Last month I contacted Bravo Limousine for help . The time had finally come and I had met the best girl in the world. I decided to propose to my Joanna, but in a way that would be the story of the beginning of our family. So I decided to rent the most beautiful limo and take my love on the best date ever.
I took a long time and chose Limo and stopped at a fancy Lincoln Navigator Silver. I liked the car for its size and style.
When Joana saw the car she couldn't believe it was just us in such a huge car! We had a great time walking around Manhattan and visiting all the romantic spots. And on the way home, I offered to drink champagne, and at the bottom of the glass I put a symbol of my infinite love! When she saw the ring, she cried from happiness. And she said yes!
So now the Lincoln Navigator Silver is loaded with happy moments.
Thanks to Bravo Limo for helping arrange everything in the best way possible.

Bravo limo was very helpful in allowing me to rent the limo for only 2 hours. My reception and ceremoy were at the same place. We just needed the limo to drive a few miles down the road with my wedding party for pictures. I paid to have the hummer limo and ended up with the excursion. Everything worked out fine as everyone could fit in -

i would like to start with expressing my gratitude to bravo limo for their professionalism and patience and great service that they provided this last saturday. everything was even better than we expected it to be. so, it was my baby girl's 9th birthday and me and my husband decided that is would be nice to celebrate the occasion with a little more fanciness. why not rent a limo and take the girls to the American Girl place in NYC? so we booked the table and started shopping around for prices for transportation to and from nyc. bravo limo was among the first places we called and after some debating we went ahead and booked the pink hummer limo. must i say that the excitement and thrill that it brought to the girls was so totally worth the $600 spent? Madeline and her friends were super happy. They had fun in the limo, as a matter of fact so much fun that the american girl place was kind of left in the shadow. the chauffeur was respectful and drove accurate. an amazing experience and we would do it all over again in a blink of an eye -

As all the planning for my wedding was at short notice, i was very worried about the guests transportation , there were at least 50 people.I heard about this company before and always been told good things about it.We decided to give it a try,and we were not dissapointed.The dispatcher that answered, Alina,who was also very polite,helped me choose the limousines that would accomodate our needs.We had 2 white Hummer limos and one Ford Expedition.The limousines were very beautiful,clean and with nice decorations.I finally breathed a sigh of relief .I know,like most of the brides,i was picky about every little detail so thank you Alex(our driver) for being so patient and professional.Also a lot of thanks to other drivers,my guests were pleased .I would definitely recommend using bravolimo!!! It was nice to have one less of a problem on my head that day..:)You made it a special one!!! -

we have a family tradition that every year before Christmas we fly all the way from London to New York to see the tree and enjoy the holidays near our loved ones. as part of the tradition we always stay at the The Roosevelt Hotel , rent a limo and take the city tour. this year is no different. except that the limo provider was different. Bravo limo executed the service at the highest level. the limo we rented was absolutely gorgeous and the driver a very jolly and nice lad. they accept all types of credit cards - which is a great relieve and have the option of booking via email only. Highly recommended. -

We contacted Bravo Limo a bit less than a month before our wedding. I met with Nube personally to set everything, which included a stretched H2 limo rental, and a classic Excalibur for me an my fiancee. Nube was a pleasure to work with, very professional and attentive and she had all the answers and suggestions for us. The whole process of signing the contract was a breeze and only took about 5 minutes. Their courtesy made me feel secure, which was highly appreciated.
On the day of our wedding both vehicles showed up a little early, they were clean and decorated exactly as promised. The drivers were wearing tuxedos and - again thanks to Nube and the exact itinerary she set up for them - knew exactly where they were going. In poor words: the service was delivered top notch.
I cannot find enough words to express how much I appreciate and recommend this company, since transportation was one of the trickiest things on the to-do list. Bravo Limo offered reliable service at a fair and reasonable price. Again cannot recommend enough. -

last saturday started for us as a nightmare and ended with a very positive experience. imagine being called 4 hours before your pick up time was set and being notified that the limo won't show up because of some technical issues and you have dinner reservation at a fancy restaurant and a crew of hungry people that will shortly start to arrive. i think i have never felt so desperate in my life. good thing that i still had the list of potential limo providers on my desk somewhere. Bravo.limo offered the best rates after the company that bailed on us without even the smallest attempt to substitute the vehicle or compensate the inconvenience (another bad review will be posted later on) so with high hopes i called them and luckily they had a vehicle available. the booking process took about 10minutes, since i already had their prices. at 7pm the driver was in my driveway and we took off to manhattan. must i mention that the service was great? on the horrific background of the earlier disaster bravo.limo did an amazing job for what we are endlessly grateful. for any future need we will certainly be calling them. better pay an extra buck rather to stress out before a night out -

we really wanted a jet door limo. we attended a wedding where the newlyweds hired a white Ferrari with jet doors and the pictures came out just awesome. so we searched and looked and searched some more until we came across bravo. they actually had 2 options for jet doors limos: a white escalade and a white navigator. the second one was slightly bigger, but the escalade captured our attention the moment we first saw it. since the price for the 2 limos was the same, ($900 for a good 4 hours, plus tip and tolls) we booked the escalade. the process of reserving was very simple. the company required a deposit which we paid with a credit card. they sent us a contract and we sealed the deal. the custom service was prompt with our request and questions. on the big date the limo came early, was clean, well polished on the outside. we took our time for pictures and then headed to the church. in the end we got exactly what we wanted and we have an amazing album to brag about when we're old. great job bravo -

We used Bravo limo for three separate occasions. The first was a one way trip from JFK to Lakewood for my inlaws, who flew in from Chicago; the second one was to take them to the rehearsal dinner, and the third was a limo for my actual wedding, used to transport the bridal party and myself to the church, then to a park for pictures, and then to the reception hall afterwards. Everything went smooth and every time the service went without a hitch. The limos were more than we could have ever asked for: cozy, clean and with cooold air blowing out of the AC. The drivers were dressed nicely, very professional and on time. Working with Bravo limo was a breeze. They called me two days before my wedding and confirmed all the details, they even suggested a 15 minutes earlier than scheduled pick up because of usual increased traffic on Friday evenings. The gesture was indeed appreciated since i felt assured that no bad surprises could pop up last minute. On the day of my wedding, the driver was 30 minutes earlier. Even though we were notified by the hotel management that the limo was waiting we got a phone call from the company's representative who congratulated us the occasion and notified about the limo being there. I must say that we arrived at the church 15 minutes before the ceremony start time, which gave us sufficient time to settle down and calm our itching nerves. After the actual ceremony we came out to see the driver waiting near the limo with champagne - another compliment from the company. We had a number of out of town guests that remained really impressed with the service. Probably because they had bad experiences in the past, or maybe just because our was spotless. My fiance contacted Bravo limo the following day to express gratitude for the immaculate and memorable service. The representative was nice again and kindly asked them to leave a review online, which we decided to do since people don't do that very often. But they should. -

Bravo Limo was on time with the wrong limo. Getting a hold of management to resolve our issues was unbelievable and the conversations AFTER our wedding day is what led me to such a low review.
They yell, don't listen, won't give you management, and create inconsistent excuses.
Our main ask after our wedding was - why didn't they make us aware of the limo change before they arrived to pick me up (especially considering this limo was not nearly as nice/new as the one we agreed upon)? After hours of conversations and multiple phone calls later the excuse was that the limo I had ordered got stuck in a driveway at a wedding a few weeks before mine (March wedding) as it doesn't have 4 wheel drive. We had great weather but they supposedly made the executive decision to change the limo and not make us aware. This would've been fine had they given me this answer the first time I called or perhaps even had the decency to call ahead of time to let me know of this change.
When we asked about the switch the day of they advised the driver to tell us it was a complimentary upgrade (which it definitely was not). Luckily, we didn't let it bother us as there are plenty of things that will go wrong on your wedding day and it could have really been worse. Everyone was squished, the speakers in the back of the limo didn't work and the driver didn't know how to fix it- none the less we arrived on schedule and the driver was very kind.
They charged us overtime due to traffic (which is in the contract and fair). The manager- when I finally got a hold of one was very unapologetic. Their associates are also incredibly rude. We weren't offered a coupon, NOTHING in an effort to fix the host of issues we had regarding their service. Not that I'd even dare to use the service again.
If you're looking to use this company for something OTHER than a wedding the excuse would be- they have great pricing. Something as important as your wedding day- spend the extra cash ;) -

Very disappointed with Bravo Limo
I booked their service several weeks ahead of time and communicated what the plans were. We booked them for five hours in NYC to start at 7 pm. We had reservations for my daughter's 18th bday at an exclusive restaurant to start at 7:30 pm. Let's start out with the driver arriving nearly thirty minutes lates. I called to speak with management and Mike's excuse was that his driver was stuck in traffic (not a valid excuse), especially when traveling to the city during the holidays. He should have left with ample time. Not to mention, that he hung up on me when requesting a discount. Second, the limo had electrical issues. I have pictures and videos where the music would stop playing and all of the lights went out (it was really dark). Third, the driver literally dropped off my party before midnight not honoring my five hours. Extremely disappointed! -

If your looking to get married or for any other event DO NOT use Bravo.Limo BRAVO LIMOS IN PA!!! On the hottest day of the year they had NO air conditioning in the Limos, they had NO ice or NO water. The "Manager" told my mom to go F*** herself on a recorded line. They fail to realize these unacceptable conditions and keep insisting there was air! They will not give me an owners name or a managers name or contact info. I will be reporting them!!! DO NOT USE THEM! They are a SCAM. -

Giving this place 0 stars because they were awful!! My bridal party hired them for my bachelorette party. When searching for limo companies they read a bunch of reviews where the limos were old and not very well maintained, so when booking with Best Limo they made the company assure them that the pink hummer was in good working condition, especially the A/C and radio. Well sure enough, the upholstery on the inside of the limo looked like it was from the 80s or early 90s, and the radio and A/C were broken (and it was mid-August, at least 85 degrees and we had an hour and a half drive). The company then sent their yellow hummer to finish the trip and take us home, however it was smaller and didn't fit everyone. One of my friends sat on a cooler, the other on the floor, and I sat on the ledge where the ice bucket was (I had back pains for a week!). We called afterwards to discuss the unacceptable conditions and were just met with complete rudeness. Would never ever use this company again or recommend them to anyone. Also an FYI, they operate as Bravo Limo in Pennsylvania, so beware of them too (http://www.bravo-limo.com/). -
