Botanica was recommended to us and we are so grateful for the find! We had a fusion wedding where we needed flowers that are traditional for both a Western and Indian ceremony. They had experience and were able to provide a beautiful bouquet, boutonnieres, corsage, garlands and stringed flowers between the two ceremonies. They were also easy to work with and their portal makes it easy to visualize the flowers they used. Everything was beautiful! :) -

Amazing Team!

Beautiful Flowers!
We want to give a huge thank you to Botanica for helping to make our wedding special! I worked with Amy and Andria, and they were both so kind and helpful. During my meetings with them, we went over design ideas to figure out bouquet styles and flower types that I liked. From there, we discussed how everything would look together. Communication was easy, and we were made aware of all pricing up front. On our wedding day, they decorated tables with greenery and delivered us incredible bouquets, corsages and boutonnières. Everything was beautiful! We highly recommend Botanica to anyone getting married! -

Beautiful Flowers for a Beautiful Day!
Botanica did a great job with our wedding day flowers! They were very kind leading up to the wedding and even sent a bouquet to my home to thank us for choosing them. On the wedding day, the flowers were even more beautiful than I could have imagined! The arbor and my bouquet looked especially pretty. I was very pleased with how our boutonnieres, corsages, and flower crowns turned out as well. We would highly recommend them to anyone! -

We chose Botanica Flowers for our smaller wedding, and Amy was awesome! She made us feel like our wedding was just as important to her as any larger event might have been. Our wedding was the day before Mother’s Day, and several other florists would not even consider working with us on that weekend. However, Amy rose to the occasion and was incredibly cheerful, helpful, and also worked within our relatively tight timeframe and budget. She suggested so many lovely and cost-saving touches that we might not have even thought of. In addition to having our bridal bouquet, boutonnière, table and cake decorations impeccably arranged, they set up our wedding arch quietly and efficiently in the midst of all the other preparations—everything was beautiful! Amy came to our venue with her staff and personally made sure we were thrilled with the way everything turned out. She also wrote us several very sweet, personalized notes when we booked them and after the wedding. It was an incredibly positive experience working with her!! -

Botanica won't disappoint!
Working with Amy Ward was an absolute pleasure! She is one of the nicest people you will ever meet and works hard to make sure your arrangements will look how you envisioned, but also that they stay on track with your budget. After we met with her for our first consultation, she sent us a very clear itemized proposal that same evening. The proposal itself is so helpful because it includes pictures of each type of flower that will be part of the arrangements. Leading up to the wedding, I had emailed Amy many times to make changes or to ask questions, and she was always quick to respond and resend an adjusted proposal. She even accommodated us by dropping off the bouquets, corsages, and boutonnieres to the hotel where we were getting ready before she went to the venue to set up. Most impressive of all, I realized on the eve of the wedding that I had forgotten to include a boutonniere for my grandfather, and I sent her an email at 7 pm. The next day, she arrived with this extra piece—no questions asked or additional upcharge! Not only that, but our venue looked absolutely stunning, and I’ll never get tired of looking at the pictures of the beautiful arrangements Amy had created. With Botanica, you will be in good hands! -

Amazing Vendor and Flowers!!!
I knew from my first meeting with Amy that I would love working with Botanica for our wedding centerpieces. She was kind, thoughtful, and so complimentary of the vision I had. I brought photos, ideas, and vases that I wanted to incorporate in multiple set-ups on each table. Amy was truly able to add her own creativity and ideas to select the perfect flowers and make my vision come to life! She was available any time I had questions and always responded to me immediately. She even sent a bouquet of flowers to our house as a thank you for booking with them, which was such a fun way to see a preview of our wedding flowers. On the day of the wedding, I had nothing to worry about as they set up our table decor flawlessly! I am so thankful for all that Amy and Botanica did to help make our day beautiful! -

From the inital consultation meeting with Amy, my Mother and I were certain Botanica Flowers was the right florist for us! Amy was so kind, patient, and knowledgeable regarding the selection of flowers we chose. I showed her several Pinterest images and she instantly knew what I wanted. She was so organized and responsive to messages. I was so impressed and then a few days later the most beautiful floral arrangment arrived at my door, thanking ME for choosing them! At this point, we officially knew we were in for the best treat!
On the wedding day, Botanica put together the most stunning arrangements. They decorated a stairwell that I walked down the isle to that everybody complimented! A family friend stated, "These are the most beautiful flowers I have ever seen". It truly made the historic venue complete! They also put together a beautiful arrangement on our Wedding welcome sign, cake, followed by the prettiest greenery lining the dinner tables. To top it off, my Bridal bouquet along with my bridesmaids were absolutely stunning!!
They even made two trips to drop off bouquets to the bridesmaids and I at the hotel we were staying at for the First Look pictures prior to going to set up the venue.
It is truly hard to put into words how grateful my husband and I are for Botanica! They are so affordable and work so hard to stay in your budget- while making you feel so welcome! Our wedding was absolutely perfect! We are so fortunate to have had Botanica and will be recommending their company to many others!

However, I’m so glad we used them because Amy was exceptionally nice to work with and was at my beck and Call for any questions or issues leading up to the event! The service was absolutely wonderful from start to finish, and the flowers themselves turned out beautifully! I highly recommend them for any event!

Katrina Sent on 09/18/2018I don't know where to start! From the first consultation to wedding day, I received exceptional service Steven and Amy! I can't brag enough about how they handled things. When trying to explain my vision to Steven, he went into a cooler and came back with the center piece bouquets I wanted. He made it right there on the spot and asked if that's what I was looking for! He blew me away! And of course I decided to go with this company. They went ABOVE and BEYOND! When I walked into the venue on 8-18-18 it took my breath away. They were in and out before I arrived and the set up was straight out of a fairytale. So many compliments on the huge bouquet I had ( absolutely stunning) My photographer also enjoyed taking pictures of them Lol. I even received a hand written thank you note 2 weeks after my wedding. Thanking me for choosing them. Wow, even after the sale, the customer service was great. Thanks again to the whole team but most of all, Thank you Steven and Amy! I will continue to brag about your work and do business with Botanica Flowers.

Katie Sent on 07/23/2018I contacted Botanica about a week and a half before my wedding because we weren’t going to do a flower arrangement on our gazebo for our ceremony, but we decided we needed something and they did an absolute amazing job! I contacted Amy and within hours we talked through my design ideas, she made our contract and we got everything finalized in the same day! She was so easy to work with and stress free for my family and I! Our gazebo flowers were stunning and I can’t thank Botanica enough because they truly made the gazebo pop!

Julie Sent on 02/07/2018They did a great job! 2 bride wedding, here. We both got bridal bouquets with daisies and calalilies. We both had like 8 people each in our bridal parties, and the bridesmaids had bouquets and the bridesmen had corsages. We also got corsages for our dads and wrist corsages for our moms and our officiant. They also added daisies to my head piece. Bouquets all came with vases that we got to keep. We also got loose daisies for our centerpieces and rose petals for the aisle. Flowers were fresh and beautiful and the staff there was so nice! All of that together was like $750!! Can’t beat that!

Lisa Sent on 12/04/2017From start to finish, working with Steven at Botanica was an absolute breeze. I went in with a few photos/ideas of how I wanted my flowers to look and Steven went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for the big day. There were several last minute tweaks I kept wanting to make (I'm extremely indecisive) and Steven was so patient and responsive with all of my emails and proposed changes (which I greatly appreciated). All of the flowers had been delivered to the venue in plenty of time before the ceremony and all the bouquets were in glass vases filled with water to help keep them fresh. He even threw in a "toss bouquet" as a gift so that I wouldn't have to throw the bouquet I walked down the aisle with (which I have kept and hung to dry). It goes without saying that the flowers were absolutely GORGEOUS! They were so rich in color and held up flawlessly the entire evening. I received too many compliments to count. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Working with Botanica was easy, affordable, and beautiful. Amy and the team made the process smooth from the beginning. I had no idea what I wanted the flowers to look like other than minimal, rust + greenery and they took the time to help me craft a design. They communicated through the process and even let us bring in our own amber vases we thrifted and ribbon we found to get the look just right. At the time, I was so nervous that the roses would be too orange, and instead of seeing me as “being too difficult” they reassured me and brought out one to show me while I was there. We laughed about it together! On the day of the wedding the team showed up on time, set up the arch, tablescapes, and bouquets/boutonnières quickly and perfectly. We were beyond blown away by the beauty and how perfectly they captured the vibe. I could not more highly recommend Botanica for your wedding! -

So I was helped by their floral stylist Stephanie and she was so great! Met with me in person and was very patient with me as I knew nothing about flowers and didn't know what I wanted. She was a bit slow getting back to me at times but then again this was during the pandemic so I understand. Other than that, she made sure to contact me before the wedding and set up drop off times, their payment system is super easy. -

Botanica Flowers, specifically the florist Amy, recently provided us with florist services for our wedding. They traveled from Columbus to West Virginia for our wedding ceremony & reception. Amy was so friendly, accommodating, and easy to work with. She responded to my (many) emails very promptly & was always professional and kind. Her & her assistant even traveled to WV prior to our wedding to have a meeting with us before our big day. Amy created all our floral arrangements; everything for our ceremony & reception. She even set up other decorations that we had purchased on our own such as candle holders, candelabras, string lights, etc. I was a bit disappointed with my bridal bouquet when she first dropped it off at my house the morning of my wedding, as it was smaller & less full than I expected for the price we paid. However, Amy was quick to apologize, and added flowers to my bouquet prior to the ceremony to make sure I was happy. Needless to say, I am so happy we decided to work with Amy & Botanica Flowers! -

Heidi Sent on 12/07/2016Steven was cool to work with. We showed him a picture of the bouquet I wanted and he made it darn near exactly what I wanted. The only reason it wasn't 100% on was due to some flowers arriving to him damaged so he had to replace them. The bouquets, centerpieces and ceremony arrangements were absolutely beautiful. We were able to drop off mason jars to Steven along with our ceremony vases and he delivered them to our venue. We also ordered boutonnières and mother corsages which were nice. The mother corsages came as a pin-on type like the guys' and we thought they were going to be wrist ones, but it was fine. Steven took great care of us through the process. -

Such work of the florist company is unacceptable. When I was looking for a vendor, I was reading the reviews as you are and could never imagine such a nightmare! I definitely won’t recommend working with them. I really don’t like writing bad reviews and talking bad about the people.. but Botanica is just forcing me to do that. Especially by their attitude and rejection of taking responsibility of their work.. I feel really sorry for this company customer service!
As a bride I have to say that was the worst experience ever! you know when we were just ordering the flowers everything seemed to go smooth, we even came to see the trial bouquets and centerpieces, modified a few things. Me, my husband and our coordinator all noticed that the flowers were not fresh and specifically asked about the condition of the flowers on the wedding day. Botanica assured us that all the flowers will be fresh and what we saw there at the trial session was just an example. Imagine my surprise when the flowers were delivered in the morning of the wedding to the hotel where we got ready with my wedding party. Some were in a box, some in vases with water. I immediately paid attention that the flowers were not fresh, most likely made a day or even more before. Most of the little blue flowers were so dead, wilted and even putrid at some places. Roses had crumbled and dead petals, wilted leaves. You know the same morning our friends bought us tulips and lilacs for international women day. Those flowers were so beautiful, fresh and fragrant, nothing in comparison with Botanica flowers.
When I saw the flowers delivered from Botanica, I literally almost burst crying, almost ruined my make-up. Definitely, that wasn’t something I expected and ordered, not the quality and beauty we were hoping to get, especially not for the money we paid. That was such a stress for me!! For all of my family and wedding party!! And you know, nothing should stress the bride on such a special day!
I immediately contacted my wedding coordinator (later on I had to use scissors myself!! I just couldn’t look at those horrible flowers!) coordinator took care of each bouquet herself, unbound every single bouquet (bride’s bouquet, bridesmaids’ flowers), made them once again out the more or less better looking flowers and tossed the dead ones. The coordinator also contacted our florist and asked to replace the flowers. There was literally no time for all that. That put the whole schedule behind. Our coordinator who had a million of issues that day had to take care of the flowers and resolve the issue somehow. The photographer was also waiting already, we didn’t even have time for a full photo-session, and I really wanted to memorialize bride’s morning, girls and myself in our gowns. And we didn’t have time for that because we had to deal with flower issue. And you know, this is not the occasion when you can send the flowers back. Every minute counts!
Moreover, as the roots were uncovered and flowers had to stay in vases so that they could survive the day, they almost ruined my dress and my bridesmaid’s dresses. Thank God it didn’t happen. The roots and the blue ribbons were so wet, that one drop could ruin any of their dresses completely. The whole wedding me and the girls were so stressed about it. We all had to hold wet flowers in our hands,
The same night, we brought back the flowers from the restaurant, bouquets and flowers from centerpieces and altar. The same night most of those flowers were absolutely dead. Moms had to toss their corsages too, my dad tossed his boutonniere even before the end of the wedding as the flowers were completely dead! The ones we took back home were thrown away the next day, all wilted and dead.
Just for you to compare, the tulips and lilacs from our friends I mentioned before stayed fresh and nice for more than a week after the wedding!
What is really sad, is that we discussed with Amy the preservation of my bouquet, making a wreath out of that for ex., but at the end of the night there was nothing to preserve! And this precious moment, those precious memories are just gone..
