Hire Brandi NOW!!!!
We cannot say enough good things about Brandi. We knew from her professionalism (and sense of humor) during our initial conversation that she was going to be awesome, and she did not disappoint. She offered several planning calls and meetings (including a walkthrough of our venue) that made us feel supported every step of the way, and her combination of flexibility and attention to detail was so appreciated. She left no piece unaccounted for — from advising on the perfect shade of uplights to make our photos pop, to having us mark our first dance so she knew where to stand to capture the right moments. When the day came, Brandi and her assistant made everyone feel at ease, and we could not be more thrilled with the results of all their hard work. They perfectly captured our day, and we’re excited to enjoy our photos for years to come.

My now husband and I hired Brandi to do our engagement shoot. Working with her was absolutely incredible. She’s professional and incredibly talented. We had a vision and wanted our photos to emphasize San Francisco. Brandi delivered. As soon as we got early previews we followed up about having her photograph our wedding. Throughout the process Brandi leading up to the wedding is providing incredible insights, feedback, asking for suggestions and making sure we are happy. As a bride. I can’t say enough about how easy Brandi made the whole experience. She is on top of it and will make you look stunning. As a Black bride with a white husband she does an amazing job ensuring we are both lit properly, our best features highlighted and the aesthetics are perfection. Hire her to do all of your events. You will not regret it for even a second.
For brides also considering the editorial paparazzi option. It was an amazing shoot and provided our guests with a truly unique experience. Plus some amazing, high quality and honestly indescribable photos. We are so glad we did! -

We are so glad we booked Brandi for both our engagement and wedding photos. From the very beginning, she was an absolute joy to work with—fun, encouraging, and incredibly easy to be around. She gave clear direction that made us feel comfortable in front of the camera, while also hyping up all of our ideas and bringing so many creative, playful ones of her own.
Several guests at our wedding even commented on how fun and positive her energy was, which really speaks to the experience of working with her. Brandi also took the time to schedule multiple pre-wedding meetings so she truly understood our vision, our style, and what mattered most to us.

When building our vendor team, my husband and I knew how important it was to click with our wedding photographer - we didn't want to full stuffy or uncomfortable around whoever was capturing really intimate moments. Her fun, down-to-earth vibe was immediately evident during our first call and carried through to the last dance moves she captured at our wedding. It's also obvious she really knows what she's doing and can think from both a creative and technical perspective with how she sets up shots. We just got back some teaser photos and they're absolutely stunning, like they could be in a magazine. Thank you Brandi! -

Idk where to even start! My husband and I's experience working with Brandi was absolutely AMAZING. From the moment we submitted an inquiry, to our phone call/zoom consultation, I knew Brandi was a great fit for us. Not only is Brandi a Pro at what she does, she's also so much fun/easy to work with. We've never taken professional photos before and had no clue on how to pose lol, so when it came to our wedding day Brandi made us feel super relaxed, she guided us through the entire photoshoot, made us laugh, and even hyped us up! Our wedding was at San Francisco City Hall and we shot at a 2nd location called Wayfare Tavern, and the photos came out so GORGEOUS (they belong in a magazine)! I highly recommend booking with Brandi, and would definitely work with her again. -

I don’t think there are enough words to describe how amazing Brandi is. From the very first email to the actual day of, she was so professional and just an absolute genuine person to be around. I felt so comfortable talking to her and she took all of our ideas into considerations and also gave great guidance. You know you’re working with someone really great when they get excited while they’re working. And also a huge shout out to her assistant Jackie (I hope that’s right), she was so great and helpful. Everyone in my wedding party raved about how awesome the experience was. And even though most of us aren’t as comfortable in front of the camera, Brandi made it so easy and natural. I cannot recommend Brandi enough for anyone looking for a photographer for their special moments. She really is the best! Thank you again for capturing our day Brandi! I want Brandi at ALL my events moving forward! She captures such joy, and makes it fun, too! Brandi is wonderful at having a vision and giving you direction, while also hanging back and capturing the moment. I was blown away how quickly she sent over a preview set and it was SO FULL of incredible moments. She is so communicative, and I appreciated all of her work into pre-wedding consultations. Do yourself a HUGE favor and hire her for your engagement session first, because she really got to know us then and it made it so easy to just see Brandi again for the wedding and it was like greeting an old friend. Just overall, I cannot praise Brandi enough for her work! -

Absolutely amazing photos, great personality, highly recommend!
I cannot say enough good things about Brandi and her style. Everything started with the first call, she was the ONLY vendor of 12 to offer an initial Zoom call. That "30-minute" call lasted 90-minutes with more laughter than my 'now-wife' and I experienced during COVID.
After that call, I asked Brandi for sample albums. The first one she sent was just WAY too good. I asked for additional albums to which she sent 4-5 albums. I could not find a flaw in any of them. We quickly determined Brandi was the one!
On the day of the wedding, Brandi was exceptional. She took very professional "planned photos" but during the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception, she did an unbelievable job of not getting in the way of "moments". She was the hidden paparazzi during the entire evening, capturing moments we never even knew about (like the secretive inside joke she did with a few guests, photo was awesome)!
We received our teaser photos and were BLOWN away by how good each photo was. Several of us in the wedding party have now converted our background photos on our phones to the photos that Brandi took.
If you are considering Brandi, just DO IT! She is worth EVERY penny -

Exceptional experience
Brandi met with us as designated spot on time, actually before we arrived. We chose a winery, she was receptive and interactive with us and what was going on around us. It was our first professional pictures together, she was able to male us feel comfortable. She was amazing with her directing skills and she had a vision which made it so much easier on us as we had no idea what to expect. Our teasers came in the next day and my friends and family cannot get enough. The compliments keep coming.
Do not hesitate, book with Brandi for your special day. -

We were absolutely thrilled to work with Brandi. She is a phenomenal photographer, which should be obvious to anyone looking at her portfolio/Instagram. She captured our relationship and our affection for each other so effortlessly, both in posed and in candid shots. In particular she really uses the natural/built environment and natural light in a way that I find rare with portrait/lifestyle/event photographers. But as much the photography, we just really loved spending time with her. She's an absolute delight as a human and is sweet and hilarious in a way that totally put us at ease during the photo shoot and made us want to simply spend more time with her. If you get the chance to work with Brandi, take it. She's awesome. -

We feel fortunate to have found Brandi in our search for a wedding photographer. From our very first phone call, she went above and beyond in putting us at ease and helping to create the vision for our wedding. Even with a limited guest list, she reminded and encouraged us not to skip the moments we felt were important to us and to celebrate our wedding fully with our closest family and friends. Brandi was incredibly responsive and professional - even providing recommendations for many other vendors without pressure. We ended up utilizing her recommended videographer and florist and it was amazing to see how well they all worked together. We feel Brandi provides tremendous value through her services and her joyous personality made our wedding day that much more extraordinary. Brandi has been amazing to work with, from our introductory phone call to our engagement shoot, to our wedding day. She was so patient when there were delays and was flexible about adding extra time when we got behind schedule. She was so helpful getting our family portraits. She got us teasers the next day. We found Brandi for our intimate minimony reception dinner after seeing her work with a few friends for weddings and engagements and she was a blast to work with! From her pre-wedding phone call to get to know us and our vibe, to her taking photos at our reception she made us feel comfortable and relaxed and taken care of. All of our guests loved her and I was so happy with the pictures she was able to get of our family and friends and all of the details of the reception that I’m so glad to have forever memories of. Our experience with Brandi was absolutely PHENOMENAL! Not only was she professional and very respectful of COVID restrictions, but she was also super flexible on what our schedule for the day looked like. Brandi also made us feel incredibly comfortable and at ease throughout the entire day-I can be quite awkward in front of a camera but she worked her magic and I was able to fully relax on a day that I definitely did not expect to feel relaxed. Speechless
What can you say when you just don’t have the words to express gratitude. Brandi was an absolute blessing! We booked Brandi for our engagement photos in Sept. 2020 and she absolutely blew us away with what she captured. After a very brief conversation with my then Fiancé, we canceled the photographer we initially had for our wedding and hired Brandi. She has been an absolute professional throughout the experience. From venue changes to timeline changes, I couldn’t have asked for a better photographer l! The images and moments she captured are second to none. More than I could have imagined for both the engagement shoot and our wedding day! She is prompt, communicative, responsive and filled with so many ideas to help the process. We plan to use Brandi over and over again for all our foreseeable milestones! -

Brandi took what our friends and family described as the "most beautiful portrait photographs they've ever seen" for our COVID wedding (City Hall married us over Zoom). We're not usually photogenic and were truly thrilled by Brandi's work. Brandi is also fun, light-hearted, gives good direction, and flexible (she insisted on arriving early and complied with a the grueling schedule we hadn't realized we'd devised). Her work is incredible at any price, but even better since she is one of the more affordable photographers we found in the Bay. Brandi was EXCELLENT at capturing our best friend's micro-wedding. She balanced being warm/celebratory, with stepping in to provide guidance / direction (super-valuable for the family shots!), and also blending into the background in certain moments to catch intimate & candid shots of the wedding couple & their family.

Brandi was awesome from the start. Our first Zoom meeting was months before the wedding and we knew right away we had made a great choice. At our ceremony she exemplified a real passion the entire time to capture everything she could on our big day. Even with limited sunlight hours to work with and many shots to get in... she nailed it! We received our teaser photos when we woke up the next AM and we couldn’t be happier. Certainly worthy of recommendation! -
