We couldn't have asked for a better bartending team! From the moment our guests arrived at The White Barn, they were greeted with a stunning champagne pour that set such an elegant and welcoming tone for the rest of the evening. It looked absolutely beautiful and was a huge hit right out of the gate.
The team was incredible to work with throughout the entire night. We received so many compliments from our guests about how friendly and fast the bartenders were—there was never a long wait, and the energy at the bar was great. A huge perk for us was the wine service they provided during dinner. It made the meal feel so much more elevated and ensured our guests were well-taken care of without having to leave their tables.
If you want a team that is professional, attentive, and adds those special touches that make a wedding feel truly high-end, I highly recommend them! -

Long overdue review but Anissa and her team were amazing for our wedding. Anissa was super accommodating during the pandemic when we had to postpone our wedding and when our wedding finally came around she was so helpful. She made all my stress go away when we had the meet up 30 days before the wedding and took care of coordinating all of our vendors. The day of was seamless and she paid attention to all the details we asked for. I could not have had a better wedding coordinator. If you have the chance, book her! -

We highly recommend working with Anissa & her team at Bottles & Ice! Not only were the bartenders able to quickly make delicious drinks for our wedding guests, but she also went above & beyond for us by helping us to prepare custom cocktail garnishes with our initials. We loved the extra touch this added to our day! -

We hired Bottles & Ice for our rehearsal dinner and our wedding day. All of the bartenders were super nice and attentive, and there never seemed to be too long of a line at the bar. They helped us create our signature drinks for the wedding and went above and beyond with some of the specialized ingredients needed. They made us shopping lists for each event to make sure we had everything we needed and wouldn't run out of anything. Definitely would recommend them for any event! -

They are great with communication, super quick to respond, flexible, and efficient on the wedding day! Anissa was amazing to work with. She is so friendly and energetic, and helps you to create a great list of beverages. As Anissa was unable to barrens for us due to a last minute family issue, Savannah was wonderful! She had a positive attitude, friendly smile and prompt service. All our guests had a phenomenal time and loved the bar! Highly recommend working with them! Included gratuity and ice services. -

We hired Bottles and Ice for our rehearsal dinner (35 people) and wedding (165 people) and they were fabulous! The bartenders were so much fun and worked with us to make exactly the drink we wanted. Anissa worked with us to get ready for the event and she was so easy to work with, responsive and just overall delightful. I would highly recommend for any event! -

We 10/10 recommend hiring Bottles & Ice. Anissa helped us tailor our signature drinks and menu to be well-balanced, efficient for a group, cost-efficient, and tasty. She provided a purchasing list of what we needed to buy as our venue only provided the space and no food or drinks included. Anissa also went above and beyond the day of to make sure our details were well placed and everything looks nice. It's that added touch and eye that separates her from "just a bartender." Bottles & Ice is SO much more than that and they are fun to work with. Lastly, she helped coordinate ice delivery and served at our rehearsal dinner too. Highly recommend these add ons. -

Anissa and Cameron made our day with their amazing service! I worked with Anissa leading up to the wedding and she was super responsive and flexible. She gave us the proper quantities on what to order (we didn't run out of anything!) and worked with our coordinator so we didn't have to stress about a thing. Payment was easy and gratuities were included in the price - so great to know exactly what to expect on the final bill. We had a pretty elaborate bar setup (two separate bars, 2 jockey boxes with 4 draft beers, wine on tap, bottles of wine and champagne, etc) and they absolutely crushed it! We even served a beer we brewed special for the wedding and everyone loved it - all went off without a hitch. Most importantly, all our guests were safe with no one was overserved. All-around a wonderful experience with Bottles & Ice! -

My husband and I hired Anissa for our smallish, destination wedding in Big Sur (we're living in Nashville now!) Most of my correspondence with Anissa was via email and even through email, her kindness and bright spirit radiated through our messages. I'm honestly sad I didn't get to spend more time with her at our wedding because she brought the party, and it was beyond our drinks! She was so sweet to even bring me a glass of rosé when she saw I was empty handed :) Our guests loved her. She was so warm and inviting from the beginning which brought a wonderful level of comfort to the evening. Thank you for everything, Anissa! -

Nicole Sent on 07/01/2018Bottles & Ice does bartending but let me let you in another huge thing. The owner, Anissa Hedges does coordinating also!! We used them for both for our wedding.
I'll start with her first, because let's face it, she is someone you don't want to miss out on. I have already recommended her to so many people. My husband and I really planned the wedding out, but Anissa was all about those little details and told us stuff we didn't even think about. She was so quick to answer any questions I had, met up with us in person with her assistant and she has an energy about her that you know that your wedding day, she will make sure is perfect. Anissa is wonderful at communicating with the vendors as well. We had our bridal party help on the day of and she was very good about giving direction on what needed to be done. She is INCREDIBLE.
Bottles & Ice bartending service- you will NOT be disappointed in them either. Anissa gives you a list of what you will need based off how many people. The bartenders were so quick to make everyone happy with their drinks and make them amazing. They always made sure the bride and groom had drinks as well. They had two bartenders working our 200+ events and every single guest at that wedding were happy campers.

My guest's could not stop ranting and raving about how kind and generous they were which was super important for us at our wedding. Our families are drinkers and people often tend to gather around the bar and it was very important to have a good atmosphere with good vibes, and that's just what we got! Anissa, who I believe is the owner was very nice and super accommodating and worked with our every need in the planning process! Everyone was amazing! -

We hired Bottles and Ice for for Anissa's month of coordinating services as wll as full bar service the day of. Anissa helped with everything I asked and get right back to my (millions : ) of emails. She even helped me to find an excellent mobile massage therapist for my husband and I the morning of! Best decision ever going with Bottles and Ice! You will no go wrong here.

I never went a moment without a drink because they were always keeping an eye on us to make sure we had one in hand and even our families too. They were so attentive , friendly, and thoughtful and it really made our special day even more special knowing everyone was enjoying themselves. So glad we found this team! -

Melissa Sent on 11/22/2017Anissa and her team were amazing throughout the process! While she personally did not assist with our wedding, she made sure we were well taken care of. The bartenders were very professional and the drinks were delicious! Guests commented that they were well made with plenty of alcohol (no skimping!). There was never a line at the bar as the staff was very efficient! We did rent the custom pallet bar for cocktail hour and it worked perfectly! I would not hesitate to hire them for future events!
