  Breathless bride - mission accomplished!

  I first want to say how absolutely wonderful & awesome Ms. Rogers is at what she does. If you are looking for any wedding services look NO further! You have found THE BEST planner & planning service on St. Croix.
  
  I originally contacted Charisma with the intention of hiring her just for “Day of Coordination” services for my destination wedding in St. Croix. Then exactly 13 days before my wedding date (on a Saturday) with family & friends set to visit the island for our nuptials, I found myself in a wedding nightmare scenario where my venue (who also was planning my entire wedding) rudely pulled the rug from under me & abruptly cancelled.
  
  I called Charisma literally in tears hoping & praying that she could at minimum help me find a beach somewhere to be married & maybe recommend a restaurant where my 60 guests could have dinner afterwards.
  
  Charisma first told me to calm down & that everything would be just fine. She then said I just needed to tell her which did I need her to put on “her cape or her mask”. She actually managed to make me laugh through all my tears & stress in that moment.
  
  She immediately got to work and with her vast network of vendor connections. In that short time lead time, she secured me not only one of the most beautiful venues on the island (St. George’s Botanical Gardens) but also lined everything up from catering, bar tending services, officiant, DJ & florist to a party bus to transport the entire bridal party.
  
  When I say Charisma truly works magic, I am not kidding! She truly made magic happen. When I walked into the wedding venue on the day of I was blown away by how absolutely beautiful & spectacular the space was! The decor was flawless. The food was delicious. The drinks were flowing & the DJ kept the party going! Charisma & her team were consummate professionals throughout the entire event.
  
  I cannot sing Charisma’s praises or thank her enough. She literally turned my wedding nightmare scenario into the wedding of my wildest dreams. I can only imagine what she could have accomplished with more than 13 days of lead time.
  
  I would highly highly recommend Breathless Occasions for any & every party or event. They are the best of the best in everything they do!

  Breathless Occasions

  Charisma Rodgers was extremely professional. She executed my daughters vision for her wedding precisely. We were blown away by the way she and her staff creatively decorated the venue. Both her and her staff were professional, courteous and efficient. I highly recommended Breathless Occassions!!!

  Came through at the right time!!!

  Thank you Breathless Occasions for making our Gala look spectacular. When we arrived the entrance was already decorated. when we needed for curtains, she left and got what we needed to make our event spectacular. Thanks again!!

  Breathtakingly gorgeous

  The decor is beautifully done and I love my experience with breathless occasions, everything was exactly how I wanted it to be, the decor, the catering, and everything was done in a timely fashion. I would definitely recommend breathless occasion to anybody.

  Baby Shower

  Absolutely loved everything. Very kind and easy to work with. My baby shower was in Frederiksted on St.Croix and she brought every detail together! Booking her again for my babies 1st birthday.

  I remembering calling Charisma three days before my event and she was able to come through and make this happen for me. My glamours birthday was one to remember. Thank you so much for making my event a success and you will be highly recommended by me for future events.

  Did not meet my expectations

  I used Breathless Occasions as my Day of Coordinator. Before the day, communication was great and I offered photos and ideas of what I looking for. Based on reviews and recommendations I was going in confident that all my needs would be met. Unfortunately, I was not pleased with her service overall. I will say that the weather was not great that day and could see that being a hindrance. As the day of coordinator, I was expecting her to be there throughout the day from the ceremony to the reception and that was missing. The day started off with my dropping off items to the reception area at 9 a.m. before going to get ready. She was not there and it took her an hour and a half to arrive. Rentals, flowers arrived before she did. Then she was not at the church, nor were the items I rented from her delivered. I felt like there were times where we still needed to push the night a long or other family members picking up the slack.
  
  Working as an event assistant previously and based on the recommendation I was confident I could lean on her expertise as an event professional and many things fell short. Items I specifically asked for were not delivered. I was even willing to purchase items and bring them with, but was assured she could provide.
  
  I will say I voiced my grievances to her and she offered an apology and a partial refund.
