We have found our jeweler for life. Each time we walk in the door, we are welcomed and always feel comfortable. We never feel pressed to make a purchase; the entire staff is very knowledgeable and caters to your needs.
Danell stands out as she has been with us along our entire wedding journey. From the engagement ring process to our wedding bands, she was there offering advice, comparing styles/designs and made sure we were making the best pick all the way down to the last detail.
We couldn't be happier with our experience and look forward to working with the BLM team again in the future!We have found our jeweler for life. From the moment my (now) fiancé and I walked into Brent L. Miller, we were treated like family. This was the first time we went to look at engagement rings and we did not know what to expect. We sat down with Danell, the engagement specialist, and she walked us through the process. I tried on at least 10 rings which allowed me to discover the style of my dreams. From there we got down to the nitty gritty of the 4 Cs. Danell was a wealth of knowledge and allowed us to look at a variety diamonds with a loupe. By the end of our impromptu "appointment", we had a ring and a diamond picked out. Six months later, I ran into Danell at a bridal show. Not only did she recognize me, but hugged me and wanted to hear how my sweetie proposed. It was like we were old friends catching up. So far, I stopped by BLM once to get my ring cleaned. It took less than 10 minutes and the ring looked as gorgeous as the day I got it. I cannot wait to go back to pick out our wedding bands! Thank you BLM. I went to Brent L Miller for an engagement ring and they went above and beyond the call of duty to care for me. I had a special case where I brought two rings in from my wife's parents and asked if they could help merge these two rings into one. They did an absolutely phenomenal job with the ring and they cared for me so well, even though they were not making a huge profit off of me since I was bringing a ring to work on. I was blown away with how personal and kind their service was.
Since then, I bought my wife's wedding band there, and additionally have brought a good friend in to purchase an engagement ring. My Fiancé went through Brent L. Miller for my engagement ring and it is the most beautiful ring I have ever seen!! So many people have commented on it's exquisite, delicate and stunning beauty. My Fiancé was very impressed with the kind, professional service, and was able to choose just the right dimond and setting with their help. Also, when we needed to resize the ring down, they were so prompt and accommodating!! I can't believe they did it in one hour! We are so pleased.My Fiancé went through Brent L. Absolutely fantastic. My now-husband's family has been customers here for years and years, and I can see why. They treat you like you are the most important person. When they didn't have the specific ring from the manufacturer that I wanted, they shipped it in.
My husband and I are both from Lancaster. However, he lives in Jacksonville, FL, and I live in WV. He ordered the engagement ring so that it should have been here in time for a weekend that I was supposed to visit him in Jacksonville. Brent Miller expedited the shipping to him just to ensure that it would be there in time for the weekend so that his proposal plans wouldn't fall through.
They have items for people of all budgets. If only I had unlimited money, I would buy their entire stock. The store is incredibly classy, but I've seen people in there in jeans and t-shirt as well, and everyone is welcome.
If you're looking for something, don't go anywhere else. We received excellent customer service from all of their staff. I love my engagement diamond, engagement band, and diamond eternity wedding band! Their staff helped us find the perfect match - I couldn't be happier! They helped us with sizing and made sure everything was just right. We felt that their pricing was very fair and competitive with online retailers (that was not the case with other brick and mortar stores in the area). After my engagement ring had been resized elsewhere, the shenk broke. The first jeweler refused to fix it so I brought it to Brent L. Miller. We worked with Jo to find our perfect wedding rings. My husband is French and the tradition is there is to only receive one ring that you get on the wedding day. It was a struggle but I decided to respect this tradition and wait until our wedding day! I wanted something very unique and opted for what most would consider a right hand ring or a thick wedding band that is diamond-studded. Jo looked all over for the perfect ring that would not look too right-handesque but that fit the style I looked for. I appreciated her dedication and desire to find something that was perfect for me. I went to other jewelers in Lancaster and no one offered to do what Brent L Miller offered in searching for that perfect ring. My husband chose a simple gold band that he is very pleased with. Miller and I was (and still am) blown away with it. They were able to incorporate some diamonds that had been passed down through my family and turn it into something that is totally my style! -

January 9th 2017 (14k scrap gold $24.60 per gram)
We went to this location to get rid of some unwanted jewelry today.
Gold is $24.60 per gram as scrap and they offered us $14.00 per gram for 14k scrap gold and lied to us by saying that 14k scrap gold is $14.00 per gram, So what does that mean that 24k scrap gold is worth $24.00 per gram??? LOL if this is not legal robber than I do not know what is.
If you want to get robbed or ripped off this is the place to bring your jewelry.
will never go back to this place for anything, we wasted 1 hour to get a low ball offer of half its scrap worth.
