The Best Vendor Decision We Made

Braden DJed our July 2025 wedding at the Alderbrook Resort and blew every other vendor we worked with out of the water. We received more guest comments about how great the DJ was than any other aspect of our wedding. In the planning process he was relaxed and prepared, needed very little of us, but was also willing to take whatever instruction we asked for, and was a calming, confident presence on our wedding day. We hit him with a somewhat last minute, very strange request to sample lines from our favorite SNL skit and work them into the dancefloor music, assuming he would think we were crazy, but he enthusiastically had the audio pulled within days and went above and beyond mixing a custom song for us with the SNL audio. A week before the wedding we asked for a disco ball and he found a way to borrow one at no extra cost to us. He was also a wonderful MC, which was a more significant element of the day than we anticipated. He was so active on the day of, constantly monitoring volume levels, crowd mood and reaction, etc., adjusting volume of the mic on my groom for when he was speaking versus when I was speaking a few feet away from the mic - it was all flawlessly executed.

We were very torn between having a live band and a DJ, and were so incredibly happy that we chose Braden. We highly highly recommend him!

Best Wedding DJ, Hands Down

Hiring a talented DJ is a critical part of making a wedding go smoothly, and we are so very glad we had Braden as what our guests raved "the best wedding DJ ever!" He communicated thoughtfully and had great ready-to-go ideas for those who aren't so sure of what they want. We had video calls, emails and texts and he was always available to answer questions, especially as we got closer to the date he was quick to respond to my last minute Qs. He took the time to understand our vision and us as a couple and then flawlessly created an amazing wedding experience. And his lighting is stunning! He took the venue from cool to WOW! Even the venue owner was blown away with how good it looked. Braden felt like an extension of our wedding team, ushering us from step to step, checking in to see if we needed anything. The playlist was fantastic! He did a great job of incorporating our requested songs and playing what he knew would keep the crowd engaged through a fantastic sound system. I recommend Bradon 100% and will forever be thankful to him for being part of our wedding day.

Amazing DJ all around

I am a wedding planner and the owner of One:Twelve Weddings and I had the pleasure of working with Braden last weekend! Not only did he light up the dance floor with some of his awesome remixes, but he was also so friendly! He took the time to understand what my couple wanted the vibe to be and was able to communicate his suggestions to make it come to fruition! Highly recommend! Thank you Braden!

An Incredible Wedding Day Experience

Braden was the MC and DJ for our 6/2022 wedding and we couldn't have been more fortunate to have him on our vendor team. We hired Braden during the pandemic so we didn't actually have a chance to hear his work before doing so. However, his professional demeanor, attention to detail, responsiveness, flexibility, and genuine interest in our plans, put us at ease immediately. All of this translated to an incredible wedding day experience. The sound set up was clear and professional with zero problems throughout the ceremony and reception, the music was amazing and he incorporated all of our cultural requests into it. He MCs in a smooth and respectful manner that we and our guests appreciated. And, most importantly, the dance floor was packed all night and all of our guests described our wedding as "the most fun wedding" they'd ever been to. We just loved working with him and highly recommend you hire Braden!

The MC Master

If I could give more stars to Braden I would. He was absolutely FANTASTIC. His MC skills are completely on point. His ability to read a room and pump everyone up was unbeatable. We had so many people come up that night and complement him. Braden was also a joy to work with. He helped calm our nerves when we hadn’t picked out our special songs and even gave some recommendations we ended up loving! I honestly can’t say more good things about Braden. He truly made our wedding unforgettable!

How do I give 10 stars?!

We could not have imagined a better MC and DJ for our wedding! His equipment is top notch while still being attractive for photos. He's done so many weddings that he was able to recommend songs or toast ideas for those of us that haven't been to many weddings. Braden guided the flow of the party and played music that kept people dancing all night! We're pretty sure he got a few new customers from our guests who kept complimenting us on our DJ selection. Thanks Braden! Some of our best photos are from that dance floor!

True Professional!

I would highly recommend Braden as your MC and DJ for your wedding day. He is a true professional by providing guidance with planning out the reception timing of events. Braden was responsible for keeping the timeline for the reception moving forward with expertise and humor. Braden also provided lighting in the room with uplights which added that special glow. He also was extremely helpful in picking out our music for our first dance and other special dances that we wanted. Thank you Braden!

Braden is AWESOME!!! I just thought I would lead with that. He was so considerate and always a joy to be around. He was very receptive for what we were looking for, and he delivered. The music had everyone on the dance floor, and he helped to make the reception seamless with making the needed announcements. I can't recommend him enough. If you want a DJ that will help the reception move along without seeming pushy and if you want a DJ that has excellent taste in music (and is receptive to your taste), then please choose Braden! You will be happy you did :)

Braden is hands down the best wedding DJ we could have ever dreamed of. From the very first time we met with him we knew we had chosen correctly. He is INSANELY organized, listens to what you want, has great suggestions I would have never thought of, and his personality is perfect for acting as the MC…he keeps the wedding flowing really well without being center of attention or trying too hard. He also provided fun lighting for the dance floor that set the ambiance for a hoppin' dance party the entire night. I received a text message from a wedding guest the week after our wedding asking for his name so they could refer him to a friend of theirs…that's always a good sign and a great compliment to his talents! We said from the start that Braden's role was the most crucial part of our wedding (we both love to dance), and he completely lived up to that and exceeded our hopes. Thank you so much Braden!!

We heard about Braden from our wedding planner, who described him as the best and most personable DJ in Seattle. After working with Braden, we couldn't agree more! Braden takes the time to get to know his clients and what they are looking for at their event meanwhile adding special touches along the way. He took a vague description of the type of music we wanted to play during our reception and played an amazing set that got our guests dancing all night long! In fact, the most word used most by our guests to describe his set was "Lit"!
Braden is not only an amazing DJ, but also offers a terrific set of lighting equipment. A week before our event, Braden designed and ordered a custom Gobo for our wedding that was so elegant and simply wowed our guests. With Braden, the magic is in the details, halfway through the event, he turned the GOBO so it was better positioned to be seen by our guests. Our event would not have been so magical and wonderful without having Braden - we were so lucky to have had the opportunity to work with him!!

Mother of the Bride here... my daughter kept telling me they had a "NO Play List" as they were afraid we would hi-jack the DJ! But he did an amazing job! Even at 52, I love Top 40 and dance tunes and he didn't miss a one of them. He even had my husband and the father-of-the-groom dancing and singing along to "Everybody in the Club Getting Tipsy"! Brandon also helped my hubby out with a Nat King Cole song for his dance with my daughter. The absolute best moment of the night for me. My son is a Wedding DJ here in Montana and I know he enjoyed talking with Braden and trading tips. We seriously all danced for three hours straight! He knew how to work the crowd but there was something for everyone. Definitely recommend Braden - Thanks so much, dude!

Braden was awesome! I kept getting so many compliments on the playlist except I really didn't give Braden a playlist! My fiance and I gave Braden a list of "must play" songs and a couple songs we did not want to hear and let him read the crowd. Well, he nailed it! The dance floor was going nonstop! Even my 82 year old grandmother danced most of the night! We didn't even give Braden our final song list for the ceremony, cocktail hour and dances until the week of the wedding, but it did not seem to phase him. He was so flexible and easy to work with!

Braden was a delight! He had tons of great ideas, but was also very attentive to our music tastes and requests for certain songs. We gave him songs for the cocktail hour before the wedding and the ceremony itself. He took care of the music during dinner and dancing later. He did such a great job! We had a wonderful time and many of our guests went out of their way to say how much fun the music was.
Braden was also very professional - followed up, provided checklists and timelines, and brought his own equipment/took care of set up and take down.
My friend used Braden for her wedding 4 years ago and I was impressed. Having had him DJ our wedding, I would absolutely recommend him to others.

Braden is absolutely outstanding! We were looking for someone polished and professional to seamlessly transition our guests through our wedding events & Braden couldn't have been better. Our wedding ceremony and reception would not have been near the celebration it was without Braden's services! My husband and myself are music junkies so we wanted to provide Braden with enough suggestions of the genres of music we liked but also allow him to use his creativity and he nailed it! The timing, the introductions, the selections, everything went great. In addition, Braden is extremely professional and worked seamlessly with my wedding planner to make sure that everyone knew in advance of when they would be introduced for a speech or a dance so they weren't caught off guard (or absent). I would highly recommend Braden's DJ services to anyone in need of someone who is able to keep a celebration going through music and wants value for the price. Braden made the dancing the life of the party! He has done a few other family weddings and all of them were a hit! He is professional, prepared, and reads the guests well to ensure everyone is having a good time and enjoying the music. Our guests raved about the music and dancing and had a blast as did we! It was fun and enjoyable to work with Braden.

A DJ plays an important role. Not only do they make sure the music is played, but they help keep the evening on track, announce you, and help with up-lighting if you choose. Braden & his assistant were great and had a perfect presence that wasn't over-bearing, but kept the evening moving along thru the 'events' as we desired and had planned. Thank you!

Hands down this was the best decision we made. Braden was the highlight of my daughter's reception. He MC'd professionally and flawlessly. The music he provided was absolutely perfect for all ages and from the minute the dancing started there wasn't an inch free on the floor until the last dance. Weeks later, our friends are talking about what a great wedding and dance party it was. People who don't normally dance at weddings said they had the best time, and the teenagers thought it was the best night of their life. From Grandparents to little toddlers there wasn't a moment in the evening that wasn't enjoyed by all. Absolutely the best money we spend on the wedding. Wish I had another event to plan just to hire Braden!

Braden did an exceptional job at our wedding! He met with us a couple of times to be sure he knew what we needed and he was so good at responding to what mattered to us. He offered great suggestions that added to our wedding. I never realized until now that a DJ can make or break your party. Braden made our wedding so special and so much fun. Braden is amazing! My husband and I met with several DJs before meeting Braden, and none of them seemed truly interested in our wedding. We felt like we were just a dime a dozen...even though we were but we didn't want to feel that way! Braden didn't try to do the typical DJ sales pitch on us, he just listened to our vision and came up with a package that could work with that vision. He met us several times to discuss the details and was always so calm and organized that it made me think we didn't even need to meet up! We had a very extensive song list that we wanted played at the wedding, and he was receptive to taking that list and incorporating them throughout the night. He even did our uplighting which turned out gorgeous! We met at the venue to test the uplighting and pick the perfect colors for different parts of the night. He even came to the rehearsal and told us we should practice the entrance to the reception because it always gets screwed up, especially with an 18 person wedding party like us. I couldn't agree more and was so thankful he was willing to do that, and suggested it! He arrived on the wedding day super early and was set up and ready to go with plenty of time. His MC voice was great and the whole night went off without a hitch. He kept the wedding moving and definitely kept the dance party going for hours. We had a packed dance floor for 3-4 hours until we finally had to shut things down. Overall, we couldn't be happier with our choice to hire Braden. He was fun to work with, made us at ease about the whole experience, and did an amazing job DJing, MCing and lighting on our big day. Thanks Braden, it was so fun working with you!

Braden was absolutely fantastic. He did a great job of getting a good understanding of the types of music we liked, and didn't like, and selected an amazing playlist for our reception. He does as much, or as little as you need him to - MC, DJ, ceremony music, lighting. He has sleek equipment that does not overpower the event. I definitely recommend him, and would use him again in a heartbeat!

We interviewed 3 DJ's before someone in the business gave us Braden's name and we decided to meet with him. Feeling pretty hopeless in terms of finding the perfect DJ, we met with Braden and were so thrilled to find everything that we were looking for. From all of our tedious questions to planning the event down to every single event so fluidly, he did everything great. We have had multiple people comment on what a great DJ we had. We are so grateful we chose him for our wedding. If you are looking for a wedding DJ, Braden is the best in the area.

Braden made our wedding so much fun!! He had a million ideas for songs we could use for various parts of the wedding. He also did our uplighting which was beautiful and made our reception perfect. He was a fun and great emcee! We are so lucky to have had him!!

Our guests loved Braden! He's got a great voice and you can tell he's a professional. We didn't know where to go to for entertainment because all the vendors we met at the Seattle Wedding Show seemed pretty sleezy and were out of our price range. Our photographer recommended Braden as a DJ he's worked with at other weddings and events so we scheduled a consultation. We are so happy we did! Braden was friendly and very personable at our consultation and follow-up meetings. He was very accomodating to our busy schedule and never made us worry about anything.

On our wedding day he did a great job transitioning from cocktail hour to the main reception, drawing our guests attention throughout the night, and getting everyone. Braden took care of cocktail hour, lighting, and entertainment for us. He also found ways to personalize our intros and made the night go without a hitch. I would definitely recommend Braden to other brides.

The BEST dj in Washington and Oregon!

There aren't words enough to try and describe the service Braden gave us. He went above and beyond! He entertained us all by introducing the bridal party, he did lights, music with speakers placed all over inside and outside the entire yard and venue, he had the most professional crew, and service you could ever imagine. This is an email I sent to Braden the morning after our wedding. A little background. My wife, Ellie and I had our original DJ bail on us and Braden was suggested, by the first DJ, as a replacement, which, as you could imagine, made us a little skeptical from the start. Plus, I am the type of guy that LOVES music (dance, pop, indie, electric, country, old school) and wanted a real "live DJ set" kind of feel with mixing and smooth transitioning from song to song. So, this is the response he got from us.

DUDE!!

So just to give you an idea of how we felt about your presence and hard work at our wedding reception. Ellie said to me "God. He was so good. I just want to tell everyone to book him because he did such an incredible job," just after we woke up and were reminiscing of the night. You honestly exceeded all our expectations! The up lighting, the dance lighting, the music, the mixing, the little funky stuff, the electric stuff, the classic stuff, the little bit of scratching (very neatly done/discrete), and the all around crowd energizing way you went about carrying yourself through your music was simply exquisite! I honestly don't know what else to say, but that I wished I would have gotten you a beer much earlier in the night ;) Oh AND... Working out all the video stuff. Dang! You did it all man!

You honestly did a fantastic, top notch, A+ Job in our books. So stoked we "got stuck" with you as our DJ. I think we lucked out ;)

I hope clean up wasn't too much of a chore for you and that everything went well as far as that goes.

Gets and keeps the party going

Braden was one of the two DJs I talked to when I was in the process of hiring for my wedding reception. The biggest difference between him and the other person I interviewed was Braden genuinely cared about my vision for my day and made suggestions based on his experience on how I could accomplish the party of all parties. He was very professional, very gracious and all of my guests complimented us on his ability to read the room and his awesome sound set-up. We can't recommend him highly enough to use for any occasion!
