  Saved my wedding day

  Boulder Custom Tailoring has been helping me with my day to day clothes for a while, but I never thought to bring them my wedding dress until the bridal shop botched the tailoring on my gown (TWO WEEKS BEFORE MY WEDDING). I called BCT sobbing not knowing where else to turn and they got me in on a day they’re normally closed to rush the fixes on my dress. Not only were they finished with the gown in record time, but the corrections were perfect and beyond my expectations. I tell all of my newly engaged friends to never trust the bridal shop and just come to my tailor now!

  Thought I had my wedding dress option under tabs...but at the last minute I found my dream dress. And it needed to be hemmed with only four days to the wedding! These awesome guys did a fabulous job with time to spare. I will gladly take any more tailoring to them that I need. Excellent work! Personable, professional, and the price was reasonable.

  Not professional

  This guy is NOT professional AT ALL! I went here to get specific measurements needed for my wedding dress. I didn’t know what to expect but I thought a woman would at least be the one taking them and maybe in a back room. He had me standing in the middle of the store in my bra, and at one point asked me to show him where my nipples were for a measurement that was not even needed. During this, a girl came in to pick something up and he was frantic trying to find it and explain to her it wasn’t there and to go look through the racks herself.   This guy is NOT professional AT ALL! I went here to get specific measurements needed for my wedding dress. I didn’t know what to expect but I thought a woman would at least be the one taking them and maybe in a back room. He had me standing in the middle of the store in my bra, and at one point asked me to show him where my nipples were for a measurement that was not even needed. During this, a girl came in to pick something up and he was frantic trying to find it and explain to her it wasn’t there and to go look through the racks herself. All around extremely unprofessional, and uncomfortable. In the end the dress company informed me that several of the measurements could not possibly be right and that I needed to get them retaken. I went somewhere else and got the correct measurements, and when called to speak with a manager and explain why I felt I should get a refund, the ”manager” was the same guy. He was very rude to me about the entire thing and proceeded to tell me I wasted HIS time and that he would not refund me or do anything to make it right. Not impressed by anything having to do with this company.
