Rented silver chivalry chairs for wedding. Some of the chairs weren't sturdy and scratched up. Overall they looked beautiful in the room.

Great Rental company- LOTS of stuff in there and they are extremely busy!! They were flexible with us right before the wedding and worked with me when I had a last minute change. Thanks Brendle for making my day special!

Tablecloths were awful

I purchased tablecloths for my daughters wedding, but decided at the last minute to rent from Brendles because I couldn't get the wrinkles out of mine. Big mistake. The tablecloths from Brendles were not only more wrinkled than my own, but several were stained as well. Even worse, they were different colors; some were ivory and some were white. I was horrified and ended up having to use many of my own at the last minute. Though I contacted them after the wedding about the issues, no one will email me back. I do not recommend.

Old & broken tables and chairs. Dirty tent with holes in it. Their crew caused me property damage and their owner refused to pay for it.

I hired them to do my friend's wedding. I should have known better because, right from the start on the phone with them I experienced very rude customer service. They were the only place in our area so I let it go. Then the tables and chairs arrived it was nothing as advertised. They were very old, dirty, and just plain ugly with paint missing off of them and etc... They show you a new product but, deliver the exact opposite. I complained to the crew about the condition of the items and was told this is all they have to offer. Then the crew started installing then tent. The tent was in the same condition old, dirty, and even had holes in it for water to leak through yet again, I was told this is the best they have to offer. After putting the tent up the crew immediately left. I walked into my back yard where the event has been set up to find a tent stake drove directly into my water main and water was bubbling out the ground filling my back yard up like a swamp. I immediately called the store to speak to the owner Natalie. She goes on to tell me that it is not her crews fault it is MY FAULT well, I surely wasn't the one that drove the tent stake into my own water main. Make that make sense. Then she goes on to tell me if i do not pay the full amount of the billed owed she will be involving the police to have me arrested. Then once I get the property damage they caused fixed for about $900 and go up to the store to pay my bill in full I am met inside by Natalie's daughter Blakely and her husband. The whole time I'm in there trying to pay my bill in full Blakely Husband which I now know doesn't even work for this company was following me around the store in my face the whole time telling me to try something aka he was wanting to fight me! Unprofessional isn't even close to a good word to describe them as. I understand they may be the only one in your area that does this kind of work but, PLEASE avoid my mistake and go out of the area. After all the damages to the property and broken equipment they caused and delivered we were forced to postpone the event and find a new provider.

I had someone pick up my tablecloths for my wedding the day before. That night when I started putting them on the tables the majority of them were dirty, stained and one was even torn. I called to tell them and they told me they would make a note on my file so I wouldn’t be blamed for the damage. Pictures are all different ones and only some of them. We were very disappointed and there was nothing we could do with the wedding the next day.
