Our wedding at the Bottleworks Hotel was a dream come true! We couldn't have asked for a better experience. The venue is beautiful and required very little decor. It's so unique and very photogenic, we took pictures in several spots around the hotel and our photos turned out amazing! The Bottleworks team was fantastic and very communicative throughout the entire process. They answered all of our questions and put us at ease. Our guests loved the venue, the food, and had so much fun! -

I had a small wedding at bottleworks in november 2025. We used the Lab for a small ceremony, then the room was flipped while we took group photos outside for a cocktail hour with an ice cream bar, passed apps, and a consumption bar. The event staff was incredibly kind and helpful! The food was great!Bottleworks Hotel's reply:

Maddie Burgher and the entire Bottleworks team went above and beyond to make our wedding truly special and it absolutely was. Maddie was dependable, calm, and incredibly informative throughout the entire process, which made everything feel smooth and stress-free. The day itself was magical, and the food was outstanding.
The hotel rooms were clean and beautifully appointed, and the entire property smelled amazing. Every staff member we encountered was warm and welcoming. The food service was remarkable from start to finish. There are truly no complaints to be made about Bottleworks — everything exceeded our expectations. -

I can not recommend the Bottleworks hotel enough. The team made us feel so special and supported every single step of the way. Wedding planning can be so overwhelming, but Maddie, our event coordinator, eased so much stress. She was so knowledgeable, connected us to other vendors as needed, gave suggestions for what fist the space best, etc. The entire staff at the hotel made the weekend one to remember from start to finish! -

We had the most amazing wedding at The Bottleworks Hotel! The venue was wonderful -- we particularly loved taking pictures on the historic staircase and having our cocktail set-up in the mixing lab. All of the staff went above and beyond. From planning, to tasting, to set-up, to all of the support on the day, everything was PERFECT. Our guests are still talking about how fabulous the food was, and how much fun they had at the wedding. -

Bottleworks Hotel was a the perfect venue for our intimate wedding! Maddie helped us tons when we decided 6 weeks before our day that we wanted to have a ceremony with family instead of privately. Quickly and seamlessly, we booked a venue room, chose our food options, met on site to talk through details, and hosted 45 guests just weeks later. The hotel is stunning and the staff are super helpful. I highly recommend! -

We were one of the first weddings at Bottleworks and it was absolutely perfect!
My husband and I were married at Bottleworks last fall and I cannot recommend it enough! Great location, stunning architecture, intimate event spaces, incredible food and beverage options and the best hotel rooms in the city! It was my dream venue and everyone on the events team made my day so special and easy. Bottleworks did everything they could to make the entire process seamless. You won’t regret having your wedding here! -

White Glove Service
My (now) husband and I knew that the Bottleworks location would be the site of our wedding celebrations the moment we got engaged. We were having an overnight at the hotel the weekend they opened, and it was white-glove service/experience for our simple stay. From there we could only imagine the experience our guests would have celebrating our marriage. We immediately reserved our date and started to plan.
The hotel management and staff did a great job keeping our details on file and keeping everyone informed of our vision as they built their wedding coordinating dream team. When we met the wedding coordinator for one of our first tours and sit downs, I felt like I was hanging out with one of my best friends/bridesmaids planning and designing this monumental day! It was so personable, insightful, and helpful. She presented all of our great options for layout, event space choices, back-up plans, meal options, & vendors; you name it she thought of it! One of my favorite elements when working with the Bottleworks team for our wedding was the customization. I wanted something different than the traditional timeline wedding receptions often provide, and they catered to my vision. There are certain boundaries that have to put in place for safety and legal purposes, but it felt limitless and the answer was practically always,“yes,” to what I asked for and needed.
When it came time for our menu tasting, we were met again with white-glove service. The chef and staff displayed and presented the food, paired the wines, and asked for honest feedback to perfect our menu. Chef made some tweaks and changes for us that we didn’t see possible. How cool that they would be innovative and flexible with their provisions to cater to our desires! See what I mean when I talk about service!
All of the planning was concise, professional, fun, and creative!! I can appreciate how easily they worked with all of our vendors, especially the loading and unloading day of. The wedding events ran smoothly and they were accommodating to our guests most importantly. The wedding event attendees all marveled at the design and style of the hotel but spoke often of the amazing service. We didn’t have to spend extra money on decorations for the space because Bottleworks is going to dazzle people all by itself, if you haven’t been convinced of that yet. We truly were sad when the planning was over because we absolutely loved having the team at a Bottleworks along side us for every detail of that weekend. Best. Day. Ever! -

We loved working with the events team at Bottleworks for our wedding because they completely understood our desire to have a unique party. We were already legally married by the time we had the party (thanks, COVID) and we were able to really create a special ceremony and party to celebrate with our family and friends.
if you have out-of-town guests, this is THE spot in Indy to have a wedding. The hotel is gorgeous and located in a perfect area with restaurants, activities, lounges, shopping, etc. It's a one-stop-shop for everyone and our guests absolutely loved the location. -

We had a gorgeous November wedding at the hotel. Almost all our guests stayed on-site for the weekend and it was sooooo fun. The Bottleworks campus is a must with TONS to do for everyone, all in a very short walking distance.
The event spaces were gorgeous, well maintained, and made for amazing pictures and video. We had such a good time working with our event coordinator, and she made everything a breeze, especially since we did not have a wedding planner or day-of coordinator.
The food was spectacular - truly twelve steps above typical event food.
The hotel rooms were gorgeous and the staff did a great job spoiling us. 10/10 this is the best spot in Indy to throw a party! -

Bottleworks Hotel was a great wedding vendor! Overall, we had an amazing experience. The venue itself was gorgeous and perfect for our smaller wedding - the details were immaculate and we could not have been happier with the details. The serving staff were so helpful and kind.
We did have some communication issues with the venue itself; but they were in the process of switching over to a new coordinator at that time so that could have been part of the difficulties we had. There were also some communication issues regarding budget/cost that were frustrating which is the only thing that is preventing me from rating 5 stars.
