Beautiful photos and memories!

We are so thankful to have worked with Brad for my daughter's bat mitzvah! Because of Covid, the bat mitzvah was first postponed, then the venue was changed, and ultimately all the plans were changed and re-choreographed. Brad was there through it all! He was flexible, supportive and helpful at every step. He did an excellent job balancing safety protocols with getting all the family pictures we wanted. The pictures came out beautifully. He did such an amazing job capturing the joy of the moment (even when our faces were mostly covered by masks!). In addition, we have a son with autism and Brad did a fantastic job being patient and understanding of our family dynamic. We can't recommend him highly enough!

Eli's Bar Mitzvah

Brad photographed our eldest son's bar mitzvah. We had to reschedule our Bima shoot and he was very flexible. He was very easy to work with and was able to capture our family and event beautifully. He dealt with our two boys during the shoot as he has kids of his own. Brad is a great photographer and extremely friendly. I would highly recommend him.

Bar Mitzvah Photography

We met Brad 17 years ago when he photographed our wedding. He left such an impression on us that, when it came time to find a photographer for our son’s Bar Mitzvah, we knew it had to be Brad. Brad is the definition of a pro. His knowledge of how Mitzvah’s flow, from the service to the party, was invaluable. He put all our guests at ease and captured every special moment beautifully. Looking forward to working with Brad again for our younger son’s Bar Mitzvah!

Absolutely amazing pictures taken by Brad

The pictures Brad took at our daughter's Bat Mitzvah were elegant and gorgeous. He truly has an excellent eye for capturing the best possible photos. He was extremely patient in taking pictures with our large family, especially the younger children. Brad made everyone feel like they were the star of the show when he was taking their photos. The party picture shots he took amazingly captured the event. We are so lucky to have hired Brad and we have memories of a lifetime to look back upon. We highly recommend his services and plan on using him for a few years for our youngest daughter's Bat Mitzvah.

Brad is not only an exceptionally talented photographer, he is easy to work with, and offers fair pricing for high quality imagery. The best in the world, not just Philadelphia

I have worked with many photographers through the years, no one compares to Brad Gellman. His work is the best out there, the guy should be working in Hollywood it is just that good. And it doesn't stop there, he's there to help before, during, and after. You can hire someone else but you aren't doing yourself justice. I would highly recommend him to anyone. If you want the best, call Brad Gellman before he is already booked. For our next celebration we will book based on Brad's availability only!

Great experience under the worst of conditions

Our event's date and venue both were rescheduled several times due to the virus, and Brad was super flexible with all the changes. The day of our outdoor event, it downpoured until an hour before we started! Brad rolled with the crazy punches and, with limited time, managed to wrangle us all together for beautiful portraits. The candid photos of the event were amazing and really captured the feelings we had. Would recommend Brad to anyone looking for a quality, talented and personable photographer!

Incredible photos that bring back happy memories!

Brad was a superb photographer for both my daughter and son's mitzvahs! He did an excellent job capturing the moment at both a day and evening event. He took his time to carefully craft the portrait shots in multiple settings and made sure to include all configurations of relatives, researching the family ahead of time. He is very versatile and took both black and white and color photographs which was an added bonus. He also made sure to capture the entire scene with all guests and the venue in a long shot, and all key entrances, dances, and the candle lighting ceremony. In addition, he took detailed shots of the table and room decorations, capturing the dynamic lighting. In sum, when I look at the pictures, I am immediately drawn back to the night of the event and happy times. Lastly, Brad is a pleasure to work with and the photo shoots went as smoothly as they possibly could. I will definitely use Brad again for my next event!

Bnai mitzvah

Brad was a pleasure to work with. He accommodated my last minute time changes and handled our crazy family and a large group of rambunctious tweens without any issues . Phun & Phabulous Phillies Photos

We cannot say enough about Brad's talent, accommodating nature and patience. We had him working hard on 2 different days, at 3 very different locations and with 4 varying heights of subjects. We asked a lot of Brad but he did it all with excitement and a smile. He was creative, fun and up for anything - but always wanting to make sure we were comfortable and happy with the results. Great event/family photographer!

Brad recently photographed my daughter's Bat Mitzvah. He was so easy to work with and handled our less than cooperative kids and relatives extremely well. He took great pictures during our luncheon without taking us away from our celebration or our guests. We are very happy with his pictures, service, and pricing. Brad Gellman is just simply amazing! He is attentive, professional, and flexible. From the first day we met him, we knew he would be the perfect person to capture our special day! He gave suggestions and walked us through every step of the way! He always made himself available if my husband or I had a question. On our wedding day, Brad was patient with my very large family and the many moving parts of the day. His confidence and time management of it all really put me at ease. Our photos came out beautiful and there are so many great moments that he captured. There was not a shot that he missed!! Love in every photo

Brad was so patient, kind, professional, and creative with our photo shoot. The elements weren't agreeing, but that didn't stop him from finding the perfect ways to capture all our love and happiness. He made the experience fun for our little girl and even got our old grumpy dog smiling for the camera. It was a stress-free, relaxed day that we will always remember thanks to Brad.

An amazing eye

Brad photographed my son’s bar mitzvah a month ago. 3 weeks later we had gorgeous photos which we could view on line. Brad surprised me with the crispness of the shots, his vision, the way he captured so many moments, big and small. He seemed to be everywhere at once and captured the magic of the day perfectly. Amazeballs - over 600 good photos

My wedding day was looking to be a rainy one and I was very close to a small breakdown in fear that I would not be able to fully use my venue. But alas the gods answered a prayer and held the rain for a little over an hr for Brad to help us quickly and efficiently move about the property and obtain the most amazing photos I could have ever asked for. He was assertive and efficient and posed us and politely instructed us in order to do a good job. I got over 600 good shots. Amazing. I highly recommend his services. VERY GOOD WITH KIDS TOO. I have 2 toddler daughters (flower girls) and our family photos are gorgeous. Would call him again in a heartbeat.

Brad did an excellent job with our parents' 50th wedding anniversary party! He and Marc took all of the shots we requested and so many more. Well, folks, Brad is just terrific. He approaches jobs with the kind of relaxed confidence that only comes with mastery. Tell him how you want it, and ye shall have. If you don't have strong ideas starting out, he'll suggest to you what can be done and you'll soon be able to decide. Brad Gellman is just terrific, and I'm saying this as an industry veteran myself. If we could give Brad more than five stars we would...He is seriously the most attentive, professional, easy to work with photographer who also happens to be very very very talented at his craft! From day 1 of booking him he was available and always made himself accessible as our planning process continued..He also has had a TON of experience in doing many different types of photography at special occasions so we always had 100% confidence and there was NO stress with our photography for our wedding whatsoever. I cannot stress how important that is!! Our photos came out beautiful and there is such a nice variety to choose from!!! We were completely and utterly satisfied with him. If you are looking for photography and a photographer that provides exceptional service, high quality photos and is super easy to work and communicate with, then I'd definitely go with Brad!! It made our wedding experience that much better having him.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Brad and BGmemories! He was an absolute pleasure to work with and the quality and creativity of his work is second to none. He met with us to discuss exactly what our needs were and lived up to every expectation! Our event was longer than most and Brad brought energy and enthusiasm from beginning to end! My now husband is not big on smiling, however Brad brought out a different side of him! He was extremely professional and rolled with all the punches we most certainly gave him. Prior to the wedding he retroactively asked questions and answered his emails instantly! He set up phone calls to ensure that he knew everything we wanted.

Day of, I honestly wanted to invite him as a guest that's how wonderful of a person he truly was. He was there for us and calmed me and my husband down during times of stress (which goes above and beyond the call of duty for a photographer). The best part about Brad Gellman Photography is he is able to capture the love that you share in that moment. It's not just pictures, he captures moments.

He got us the digital files for the wedding as promised! The website was easy to use. I would suggest him to any and all couples. He was a delight and the only 5 stars I gave out from my wedding day!!!

I have known Brad for a number of years, so when I got engaged, I was happy to work with him for our engagement photos! He is very professional, accommodating, and reasonably priced. Our photos came out beautifully, with some amazing shots at one of my favorite scenic locations! My fiance does not love being in pictures, but Brad managed to put us both at ease and captured some beautiful shots of us both that we will enjoy for years to come!

I would recommend Brad Gellman Photography to anyone. He did such a nice job with our wedding pictures. I was so surprised with how well the pictures turned out, since I am not a photogentic person. He got such beautiful photos that I would not have ever thought of. He truly cares about his work and clients, and it shows through his photos.

Brad was wonderful to work with. Working with children in a large group is challenging but Brad was patient and did a terrific job getting them all in the pictures. After the photo shoot, Brad was very accommodating. He made himself available to talk about the pictures and explained what he was able to do to enhance the shots. Brad was the photographer at my sons wedding. We love our parents album and the one he did for our kids is gorgeous. Brad did save the date/engagement pictures for my nephew that were wonderful and will be doing the wedding this fall. We look forward to seeing all the wonderful pictures from that event.

Brad has done all 3 of my children's Mizvahs. We are very happy with his professionalism, flexibility and service. We would recommend him to anyone else looking for a photographer. He works well with families (and our family can be difficult) and kids. We feel that his price was fair for the service and pictures that he provided.

My sister booked Brad in 2011 and I fell in love with the pictures. We booked him for our wedding this year and everything was perfect. He initially met with us face to face, and every call or email we send to this day is responded to with urgency (always a same day response). I have been in many weddings and the picture aspect (especially portraits) tends to be such a long and drawn out process- this was not the case for our wedding. Brad and his crew not only made this aspect smooth and flawless, but everyone had a blast.

Brad Gellman is exceptional at his job and the client can tell he truly loves what he does. He possesses the utmost professionalism while also generally being a pleasure to be around. From the beginning process of choosing a photographer all the way until the wedding he was extremely reachable and accommodating. He very much exceeded my expectations especially when he was able to get a second photographer very close to the wedding when I changed my mind(as brides do). He actually did research to find good places to get portraits done and monitored the weather forecast before hand for me. We planned our wedding on the east coast whiling living in the west coast. Brad made it very easy to plan and discuss details despite the different time zones and distance. He is assertive enough to make sure that he captured all of the shots that we could want. I never had to round up a family member to get in a photo or find a wandering grandmom or bridesmaid because he ensured everyone was in the right places at the correct time. I noticed there was no wasted time waiting for him to set up anything or change lighting because he was so prepared. Lastly, he puts the same attention to detail into your photographs and albums. They were on time and captured our specific selves wonderfully. The online albums are made very easy to access and are organized nicely to portray the special day.

Brad does amazing work! He is not only professional, but personable. He made sure we got all the shots we wanted, and even helped me, the bride, when I got emotional. He is more than just a photographer, he makes you feel like he is your friend. He got a lot of great shots of our wedding day and went above and beyond expectations. He let us get a sneak peek of some shots and they all were absolutely amazing. we would hire Brad again and recommend him to anyone and everyone!

Brad was an awesome photographer for our daughter's Bat Mitzvah. He got amazing pictures of all the activity during the party and awesome family pictures as well. He worked so well with us to accommodate all of our needs. We would recommend him for a mitzvah and plan to use him for our younger daughter's bat mitzvah as well.

Brad takes a vested interest in each of his clients and it shows in his work. We could not be happier with the quality of our photos! It was great that he was able to capture so many of the details and memories of the night that we were too busy to notice! I would definitely use him for another event in the future!

Brad was our photographer for our wedding and I would recommend him to any one. He is very professional and captured the key moments from our day. Additionally, he is very attentive to his brides, whatever you need, just call him. He delivered proofs quickly after the event and our pictures are amazing. My husband and I are going to have a difficult time picking out pictures for our album and prints!

Brad is amazing. He was the best vendor at our wedding by far and even picked up slack for some of the other vendors! Really excellent customer service day of and the pictures are awesome. My partner and I first used Brad Gellman for our engagement session. Brad arrived to our engagement site on time and from the very beginning Brad was attentive and really has a gift towards capturing moments in a photograph. After our engagement session we knew that we had to have Brad photograph our wedding.

A few days before our wedding day Brad called us and discussed the plan and what photographs we wanted. Brad paid attention to our wants and arrived to the venue early. Brad directed us when needed and took a lot of photographs. Brad has a gift and I would highly recommend him if anyone is looking for a photographer (gay or straight).

Brad was the photographer for both our daughter's Bat Mitzvah in September 2011 and most recently our son's Bar Mitzvah in September 2014. Brad was organized, professional, courteous and most of all captured the day's big moments without being intrusive. Brad was super helpful when we choose the pictures for the albums and made sure that every picture was just right, from the lighting to the smiles on everyone's face. The albums turned out incredible and we have received such positive reactions from all our family and friends who have viewed the albums. We would definitely recommend Brad for your next big event!!

This is the second time I used Gellman photograph and both times he was excellent. He is professional, courteous, and accommodating. All the guests have raved about the pictures. I could take this time to rave about the quality of photos that Brad took, or the way he communicated so well with the venue staff and other vendors. I could talk about how beautiful the album he put together is or how you get a very good idea of what was going on at the time each photo was taken. I could even talk about how he kept in touch with us while we were planning everything and how well he worked with our dog during our engagement photo shoot.

But none of those things were as important as how well he performed on our wedding day. We were very demanding of Brad and his assistant. We asked them to operate within a very tight timeline and take a lot of photos. I'm very sure that it was stressful for Brad, but not once did he show any signs of stress or frustration. Moreover, he kept myself and my wife very calm on a very crazy day.

Ok…I'll talk about the album. There is no way we were expecting such a beautiful album. It is awesome!!!

I had the pleasure of using Brad as my wedding photographer and videographer. Not only was his work amazing, he a way of keeping me calm and collected on one of the craziest days of my life. With all the mishaps like running late and my trolley getting lost, he was able to capture some great moments and keep my huge bridal party under control. I couldn't have asked for a better photographer. My photos came back amazing and I would recommend him to anyone looking for someone who is easy-going yet professional. Oh and best of all, his price was unbeatable!!!

We really enjoyed having Brad with us on the occasion of our twins' B'nai Mitzvah. He provided us with both photography and videography which captured all the joyous moments of the day. I can't say enough great things about Brad! I was blown away by his online albums from other weddings he had shot. His work looked amazing! We first met with Brad at our home. He brought some sample albums and went over packages and pricing with us. His skill and creativity was absolutely breathtaking in the albums we looked at.
Our wedding day finally came and Brad was ready to go. He was very accomodating, coming to my grandparents' house for pictures with my grandfather who wasn't able to come to the venue.
We had many requests for "must have" shots with our families and Brad was more than happy to oblige. His crew was also great to work with. They came to us later in the evening excited about the many shots they were able to get of our son and nephew dancing out on the floor.
We also did the photobooth with Brad. This was the best idea!! All of our guests had a blast going in the booth with the different props. Many used their photo strips for Christmas cards this year. We can't wait to see the album with everyone's pictures and well wishes!
Brad was amazing! His professionalism was outstanding. From my young nephew to my grandfather, Brad and his team knew how to connect with us all to feel at ease and comfortable. My husband and I are very excited to see the final shots. We know that it won't be anything less than spectacular!

I loved working with Brad. No only was he sure to get all the shots we requested, but thought of some great shots of his own. Both Brad and his assistant were so friendly and down to earth. Since we just had our wedding I have yet to see the photos, but I cannot wait to see what great shots he has for us!

Brad was wonderful to work with. He listened to everything we wanted and really had a great feel for the evening. He got all the formal shots we wanted and amazed us with the fun party shots too. Somehow I did not even know he was at the party once it started but every time I wanted a fun picture with friends he was right there. We could not be more pleased with how he captured memories from our event that we will smile at for a lifetime.
