The BEST wedding planners!
Hiring Jayme was one of the best decisions we made during our wedding planning process. From the very beginning, she was organized, responsive and incredibly knowledgeable. Her attention to detail, professionalism and ability to keep everything running smoothly on our wedding day allowed us to truly be present and enjoy every moment. She coordinated with our vendors seamlessly and ensured that every detail reflected our vision perfectly!

Responsive and kind and on the evening of our event (daughters wedding) they arrived timely to set up and serve thru the evening. All the bartenders were friendly and did a great job! We had the best experience with Brand Bar Service! From start to finish, they were professional, friendly, and incredibly attentive to our guests. The drinks were absolutely amazing — truly the best cocktails we’ve ever had at an event. Our guests are still talking about how delicious and beautifully made everything was!

Tom and the team at Brand Bars were incredible. From the very beginning, they were flexible, collaborative, and their communication was superb. On top of being easy to work with, their prices were excellent. On the day of our ceremony and reception, the staff made sure every guest was taken care of quickly, especially with the long build up as cocktail hour began. They also went well out of their way to make sure my wife and I were prioritized throughout the event. We couldn't be more pleased with our decision to use Brand Bars and would highly recommend their services to those in need of a bar vendor.

We worked with Kendal and Jayme for our February wedding at the Island House. We did a month of planning package that was great value for the cost and just what we were looking for as I did most of the planning and vendor selection up front. They were helpful through that process with vendor recommendations and availability to answer questions and help us create a floor plan and timeline. The month of was seamless with vendors. They took over coordination and ensuring the vendors had all the info they needed to execute day of. They were easy to contact and happy to answer any of my questions. Day of, they were very present to ensure the timeline of the event moved at a pace we wanted it to. They were a great choice for month of planning and would use them again if I had to do it over.

Brand Bars and Events handled our full bar and day of the wedding reception event planning and coordination and did a fantastic job! Among other things, they organized the vendor payments, schedules, and deliveries beforehand and then the set up and take down at the reception. Kendall solved a host of problems behind the scenes during the evening so that we could enjoy the day. The bartenders were wonderful and our package was a good value. They even put water, tea and lemonade decanters out for guests to serve themselves at our request. I highly recommend!

Brand Bars and Events did both our planning and our bar service. Kendall was amazing on the planning side making sure everything I wanted was perfect and our bartenders were outstanding! I received so many compliments from guests expressing how impressed they were with both Kendall our planner and our bartenders. Tom (the owner) made it so easy to make decisions when it came to our bar and the prices of the packages were very reasonable. We feel so lucky to have had them at our wedding. They really contributed to making our day perfect in so many ways.

Jayme, Kendall and the team took care of absolutely everything we needed for our wedding. We utilized the full planning package since I am the rare bride who had no interest in planning her own wedding. They connected us with stellar vendors, made sure we were keeping track of expenses, kept us updated on tasks that needed to be completed, and stayed 100% on top of the events on the day of the wedding to make sure everything was running smoothly. They were very responsive and helpful with my many inquiries leading up to the date, as well!
I can't thank you ladies enough for making the day such a phenomenal memory for us and everyone else who attended. Next time we have a big event to plan, we'll be in touch for sure!

One standout feature was Tom's willingness to work with us on signature cocktails, which turned out to be a huge hit. Reception Party @ Harborside East Event Venue
I highly recommend Brand Bars as a beverage service vendor for any event. Tom was very professional and responsive with getting back to us with clarification and answers to any questions that we had about provided services and bar packages. We found that their cost (per person for each bar package) was much better than other bar service vendors in the area (my personal opinion) and allowed us more cost savings. We had no issues with timeliness of setup, support or breakdown for our event. Our bartender staff (Amanda and Katelin) were courteous, kind and extremely professional and personable with their guest interactions and service provided. I would definitely hire Bar Brands again for any future event.

Go-to bar service for all PSC events
Brand Bars has become the Preservation Society's go-to bar service over the past couple of years and we now use them for nearly all of our events. Whether it's a casual get-together or a high-end donor event, they always rise to the occasion. Their pricing is very reasonable, which is important for us as a non-profit, but I also find them to be consistent, professional, and easy to work with. I highly recommend Brand Bars to anybody looking for a bar service for events of any size, style, or budget.

Jayme and Kendall were amazing in helping us plan and execute our dream wedding in May. We did partial planning services and it was really nice to have a vendor list to follow and have them there to answer any questions through the early planning phases and then when the wedding got closer they took over pretty much all communication and made everything really seem-less and minimally stressful for us. Jayme and Kendall were AMAZING! Admittedly I was hesitant about a planner initially, because I am also an event planner, and thought, sure!, I can manage this on my own. But boy was I wrong and I'm so glad I was! They were so organized from the very first day. They sent me folder of helpful materials and documents, that made me feel so reassured (and covered things I didn't even think about). They made me feel so important and validated through the whole process, and always answered my (millions of) questions with so much positivity and helpfulness. And they understood my vision EXACTLY for the wedding and I almost cried when I walked into our venue for the first time and saw all of their hard worked matched exactly to what we had discussed (even better honestly). They were so great and worked so hard! I didn't have to worry about a single thing all wedding weekend thanks to them. They handled all my vendors with such ease. Best Decision We Made for our Wedding
We knew we wanted to hire a month-of coordinator, but little did we know that it would be the best decision of our wedding planning process! In the months leading up to the wedding, Brand Bars & Events provided us with great planning resources and spreadsheets for inputting all of our choices and details. These resources answered questions we didn't know we had and helped us organize our vision into a clear and manageable plan. Brand Bars and Events and especially Kendall, our coordinator, were absolutely fantastic to work with and made the wedding SO much less stressful. I truly can't imagine how everything would have come together to run so smoothly if it hadn't been for Kendall. From walking through the venue with us and creating the floor plan, to orchestrating the beautiful transformation of the venue on the day, Kendall was on top of every detail making sure things went smoothly. We loved working with Kendall and with Brand Bars & Events and would absolutely recommend them to any couple!

The day of, there were some issues with the caterer leaving early, but we had absolutely no idea there were problems because Jayme and her staff handled everything. We hired Tom & Jayme with Brand Bars and Events to assist with our planning & bar needs for our big day. From day 1, both were super responsive (we received replies within 24 hours and often times within 2 hours!), flexible, and amazing to work with. They both worked with us to make our dreams come true in the easiest ways possible. Jayme & her team made the planning process & wedding day stress free. They allowed me (the bride) to enjoy my morning getting ready & only came to me if my input was needed. They offered easy solutions to any hiccups that came up. Tom and his team made sure our bar needs were met, adjusting packages to fit what we wanted to see. Incredible bar and coordination experience!
Wow our Boone Hall wedding was absolutely perfect thanks to Jayme and her Husband Tom! The bartenders did awesome and everyone was happy and dancing the night away with their delicious cocktails in hand. Jayme Brand did absolutely amazing putting our day together up to every last detail. There was not a single bump in the road. She was there ready to keep us on pace for the night and get us anything we needed. She packed up all the decor perfectly at the end of the night as well.
The day was nothing but a DREAM come true. I HIGHLY recommend using This company for your bar and your day of coordinating!!💕

Jayme and her team helped with our day-of coordination and I cannot say enough about how great they were! Leading up to the big day Jayme got back to me quickly and answered all of my questions and even reached out to vendors I had trouble getting responses from.
Jayme's expertise was critical at the rehearsal and at the wedding ceremony & reception. Everyone knew where they needed to be and when and she even made sure my husband and I ate at the reception. I would highly recommend Brand Bars and Events!

We hired Brand Bars to provide the bar services for our wedding last month and overall it was an excellent experience! During our planning process, Tom was very professional and was also very accommodating of our requests - he was even able to source in a favorite beer of mine from my hometown for the wedding which was a very kind gesture. We hired Brand Bars for our bar vendor and could not have been happier! Tom was so helpful and always quick to answer my emails. They were also very accommodating with our requests or changes. Booking with them was incredibly easy.
And on the day of, they were amazing. The bartenders we had were great and kept our guests happy! Our ceremony ended earlier than expected, but they were there and ready to start cocktail hour.

Perfect Wedding with Brand Bars
My wife and I worked with Tom at Brand Bars to service our wedding at Old Wide Awake Plantation. Before the wedding, Tom was incredibly flexible as we worked with a local distributor to have our favorite local beer (Ships Wheel Cider) available.
Once wedding day came, we had a cocktail hour with a satellite bar leading to our reception where there was a more official bar. The transition was seamless, the bartenders were on point, and all the drinks were fantastic!
My wife and I are so thankful for Brand Bars for being on top of their game for our wedding and celebrating a wonderful day with us!

The Ideal Bar for a Wedding!
We attended a wedding a few years ago that hired Tom to provide bartending services and we immediately knew we wanted to go with Tom when it was time to find a bar for our wedding. Throughout the whole process he was incredibly helpful and was flexible to meet our needs. He provided advice on drinks, glassware and communicated well with our wedding planner to ensure everything went well. The communication was impressive as Tom always got back to us so quickly and was always happy to answer any questions we had. On our wedding day the bar ran seamlessly and the bartenders worked quickly so there was never a long line to get drinks. They were also very flexible with us throughout the day with moving bars from cocktail hour to the reception area. The signature cocktail was a hit and everyone was raving about the drinks they had. Thank you Tom for making everything so easy for us and for an amazing job!

The bartenders were very good and helpful. I hired this company for my daughter's wedding at Boals Farm. They were awesome. It was very very hot outside. They could tell I was very hot so tehy kept giving me ice cold water to drink. They were very good and great with the guests. They are quite affordable as well. Brand Bars was absolutely fantastic. The staff were friendly and courteous and knew what they were doing. We hired a “bar back” that also helped keep all the tables clean. A bartender even kept bringing my husband and I drinks while we were out taking pictures, which was just above and beyond. Jayme was our day-of event coordinator and the day went smoothly without me or my husband having to really do much. We gave her instructions for decoration set up and her and her team brought our vision to life. It was perfect.

I honestly don’t know what we would have done without Jayme and Tom! They were both amazing and I don’t know what we would have done without them. They are professional, responsive, easy to work with and both are excellent at their job.
I thought we could get through this wedding without a coordinator and I was so wrong. Jayme is detail oriented and made sure we stayed on track. She gently nudged us when we needed to make a decision and when we weren’t sure what direction to go she offered advice. She and her assistant were invaluable on the day of the wedding. They jumped in and helped with anything we needed even if it wasn’t their responsibility. I would not have relaxed and enjoyed the wedding if they had not been there.
The bar service was amazing. Tom worked with me and answered ALL of my questions and offered advice when I wasn’t sure what to do. Their staff is also wonderful-professional but very personable. There was never a line at the bar which is incredible. Very efficient!

Day of Coordination ROCKSTAR
Jayme of Brand Bars and Events stepped in at the last minute to help Day of Coordinate for our big day! Getting married in 2020 proved to be SOMETHING ELSE but Jayme helped all of our wedding day details and timing run SO smoothly and EASILY. She's got a very grounded and calming energy, while being ultra capable and very present to any whim that might need handling. I'm super grateful to her for noticing that my groom and all of his men were about to head off to the church without any of their boutonnieres! She located them super fast and promptly pinned up all of the guys to get them on their way. She ensured we ate - was super on top of grabbing us drinks - and even helped MC in a pinch as our budget didn't support a DJ. She was great to help everything get to where it needed to go - so much that no one bothered me with any questions about that stuff on my wedding day! My husband and I had such an amazing wedding and we thoroughly loved that our families could enjoy the day too - knowing that Jayme had the show in order, everyone was free to celebrate. We hired Jayme from Brand Bars to do day of coordination for our wedding. She went above and beyond! She met with me atleast 4x throughout the wedding planning process even though contractually, she only needed to provide service in those last few weeks. Day of Wedding, she was on time, aware of everyone's arrival, on the ball with updating my MOH and family. She even had to talk me into "allowing" an unplanned wedding speech, that was not "on the timeline". In the heat of the moment I was hesitant because I just wanted to the band to keep playing because I was having such a great time, but she made the right call by nudging me to let this speech happen. I'm so thankful for her, as that speech is priceless to me now. She knows what she's doing and is quite literally the most patient, pleasant person to work with and have around on your wedding day! Brand was so easy to work with. Not only were they easy to schedule, but the bartenders were so friendly and professional through the whole reception. Jayme was a Godsend
I would absolutely recommend Brand Bars and Events to anyone! They were so helpful from start to finish. Jayme was our wedding planner/coordinator and she was just an absolute Godsend and we could not have done it without her. She helped us have the best day ever and we are just so, so thankful for her. Brand Bars was also excellent too. The bartenders were so awesome that they started to already have guests drinks ready for them as they walked up. Great bar service
Tom was so easy to work with and very accommodating with last minute changes to our bar package the week of our wedding. Able to customize the bar to include wines that we enjoyed and fit in our budget and include local beers from some of our favorite breweries. Unfortunately not able to get one of the local beers that we originally selected and only told my husband about this at the cocktail hour. Did exchange for another local beer that we both enjoy so overall not a huge problem. They were able to get a few of the original beers and set them aside for my husband during the reception. Bartenders were great and very accommodating to our guests. Guests loved that they did not have to wait long for drinks. Staff knew mine and my husband's drinks of choice and always had one ready for us which was much appreciated. Great experience overall!

I used Jaime and Tom Brand for both the bar and event coordination. They met with us about a year before our wedding and helped us figure out so much, particularly since we were new to the Charleston area. Tom was super helpful in helping us decide what type of bar we wanted. He sent over multiple proposals until we found the perfect match for our budget and needs. Jaime was AMAZING! I did the majority of the planning, as far as reaching out to vendors and doing that kind of communication, but I was able to run pretty much anything by Jaime for advice. Our photographer went MIA about two weeks before the wedding and Jaime was able to find us an amazing replacement! The day of the event was such a breeze thanks to Jaime. She made sure all the vendors knew where to go and even set up the decorations herself. When it started to rain right before our ceremony, she calmly talked to us and rearranged the reception space into a beautiful ceremony. My friends/wedding guests are still telling me about how great our event planner was. Can't get better than that!

Excellent choice!
We are so happy that we chose Brand Bars and Events for our wedding! We had an unbelievable amount of compliments about how much fun our wedding was! We attribute that to the excellent job Tom and his staff did with the bar! :) There was never a line at the bar, and guests noted how quick the turnaround was! They said they got everything they asked for, even customized. There wasn't a bad drink in the place!
Tom upgraded us to Grey Goose, which the father of bride really appreciated. :) My mom noted that every time she approached the bar, her drink of choice was already being made for her. We also noticed that he had brought more beer selections than we requested, which was a super bonus! We are so glad we chose you as our vendor! Thank you for an amazing time! We absolutely recommend Brand Bars and Events to anyone!

When it comes to bar services, look no further than Brand! We are 100% satisfied. The owner, Tom, was such a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process beginning to end. He was super helpful and professional. It was awesome to finally meet him in person and his crew the night of the wedding. They were all so sweet and everyone enjoyed having them at the reception. Flexible and great customer service!
Tom and his team were awesome. We wanted a very specific selection for the bar at our wedding, and Tom delivered. We also had to postpone our wedding due to a hurricane, and Tom was flexible and helped ensure we had the party of our dreams even if it was two weeks later than we originally planned. We hired Brand Bars and Events for our bar service as well as month-of wedding coordination, and they exceeded our expectations. We first contacted Tom, who from the start was friendly and quick to respond to our emails. After answering all of our (many) questions, we decided to go with a mixer only package. Even though we chose to provide our own alcohol, Tom worked with us to create 3 delicious signature cocktails. In fact, I think we had so much beer and wine left over because most people just kept drinking the cocktails (also we bought way more than we needed haha). Through Tom we hired Jayme to provide month-of coordination. However, Jayme stepped up long before the month of. Jayme was there to answer any questions and provide wonderful vendor recommendations (which was especially helpful since we do not live in the Charleston area). The month of, when I really started to feel the pressure, Jayme was there to provide encouragement and assure me that everything was on track. The day of our wedding both Tom and Jayme were there to make sure everything ran smoothly. Jayme was there at 9am ready to meet the various vendors and set up our reception area. She was the one who placed all our decorative items, communicated with the vendors, made sure we were where we needed to be, and just took care of all the little details so that my husband and I could enjoy our wedding day. Jayme also stayed after the reception until everything was cleaned and packed up for us. I don't even want to think about what our day would've been like without her. We also had two wonderful bartenders who were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They made an effort to learn our beer and wine lists so that they were able to answer guests' questions. We were so impressed with both of them. Both Jayme and Tom were invaluable on our wedding day. We're so grateful to them for all their hard work and attention to detail. You're truly in great hands if you choose Brand Bars and Events.

Jayme was very fun and professional to work with. Her experience and connections in the industry positioned her to ask us all the right questions and be a terrific resource, and gave us the confidence to enjoy our day knowing she had it all under control.
Our bar service was terrific. Tom took the time to get to know what we had in mind and then made insightful suggestions to make it happen. Our guests had good drinks without lines and Tom went the extra mile to make sure we had a great time too. For example, he met us after sunset pictures with our favorite drinks and made sure there was cold water in our car as we left.
We wholeheartedly recommend Jayme and Tom to any of our friends.

My husband and I did a couple unique things like bringing our own vintage cocktail glasses and having 2 specialty cocktails and Tom was so accommodating and had suggestions to take our event over the top while staying within our budget. We hired Brand Bar services on the recommendation of The Stables at Boals Farm, and we were not disappointed. Before our wedding he responded to any questions we had immediately, we even change the package we had planned a couple weeks before our wedding and he was extremely accommodating. The service Tom and his crew provided was spectacular, the barman was friendly, courteous, and helpful, and enjoyed dancing behind the bar to the blue grass band’s music! Jayme was absolutely incredible! We are so happy we found her. She is extremely organized and easy to work with. She was able to help us bring our wedding dreams to life, but also shared very practical knowledge and advice that made the entire day flow smoothly. My husband, mother, mother-in-law, MOHs and myself were all able to enjoy the day because the details were already taken care of. We even had a downpour 20 minutes before the outdoor ceremony was supposed to begin, and Jayme transitioned everything inside without a hiccup, and it seemed like that was the plan the entire time! I cannot thank Jayme and Tom enough.
Brand Bars is a very high quality service! Jayme and Tom have a variety of options that fit many different tastes and budgets, but they are also willing to work with you if you have a specific vision for your big day! We are very grateful for their help on our wedding day. They are very organized, clean, pay attention to detail but above all are very friendly and accommodating. 10/10 would recommend!

I do not recommend Brand Bars for any service
Brand bars (Jayme and Kendall) refused to answer logistical questions regarding the rehearsal since they were booked for the afternoon before our wedding. They were completely unhelpful with budget and design. I had to mention to them that they weren’t staying on budget and I had to ask them to create the mood board they said they would in their contract at 6 months out but hadn’t done so at 4 months out (pictures attached where I had to ask them and they made up excuses about budget and where they argued with me about rehearsal times). The mood board was everything I had already booked/picked and they just took pictures from those contracts. They do not answer their phone, unless you have a scheduled call with them. They only showed up for one vendor meeting which was with catering and they got a free lunch. I ended up firing them a month and a half out from our wedding after they refused to answer their phone to resolve the rehearsal timing dispute. They behaved completely unprofessionally and did not fulfill their contract and required me to pay them in full anyways (which was in the contract if cancelling less than 180 days out, but after their behavior and to ensure I was comfortable on my wedding day I felt I had no choice.) When I asked for an amendment to the contract based on what happened, they said no. If you want a professional planner who will make you feel confident in their abilities on your wedding day I would not recommend brand bars and events. Their bar services were okay but considering everything else we went through I would avoid.
