Perfect this was a magical day for me and my family they made everything run smoothly and we had a blast at our wedding my family and I have memories to cherish with friends as family because of the staff at Bear Creek winery

My husband and I were just married at Bear Creek this weekend. I cannot put into words how wonderful everything was but, I am going to try my best. The staff takes care of every detail like it was their own wedding. They are friendly and clearly experienced at what they do. In fact, they felt like family by the end of our weekend. Between the DJ and Wedding Officient, you will know what to do and when so you can take everything in and not worry about what to do. The atmosphere is beautiful and I didn’t have to decorate at all! The food was delicious!! All of my guests commented time and time again how much they loved the food!! If you want to focus and enjoy your special day to the fullest, this is your perfect venue! We will be back for vacation getaways and I am already planning a girls trip this fall. Check out the lodge and all the suites and cabins. We stayed in the Bears Den and loved it! Thank you to Bear Creek for being so wonderful!

I could not have asked for a more perfect wedding weekend. We chose the exclusive retreat package for our wedding and it was a great fit for our wedding plan; the staff was friendly and very helpful anytime I had questions! The treetop chapel is absolutely breathtaking with all the windows opened up. It was nice that the reception area is right next-door so nobody had to travel anywhere. We got so many compliments on how beautiful both the chapel and reception area were. The family and friends we had stay on the property with us couldn’t get over how stunning everything was! I could go on and on about how amazing everything was, our wedding was everything I dreamed of!

My Husband and I got married her e for our Elopement !! The place was just stunning! The Officiant and Photographer amazing! Everyone made us feel very comfortable. Worth Every Penny!!!

We got married here in March of 2019. The venue was beautiful! The decorations, set up, and tear down were provided, so that took a lot of stress away. The owners and employees were friendly and responsive, and the B&B rooms were rustic and lovely. On top of that, the wine and pizza are delicious! This is a great place to get married!

The venue was everything we'd hoped it would be. The cabin was small, fully equipped with everything we needed; the B&B had awesome breakfast and lovely ambiance. The ceremony itself was perfect!! The officiant was sweet, photographer was charming and chapel was just beautiful.

Bear Creek provides all inclusive wedding packages that eliminate the hassle of planning! They provide venue, ceremony, reception, food, cake, dj, decorations, weekend cabins on the same property, and more! All we have to do is show up with a dress & suit before we say "I DO"! Highly recommended if you value your sanity over small details!

Ledgestone Gardens at Bear Cree B&B is the perfect ideal Ozark wedding location! You have many options of where to have your ceremony and a picture perfect reception site! The outdoor dance floor is idea for guests who want fresh air and it makes the entire venue open! I couldn't find a single thing wrong with my wedding process with Rebecca or her help and I am more than happy with the way my wedding turned out!!

This was such a beautiful place that was absolutely perfect for our wedding day! The water garden and grounds were so luciuos and nicely groomed and decorated. We had a party of around 50 and there was more than enough space for everyone! Rebecca and her staff catered to every need of ours and made sure everything was perfect for our special day. The food served was honestly the best food we have ever had at a reception before. The best part of all is there is no stress or planning involved, the staff took care of everything for us! This is such an amazing venu and I would recommend it to anyone! A special thanks to everyone at Bear Creek for making our special day so wonderful!

My wife and I could not have been happier with the venue and service at this wonderful location. We are from Florida, and we booked the wedding at Bear Creek based on the website, affordability, and it's desirable location to both our families. The owner Rebecca was most helpful and delivered completely on everything, making our wedding day a most memorable one. Also, the package was literally "turnkey", making the planning a breeze. Rebecca's vendors (DJ/Photography/Bakery) were top notch as well. I rarely write reviews, but had to let you all know:) Great job Rebecca!

Family owed and opperated very relaxed atmosphere ver proffessional. This was wedding number 4 for me and this was by far the best stress FREE wedding ever. I only had to plan the date and how long I was staying they took care of everything else. The nicest people i have ever delt with. We came in a little stressed and they were NEVER stressed and they allowed us to get calm and enjoy it all flowed smoothly and I highly recomend to anyone rather your first wedding or second it is perfect. Best breakfast I have ever had while lodging homemade food. you can't beat it even for a weekend away.

Bear Creek Lodge is a wonderful place to get married! Rebecca and her family took care of everything from the dj, photographer, to the food. And the food is always delicious! The atmosphere of the bed and breakfast is simply magical! My husband and I rented out the entire lodge for a weekend for all our friends and family to come and spend time together. We had breakfasts, dinner, ceremony, reception, a fire and much more at the lodge and Rebecca and her family made sure it was a time we will never forget!

I am so happy I decided to book my wedding here. Everything about this place is beautiful. It was very stress free, I didnt really have to do much at all, they pretty much do it for you. And, for the price you can't beat it. I love that we did not have to drive anywhere after the wedding and were able to walk back to our cabin after our reception. The food and the cake were delicious, and my flowers were beautiful. The only negative that I can see is that if there are any diabled or elderly attending the wedding, they might have some issues getting around if the ceremony is in the tree top chapel. I can't wait to go back and stay a week at the bed and breakfast.

When my husband and I began looking for potential wedding vendors, we searched endlessly for a place that fit our criteria without breaking our budget. We found the Bear Creek Bed & Breakfast Lodge website and were excited but cautious - so we made an appointment to view the grounds and tour the cabins. Everything was amazing and we knew after looking at the Ledgestone Gardens that this was the place we were going to be married (even though it was winter at the time!) We made a second trip to place our deposit and discuss details - our wedding package was nearly all-inclusive, including the ceremony (with minster), cake, flowers, 2 nights lodging, and a reception. We added a meal for 30 and four extra nights stay and our total was right around $2,000 for everything - which was a steal!

We arrived at the lodge the night before with our wedding party. We stayed in the Shabby Chic Shalet the night before and switched to the Bunkhouse for our honeymoon. We had a 12:00 ceremony and were allowed to use the cabin to prepare even though checkout time was 11:00 - and the staff even moved our bags to the other side for us! Upon arriving in the lodge before the wedding my maid of honor and I were handed our flowers, which were beautiful! Our ceremony was absolutely perfect with coordinating decour and amazing music, both provided by Bear Creek. The minister who married us did a fantastic job and captured our love perfectly. Our photographer was also phenomenal - he began taking pictures the moment I entered the main lodge before walking down the aisle and continued throughout the entire ceremony and also did some posed shots afterward. He was friendly and professional and even came to the conservatory to take a few quick shots of us cutting our cake, even though he wasn't required to do so by our wedding package. Our cake was beautiful and delicious and all of our guests raved about the taste of the food, which was presented on beautiful and elegant serving trays.

Overall our wedding was everything we ever dreamed it would be - and our honeymoon was the same! Our cabin (the Bunkhouse) was amazing - both beds (there is an upstairs and a downstairs bedroom) are super comfortable with velvety soft sheets and comforters and the private deck and hot tub were so luxurious! It also had a full kitchen, fireplace, and two complete bathrooms! We didn't make it for the complimentary breakfast in the main lodge every day, but the two that we did have were delicious and the breakfast room is so cute and cozy! We were so sad to leave but are certain that we will be returning, and more than once!!

Our wedding was stress free at Bear Creek Lodge. They let us wait until the last minute to decide inside or outside based on the weather. We ended up having our ceremony outside in the garden, which was perfect. The food they prepared for the reception was delicious. The reception hall was decorated beautifully. I was quite pleased with our decision and felt that they exceeded our expectations.

Great place! We wanted a "small" wedding that they made wonderful! Perfect location, beautiful cabins, great place.

We chose this venue because we stumbled upon it on the day we got engaged and it seemed like a dream! We knew we wanted a very small wedding in the Ozarks and we couldn't pass up the view this place offered! Plus, almost everything was included. The owner and her daughter were kind and personalized a wedding package for us. They were quick to respond to any questions we had while planning. On the day of, Dustin(?) was super helpful and made sure everything was set up correctly before our ceremony. It was nice not having to worry about set up or take down as they handled everything. Overall, we were pleased with this venue.

Getting married at Bear Creek Lodge Bed and Breakfast was so easy. We didn't have to worry about decorations, cake, photographer or food. We got the smaller package that did not include food but we ordered pizza from their shop on site and the pizza was delicious! The cake was also very yummy and so were the winearitas. The reception felt rushed though due to us staying outside to take pictures, wish we could have had more time with our guest but I know we will appreciate our pictures. The b&b was a nice, clean and relaxing stay. Probably somewhere we would return for our anniversary.

A few months after we had booked Bear Creek for our wedding venue half of there facility burnt down in a fire. We of course panacked a little. They reassured us that they would have it up and running by our wedding date. Sure enough they did! It is even more beautiful than before. We chose to do all the leg work for our catereing, photographer, officiant etc. However they provided all the centerpieces and decor. They do offer all inclusive packages.

My husband and I wanted a small wedding, with just our parents present. This was a perfect location for that size. However, there was another wedding the weekend we were there with over 60 guests that was also very well managed. Rebecca, one of the owners of the B&B, made sure that the everything was coordinated and ready to go on the day of our wedding. She also arranged for the officiant. We had our choice of a Baptist or Methodist minister. (We chose Methodist.) It was a fantastic experience and an wonderful value.

Oh, the cost... $600, included officiant, chapel and three nights at the bed and breakfast.

It was great to have a wedding package where almost everything was included in the price. I didn't have to arrange a minister, or decorations, or a caterer, or a d.j., or a bar. The only thing I had to do was get my flowers, order my cake because I wanted a different one then they give you, order my invitations, get everyones outfits, and hire a videographer and a photographer because they give a photographer for an hour with your package and I wanted one through the wedding and reception. I loved that the wedding and reception are all in one place. And the place is absolutely gorgeous. You can have an inside or an outside wedding. However they don't have flexibility as far as what times you are scheduled. And you get your wine glasses and a bottle of wine to take with you.

We Had a very Small 15 people wedding with just us and immediate family and Stayed in their cabins for the weekend end loved it was very relaxing place
