So lucky to have worked with Bow Tie!
We were SO lucky to have found Bow Tie. Our first call with Zack was the best first impression. Zack and the studio manager Lisa were very clear, professional and communicative. The engagement shoot offered provided the perfect chance to get to meet Zack before our wedding day, and it went seamlessly. We got married/had our engagement shoot in downtown St. Augustine, and it was clear that Zack knew the area, knew the perfect places for a great backdrop and lighting. We aren't big photos people but Zack made us feel comfortable from the beginning. The wedding day went by without an issue as well. We had video as well as photos, and Zack's assistants were incredible.
I cannot stress enough how many compliments we have gotten on our photos and the way they were taken/edited, capturing the most perfect moments that we didn't ever want to forget. We HIGHLY recommend the videography package, we have watched the full video a couple times and the highlight videos genuinely 100 times by now. The photographers were also very to the point and organized for post ceremony photos so we were never gone from the party too long (genuinely 30-45 minutes all together for the family/couple photos).
You will not regret working with Bow Tie!! Great people, quality work, and amazing value for the cost. Thank you so much for all your amazing work Zack, Lisa, and all :)

Zack and his team are truly amazing. First off, our engagement session with Zack was beautiful. I was worried about the gloomy Florida weather that day, but Zack assured us that we'd be fine - and we were, the engagement shots were BREATHTAKING. Now for wedding day, I could not have asked for a better team than Zack and his team. They are all the friendliest people, and make you feel so comfortable. Amazing from start to finish!!

As happy and excited as I was on my wedding day (4/8/2023), I had a few moments of holding back tears when looking at the 90% chance of rain coming at the same time as our outside ceremony & reception. Zack and his team met us at the airbnb where myself, 10 bridesmaids, mom and MIL were getting ready. We had about 10 minutes between the rain and it was GO TIME! He made sure we got every picture I wanted & more, including individual shots. He was extremely efficient while making us all laugh the whole time.
Thanks to Florida weather, we were able to do the ceremony outside. He honored my wishes of not wanting to do a first look, (even though that would've been the practical move) and he managed to take ALL family and bridal party pictures outside, followed by an overcast windy photoshoot on the beach with just my husband and I before it started pouring. The pictures turned out better than I every could have imagined, and everyone had an absolute blast taking them.
I am absolutely blown away at how fast their turnaround time was for preview pics, full gallery, 30 second highlight, highlight video, directors cut, and ceremony & reception video. Even more blown away at how AMAZING it all turned out!! If you're thinking about adding any of the above add-ons..DO IT!
Finally- shout out to Lisa, their studio manager. She's been so amazing to work with every step of the way. SO helpful and quick to respond to my many questions.

Videography team for our wedding day
Bow Tie Photo & Video did an INCREDIBLE job, better than I could have ever hoped for! I told them I wanted our video to be romantic and sweet but for it to end as a huge party and wow did they deliver!! Our highlight video is everything I wanted and more. I like what I saw of his work and after our consultation knew that's who I wanted to take charge of our videography and photography for our special day. Not only was Zack and his team a joy to be around but what they delivered was beyond expectation. I say this with with no sugar coating, as I am a global marketing and creative director... Amazing team and even better photos
Photo and video was the most important vendor for me personally. I looked through so many different websites to find the right fit and we knew we found the right team with Zack. He had a great attitude when we said we wanted to book him nearly 2 years in advance and put us at ease very early on. When our engagement shoot was rained out he was very responsive about rescheduling. When we did have our engagement shoot we got along so great with him that we honestly almost lost track of time. When the big day came around we were laughing and joking everything just felt so natural. We expected maybe 10 photos from our sneak peek and we ended up with so many more! We can't wait to see our full album and our video. Lisa was very gracious dealing with my constant emails and making sure everything was all set for the day of. Zack and his entire team made the day absolutely perfect.

The team at Bow Tie Photo & Video are absolutely wonderful! They were easy to get in contact with and offered an affordable quote.
It can be challenging to find the right balance of bang for your buck but these guys did amazing! Not only was the quality of the photos and video montage absolutely stunning but the processing time and quantity of edited photos we received back were incredibly impressive.
Zach and his team were fantastic on the day of the wedding with great prompting that helps even the most awkward of photo takers (my hubby and I) feel relaxed and have fun.

When hiring vendors, I knew photo/video was going to be the most important to me, so I spent many hours looking through vendor profiles and websites, making sure I made the best choice...and WOW DID I EVER!? If you are in the Central FL or St. Augustine area, please look no further than Bow Tie. They are professional, kind, incredibly talented, and overall some of the best in the business. Myself, my husband, all of our bridal party and wedding guests were very impressed by how comfortable the photographers made them feel while taking posed photos and also how invisible they became when the wedding and reception was happening so they did not interrupt the events. The photos we ended up with are absolutely stunning and we will cherish them forever. Thank you to Zack and the rest of the crew for capturing our day in such a beautiful and meaningful way and being so willing to work with us through the challenges of COVID rescheduling. The entire Bowtie team was incredible and made the wedding experience extremely memorable. They were very professional and came to the venue with the entire day laid out. We booked Zack for our destination beach wedding in the St. Augustine area. We did our research.. we wanted a photographer that was from the area - understood tides, timing, lighting and the landscape. Zack knew all of that and more!
From our initial phone call, he immediately had suggestions for unique photo locations aside from just the beach, gave his honest opinion on a second photographer and was super helpful in putting together the day's timeline.
On our wedding day, he made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera and gave great directions in how to pose making both portraits and candid photos look so flawless. We hired Zack for our very small wedding on August 16th, and we are so glad we did. He did an excellent job with our pictures and had great locations picked out on where to take pictures at. Zack sent us our edited pictures only a couple of days after we got married and they're absolutely stunning. Absolutely stunning photos and video!!
Zack and his team were fantastic! Our pictures turned out beautifully. It was nice that he has several people on his team so they can take pictures/video in multiple places at once, for example while the bride/bridesmaids are getting ready and at the same time as the groom/groomsmen are getting ready. I would also highly recommend getting him to do a highlight video. There is something so special about reliving the day through video that just isn't captured by photos. Overall would highly recommend!!

Stunning Wedding Day Photos
There's a lot of deliberation that comes with selecting a wedding day photographer. I spent way too much time trying to narrow down my options, especially since I was an out-of-town bride and couldn't meet with vendors in person. If you're in this boat, let me make it easy for you, quit searching and book with Bow Tie Photo and Video!
We are so blessed to have found Bow Tie Photo and could not be happier with the photos that Zack provided us with, both for our wedding day shoot and our engagement shoot as well. Zack and his team are exceptionally talented. They took beautiful, creative shots that my now-husband and I will be able to enjoy for years to come! Zack and his team work incredibly well together - they keep things fun and lighthearted and they make you feel at ease! They are flexible and adapt to your needs. I mean, we were actually able to take a drone shot of all 180 guests (something that our venue coordinator thought couldn't be done). You can tell just by talking to them that they are passionate about photo and video, and that they are fully committed to making your photos and videos everything you want them to be. Our photography and videography package ended up being 11 hours long - Zack actually added on 30 extra minutes just so that we would have more time to take getting ready shots. This was very kind and thoughtful of him to do, and we sincerely appreciated that he went above and beyond for us. Thank you, Bow Tie Photo and Video, for making our wedding day such a success!

Awesome people, photographers, and videographers!
Excellent work from our engagement photos to wedding photos and to our amazing highlight video. Zach, Tyler, and Zane were all so wonderful to work with throughout the entire process. They were very skilled and professional but also very easy to get along with and made everything lots of fun. I really appreciated the attention to detail before filming of what to expect that day from where they would be positioned while I was walking down the aisle to planning ahead and asking for a list of photos I wanted to get with groups of family members for our formals. Their creative touch and expertise has provided us with a beautiful variety of photos and video footage that we will treasure for years to come. We will definitely be working with Bow Tie Photo again in the future for maternity shoots and family photos!

The absolute BEST vendor we hired!
Zack and his team blew my expectations out of the water. After everything has been said and done, I have one piece of advice for all engaged couples: the photographer and videographer are your MOST important vendor. Bow Tie Photos were price-efficient, but delivered a better end product than anyone. We will forever cherish our photos and video. Not only will we adore the photos/video for the rest of our lives, but the cost was unbelievable considering the infinite value. Plus, they are a joy to work with. We were blown away by Zach and Bow Tie Photography. From the moment I emailed him to inquire about him shooting our wedding he made everything so easy. He was a fast responder through our entire time from booking until our wedding day was over which I really appreciated as a bride. On our wedding day he made everything feel so smooth. He was there with us all day so it was a plus that he was fun to hang out with. He was so great at guiding us in poses and finding the best shot. We are OBSESSED with our wedding photos. He captured every moment we had on our shot list plus so many more. Zach was so calm and prepared so that we never felt pressured or panicked, even though we were running behind schedule some of the day. I would recommend Bow Tie Photography to anyone!

Zack and Bow tie photo were a complete joy to work with.
We first met Zack through our videographer, Ryan Geldermann, who was so trusting of Zacks artistic vision that he partnered with Bow tie Photo exclusively in 2018. Although Ryan’s wife got pregnant and was due on the same day of our wedding (!!) causing us to transition videographers, we stayed with Zack, already having seen the beautiful engagement photos he captured for us.
Is it possible that someone can be a meticulously organized and commanding photographer for group shots, but a practically invisible and chill presence for more private moments? It is with Zack and his team. Zack got photos done quickly and efficiently, giving us more time to enjoy our day - and for him to capture the priceless unposed moments. Everyone told me that the photographer is the most important vendor you will hire; it is true! I am so happy with our decision to choose Zack and the Bow tie photo team. Even though it was raining and we could not take photos outside, the quality of our images was not compromised whatsoever.
The Bow tie team captured hundred of beautiful formally posed and candid moments, plus coordinated with our new video vendor, Shutter and Sound, beautifully and seamlessly.

Worth every damn penny. Zack is an amazing photographer - he also works really well with his other shooters!
Zack offers different packages at different price points. For a large group like ours, we went with two shooters for 9 hours. This package also included a complimentary engagement photoshoot. DEFINITELY well worth what we paid for!
Zack knows how to position people, which is quite important for photoshoots. His editing of the photos are very clean. I was very picky looking for photographers and the style of how he shoots was definitely eye-catching!
Zack is also very cool and laid back. Responds well to communication!
Highly recommend Bow Tie Photo for your wedding. They also just started doing videography, which is a super plus!!!

We could not be happier with the entire experience of working with Zack and his team! He was quick with responses and really wanted to capture every moment of our big day! I was at first apprehensive of the same day edit, not understanding how he could possibly get it done by the end of the night. Excellent videographer!
My wedding was on 10/26 and 10/27 (I had a Cambodian wedding and a “white dress” wedding) and Zach did an EXCELLENT job with videography for both! He has a ton of experience and even if I couldn’t always tell what he was going for, it all came together in the video and looked amazing! He even did a same-day edit and showed the video at the end of my reception, which was especially impressive because we did the garter/bouquet toss literally 5-10 minutes before he showed the video and it STILL made it into the video! I highly recommend Zach and his Bow Tie Photo team - they’re all extremely talented and fun to work with and I will absolutely book them again for any future videos!

Where do I even begin?! Zack was absolutely amazing to work with from Day 1. In the beginning we facetimed two different photographers, and we knew once we got off the phone with Zack that he was going to be the perfect match for our special day. He was very accommodating when my fiancé got sick with food poisoning the day he was coming to us for our engagement photo shoot...thankfully we were able to fit in a shoot in St. Augustine. We vibed right away during the engagement shoot and the pictures turned out absolutely incredible!! And then came the wedding, and Zack was there to calm me down and help plan the vintage truck I surprised my husband with for our first look photos. The final product of photos are amazing, so much that I have too many favorites to choose from! I would pick Bow Tie Photo over and over again, I wouldn't of had it any other way! I cannot say it enough...pick amazing vendors, they will make your wedding (especially if you feed Zack some cold brew)!

I wish I could rate Zack higher because he is truly amazing! He was recommended to us by our videographer, Ryan Gledermann, and I am so happy we chose to move forward with him. He took our engagement photos and our wedding photos. The photos speak for themselves and Zack has a great eye for detail! On wedding day while I was trying to get ready Zack was cool as a cucumber and so laid back. He brought this wonderful calmness around and it felt like he wasn't even there. We had a photo list that we had sent him but when we were done with photos he was happy to move on too. He went above and beyond expectations and we couldn't have hoped for more on our wedding day. Everything I’d hoped for in an engagement session and more! We had so much fun with Zack in Palm Coast and St. Augustine and he made everything effortless on my part. I was so impressed with how he used the sun peeking through the trees to create perfect lighting and was able to efficiently switch from stunning portraits in the park to artistic shots that captured us in the sun and shadows of a gorgeous building in town. I have a fiancé who typically makes a funny face when I try to take his picture, and Zack made him look like a model (it’s magic!). As someone who has never really been professionally photographed before, I appreciated the skill with which Zack directed us to make our ‘poses’ look natural and beautiful. If I had it all to do again, I’d do it exactly the same. Zack was professional, took the most AMAZING photos, and had us laughing all morning!

Tyson is excellent. My wife and I have hired several DJ’s for our children’s weddings over the last few years. Tyson is very professional and experienced as a wedding DJ. He knew how to get the party started without being the center of attention. He made the the center of attention the bride and groom. He provided sound for the marriage ceremony. There was not one negotiate sound issue. He also provided DJ services for the reception. Excellent choice of dance music and volume balance was appropriate for each section of the event, toasts, 1st dance and group dancing.

We hired Bow Tie Photo for both our engagement photos and our wedding day. Words can't fully describe how amazing the experience has been from start to finish. Folks, if you need someone to capture a moment as precious as any special day, Zack is THE person for the job. The quality of the engagement and wedding photos were amazing! In each photo you can see the care and attention Zack put into the composition of each shot. Pricing was never a point of friction. All questions were handled professionally and Zack did a good job in making the payments easy. Zack was flexible and attentive during both the engagement and wedding photos. There were a couple of curveballs because we had planned to have our wedding photos taken outside (e.g. unexpected torrential downpour of rain), but Zack was alerted and adapted to a changed setting. The shots were beautifully captured that made the weather appear to be on purpose! His skill as a photographer and also for the care he put into making our wedding photo shoot made our day a truly delightful experience. Bow Tie Photo made us feel comfortable and natural in front of the lens. Most importantly, his work was absolutely stunning and we received overwhelming compliments for the photos he had taken for us. Zack is AMAZING. He is incredibly professional, efficient, and makes the whole process a lot of fun. The photos he took, both engagement and wedding, are stunning. We keep getting questions about who are photographer is and I couldn't be happier to point them in Zack's direction. His knowledge of lighting made for some of the most incredible park portraits. You would not even be able to tell that there were a ton of people milling about that day - he removes them so neatly from pictures. Choosing Zack as our wedding photographer was by far best decision we made in our wedding planning. He is truly unique at his craft and really took the time to work with us and make sure we understood how the day would go. He made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera. He had such great ideas for different locations and when/where the light would be good and was always on top of our timeline. Zack of Bow Tie Photo is a long time family friend, which can sometimes get complicated with hiring for work, especially for your wedding day. However, we are pleased to say that we cannot be happier with photos Zack and his team captured on our wedding day. Photography was the most important component to our wedding to me. It sounds cliché, but it’s entirely true that after the wedding all you have are the memories and the photos and video to relive it.
Our wedding day schedule was a bit complicated and it required Zack and all of our vendors to stay right on track in order to make everything run smooth. We were seriously impressed with how well Zack stuck to our timeline as well as being flexible for on the fly changes and was still able to exceed our photography expectations. Zack did a great job with taking our “candid portraits” that he talked to us in depth about prior to our wedding while also getting lots of organic moments throughout the day of our families and friends. One of our favorite parts is that Zack edits and delivers a ton (literally a ton) of photos and we have the image rights to print, share, make albums on our own, using any image we want. We will recommend him to everyone we know getting married, his ease and professionalism the day of combined with the quality of his work is unmatched!

Not only were his photos STUNNING, they captured the energy of my husband and I's relationship perfectly- something I think is a rare talent in a photographer. Working with Zack was an stress-free, great experience- he was open to any and every idea I had and his number one goal was to make me happy- which he absolutely did! There are truly no words to describe how grateful we are that Zack was our photographer for our wedding. I have been trying to write a review worthy of the service he provided to us for hours and it’s impossible because he was that spectacular.
Zack and I spoke a few time prior to the wedding and he was always on top of his game, even when he was driving he remembered details about the wedding and was able to talk me through some of his ideas on to make our wedding unique and capture the right lighting at the right times.
When Zack and his second shooter, Tyler, showed up, they were early and came with a plan (even though he had never shot at our locations before, you would have never known, he is an expert). Going back and forth from the bridesmaids to the groomsman, he was always in motion and always taking pictures, I know he got some amazing candids. He even helped my husband and the Groomsman put on their boutonnieres (shocker, the guys were clueless). Tyler was great, he definitely has an eye for detail and sees things that he changes to make the photos that much better.
Zack did whatever it took to get the best shot with the right lighting. At one point he was laying down on his stomach, in dirt and dust to capture a photo without buildings in the background.
Not only did Zack go above and beyond the call of duty with his photography skills but they were both a pleasure to be around and made the evening even more special by not only capturing our favorite night but through their personality as well. I had multiple people approach me and tell me how wonderful they were and that they couldn't not wait to see the pictures as Zack had shown them 'sneak peaks' on his camera - which they LOVED!
I would work with Zack again without hesitation. If you are looking for a photographer who will capture your vision with unmatched quality, Zack is your guy.

We could not be happier with our decision to hire Zack as our wedding photographer! From the second he arrived, we could tell he had his day-of strategy down to a perfect science and that there were going to be so many gorgeous pictures!
He was so friendly and helpful (I definitely asked for his advice on non-photography-related matters multiple times), and made posing feel natural and easy. His personal style shines through, and he made us feel like he was capturing us on our wedding day in the ways that we looked best. Zack was communicative throughout the day about his ideas, and some of our favorite pictures were the beautiful nighttime shots that we took outside during the reception.
On a few occasions throughout the day I was nervous about staying on track with the day-of timeline, but Zack did an excellent job orchestrating all the large group photos quickly and efficiently and keeping the day on track. He was always organized and one step
ahead, which truly took so much stress off of us on our big day. We were so excited to look through the teaser photos Zack sent over just a week later, and know that the rest of the photos are going to be just as beautiful!
We can’t thank Zack enough for capturing our wedding day so perfectly, and would highly recommend Bow Tie Photo!

5 stars doesn't even begin to explain how grateful I am that Zack was my photographer at my wedding in Washington DC. He was extremely patient and knowledgeable always keeping the bridal party on schedule. Even though the ceremony started late, he managed to get all the photos with family that I wanted in the 15 minutes that we were allotted! He was very responsive prior to the wedding and even coordinated with my transportation, videographer, and event coordinator to ensure that everything ran smoothly. When we were in D.C. Zack knew exactly where to go/what to do especially when it came to making sure my dress, veil, and flowers were perfectly placed. Having Zack at my big day prevented a lot of stress. I truly cannot thank him enough for how special he made my day. Highly recommend Zack for any event or milestone that you want captured beautifully.

Zack was so awesome to work with!! My original photographer quit on my wedding 30 days out from my wedding. I heard about Zack from one of my friends who had him as their wedding photographer and his pictures of their wedding were so beautiful. I immediatrly reached out to Zack to see if he was available for my wedding. He responded very quickly and luckily he was still available for my wedding date. When I met with Zack, I immediately knew that he would be perfect to be my photographer. He went over what to expect from him as a photographer and the day of timeline for the photography. He also asked me to make a shot list for him to make sure that I got all the photos that I wanted. On the wedding day, Zack arrived early and he was ready to start taking pictures right away! He was very professional and easy to work with and he was even patient during the family pictures when some of my family kept going back into cocktail hour when they were supposed to be taking pictures. While taking pictures, Zack would give us directions on what to do and how to pose which is what my husband and I needed because otherwise we wouldn't know what to do! One week after my wedding I received about two dozen teaser pictures that were all edited and they were all so amazing!! I am confident that Zack was able to capture every aspect of my wedding and I cannot wait to see the rest of the pictures! I would definitely recommend Bow Tie Photo to anyone!

We came across Zack and Bow Tie Photo at a wedding expo in V.A. His personality along with quality of pictures had us feeling at ease and we booked with him the same day! Our engagement pictures were everything we could ask for! We liked that they were candid and he guided us with what to do to ensure amazing pictures. We had such a wonderful time we knew our wedding photos were going to be even better. In April we got married and were ecstatic to work with Zack and his team again. He was everything we wanted in a photographer. He asked many questions prior to the big day to make sure the wedding day would be smooth! Zack even pulled us during our reception to take a five minute break so that we could breathe. Throughout the night Zack also pulled us to show us pictures from the reception! We now have a wonderful website and have been able to share it with out family. The only problem is we have to narrow our 1,100 wonderful pictures down so that we can create a wedding album! We highly recommend Bow Tie Photo and we hope to be able to use him in the future :)

Zack is the most brilliant, talented photographer I've ever seen. If you think his work is amazing from just looking at what he has posted on his website, wait until you see yourself in his photos. He somehow brings out the beauty and elation of your wedding day in them. When I saw mine, I literally gasped - they were magical, breathtaking. I posted them on my social accounts and I have never got so many likes in my life: everybody said they were absolutely stunning. I wish I could have him follow me around all the time so he could take photos of my life. :-)

Zach is such a great photographer! Our wedding pictures turned out amazing; we keep getting compliments from family and friends about how beautiful they are. He was really easy to work with the months prior to our wedding. He was very responsive to emails and we even got on the phone with him a couple of times to discuss wedding details. On our big day, he was able to find a sweet, beautiful spot right behind the venue where we got both our first look and married couple portraits taken. Throughout the day, Zach was able to capture unique moments that we will treasure in our hearts for the rest of our lives. We were so lucky to have him as our photographer. My wife and I highly recommend Bow Tie Photo!

We found Zack at a wedding expo and fell in love with his work right then and there. He answered all of our questions and was incredibly easy and fun to work with. I love that Zack not only captures every important moment of the day but takes the time to capture every detail put into the wedding as well. I know for my wedding I put a lot of work into my decor and details and it is so fun to look back through my pictures and see all the small details. Zack and his team are amazing and we were so impressed with our photos. We will treasure them always. Thank you to Zack and his team for going above and beyond. Our wedding day was perfect.

I found Zack by MIRACLE. We had our wedding photographer lined up, however the deal fell through because of the lack of contract protection. I found Zack on FB and decided to contact immediately. After talking on the phone, my husband and I decided to hire him to capture our wedding day. After receiving some teasers, I was amazed by his raw talent. The pictures beautifully captured our happiness. I cannot wait to receive the rest. Second, our guests and family members respected his level of professionalism and patience. Zack is definitely someone you should hire based solely on the fact that he is patient with the bride and groom, especially this fickle bride! He did an outstanding job. I used Bow Tie Photo for our October 21, 2017 wedding. Zack was cheerful and engaging at every encounter. He answered our emails quickly and was always thorough in answering our questions. When we did our engagement shoot with him, I knew we had found the right photographer. He gave us clear but not pushy directions, he helped us be comfortable in sometimes awkward poses, and he seemed genuinely happy to be capturing our happiness. Those engagement pictures turned out AMAZING to say the least.
On the day of our wedding, Zack arrived early with his second shooter and wasted no time in capturing wedding moments. Again, his easy manner and good-natured personality made posing for pictures with him a breeze. Zack and his team took pictures without being intrusive. You hardly noticed their presence which I’m sure will make the pictures more relaxed and fun looking. About 3 days after our wedding, he sent us a few teaser photos of our wedding day, and we were BLOWN AWAY by how GORGEOUS they were. Mind you these were only a sampling of our full pictures, and I could not believe how ridiculously good they were. Zack has amazing talent, he never gets flustered, and makes the whole process of picture taking stress free. You can whole heartedly trust Zack with your wedding day photos. He will not disappoint!

We ended up finding Zach and his team at a wedding expo. From the moment we started chatting with Zach and viewing his portfolio we knew he would be the right choice for us. The whole process was fantastic. Zach made communication very easy from facetime to emails. He answered all our questions and made sure we were comfortable with pricing and understanding all the services. The day of Zach and his team set up the photo booth (the guests were in LOVE with it). We never felt like we were being pulled away from the party to go take photos. There are a perfect mix of candid and staged shots, which is just what we wanted. The final photos are amazing! We love them all and cannot thank Bow Tie enough for the professionalism and caring nature. We would recommend this company to anyone!

I've worked with Zack as a bride before (and he did an INCREDIBLE job!!!), but never as a vendor (I'm a wedding planner). I had the opportunity to do so a few weeks ago when we hired Bow Tie Photo to run our live action photo booth at the Honeybook Launch Party in Washington D.C. To say Zack and his team exceeded our expectations is a gross understatement! Not only did he bring some incredible gear and props, he made everyone feel so comfortable (because let's be honest, posing in front of a camera is a little more difficult than doing so in a dark photo booth). The live action photo booth was such a huge hit at our event and we cannot WAIT to hire him again!

Zack was amazing! We needed to find a new photographer last minute and he was so responsive to my emails and calls and met up with my husband and I very quickly. The second we met him, we knew he would be perfect. He gave us awesome ideas for our shoot and took the time to get to know us. At our wedding he showed up ready to go and we had a blast. He let Justin and I be ourselves but also gave us the direction we needed. During the ceremony he got close up shots and I never even noticed that he was around, he was very discreet and not intrusive. His team was a joy to work with, we had a lot of fun with them. I recommend Bow Tie to anyone, you will not be disappointed. The photos are amazing and we are so happy that we chose Zack. He even gave us some teaser photos 2 days after the wedding! He and his assistant Morgan were very professional and friendly; they captured every important moment of our big day from beginning to end. Zack even got aerial footage with a flying drone! Even better still, Zack was uploaded some of our wedding pictures to his Instagram page as the wedding was going on - so we got to see them that evening! He also does uplighting, which customized the look of our ballroom with our wedding colors. So cool.

We love Zack and the rest of the Bow Tie Photo gang! We most recently took our engagement pictures and after receiving them, we were completely in love! Zack is very good with providing directives as well as incorporating fun into the experience! We couldn't believe how fast our engagement session flew by! Zack is always professional, and has amazing results. We could not have asked for a better photographer! Our reception venue looked completely transformed because of his keen eye for lighting. Our engagement pictures were incredible, and all of our guests and friends loved them. During our wedding, Zack and his 2nd shooter were fantastic. They catered to any crazy idea we had for pictures, and their creativity was limitless. We even snuck out of the reception to get sunset photos out by the water. We met Zack at one of the Baltimore bridal expo events. After considering all the photographers we met and talking to most of them, Zack both fit perfectly in our price range and has the best personality of any of the photographers we met. The whole process of working with Zack before the wedding to plan was smooth and pleasant. He worked with us to schedule phone and skype chats around our busy pre-wedding schedule. And on the day of the wedding Zack and his assistant were both awesome at explaining what we and our families should do to pose for the photos. We truly can't recommend Bow Tie Photo enough!

Where can I even begin with Bow Tie Photo? Should I start at our first meeting, in a Panera Bread, where owner and head photog Zack Glenn spent 2 hours answering all of my pesky questions and filled my brain with so many cute and creative wedding ideas? Or should I start with our engagement shoots, where Zack and his assistant patiently followed us around Baltimore and Pennsylvania, taking THE most gorgeous shots of us and our puppy? Or how about our wedding day, when Zack and his incredible second shooter, Joey, brought our vision to life with GORGEOUS uplighting, the MOST epic photo booth, and not to mention, over 10k pictures?! Yeah, not really sure where to start.
Zack and his team have been so incredibly amazing since day one. We’ve worked with them for over a year and a half now and they’ve been nothing but helpful, accommodating, and inspiring this entire time. Zack’s fun personality has brought out our best smiles and his openness to shot ideas has made our role super fun. He is so incredibly creative and patient, always taking just one more shot when we asked for it. On our wedding day, he stuck with us through scorching heat and humidity and then a downpour, capturing THE most beautiful images we’ve ever seen. While his style focuses on getting those epic candid shots, his portraits are out of this world. In all the times we’ve worked with him, we’ve never felt like he was under equipped or under staffed. It’s as if any moment I needed him, he was there without me having to ask. He and his team managed to set up 60+ uplights, a 10x10 photo booth (which our guests were RAVING about), AND take detail shots all before our ceremony even began. He and his second shooter captured the most precious moments while my groom and I were getting ready and some of the most hilarious reception pictures you’d ever want to see. We cannot wait to use Bow Tie Photo again for our next event, especially at their insanely good prices. Trust us, they are the entire package.

My wife and I were particularly impressed with the a la carte options we had when deciding what we wanted to order so were easily able to work with Zack to identify an agreement in our price range.

I was very impressed with Zak -- his work ethic, the results, his ideas. Great stuff! Zak worked his butt off in this photo shoot, was friendly, fun and built an immediate rapport with my daughter. She had a blast as Zak and his helper made her feel very comfortable and confident. We used Bowtie for both our engagement shoot and wedding and could not have asked for a better photographer! This team is so fun to work with and open to all sorts of new ideas to make the client happy. One of the things I was most worried about for the wedding was taking too much time taking pictures and not being able to enjoy the day but this team was super efficient and made sure we had plenty of time to spend with our guests. Zack and the Bow Tie team were a pleasure to work with! They were easy going, professional and very reasonably priced for the service they provided. The pictures turned out wonderful with a fun mix of traditional and creative/artistic shots.

Zack at Bow Tie Photo is the best photographer I have ever worked with! We worked with Zack for our newborn photo shoot. I also actually manage events professionally and work with a lot of photographers, and Zack is, hands-down, the best photographer that I have ever worked with. The photos are so artistic and, even when we are posing, the photos never look contrived. He took the time to ask questions to understand the style I was looking for, and he executed flawlessly. He is incredibly flexible and easy to work with. For those who are a little more camera shy, he really puts you at ease and coaches you through the process, which my husband and I needed! I highly recommend him for weddings, engagement shoots and, of course, new baby photo shoots! He can do it all, really!

Bow Tie Photo is the complete package! Zack is so amazing to work with! His assistants are equally amazing and it's great that you can get uplighting and cinematography all in one place. You can't get better quality for the price! Zack took the time to visit the venue beforehand, got to know my fiance and I as a couple, and was open to my ideas. The 2 sneak peek photos he sent the day after the wedding are amazing, and we know the rest will be awesome as well. No one else guarantees you all the rights to the photos and so many edited photos for this price. Highly recommend to everyone! You won't be disappointed!

Bow Tie Photo was the best choice we made for our wedding! When we first talked to Zack about our wedding I felt confident and relieved that we would have an amazing experience. I was 100% comfortable working w/ BTP. I'm pleased b/c we chose to put most of our budget towards our photos. Zack is extremely easy to talk to and bounce ideas off of. BTP took so much stress off of the planning process by being flexible when setting up meetings and Zack would send me any materials I needed via email right away. BTP was extremely flexible, personal, and open to ideas. They are beyond professional and I thoroughly enjoyed working with them! On our wedding day, BTP were there making sure that my husband and I were comfortable (not just from a photography aspect!) My only wish is that the BTP crew could've been GUESTS! We did an engagement shoot with BTP and we loved every single one of the photos that we wound up using a collage style Save the Date card with 4 photos on it because we couldn't pick just 1. We are still receiving compliments on the cards! *~*~ALSO*~*~ Bow Tie Photo provides lighting that made our wedding photos look INCREDIBLE! The lights made everything in the venue pop, and they made every detail of my gown sparkle! I was ready to spend whatever was necessary on photography, and I was pleasantly surprised when Bow Tie Photo did not break the bank! From the pre wedding plans to the big day to the post wedding procedures, I can honestly say that Bow Tie Photo has been out of this world to work with. They are extremely professional and organized, yet I always looked forward to meeting with Zack and/or Lauren to plan. I felt a big weight lifted off my shoulders when I chose Bow Tie Photo to photograph our wedding. I absolutely love our photos from Bow Tie and I would recommend them to my closest friends and family!

Bow Tie Photo was the exact kind of photographer we needed for our occasion. We had a very large engagement party and the photographer was able to capture every detail. He even bought and set up uplighting to make the room pop more. Though our party was extremely involved and we wanted the photographer to capture every detail, he even made time to take me and my fiancé outside privately to take pictures around the neighborhood. He was patient and attentive to our every request. I would highly recommend Bow Tie Photo.

ZSG Photography did an incredible job on our photos and we could not be happier with the product. Zack was incredibly professional, on time, and really knew his stuff. He thought of ideas for pictures that we never could have come up with on our own and got those magical shots that really capture the moment and the emotions of the moment. Just as important, Zack was always available for communication leading up to the event, so by the day of the event, it was like he had known us for years, which made the photos that much better. His professionalism and preparation really took stress away from us on our special day and made us confident in the product that would result. All in all, working with ZSG Photography was a great experience, and if we were doing it all over again, we would definitely choose ZGS Photography again!

We used ZSG Photography for our engagement photoshoot in Baltimore, MD. Reasonable prices, fast service, and incredible shots. We loved Zack's creativity on the shoot and everyone always gushes over our pictures.

It was a great pleasure working with Zack & Lauren Glenn. I worked as a makeup artist on a photo shoot in December 2012. They both kept it professional but also fun. Zack & Lauren make an awesome team that produces awesome results. ZSG Photography is highly recommended.
