  Entire experience, from booking limo to meeting driver and being driven and interacting with the driver was totally great and fun. So much so, that we decided the next time we come back to Branson, we will book again, but we DEF want the same driver! He was the icing on the cake that made the journey so relaxed, funny and enjoyable!

  As a surprise my husband arranged to have a limo pick me up at our resort and bring me to the wedding chapel. This was very sweet but since the limo driver went to the wrong resort I was late to my own wedding. When I got to the chapel all my wedding guest saw me and my bridesmaid rushing to the dressing room as I carried my wedding dress. Pretty embarrassing!!! I didnt get pictures with my mom helping me into the dress and no after ceremony pictures because the chapel had another wedding to prepare for. AWFUL JOB!!!

  Branson Limousine & Executive Charter would like to comment on the above review. Yes our chauffeur was 10 minutes late to pickup the bride; however, there are 5 resorts in Branson with the same name. We were given directions and follow up to the resort by the customer but the chauffeur went to the wrong resort, our mistake. He noticed the error within 15 minutes of the pick-up time but was still 10 minutes late. The customer did not complain the day of the wedding, seemed pleased with the service and vehicle, and never contacted us regarding their displeasure. To this day they never gave us the chance to do something for them to make it right. With over 20 years of wedding, limousine, and executive ground transportation experience, we were surprised to see this review as we have never received one complaint in all that time.
