Our wedding reception was at Bradley's Catering and they did everything to make it perfect! They went above and beyond all of our expectations. The food was not only delicious but affordable. The food is still talked about by our guests. We did not have to worry about anything on our wedding day because we knew we were in good hands. They helped us throughout the whole planning process which made it easier. Bradley responds quickly to emails and calls and is very easy to work during wedding planning up until the end of the event. He has great references for other vendors you many need and will help you create a memorable day! -

On the hottest day of the year, in a barn setting AND with limited physical resources, Bradley's Catering and their staff served a fabulous meal. It lived up to our expectations. We were promised filets we could cut with our butter knife and they were. The staff continued to smile and be pleasant until the end of the day - long after the wedding party had wilted. Truly professionalism at its best. Wonderful job Bradley's. We are looking forward to 2017 when daughter number three is married. Yes, Bradley and Brian have done them all!

Our Wedding
We used Bradley for our wedding on May 28, 2021 and could not have been happier. The venue looked beautiful, the food was more than delicious and the entire event from ceremony thru reception went smoothly and as planned. We highly recommend Bradley and the Cedars Ballroom for your event and we WILL be using it again in the future

Bradley was wonderful to work with and was so good to us after everything we had been thru leading up to the event! Food is fantastic but just needs a little tuning up with some staff members to keep things running on time and smoothly. We loved working with him and would recommend in a heartbeat!! -

Daughter wedding reception the hall was not set up when I was told it would be. Photographer could not get hardly any pictures prior because of this. Disappointment to me and photographers. Feel money was taken then Bradley did not follow up to make sure things were done correctly. Alot of wedding cake was left over because Bradley catering did not make cake visible.to guest. Should.have monitored this and made announcemt that cake was available. -

I cannot say that I would recommend this facility for a wedding. My husband and I got married his past weekend and it was very stressful. Most of the time, Bradley was very hard to get a hold of. I had 7 days left until my wedding and had to wait 5 DAYS before I heard back from him after send 3 emails and 2 voicemails. Once he finally made contact again, he did offer their our door tent to me for no charge which was absolutely amazing and a blessing. Bradley was very nice on every occasion but that week of no contact so close to the wedding was unacceptable. On wedding day, my husband and his groomsmen were told multiple times they would be getting ready in Bradleys furnished office, once thy got there, the room was an absolute disaster and were told to hurry up and get ready because a woman needed to be in there to work? My husband has also asked for a drink for him and the groomsmen and was told No..WE BOUGHT THE ALCOHOL! The night went through smoothly until the reception. I told Bradley I did NOT want shots poured and what happened? Bartender served nothing but shots all night long! As a result, people had too much to drink and got sick. They were not cause a problem (threw up in the bathroom) and Bradley made a giant fuss about it. You're telling me no one ever gets sick at a wedding? That you poured shots at after telling me that would NEVER happen? Then, the clock struck 11 and we were being shoved out the door. The end of the night was a total disaster. All of these things combined makes for a bad review. I ended my wedding night crying thanks to it all. -

If you are looking for good food for your party, choose Bradley's to cater at your venue of choice.
If you want good customer service, like communication and professionalism, this is not the business for you.
My fiancé and I looked to Bradley's to host our wedding reception. Four months before our wedding, we chose to go another route.
The coordinator was fantastic at communicating with us until they received our down payment. Then it was like we were inexistent.
I had to reach out to him for the basics, like scheduling our food tasting and asking for a breakdown in pricing. It took, on average, 2 attempts and 7 days to receive a response for any email.
At the food tasting, the coordinator spent more time talking about the other parties he was planning and telling us how busy he was than discussing what we wanted for our wedding day. None of the specific food choices we asked for was served. We asked a couple perceivably simple questions and were met with resistence. We were also told our meal choice was dull.
After the food tasting, we were told that they would reach out to us 2 weeks before our wedding to finalize any decisions and collect remaining payment. No breakdown in prices were given. No decisions were made on meal options. There was no follow up after the tasting. For a company that requires you to go through them for any decorations, music, etc., this was unacceptable.
When we said we were thinking of going elsewhere due to a lack of communication that led to unnecessary stress in planning our wedding, they took zero responsibility. Instead, their response was "I'm sorry you feel this way."
We feel they only cared about the paycheck, not making the most important day of our lives special.
All in all, there is nothing special about this company. They have good food, but it does not make up for their lack of customer service and professionalism. You're better off going with a company that cares about you. -

Bradley sucks
If I could give zero stars I would. Bradley’s now ruined two wedding dinners for my family. My sister got married and dinner was served an hour and 45 minutes late. Guest left before dinner was even served, how embarrassing is that! Bradley also charged my parents for a coffee bar which we did not receive. Bradley was supposed to be at the venue starting at 2:00pm and he never once showed up. We found out during the event that Bradley was not just catering our event he was also catering something else, during a wedding!!!!!! My brother got married and Bradley did the same exact thing!!!! Dinner was more than 2 hours late for my brothers wedding! Dinner was late and they never gave us everything that we ordered. My brothers wedding had a ton of kids, all of them had a special order for chicken fingers and they never came. Bradley’s safe is kind and hardworking but Bradley is a very poor leader. I’m very sad with how both events ended up. We will NEVER use Bradley’s Catering again. -

Horrible experience
You'll not believe what this caterer did! (Read to the end of this review!)
Bradley was hard to work with. Had to keep chasing after him as he never responded in a timely fashion, leaving messages a number of times that I didn't want to wait til the last minute to shore up final details as it was already a stressful event. It was a memorial/remembrance of my recently deceased husband of 41 years. It was to be catered for 60 people, (walk-ins welcome) with food and beverages. I chose my late husbands favorite foods & dessert, with cloth napkins & tablecloths.
I asked if I could receive the tablecloths ahead of the event so I could set up a main table to house pictures, his military metals, & mementos. I spent over 3+ hours setting that table up the night before the event....with the food, ect. to arrive at 11am that morning. It was after midnight when I went to cover the 60" rd tables when it was discovered that I received 90" SQUARE. Too big & dragged on the floor. I went home and sent an email asking for different tablecloths as these don't fit. That was around 1:30am, then I went to bed.
Something told me to get up and check my email. Bradley had responded with "Sorry, that's all I have." Before I had a chance to respond, he immediately sent another email stating that he felt he was going to get "shafted". Where that came from is still a mystery to me. Immediately following that email was..."I'VE DECIDED NOT TO DO YOUR EVENT." That was around 2am in the morning on the very day of the event!
The event was to start at 1pm. He was even going to come @ 11am that morning to retrieve ALL the tablecloths...leaving me with absolutely nothing for the event! (Plywood topped tables that had to be covered)
I literally pleaded with him to allow me to keep the covered memorial table since I spent hours putting it together.
Here I am pleading with someone who, after 2 months of planning, completely abandoned & dropped me on the very morning of the event....leaving me with no time to get food, etc.
At 3am that morning I'm scrambling online for tablecloths & at least some beverages. I had a friend run around when the stores opened while I opened the venue for the florist who arrived at 9am.
No food, but at least I had bottled water, bottled tea & lemonade. Also had to buy carafes, ice and large containers to hold the ice in, etc. And napkins!
What a way to prepare to remember my late husband. But looking on the positive, I did save a ton of money! (Bradley's Catering is not cheap.)
I leave with this WARNING....Bradley has show that he is not only capable, and did, of defaulting on agreements, abandoning with no regards or regrets, and proven he is not professional in any way. His last email consisted of one word, "Peace." Talk about adding insult to injury! Since he's already done this once....he is more than capable of doing it again. DON'T TAKE THE CHANCE OF BEING HIS NEXT VICTIM! -
