Great Food and Service!
Bradford Catered Events provided excellent food and service all around. Everyone loved the food at the wedding, and they were responsive, professional, and flexible throughout the planning process. Their menus made selecting food for the reception easy, they quickly responded to all of my questions, and they effortlessly handled all of our last-minute changes to the guest count, hours of service needed, tablecloths needed, etc. We recommend this caterer wholeheartedly! -

Excellent service and quality
The only complaint would be a little more roast per serving. Other than that were so gracious allowing the tasting and answering all questions, honest recommendations, and helping select a cohesive menu. Serving staff was wonderful and brought hor d'oeuvres up to us so we could eat while we were getting the last few photos before being introduced in the reception. As the bride, I didn't end up having to travel to the bar myself, but guests were impressed by the food, staff, and bar. Definitely recommend and would use for other catered events. -

Amazing Food
The food was absolutely amazing! They were so easy to work with. I am from out of state and was a little scared since I never did a taste test, was definitely not disappointed! -

Amazing people
We had to cancel our wedding due to COVID-19 and Beverly was so kind and lovely, refunding us most of our deposit (regardless of our contract agreement) and cancelling the other payments. Her consideration and flexibility meant a lot to us in such a difficult time. You can trust that Bradford Catering will take great care of you! -

Excellent Food & Service!
My guests raved about the food, even our youngest critics! You know it was good when you end up with zero leftovers and ordered more than enough to feed your crowd!! The bacon wrapped green beans were a huge hit, personally I loved the mashed potatoes and pork!
I cannot say enough about the servers, they were polite and very professional! I didn’t have to worry about a thing, they were very efficient and did a lovely job! Thank you Beverly and team!!!

So flexible
We ended up having to cancel most of our plan with them, but they made sure we got a refund and everything we were able to have was great. Mollianne was super to work with. -

Delicious Food & Great Service!
Bradford helped make my reception perfect. The pot roast, chicken, steamed veggies, potatoes, bread rolls, and salad were spectacular! Everyone couldn't stop talking about how the pot roast melted in their mouths. We did a buffet style, since the venue did not have a kitchen at all. Despite that, the food was hot, perfectly cooked, and everyone loved it! Thank you so much!! -

Delicious, professional, and great to work with!
Bradford was so wonderful to work with all the way from an initial quote, a tasting, and many changes we brought them throughout our wedding planning process. Beverly and her team were responsive, kind, and experts on the day of. The food was delicious and we actually got a lot of compliments. We also used their bartenders and got our wedding cake from them. Both were wonderful and we had people asking us to take cake home after! We were nervous about a buffet set up, but their team are rockstars and it was beautifully handled. -

Great food, great service
Beverly and the Bradford catering staff were great! We did stations for our wedding and the food was very good. They were very patient with us, especially since we changed our menu a couple of times before the wedding. Not only did it taste great but the presentation was fabulous as well. Our guests were very happy with the food! -

Best wedding food i have ever had!
We planned our wedding from three states away, so we put a lot of research into vendors before picking someone. Bradford Events blew us away! The reviews we read were not kidding! The food is SO GOOD! We highly recommend the sweet potato roll (my mom hates sweet potato and even she loved them)! Everything we had was fantastic! In addition, they were so easy to work with and really worked hard to accommodate our needs regarding guests with sever allergy restrictions. We mainly worked with Mollianne and she went above and beyond! Even our photographers were excited when they found out who we hired as caterers and called them the "best in Knoxville." So true! -

Best Caterer in Knoxville!
Bradford has the reputation of being the best caterer in Knoxville - because it's true! I reached out to multiple catering companies to get quotes for my wedding, some of which didn't even respond. Bradford's staff immediately responded to my inquiries and set up meetings to go over what we would be looking for. They were helpful with all of our questions, giving recommendations for how we envisioned the day going, and the Bradford food is delicious! While we did a buffet, we had a few vegetarians we got plated entrees for - with no issue! We also ordered our cake through Bradford, which was excellent and convenient not needing to go through another vendor!
Day of the wedding, the Bradford employees were extremely polite to guests, dressed professionally, and extremely attentive! Before I even noticed my water glass was getting low, the Bradford staff was bringing me a refill.
We got many compliments on all of the food and the cake! Will definitely be using Bradford for events in the future! -

Magical & lovely
An absolute JOY to work with! Beverly went above and beyond and her kind heart radiates in everything she does! My wedding was on a mountain top and she personally delivered my cake so that it wouldn’t get messed up and if it did, she would be there to fix it! The food is AMAZING - they are artists with food! All of our guests raved about how delicious everything was! They were beyond professional, on time, and executed everything flawlessly. I am honored to have had Bradford as a part of our special day! -

We had Bradford cater our wedding and could not be happier with our decision! The food was incredible! The service was beyond our expectations from our first meeting with Diane to the clean up after the wedding! They went above and beyond numerous times to make sure our special day was the best it could be! For starters, they bought a certain type of dressing that my picky husband loves. We had our wedding at my aunt's house and the day after our wedding, she told us they cleaned up her kitchen so well that you couldn't even tell they were ever there! That in itself assured us we made the right pick! We would use them a thousand times over again if we could! -

It goes without saying that Bradford is known as Knoxville's best caterer! Our wedding planner insisted we book Bradford as our caterer and I am so glad we did. The team at Bradford were amazing to work with- they are we booked their services for our buffet and cake. The company mashed potatoes were such a hit- one guest mentioned them in her instagram post from that night- "Best mashed potatoes my mouth has ever received." The cake was such a hit as well- I had guests walking up to me complimenting my dress and also the cake- ha!
Thank you, Bradford for making our night so memorable and leaving guests with memories of tasty food and full bellies!

I wouldn't have chosen anyone other than Bradford to cater my wedding. The food is absolutely incredible and the staff are wonderful to work with. Bradford Catered Events recently catered my wedding on July 7, 2017 and I must say that they did a PHENOMENAL job! I searched for months for a caterer that could provide the quality of food and service that I was dreaming of for my wedding and they absolutely blew my expectations away! Beverly was extremely helpful from the start and helped accommodate the menu to our liking. And Bradford's pricing was so reasonable! At the wedding, everyone kept talking about the food and how great it was! Their service was absolutely spectacular! I was beyond impressed with the professionalism of the staff and how they were on top of everything! We had plenty of leftovers from the wedding and enjoyed eating those leftovers on our honeymoon and they were still SO DELICIOUS! Thank you Bradford for your hard work and dedication to your clients and for making our special day a dream come true! -

Wow. You guys, there is NO ONE better than Bradford Catering. My whole family was so impressed with the food and the professionalism of the staff. We also ordered our wedding cakes through them, and they were so moist and delicious. Diane worked with me for an entire year and helped me plan out the perfect buffet-style dinner for 140 people. Bradford Catered Events is a must!
We chose Bradford for our wedding day from the start because of their vast menu options and reasonable pricing. We soon learned that we had gotten so much more! They were so easy to work with and accommodating! They answered all of my questions and worked with me on my multiple menu changes. On the day of, the staff was very professional! The food was delicious! And there were 0 issues! We ended up doing passed hors d'oeuvres and a buffet style sit down dinner. Let me tell you... this one aspect of our wedding was the one my now husband worried about the most, because we had been to a wedding a month prior where the food was quite terrible, not to mention most weddings we had been to have had not so good food. Well guess what!? He was absolutely BLOWN AWAY! We LOVED the food and so did our guests! We got so many compliments! We would recommend them to anyone in the area. Bradford was everything we were looking for in a caterer. From the passed hors d'oeuvres to the brunch stations with uniformed chefs to the bar staff to the beautiful and yummy wedding cake, Bradford really took care of us. Rex and Denise were so accommodating the entire planning process, the serving staff was on point and professional all day, and in the end, I got lots of compliments on our food! More specifically, everyone wanted to know if the chicken and waffles skewered with a pipette of syrup was my idea. After the third or fourth, I did start taking credit! Thank you, Bradford, for helping make our day so special! Definitely recommend. -

If you are looking for the best caterer in town, give Bradford Catered Events a call! Rex Jones catered our wedding and the food was delicious and beautiful! Rex met with me multiple times to plan the menu. Rex was absolutely amazing! He is highly respected, very professional and extremely kind. I appreciated his great attention to detail. Bradford Catered Events willingly accommodated our guest's dietary limitations. Rex and his staff provided excellent service throughout our wedding reception. Even though we planned a buffet, the Bradford staff graciously served plates and served our older guests. Our guests are still raving about the food served at our wedding. We had a small wedding reception in our home and Bradford Catering was the only choice for us. They handled my daughter's wedding on a large scale to perfection last year, so we absolutely chose them again. The food was beautifully presented, and well prepared. Diane our server was wonderful. She anticipated our every need before we could even make a request. We had around 45 quests and everyone commented on how much they enjoyed the food and presentation. Bradford is the best. Diane with Bradford's Catered Events is so wonderful! We booked them a year before our wedding, and she was so helpful and patient as we figured out what we wanted. Food was one of our highest priorities for our wedding and Diane understood that. We created an initial menu, but later decided it didn't really reflect "us". She worked with the chef to allow us to create a custom menu with specific recipes and she offered thoughtful advice throughout the entire process. They also were able to work with us to provide meals for our vegetarian and vegan family members - no easy feat! She and all of the staff at Bradford's are absolute professionals and I would recommend them to anyone for any size event. Our guests raved to us about the appetizers when we walked in and continued to rave about the food throughout the night and afterwards. Everything was perfect, from the presentation to the taste. We had a seated, plated, 3-course meal, which they timed perfectly. The food was delicious. I was most shocked by our dessert table. We had left a few notes and our cake topper and when we saw it, we were both blown away. They did a beautiful job of arranging our pies, cupcakes, and wedding cake. It was exactly what we wanted - even though we didn't ask! I would highly recommend Bradford's - they can do any kind of food and are very transparent about their costs! -

Bradford catering was wonderful from start to finish! From the first time we met all the way till the very end of the wedding everyone on staff was incredible! The food was beyond amazing! But my mother was concerned that pulled pork was not formal enough for a wedding, but after tasting the dinner, all her doubts fell away. I wanted my guests to love the food and that they did. They made sure that we, the couple had a perfect plate ready for each of us at the wedding and packed us a lovely box of dinner and dessert to take home! -

Rex and Beverly at Bradford catering were wonderful to work with for our Memorial Day weekend wedding! We planned our wedding from afar, and they were very responsive to phone calls and emails. Beverly reworked our proposal several times when we made adjustments, and Rex worked with us to make a custom menu to fit our event. We had a selection of hors d'oeuvres that represented both our homes and where we met, and had a buffet of Southern comfort foods for dinner. Rex even came up with a recipe for pecan-crusted catfish that he fried on site! We also did our dessert through Bradford. We selected their banana pudding shooters, red velvet cupcakes, Jack Daniels cupcakes (vanilla cake, caramel icing, and a JD pipette - YUM!), and a strawberry cake with vanilla icing as our cutting cake since it was strawberry season. They used cupcake liners that we provided, and decorated the cake exactly as we wanted. They were so flexible, and all the food was SO delicious! A tip for when you go in for your tasting - go hungry. I went with my mom and my fiance, and we were all stuffed and still had leftovers. I can't recommend Bradford enough! -

The food speaks for itself! For our wedding reception, they were the first caterer we had a tasting with, and we knew immediately we didn't need to even try others. Everything is made from scratch, and the extra effort and quality is evident. The staff is very professional, and the service was excellent. You cannot go wrong choosing Bradford! -

Fabulous! Fantastic! Incredible! Our daughter was married this weekend in Sevierville, and we are from Kentucky. We were thrilled with the professionalism of everyone involved. They were always available for questions during the planning process, and they had great suggestions along the way. The food at her reception was amazing! It tasted as though it is served in a five star restaurant! The wait staff was so courteous and professional. We served a plated meal of both chicken and beef, and both melted in your mouth, they were so tender! All of our guests commented on the beautiful presentation and delicious flavor! We also had Bradford provide her wedding cake. It was both beautiful and delicious! We are SO happy that we chose Bradford Catered Event for her wedding! Everything was perfect in every way!!!! -

I feel like I can not say enough nice things about Bradford Catering, specifically Beverly! My Fiance and I attended their open house in Knoxville to try the food and we were blown away! The food was delicious, hot, and pleasing to the eye (plus their displays were seriously awesome!) We were worried about a vendor only having good food during the tasting, but then it going downhill during travel and set-up, this was not the case with Bradford, everything was EXCELLENT even traveling an hour plus to our venue! Beverly was amazing as well. She was quick to respond to all my emails and concerns. She consistently sent me updated invoices anytime we made a change and was extremely professional. The day of our wedding they took care of everything! Bar set up, cake cutting, food service, meal clean-up, and even wrapped up our food and cake to go! I am so extremely impressed by this company and would use them again in a heartbeat! -

Bradford Catered Events is absolutely amazing! Bradford has an amazing team of courteous waiters and bar tenders! They took care of my wedding this past weekend with the most amazing spread of food, appetizers and drinks. I am still hearing raving reviews from our 260 guests about the buffet meal that was served! Our meal included a cesar salad, winter pot-roast, green beans, broccoli casserole & sweet potato biscuits. I would recommend them to anyone for any event! Bradford was outstanding to work with. We can not say enough about them. They very polite, on time and meticulous to detail. The food was delicious (Hawaiian chicken and barbecue was sooooo good) and the presentation was pretty too. We had five servers who stayed on top of everything for 105 people. Bradford is so accommodating and just made everything go so smooth. Thank you Bradford for making my niece's wedding a fairy tale come true!

Ours was not a typical reception, rather a smallish party a few months after a family only wedding out of town. Planning was easy. Food was fantastic! We were able to mix in a few specialty food items (special things from the groom's hometown) that were not part of their buffet w/o complaint. Servers were courteous, professional, responsive and very non-intrusive. We were very pleased and will definitely use Bradford again. -

Bradford made all of the food at my wedding, and it could not have been better! They were easy to contact and accessible throughout the planning process - incredible customer service! They are experienced in catering weddings and it shows. They provided us with a free initial tasting, which I very much appreciated. Everything they cook is phenomenal. Bradford also worked with us extensively to develop our wedding menu, even taking contract changes (number of guests and menu additions) in stride. They were extremely organized, happily sending me an updated contract each time I made a change, so I always knew where I stood and how much I owed - spelled out to the letter and broken down so I understood exactly what I was paying for. The guests are still complimenting the food a week later! So glad I chose Bradford! -

Bradford Catered Events was absolutely amazing. The owner's son, Bradford Jones, was incredibly helpful during our entire planning process. He listened to exactly what we wanted and was able to craft the most amazing catering set up. He immediately responded to every email I sent him and was able to answer every single one of my thousands of questions. We did a variety of stations at our reception- carving station, pasta station, potato station, fried green tomato station, salad station, and the best one, a Krispy Kreme donut station. Every bit of the food tasted incredible. I was only able to have a few bites during the actual reception, and it was almost an hour into it when I sat down to get some food, but everything I had was still hot and tasted amazing. We took some boxes of the food to our hotel that night so I was able to taste everything else, and I was blown away at how delicious it was, even several hours after our reception! They also provided our cake and cupcakes, all of which tasted absolutely incredible. I would recommend Bradford Catered Events to ANYONE, and I will definitely use them again for any events I may need catered in the future! -

Bradford Catering provided our food and cake for our wedding this past weekend, and the food was flawless. They are a full-service company that was able to provide plates, silverware, food (obviously), cake, and bartenders. They even allowed us to supply our own beer and wine. We were extremely pleased with the service they provided which started from day 1.
Given our extremely unusual work schedules made planning challenging, but Rex and his team were more than willing to accommodate us. We met with him almost nine months prior to our wedding to set the menu. He was able to provide us an estimate at that time. Approximately 2 week prior to the wedding, we were back in touch to finalize details at which time Denise was super easy to work with as we nailed everything down. We had passed appetizers, bar service, and a buffet meal which included prime rib (delicious), cranberry stuffed chicken, grits bar, green beans, and carrots (best carrot recipe I have ever tasted).
The best part of the night was returning to our guesthouse to find a packaged meal and cake for us to eat after the wedding. Bradford Catering's menu is extensive and sure to meet every desire you might have. -

Rex is one of a kind. He not only has the best food on the market anywhere in this region, but he is the most professional you can find. There were other caterers we looked at but none had the poise and class he did. He met us at the venue and helped us place the buffet and drinks a few days before as well. He came on time and created a beautiful spread, one others won't do without up charging you! He's an all in one gentleman, and he's a brilliant artist when it comes to food. I can't believe how many compliments we received on our food, and while I only tasted the delicious macaroni during the wedding, he and my wedding planner Angie made the wedding couple's to go plate that I scarfed down after the wedding! I also tried the specialty salad I had only requested a few days prior and it was perfect- just the way I had suggested. That's how you know a true chef. He made it everything I could have wanted. He was there the entire time, served our wedding cake that was also outside his vending company, saved our top layer, and helped clean-up. That's full service. I promise you these other caterers may be just ok, but if you want something fresh, delicious, flavorful, homemade, and classy- Rex is your gentleman. I had originally wanted Impressions because of their booth at the Pink Bridal Show, but after he gave me the runaround and booked over my wedding date, I was thoroughly disgusted with those guys. I was worried, so after asking my florist her opinion, My husband and parents went to a tasting. We were so impressed with Rex's food, we booked that day. If we hadn't already booked our cake decorator, I would have asked him to do that as well. It was delicious!!! -

Rex himself was there at the carving station in his chef hat which I thought was very professional (I honestly did not expect to see him there at all and that he would have a supervisor take the lead) but for him to run his very busy business and take the time to be at the event also was impressive..his staff was all uniformed and neat. They kept the food replenished and the serving tables clean. Also, servers very politely collected all used plates and utensils as our guest finished their meals. The food tables were not immediately broken down after people went through the buffet which I liked. It was inviting even after the main rush of people went through. Lots of people commented that the food was very tasty. Rex's staff also cut the wedding and grooms cakes. No cutting corners with Rex; the silverware was silver and the plates were china. Exceptional quality and professionalism. We also had his staff supervise and serve the beer and wine. No complaints were heard regarding anything Rex and his team had control over. They also made sure the bride and groom had going away plates with servings of all of the food and cake. -

Working with Bradford Catered Events was the highlight of my wedding planning process. Rex was an absolute delight to work with. Between his love for food, his outgoing personality and his wit any bride will love working with he and his team. The whole team spent hours with myself, my husband and my mother decided on our menu and working out the details. The food…the food is absolutely amazing! I am a Southern girl with a passion for real southern cheese grits, the cheese grit station we had at our wedding from Bradford Catered Events was out of this world. Let’s just say I got to eat the majority of my portion at 2am after the wedding and even cold and hours later, they were just as amazing. The chicken and dumplings were just like our grandmother’s made them and our guests loved them. We still are hearing about our Krispy Kreme station, it was like no other. Oh and our strawberry cake with vanilla buttercream icing may have been the best thing I have ever eaten. Literally we broke the rules of waiting a year to unthaw the top layer after a month of being married just so we could have just a little bit more. I grew up on Publix cake and thought it was the best in the world…Publix has nothing on Rex’s cakes.
The staff was absolutely wonderful the night of our wedding. Not only did they make sure my husband and I were happy, but they took great care of our guests. We were so fortunate to have had Bradford Catered Events be a part of our special day. I would recommend this catering company to everyone I know looking to hold a party, wedding or any event in the Knoxville and surrounding areas. I loved working with Bradford Catered Events for my wedding. One of the only things guests remember down the road about a wedding is the food, and I got tons of compliments on how good the food was. I definitely think people will look back on our wedding and think about how awesome the food was. Not only was the food amazing, but the service was truly exceptional. The servers dressed very professionally and were constantly walking around making sure everyone had everything they needed.
Leading up to our wedding during the planning process I probably sent Bradford a million emails, to which he always responded in 24 hours. Rapid response to emails was something I really valued in my wedding vendors, and Bradford Catered Events was probably the best with getting back to me. This reliability is why I totally trusted them on our wedding day to make sure everything ran smoothly. If I had to go back and do it all again I would without a doubt keep Bradford Catered Events as my caterer.
They also made my wedding cake, which was absolutely gorgeous and tasted amaaazzzing. They don't get super fancy with their cake decorating, but it sure does taste good. So if you're looking for an intricate cake design I would probably go to a cake specialist. But if you're looking for something a little more simple you will not be disappointed with their cake! -

I am a foodie. I love to cook and entertain and am pretty picky about my food. It has to be fresh with attention to detail and I want my guests to enjoy the food and feel the love that went into it. I can honestly tell you that Bradford was everything we wanted and more. Working with Rex Bradford and his team was fabulous. They listened to every detail and exceeded in every way. It was as though the wedding was for their own family.
We had some unusual requests since the wedding combined both Greek and Chinese cultures and we wanted both ethnic groups represented at the reception along with the bride's southern roots. They made every effort and succeeded in preparing authentic Greek and Chinese cuisine from the appetizers throughout the meal. Bradford Catering is your place if you want someone that will research and focus on the food that you want at your event, not just what they are used to doing.
Passed appetizers of grits cakes, spring rolls served cut in half at an angle and positioned in tiny individual square bowls of accompanying sauce and homemade spanakopita (spinach and feta) triangles started us off at the cocktail reception.
The wedding reception included a unique presentation of the suckling pig (Chinese wedding food) along with amazing duck tenders, delicious bok choy, jasmine rice and a huge variety of grilled vegetables that were as beautiful as they were delicious. The Greek salads set at each place and baskets of Bradford's famous sweet potato biscuits (I could eat a million of them) were perfect.
Grilled Greek-style lamb chops, fresh green bean bundles, a perfectly cooked roast beef carving station and decadent macaroni and cheese were fabulous comfort foods that met the Greek and Southern requirements.
He provided everything we needed including plates, cutlery, and serving pieces. The staff was not only professional, but very kind and hospitable to all of our guests. Many thanks. I will hire him again!! -

I used Bradford Catered Events for my Zoo wedding. I saw them at a bridal show, tried their food and spoke with the owner, he made sure to inform me that they will do anything that is within my budget, options galore. We made an appointment, met, discussed options and rolled with everything. On top of loving the food and staff, they use all real plates, glass, and silverware. I also adored the vintage theme that they use. The company did a fabulous job. Bradford was spot on with everything, keeping the groom and I very happy. They staff was dressed and presented professionally, they take care of set up and clean up, the food was still warm when the reception started. I had so many compliments on everything. I would recommend them one hundred times over. -

I would recommend Bradford catering to any bride or groom looking for great food. They worked with us from the beginning to help create a dinner menu exactly what I was looking for. We were able to try menu items during meetings as well as at an open house. They were very accommodating for meetings and very flexible to any menu changes we made throughout the process. It was the best food I have ever had at a wedding! I would use them again for any special events I may have and recommend anyone else to as well. -

Bradford Catered Events provided excellent service for our May 2014 wedding. Bradford, Rex and the rest of the BCE staff were easy to work with to plan all of the details, and they were extremely responsive to any changes we wanted to make. On the wedding day they arrived with plenty of time to set-up. After a huge downpour changed our outdoor wedding into an indoor one, they jumped into action to bring their set-up inside - all with a smile on their faces! We were so impressed at how smoothly everything went despite the weather. And most importantly, the food was delicious! The pulled pot roast and mac & cheese were the highlights. We also had BCE supply our wedding cake which was adorable and probably the best cake I've ever had! I would recommend Bradford Catered Events to anyone planning any event - they will take excellent care of you! -

Rex and his staff were wonderful to work with. The food was excellent (I am still getting compliments on our food)! They took care of everything. All I had to do was decide on a menu! We looked at several caterers in Knoxville and no one offers the same amount of service for the money. Everything is included in the price (no surprises!). At the wedding, the staff was very professional, setup was clean and organized, and Rex made sure me and my husband had a plate of food on our table as soon as they opened up the buffet! That meant a lot to us! We never ran out of drinks or plates, and we had food leftover that Rex allowed us to take home (most caterers won't allow you to take the leftovers). Also, they made us a to-go box complete with utensils! SERIOUSLY BEST CATERER IN KNOXVILLE! -

We used Bradford Catering for our April 25 wedding at Country Manor Acres. I could not have been happier with Diane and her team. From the very beginning Diane was very helpful in choosing different selections as well as making sure we had well rounded meal. I think the food at the wedding was even better than the food that we had at our tasting. We only did heavy apps so I was worried about not having enough food. We only had 2 no shows and we ended up with a lot of food left over. My husband and I had a plate of food ready for us. Diane came by several times to see if we needed anything. Overall, Diane and her team helped to make our day that much better by not having to worry about anything. -

My experience with Bradford and the team at Bradford Catered Events was perfect! I went to a few events where I could taste test their food and was highly impressed with all of their dishes and professionalism. They were an easy choice for catering! Diane and Rex at Abner's were a dream to work with. They would both answer phone calls and emails in a timely manner, dealt with changes in the menu like it was no big deal, and the food was amazing. At the wedding Diane and her staff were catering to mine and my groom's every need and the buffett was refilled every time a dish started to get low. And we never ran out of food! Rex made my daughter's wedding perfect. He was the kindest person to work with, patiently answering all our questions and made everything seamless. The food was excellent - caesar salad, green beans, garlic potatoes, copper pennies, teriyaki chicken, and prime rib carving station. The servers were so professional always attentive but never in the way. Rex also provided both cakes and they were not only beautiful but wonderful. All the little touches like setting the flatware with out place settings, busing tables, packing to go boxes for the couple and sending leftovers home with us - I would recomment Rex to everyone. -

Rex Bradford is an excellent caterer and provided exceptional service the day of my wedding. Our wedding at Ridge Valley Farms on May 1st,2011 for 100 guests, and everyone commented on how great the food was. We served heavy hor'doirves that were all very delicious. He had an open house for us to try the food before the wedding, was very easy to contact and work with, was there himself the day of the wedding, had his staff dressed up and serve my guests, and packed up all the extra food for our party to take home. The food was the best food I've ever had at a wedding (and no I'm not biased just because it was MY WEDDING haha). We hada the cranberry stuffed chicken breast (SO TENDER), potatoes and veggies (yum!) and the sweet potato rolls and pimento rolls (both to die for!). They were so easy to work with and their staff was very professional! My only sadness was that we weren't reminded to grab our goody bags at the end of the night! I definitely would have enjoyed leftovers!! :P -

Excellent job!! I’d hire them again!! The staff was very professional and the food was hot and delicious!! I overheard several comments from our guests about how great the food tasted!
I was worried because we had a guest with a severe red meat allergy (beef, pork and veal) that I expressed my concerns about ahead of time. Beverly talked with the chefs and assured me they could prepare a special meal without any red meat, beef broth, etc. for her on our wedding day. They prepared it and set it to the side so they wouldn’t make a big deal about it.

Choosing Bradford was one of the best decisions that my husband and I made while planning our wedding! Their food is phenomenal and we got a million and one compliments from our guests on the food!! We did food stations and heavy hors d'oeuvres which was perfect because once guests left the ceremony, they made their way into the reception where they could grab a drink and begin eating while we finished up pictures.
We worked with Diane who was absolutely wonderful and gave us great advice as well! She helped us balance our menu and gave us tips on how to make things flow at the reception. They are all so good at what they do!!! You will not be disappointed booking Bradford as your caterer! -
