Bootlegger Bistro's Copa & Vegas Room Reviews

My sister had her reception 10 years ago in their Las Vegas room. This past Sept 2016 my fiancee and I had our reception in their Copa Room. Suzy was fantastic! The venue is large enough for a traditional reception but intimate enough where you can go around and say hello to all guests while enjoying their delicious Italian food buffet and bar. Suzy was extremely flexible and made you feel like a part of the Copa family. She's smart, organized and truly knows her stuff! Go prepared with your vision or ask for recommendations, she's there to help and make your vision come to life. My family and guests are forever fans of the Bootlegger Italian Bistro :)

Made it easy and memorable. Their event planner, Suzy put us together with great vendors. No work for us, just a great meal and party. Perfect venue.

This is an awesome venue that provides full Italian catering, full bar, full sound system with turntables for DJ's or amps for bands, lighting, linens (black, white or red) and most of the decor. They provide everything except center pieces, which is perfect. They also have a really helpful coordinator who is always available and returns emails almost immediately. I will post another review after the big day to talk about how it went, but so far, so good!

oh my gosh, Denise was awesome to work with, when I asked if it would be possible to make everything without garlic, she told me that it wouldn't be a problem. the food they made was delicious, the room was jaw dropping beautiful, and the wait staff that night were super nice and friendly. I can not suggest enough how much you should rent this place out for your wedding. plus, it's not obnoxiously over priced like many of the other places in vegas.

The Copa Room at the Bootleggers Bistro was amazing!!!! We had a great wedding that night!! Denise was awesome wtih the planning and helping us with our decisions. The whole process was extremely worry free due to the customer service she and the venue provide. I would recommend this venue to anybody!!!

Denise was professional and helpful in getting us ready for our event at the Casa di Copa room at the Bootlegger Bistro. The service staff was attentive and provided excellent service without disrupting the program. I would recommend the Copa room and will be using them again.

We always loved the food at the Bootlegger Bistro and took a chance to take a tour of Copa Room. We decided that day, that was the venue for us! We worked with Elizabeth who was an Angel in the planning process. We had full access to decorate how we wanted and bring in whatever vendors we wanted, which some other places are not as open to that.

To this day, I still receive compliments on the wedding and reception. Out photographer said, "How did I even not know this existed?!?" since he shoots at all the same places. The food was priced for all levels and optional cash or open bar.

Planning this event was a breeze. Denise knows her stuff and was very quick to respond to my many emails and questions.
The evening of the event both our servers had pleasant attitudes and were ready and willing to do whatever was requested of them.
The food and wine were amazing as usual, our event was 12 days ago and I am ready to go back for dinner and music already!

I really appreciated that the servers made sure consistently pay attention to all of us and pay extra attention to my husbabd, the birthday boy. Thank you again!

This is a great venue with a fantastic feel to it. The food is delicious, especially the Italian dishes. The service is top notch and they were very accomodating to us. I needed extra help from the audio/visual guy and he went above and beyond for me. I highly reccomend them. This was our 2nd year in a row here.

We held our reception for 50 people at the Copa Room. The decor was lovely and the wait staff, particularly Danny, were amazing. The food was excellent and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful while setting up, during, and after the party. The only reason I did not give them a perfect review is it was sometimes difficult to get a response to questions (took 2 or 3 emails or phone calls to get a reply) and I had nearly half a dozen contacts between when I booked and when I held the event (approx. 1 year). In particular, I wasn't contacted when my original contact was replaced with a new "events person" and only discovered this when calls and emails to the original contact were not returned after a week.

I don't think this is the staff's fault; the Bootlegger doesn't appear to have a real "events person" but uses wait staff on top of their server duties. Because of this, during the planning process I often found it easiest (while inconvenient) to stop by and "catch" the events person waiting tables so I could talk to them because they hadn't answered emails. Everything went beautifully the night of, so I really can't complain, but there was a little stress and aggravation during the planning process.

Awesome room with great options for lighting and decorations. Great place with open bar, dance floor. Was very impressed and satisfied with the courtesy and presence of the service staff...they were great!

The location really offers a great private setting with ample room for our staff to socialize, dance, and mingle. The Copa Room staff are very easy to work with and responsive during the time prior to the party when trying to personalize things to what our event needs. It is our 2nd year using this room at the Bootlegger since we out grew their other rooms where they have hosted past parties as well.
