I knew after walking out from my consultation with Kristi that she was the florist for me. She is incredibly knowledgable, kind, and was able to help me pull together my scattered ideas into a perfect vision for my wedding. She was also very communicative and was able to do a lot of work with me over email, which was important since my husband and I were planning our DFW wedding remotely. The end products were more beautiful than I could have imagined. Kristi has a great eye for textures and was able to make my wedding feel luxurious and unique within my budget. Her expertise didn't stop on my wedding day--if you're considering any kind of bouquet preservation talk to Kristi about her resin work. I now have a beautiful piece of art in my home that she made by drying my bouquet and setting it in resin that makes me think of my wedding day every time I look at it!

Exceptional floral beauty regardless of your budget
I'm pretty sure I went to floral heaven working with BowKay for my wedding this April! I had researched a lot of florists for our event, but this one stood out above all the rest. The unique floral combinations, the textures, the colors–I knew that anything BowKay would create was going to be stunning.
Kristi, owner of BowKay, was truly wonderful. I had expensive taste in flowers but I was working with a fairly modest budget. I noticed in my research that some florists won't even work with you if you have a budget less than X dollars. Kristi's approach was totally different–she offered a pricing guide that allowed me to choose some premium flowers for the highest priority categories and more standard flowers for lower priority categories. Thanks to her system, I was able to see my dream flowers (anemones and ranunculus) in my bouquet and key florals while spending less on the other floral pieces. With Kristi's taste, even the standard tier florals were exceptionally beautiful.
If you want an artistic but down-to-earth florist who will work with you and think outside the box to achieve your wedding vision, I highly recommend BowKay Designs!

Kristi and her team at Bowkay are incredible. We first met Kristi at our wedding consultation in her shop and wow! She was so thorough in asking what flowers we loved and what we didn’t. She was quick to grab example pieces and discuss ideas for our big day. She had really great pricing, most places we went to couldn’t even compete with her. She gave us an outline of what we discussed, flower lists, and pricing (ranging from basic to premium) that helped us to decide on our final flowers. We brought her color swatches so she could match ribbons and flowers to our whole theme and she was spot on. There was no detail that went unnoticed. Kristi is truly an amazing florist and an incredible person to work with. If you need gorgeous flowers at your wedding, look no further!

We first met Kristi at a bridal show, and loved that she had recently done our venue. She was familiar with the space and that was important to us. I loved her approach to her quotes. She provided me with 3 tiers of pricing for each "category" I needed. From bridesmaids bouquets to our lounge arrangements, I was able to focus my budget on areas that were important to me, and save in other areas that weren't as important. I trusted that I was hiring a professional and gave her a lot of creative freedom, and was really pleased with our florals. She went above and beyond and added some extra touches during the install to areas that I hadn't even thought about. She put loose petals on our guest book table, and around cake table. It took our decor up a notch, and I love that she took the initiative to do that and make sure everything looked perfect. I would highly recommend Kristi and BowKay Designs!

Gorgeous Flowers with Mixed Media Accents
I first discovered BowKay Designs on Instagram. Our Venue had posted a photo of one of their brides and tagged BowKay. What caught my attention was the fact that they had incorporated berries and succulents into one of the bouquets. Based on photos alone, I thought they would be a good match for my wedding. Then I scheduled a Consultation with Kristi and KNEW they were our florist. Kristi was energetic, knowledgeable and passionate about our wedding. As soon I gave her the theme and details for our wedding, she came up with so many ideas of how to incorporate my colors (Dark Purple, Gols & Bronze), my love for all things Fall (our Flower girls tossed actual leaves), and our Wine Harvest Theme (she incorporated a wine cork in the Groom’s Boutonniere). Our Venue allowed us to bring in outside décor, but would not actually set up the centerpieces. For an additional fee, Kristi and her team decorated the Ballroom where our reception was being held. My Mother later told me that Guests were stopping her to comment on the centerpieces and overall décor of Ballroom. They did an AMAZING job, but more importantly they put me at total ease! I knew my flowers would look stunning and my venue would look perfect, because BowKay Designs were in charge.

I was obsessed with my wedding flowers
Kristi at BowKay Designs is simply incredible. When my husband first sat down with her for our first consultation, we were drawn to her passion, experience, and creativity. She makes sure to really pay attention to what couples (or brides ;)) want. She wrote up a super thorough order description to really help me visualize, as well as ensure everything was in line with what I wanted. She also has different price tiering options, which was helpful when I initially hit my planned budget. When the flowers showed up on the day of the wedding, I was in awe how amazing everything looked. I kept making comments all night how much I loved the flowers and I am telling people they were my favorite part of the wedding. Do yourself a favor and hire BowKay to be your wedding florist.

BowKay Designs did a great job. The flowers looked very fresh and beautiful especially for the price. My one small complaint would be that the rhinestone strip was missing around the bottom of the brides maids flowers but I was still overall pleased as the design was very tasteful. Our center pieces turned out wonderful an assortment of white flowers were used and submerged in water along with clear stones we requested at the bottom. Flowers were weighted as requested to ensure they didn't float near the candles. The wow factor was our bride and groom table, which looked amazing. I was concerned because I hadn't really given instructions on how I wanted everything to look but Kristi indicated her staff would know what to do and that it would look exceptional. It absolutely exceeded our expectations. Even our photographer asked who had done the flowers and centerpieces and commented on the fact that whoever we had used had done an amazing job! I would definitely choose to work with BowKay Designs in the future.

I would totally use this florist again for any of my flower needs! Very professional and responsible. My daughter had her wedding in Ft Worth and she lives out of town. Kristi and her team are amazing! She knew exactly what I wanted after showing her two photos and nailed the look on my wedding day. She works with any budget, and doesn't make you feel bad for not being able to spend as much. She is extremely affordable with deliveries and different packages you can purchase. We loved our flowers from BowKay! My bridal bouquet was absolutely gorgeous as were all of the flowers for our wedding reception. They accidentally sent the wrong flowers for the cake but even they were pretty so I have absolutely no complaints about that. I would recommend them to anyone considering using them for their wedding!

I alway wonder if the people that rate companies a "5" are actually telling the truth. So they couldnt find anything to critique. Well I pondered and still had to rate the Bowkay team a "5". They were awesome, I gave then concepts via pic and they created my bouquet along with all my bridal party flowers. They were beautiful. I missed the pickup time and they were flexible. When I picked the flowers, I wanted rose petals and they did it right then. I would recommend them to anyone. I loved my bouquet so much, that I'm preserving it in my freezer.

My husband and I were absolutely pleased with BowKay designs. Kristi was great to work with and she executed what I wanted down to the T. My bouquet ended up every prettier then I could have dreamed. She really listens to what you want and makes it better then you could ask for. We will absolutely not only be be referring people but will continue using BowKay designs for our next event.

I literally did not know what to expect until the day of my wedding because it is pretty costly to get an "example" bouquet and my budget didn't allow it but Bowkay Designs literally BLEW ME AWAY with their flower creations. I didn't even feel like I was getting married on the day of my wedding until these GORGEOUS flowers arrived. Katie and her staff were more than willing to meet multiple times to go over budget and flower ideas and I wAs just stunned at how amazing the final product was. The flowers for our wedding were so beautiful! The colors were vibrant. My bouquet was exactly as I had described. It had the variety of flowers, colors and textures I wanted. The boutinieres were very tasteful and different. Everyone took pictures of the flowers because they were so amazing. I would highly recommend BowKay Designs! Everyone was so helpful! My husband and I found Kathy's floral and event design on the knot. I am surprised she doesn't have very many reviews on wedding wire, but let me just tell you, what she did for us was awesome. We did a rustic burlap and lace kind of theme with flowers in mason jars and burlap runners. Kathy was awesome I went and met with her for a consultation, I told her what I wanted and what I wanted to spend and she said no problem. I didn't have a large budget for flowers and she acted like it was no problem and made three beautiful bouquets, 6 boutonnieres, three corsages and 30 32 oz. mason jars full of flowers. Everything was beautiful and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone. She has won my business and I will go to her for all future flower orders.

BowKay Designs did an amazing job on my wedding flowers!!! My bouquet was absolutely stunning (huge, with peonies, roses, orchids). I had two big arrangements near the alter and I had tall arrangements on my tables for the reception. I told them what my vision was and they perfected it! Every single thing turned out exactly like I wanted. My table arrangements were purple, pink, and white with crystals hanging off of them. I also used two beautiful crystal trees that they had. She let me use all the crystals she had! Everything was so original and exactly what I wanted. The value is AMAZING!! I gave her creative freedom and totally trusted her to make everything beautiful, and she did not disappoint! Especially you blingy brides out there--you've got to check them out!!

I REALLY loved all of my floral pieces from Bowkay! They all turned out beautiful. Unfortunately the night before my wedding I realized I was one short on a boutonnière leaving me to improvise on make shifting one. But all in all I was very happy with how they came out! All the girls were up to date on all the trendy flowers and arrangements.

I was so blown away by the amazing arrangements for our wedding! I could smell the lilies as soon as I walked in the venue. It all looked so perfect and elegant! The arrangements and candles filled the large room. Check out the pictures! Working with Kristi was awesome! She understood my vision and made it come together with only 2 meetings and a couple emails. They were there to set up before we arrived and cleaned up afterwards with no interaction needed.

They were really able to give us the creative "fall spin" to all of our flower arrangements. I loved their suggestions and ideas they brought to the table, but I also felt that they took our vision to a whole other level. As far as the day of, they delivered in a timely manor, got to work without bothering the bride with concerns, made our receptions look stunning, and even helped my husband attach his boutonniere . We absolutely would recommend them and look forward to using their services in the future.

I absolutely loved working with Kristi Allen. She was the bang for my buck and she delivers. Kristi made me feel like I was her priority and she checked in with me. My flowers were gorgeous. Some of my friends have them as Facebook profile pictures. When you go into her shop you get to see all the extras she has. I found her on my venues vendor list and it was a perfect match. She is very artistic and has so many things she can do. I let her be creative with my flower fillers and draping.

Kristi was very accommodating with my request for one bridal bouquet and one groom boutonniere with very short notice (I called her a week before my 10/10/2020 wedding). She asked me my preferences and offered to fill the bouquet for the price I was wanting.
On the day of, my MIL went to pick up and Krist had apparently put my name down for a different date, oops! But she fixed the problem by ensuring that our products were made and delivered to the groom's getting ready location within 1 hour.
Overall, the bouquet and boutonniere were beautiful and worth the price, especially with short notice and the one little hiccup.

I absolutely loved the bouquets and boutonnières from BowKay!! My mom and I were pretty disappointed with the way the mantle piece turned out though. It was definitely not what we had discussed in the meeting prior to the wedding, or at least not what we were expecting, and for the price we paid we were expecting it to be more.

If I could do it over again I would've shopped around some more before committing to BowKay Designs. The initial meeting went well and I made the mistake of just wanting to get it done with so I paid them the deposit and waited for my estimate. I had to call back twice for my estimate, the first time whoever answered the phone was less than professional and slammed the phone after telling me to call back in the morning and the second time she rushed me off the phone when they were supposed to have had my estimate the day before. I paid for a LARGE bouquet and got something that was average sized, it could've passed for a centerpiece. I would hate to see what a regular or small bouquet looks like. Overall, I was underwhelmed for how expensive their product was. The best part of the whole package were the flowers that went on my wedding cake.

Kathy was a great lady to work with and very sweet- the prices were not badly priced so I thought it would all work out wonderfully. Kathy and I went over exactly what I wanted and I thought we were both on the same page- unfortunately on the day the flowers were delivered they were not what we had discussed at all. I wanted the bridesmaids to carry all white bouquets and then my bouquet to be all teal and blues with a little bit of white flowers as fillers. Unfortunately she made alll the bouquets the exact same (mostly white flowers with a little bit of blue orchids scattered throughout the bouquets) and my bouquet was just a tad bit bigger than the bridesmaids... I was extremely upset when I saw them- but there was not alot I could do since the ceremony started in an hour.
