  Amazing wedding band!

  Boy & Bean were terrific! Everything that we were looking for in a band for our wedding reception. They were on time, courteous, and most important on point with the tunes. I would highly recommend 10/10!

  Sooo perfect!

  I have loved Boy and Bean ever since I saw them in Portland several years ago and I am SO glad I hired them to play at my wedding! Luke was so easy to communicate with and even offered to do a zoom call with him and the rest of the band to go over tempos for our first-dance songs. All of my guests were blown away by how amazing they were and they really set the perfect, romantic vibe for our wedding. Do not hesitate to hire them!

  Vintage Acoustic Trio

  We've used them 3 times. Our Wedding, our one year anniversary party and at a small intimate Christmas dinner with friends. I haven't' told them yet.. but we need them for our 2nd anniversary brunch. So fun to add the intimate live music to a gathering.

  The Perfect Band for our Wedding

  We've been to a hand full of Boy and Bean shows around the PDX area over the years and I had always thought they'd be such a beautiful addition to someone's wedding due to their romantic and fun sound. Well, when it came time to plan for our own wedding I reached out to Boy and Bean and they were so accommodating and easy to work with! I sent them a list of my favorite songs that I've heard them play in the past and even included a special request of an instrumental-only version of "La Vie en Rose" for my aisle walk. Boy and Bean was one of the smartest decisions I made for our wedding and they really brought energy to the party! If you love a vintage, classy, and swoony music played by fun and smiling people then this is the band for you!

  As an Event Planner, I've had the pleasure of working with this band for nearly 10 years. In fact, I enjoy them so much that I hired them to perform at my own wedding. Luke is great at communicating and is incredibly responsive. When on-site the band is professional, easy to work with and always a crowd-pleaser. They have been and will remain my "go-to" entertainment.
