would be ok for us (no extra charges, of course). The repairs were not completed in time, so we rode around in the Navigator, which was actually perfect and we had room to spare. Our driver was ten minutes early, and called to let us know he was out front at our convenience. The Navigator was clean, well stocked, smelled great, and was at a very comfortable temperature. He consistently helped me and my bridesmaids in and out of the vehicle, was sensitive to where the exit door was (didn't park over large puddles, etc.) and was prepared with umbrellas! His driving was smooth and comfortable and we really had a great time driving around for pictures. The price was also right - I called more than a half a dozen places and by far Brentwood's price was the most competitive (surprising for how late we booked). Thanks!

    9 bridesmaids means 9 groomsmen .....yeah that"s alot! but Brentwood made it a perfect fit. The bus was clean Champagne was delicious and we made it in one piece to and from....Lol Great Service !

    My husband chose this vendor because of the price, cleanliness of the vehicle he toured, and friendly attitude he got from the owner. I saw some poor reviews of Brentwood after we booking the company and it made me nervous. Our experience with Brentwood was nothing more than perfect. They were on-time and helped my brother-in-law load the limo bus (all the males in our wedding party were above 6-feet tall, not very comfortable in a regular limo). It rained on our wedding day, but Jim (the driver) made sure everyone stayed dry escorting all the ladies to the door with an umbrella. Jim was friendly and a safe driver. I recommend Brentwood as a transportation vendor.

    We have used Brentwood for several special occasions (one being the proposal) and would not have considered using any other service. We love the staff, and our favorite driver in particular-Jim-we couldn't have imagined sharing our day with anyone else! He was very involved in staging some of our photos, calmed me down when we got to the ceremony, and handed out our bubbles for our walk out! Brentwood has the nicest limos, they are always clean and maintained. We will always use Brentwood-they're like family!

    This place did a wonderful job. They were on time and even called to let me know they were outside. The chauffuer was very professional and had champagne and glasses in the limo. The limo was very shiny and clean and smelled good. He helped me in and out of the limo always and held an umbrella over me and gave me his jacket. Its nice to have that extra touch on your special day. very impressed and satisfied.

    Originally had this company for bachelorette party. Everything was perfect. So I decided to go with them for the wedding. I ordered a 14 passenger limo... However I could barely fit 12. One of our bridal party ended up having to drive their own car. Completely unacceptable. Wouldn't give any amount of refund for the trouble either. I don't know how I feel about this company anymore.

    Do not use this company! We got the 14-passenger limo with 4 sunroofs and it rained on the way to the church --and leaked on me and my bridesmaids (we were not compensated for that either). The glasses in the limo were also dirty. The limo driver got lost on the way to the reception from the church. It took about 25 minutes of picture time away from us. It was way too much money for the service we received. I'm not even sure what the owner's name was and he was very hard to reach. Go with someone else.

    Horrible service! The driver picked us up right after the ceremony at the church but refused to take us anywhere until I gave him the check for the final amount due for Steve of Brentwood AND a certain amount in CASH. I had the check ready WITH a tip but he refused to take it. The groomsmen had to all dig in their pockets to find cash for this guy before he took us anywhere. Trust me, you DO NOT want the first thing you do after you are married is to fight with the driver right outside the church!!! He might have just been scamming us but I don't know. Once on the bus, it was dirty and old. It didn't include champagne, glasses, water or ice like promised and the sound system sounded terrible. Please don't use this company, save yourself the stress!!

    The only reason I didn't rate this company as a disaster is because our driver was great. He was professional and put up with all 18 of us! However, from a business aspect, I didn't feel the company was organized with the final price we talked about and the payments we put down. They did not argue with us, so that makes me believe they didn't know what they told us in the first place. This was the one and only vendor I was worried about on our wedding day. And although the Navigator states it can fit 20 people, it was a tight squeeze with 18 of us.

    I initially thought that Steve was okay but when I asked to see the limo bus he said that he was going out of town, so I said ok. Then I wanted to see the bus again and he said that it was getting reupholstered. So I said ok because it was cold so ok. But when I finally went to see it in March 2015 in a garage with NO lights and when I got on the bus there was also NO lights on the bus so he asked me if I had a flash light on my phone. So I used it and only one seat had been re upholstered. And on top of that it had a 13 in t.v. with a big back no flat screen here ppl. Now just to let you all know I am not that type of person but for $820 for my wedding. ... this need to be perfect and this was no where near it. And the worst thing was when I called Steve back to let him know I would not be using him, he told me that I COULD NOT get my deposit back because I had cancelled on him.... I'm still trying to see if I should pursue him for my $100 deposit. ... I am upset and luckily I found out about Steve before July and got into a dirty bus with torn seats on my wedding day. And the only reason why my review says 1 was because they wouldn't let me leave it blank.

    Terribly rude to speak to and incredibly unprofessional. No one this rude and condescending should be given a dollar of anyone's hard earned money, and should especially not be involved in as important of a day as a wedding. Absolutely deplorable.

    I received a phone call the morning of the wedding that the limo we had booked was in an accident the night before and was inoperable. The owner said he had the party bus available, which was not what we ordered (we ordered the Navigator). We had to make due with that because it was last minute. It was not clean inside and was an older model party bus. I also had called a few times the week of the wedding to confirm the date and time for pickup. First, the owner was rude to me when he answered the phone at 8pm during the week (their website stated they had 24 hour phone lines, so I assumed they might have had an answering service). He said, it's after business hours, I'm at home, so of course I don't have any of your information. Rather than taking my name, and number, he asked that I call back at 10am. I did so and then he told me he couldn't take my call again because he wasn't in the office and I asked that I call back again. Not a very comfortable feeling when you are trying to ensure someone will be there on time for your wedding day! The relationship with the limo company gets worse, at our last stop for pictures we came back in the limo to find that the driver had poured out all of the bottles of champagne we had brought along with the big three olives bottle. We were not told ahead of time that he was going to do this and wanted to have some more drinks on our drive to the reception. We asked why he did that and he said because he had another pickup after us and had to clean up. I'm sorry, but you do that after we leave not while we are still there. If that wasn't bad enough, we called the owner to complain about the whole situation and on the phone in the morning I told him we should get a discount or compensated due to not getting the limo we ordered and he said, don't worry you will. When we called him he was not nice at all, did not give us a discount and also would not return the overpayment since the limo bus was cheaper than the Navigator to my mother in law who paid for it. We decided to file a BBB complaint since the owner was very rude and uncooperative. He then preceded to lie to the BBB and told them and us when we called him again to ask for our money back that he never said there was something wrong with the Navigator. Okay, then why didn't we get it then? My mother in law called him again and also the owner called my husband stupid to his own mother. Wow, really classy owner. We just wanted our money back. My apologies that it was a long story, but it is true and I would like to spare any other bride and groom for an awful suprise on what is supposed to be the best day of your life.

    DO NOT CALL THIS VENDOR!!! The website and advertisements shows nice CLEAN cars and limos but that is not what you'll see in person. We needed a limo services a few weeks away from the wedding so when we talked to the owner, he pretended to be helpful. But he said he was out of town and the only way he would hold anything is with a deposit. So we put down a deposit until we were able to see the cars. When we go there, they were disgusting and dirty just like him. He couldn't answer any questions like what year were the cars. The white looked beige and they were filthy. Thinking were were getting a deal, the best man had already contacted them and put down his deposit for the bachelor party. We left to think about it and when we called him to cancel, we asked if our deposit could just go to the other rental. He was rude and yelling and told us no. Then immediately called the best man and told him he had to pay another $200 for their reservation that was in like 3 days. Clearly he did not give them a $200 discount on a 4 hour rental so I have no idea why he tried to charge that much more. So we both just lost out on a deposit because he's a poor business man. He has absolutely no professionalism and I would not use his dirty cars if someone paid me.

    I called and explained what i was looking for and right off the bat he was rude and short with me. He couldnt comprehend the simple task of pricing out a rental for my wedding when i got agrevatied he said he was tired and couldnt think straight. I gave him the benefit of the doubt, im pretty sure he was just drunk from the fact that noone sober could be tis stupid. We agreed hed call me the next day at 5. He called at noon askng when he was suposed to call. I told him five and to my amazement he actually called "around " then. But then he literally started from scratch as though no recolection of our 40min. Conversation the previous day. I just said forget it. Not gonna trust them to be on time or even show up on my wedding day with what culminated from our conversation. I wouldnt risk it. Theres more goin on here with that company.

    This limo service was very unprofessional, which was a suprise since I found them at a Today's bridal show. After putting a deposit down with this company months before I never heard from this COmpany until I called them. NO reciept no contract signed the the store manager Steve (if that was his real name) was rude not only to me but my mother . Refused to give us his supervisors name at first and never gave us a number for us to get in contact with him ourselves. TO mention this all transpired 4 days before my Wedding. He raised his voice, kept cutting me and my Mother off while we where trying to understand why they didn't have anything together. When I stated I was going to come to the office to sit down with him he refused and told not to come. Long story short after many conversations and days he stated that a refund would be issued the next day. I has been 2 1/2 wks and he is harder to catch up to and I have yet to recieve my money back. SO PLEASE BE ADVISED TAKE CAUTION WITH THIS VENDOR IF POSSIBLE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. BRIDES IT'S NOT WORTH THE HASSLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
