Beautiful Flowers!

We had a wonderful experience with Boothbay Region Greenhouses. Susan was amazing to work with. She helped us make beautiful decisions that were informed by our budget and also allowed me to incorporate special touches, such as lace from my mother's wedding dress around my bouquet. The set-up for the day of our wedding was great. There were a few small issues but Boothbay Region Greenhouses, quickly corrected them and everything looked beautiful for our ceremony and reception. I would highly recommended Boothbay Region Greenhouses and am thankful we booked them.

Maddie and the team at the Boothbay Greenhouse are incredible. I grew up in Boothbay and they new our venue and saw our vision and truly executed our vision! The customer service is incredible, they truly take the time to get to know what you want for your day, and make it happen! We had a few issues with our flowers but they were rectified right away! We could not have been happier!! 100% recommend for floral designs and flowers. We did our own centerpieces and they ordered the flowers for us, it took such a headache off our plate!

We had Boothbay Region Greenhouse do our flowers, groom and groomsmen suits, as well as various other lighting and decor. They did an absolutely FANTASTIC job! They went out of their way to answer all of our questions, and above and beyond to make sure our wedding day was perfect! The flowers were gorgeous and way exceeded our expectations!! Lovely staff to work with. We can't thank them enough!!

Boothbay Harbor Greenhouse and Marinel were amazing to work with! Marinel was so friendly and kind and she worked with all of our requests and budget restraints. The flowers for the wedding were absolutely gorgeous and exactly what we wanted. They decorated the arbor beautifully and all of the bouquets were absolutely stunning. They also provided trees and lights for our reception room that added so much to the decor. On the day of the wedding, we realized we needed the flowers quite a bit earlier than we expected and they came within a half hour of us calling, very very last minute without any complaint at all! They were flexible, friendly, and a very good value. I would definitely recommend booking them for your wedding or event!

Boothbay Region Greenhouse was wonderful to work with. We went in with a good general sense of what we had in mind and I have to say the final result was exactly what I had envisioned. They were extremely friendly and accommodating. When the coordinator (Marinel) found out we were only going to be in town for one day, she came in on her day off to meet with us in person. Great to work with, beautiful flowers, and very reasonably priced.

We had an amazing wedding at Newagen Seaside Inn in Boothbay Harbor and Marinel provided a wonderful arrangement of flowers for everything from our ceremony to our cocktail party and to the reception. They were the perfect touches to make our day a bit more special and she was amazing to work with. Very patient and explained everything and answered all my questions and requests.

Marinel provided everything we asked for and gave us excellent advise. She was always responsive to all our questions and concerns, even through a number of changes! The bouquets and table arrangements were absolutely beautiful.

Boothbay Region Greenhouses did an incredible job with our floral arrangements! I was very particular with my choice of flowers and was very specific to how I wanted things arranged. On top of that, I made multiple decision changes that slightly altered every time as my wedding plans developed and Marinel House was an absolute delight to work with! She listened carefully to my requests and was very prompt to respond to my emails. Everything was perfect and exactly what I had envisioned!

I worked with Marinel House, the wedding coordinator at Boothbay Region Greenhouses, and it was a joy to work with her. She understood my ideas and my vision, and always responded quickly. I did not have to worry about the flowers on the wedding day or the days leading up to it...they turned out perfectly. People still tell me how pretty they were, months later! The florists were on-time, efficient, and their set-up was perfectly done the day of the wedding. Everything from the cake table to the flowers on my chair, I absolutely adored it all. I highly recommend them!

We really enjoyed the flexibility that Boothbay Region Greenhouses gave us.
They easily agreed to all of our particular requests. This included transporting ceremony flowers, pillars, reception flowers, large potted plants, installed lighting and hanging arrangements; and then also returning the following morning promptly to pick up the rented items. What's not to love about these people?

Marinel at Boothbay Region Greenhouses was a dream to work with. She was amazingly helpful with picking out my centerpiece roses and color array, delivered on-time and with little extra touches that I didn't even know I needed (like florist's tape). My experience over the phone and on the day of my wedding was lovely: she is sweet and wonderful and clearly passionate about flowers. And she worked with my budget to make sure I was happy without breaking the bank. Wonderful!

Marinel was a pleasure to work with. Though her hours a little off due to working weekends for weddings, she makes time to speak with you. We gave Marinel a general vision, some photos and a budget and trusted her with the rest. The flowers (bouquets, boutonnieres, aisle flowers and table flowers) came out simple, beautiful and budget-friendly for our small 30-guest wedding.

Marinel was a pleasure to worth with. We were planning our wedding from afar and she was incredibly responsive to emails and provided great images. She set up the flowers exactly how we wanted them on our big day and even suggested things for the venue that we had not thought of. Despite our venue being an hour away from Boothbay Region Greenhouses, I dedicided to get a quote from them based on the recommendation of a friend. I'm so thankful I did!
From the first moment everyone at Boothbay Region Greenhouses was kind, generous, accommodating and understanding. We had a wonderful first meeting, I felt like they totally understood my vision. I didn't feel at all bad being direct with them about what I envisioned (which sometimes happens to me). After the first meeting I was truly impressed by the communication and understanding with changes I wanted/needed to make.
When the flowers arrived the afternoon before our wedding I was totally blown away. Everything was gorgeous, the bouquets were even more beautiful and creative then I had imagined. The boutineers, arrangements and corsages were lovely and best of all the loose flowers I had ordered to arrange myself were abundant and totally gorgeous!
The flowers I received would have been hundreds and hundreds of dollars more had I opted to use a different florist and I know others would not have been as flexible with me!
I could not recommend them any more!! They are truly the best at what they do!!!

We had a wonderful experience with Marinel and her team, who provided our small family wedding ceremony and reception flowers at one day's notice. We live abroad and had communicated briefly by email and phone which was very helpful. It took us about an hour to walk around the store and choose vases and ribbons. Flower choice was quick and easy too and there was excellent variety. Imagine our delight to walk into our casual reception and see gorgeous arrangements of blue delphiniums, while carnations and spray roses, wax flowers and eucalyptus leaves and seeds adorned with silvery organza bows! All done with smiles, warmth and respect for this same sex couple marrying after 20 years together. PERFECT and highly recommended. Thankyou Marinel and team for contributing to a perfect wedding day.
PS. They even lent us a bucket so we could travel with our flowers after the wedding and the flowers were still beautiful when we got on a plane to leave 5 days later. : )

The flowers were ABSOLUTELY stunning!!! Marinel and the Greenhouse are wonderful to work with. I'm not one that knows a lot about different types of flowers so initially I just picked colors. I ended up doing a lot of my own research and 2 weeks before the wedding I decided I wanted a specific flower. They were more than accommodating and the bouquets turned out perfect! I loved my bridal bouquet so much that I almost cried when we didn't preserve it in time. I called Marinel immediately and she reassured me that they keep all events and bouquets on file so if ever I want my new hubby to get me that bouquet, all he has to do is call!!!

My only regret is that I wasn't more involved in the flowers the day of the wedding. The weather was questionable and the venue's wedding planner made the call not to have the alter arrangement. Looking back I really wish I had known or said something and had the arrangement displayed anyway. All in all it was a beautiful wedding and the flowers were absolutely gorgeous!!! I would highly recommend working with the Boothbay Region Greenhouse and Marinel House for the best wedding flowers around!

We could not have been happier with the floral arrangements Marinel and her team at Boothbay Region Greenhouse created for our September wedding in Southport. So many of our guests (and even the venue staff) came up to us to comment on how beautiful the flowers were! Marinel captured perfectly the look and feel we were going for - local, seasonal, elegant arrangements.

We were planning our wedding long-distance, and Marinel took the time to meet with us during a very busy Memorial Day weekend when we were up in Boothbay to walk us through some options when our vision for the wedding was blurry at best. She was always available via email and phone throughout the summer to talk as our ideas crystalized, and she was so flexible - incorporating vases that my husband found online and wanted included in the tablescapes and making some last-minute changes based on a larger than expected turnout.

Throughout the process, she kept us informed of how our estimate would change (so we could track costs) and had a great sense of humor. When we dropped off our vases a few days before the wedding, she gave us a big hug and assured us that everything would be great (which it was!). We had a fantastic experience with Marinel and Boothbay Region Greenhouse from start to finish and would highly recommend them to anyone getting married in the area.

Marinel, Bob, and Kitty were wonderful to work with! I was able to meet with them several times before the wedding to go over logistics. They were willing to go above and beyond and help out with all of the "unknowns" to a first-time bride!
Marinel and Bob both worked overtime before, during, and after our event to make sure everything went smoothly! We appreciate everything they did for us!

Perfectly beautiful. Our experience with Boothbay Harbor Greenhouses was great. Since this was a destination wedding, our initial contact was by phone conversations and emails. When we finally met face to face, two months or so before the wedding, Marinel, the wedding coordinator, was ready with beautiful visuals that put us at ease knowing she really had this under control. Her flower choices were amazing and the bouquets were lovely. She even worked with me and made an arrangement to sit in a childhood toy (a rocking DUCK!) that greeted our guests as they entered the boathouse. Everything I ordered arrived on time and in beautiful condition!

I found the staff at BBRG to be enthusiastic, kind and highly professional. They transformed a basic, white wedding rental tent into our dream wedding venue. From cut flowers to well placed potted plants and ficus trees - perfection! I would recommend Brides, mothers and future mother-in-law's trust the Greenhouse staff with flower selection to fulfill your vision. You won't be disappointed.

We chose this florist for my son's and fiancé's wedding. As a former florist I can attest to the quality and beauty of the flowers provided for the event. The bouquets were stunning and sturdy, the centerpieces were exquisite and long-lasting, and the corsages and bouts were well-sized for each recipient.
The tent was decorated to perfection with lighted ficus trees, perimeter lights, and plant groupings that created an elegant and sophisticated setting.
The professionalism and honesty of the entire team at Boothbay Region Greenhouses eliminates the need for 'shopping around'. A 5-star vendor...

Marinel at the Boothbay Region Greenhouses created phenomenal floral pieces for our wedding this past June. We requested dark purple lilacs for our centerpieces, and Marinel went the extra mile to order these from Canada since the season had passed in Maine. The flower centerpieces were beautiful and matched the rustic look that we were going for. The corsage and bridal bouquet were also exceptionally beautiful, as well as the watering pot bouquets that matched our Garden theme so well. I got so many compliments on my bridal bouquet. We were very impressed with Marinel's attention-to-detail. The Boothbay Region Greenhouse made our wedding especially beautiful; they were very accommodating and flexible throughout the whole process.

Marinel and Boothbay Region Greenhouses are FABULOUS. Marinel had wonderful ideas about flowers for our wedding and was very aware of keeping within our budget. she was fun to work with as we designed the tabletops and selected the flowers. she also provided lighted ficus trees, the gorgeous arrangement for the top of the arbor under which the wedding ceremony took place, preplanted urns to mark the entrance to the aisle, corsages, buttonieres, bouquets - all exquisite. They also provided strings of lights which went up and down the top of the tent. The effect was magical. the tent people told us we didn't need any additional lighting but the addition of the little white lights way up above was what made the tent interior sparkle. Brilliant idea! Marienl is a joy to work with. she made everything very easy and simple. We urge anyone to discuss their wedding flowers with Boothbay Regional greenhouses before making a final decision. they are GREAT!!!

Boothbay Region Greenhouses were a joy to work with!! They were responsive, really helpful and took a skeleton of a vision and made it into a beautiful reality! I really didn't give much structure to my bouquet - I wanted it to look like they picked a bunch of flowers from a garden and when I first saw my bouquet, I was STUNNED. It was more gorgeous than I ever expected. Our chuppah also was gorgeous and way exceeded our expectations!

Such a great place to work with! Completely flexible and super helpful to brides who have no flower or color sense. The flowers were gorgeous and lasted for days.

When I started trying to figure out my floral arrangements for my wedding I was totally terrified because I know nothing about flowers and also because I live 8 hours away from my wedding venue, and would not be able to go pick what I wanted in person. Then I spoke to Marinel House from Boothbay Region Greenhouse and she was able to understand exactly what I wanted! On my wedding day my flowers were delivered right on time and they were exactly what I wanted (and more)! I was so so so happy with the whole experience, friendly service and professional knowledge that BRG was able to provide!

We rented linens from the Boothbay Region Greenhouse for our wedding at the Spruce Point Inn. The greenhouse offered a very broad range of linen options and we managed to find the perfect look for our reception. The staff at the greenhouse was always very helpful and friendly, and I highly recommend their services.

My guests were blown away by the flower arrangements provided by the Boothbay Region Greenhouse; so many of them told me that they had never seen more beautiful wedding flowers. The arrangements and bouquets were incredibly stunning and artful. It was obvious that careful attention was paid to every detail. Not only did BRGH take my "Colin Cowie vision" and make it a reality on my wedding day, they went above and beyond and greatly exceeded my expections! I couldn't have been happier.

We worked with wedding coordinator Marinel House, who helped design a bouquet and boutonniere for our elopement that was a perfect fit for us. We were coordinating the event from out of state, but Marinel was quick to offer suggestions and cost estimates to help us create the perfect floral arrangements. We were thrilled when the flowers were delivered, and they are just beautiful in the photographs!

I was very impressed with Boothbay Region Greenhouses in the provision of flowers for my wedding! They covered all areas of needs and walked me step by step through the whole process. Our flowers were stunning, and delivery to our locations was extremely convenient. We also ordered all of our reception linens and tuxedos through the Greenhouse and everything arrived perfectly. When compared to all of our other wedding vendors, I most looked forward to talking to the Greenhouse and am extremely appreciative for how well they walked me through the process. BRGH provided the flowers for my entire wedding party and also the decor for the ceremony and the reception. The customer service was exceptional and the flowers were fresh and perfectly arranged.

I highly recommend this florist. I had looked at others and had even sat down with another, but wasn't impressed. I live in DC, and my aunt and uncle told me to check them out. I liked how flexible they were with us. I had grand ideas but was hoping to keep the cost down. Denise was my point of contact and she came up with different suggestions and levels of complexity to give me pricing options.

We shared some images and ideas to Denise, and then she did amazing things with our concepts. Everyone was amazed and impressed with the flowers- we got so many compliments. I trusted Denise completely and she went beyond our expectations. If you choose this place, I suggest you explain your big picture and then let them run with their ideas. They are the experts!

The flowers were incredible, so beautiful and so fresh I highly recommend using them. Denise Demeter was my point of contact and she was so organized and professional. I went to Boothbay Region Greenhouses on a recommendation from my wedding venue. I am so happy with their service. My first conversation made me feel heard and understood. I sent pictures of some ideas to Maddie and she was able to work within my budget to deliver beautiful bouquets and table arrangements. Although I had a small party, she made me feel important and I was incredibly happy with the results.

Maddie at Boothbay Greenhouses was not only exceptional as customer service, but she also fulfilled my order perfectly with only one week's notice! And in my description of the sort of flowers, colors, and shape I was looking for, she and a colleague designed EXACTLY what I had pictured and hoped for. Finally, my order was only comprised of 3 bouquets and an altar arrangement, amounting to only $350, yet she treated me as if I were spending 10 times that much. I soooo appreciated her attention to detail, kindness, professionalism and follow through, not to mention impeccable design skill!

We got our wedding flowers through BRGH and they were absolutely fantastic! They were more beautiful than any flowers I could have showed them in a picture. I wanted a cascade bouquet and they were excited to do it. When it got delivered the day of, I was blown away, I got so many compliments. The rest of the flowers looked just as beautiful, the topper for the arbor was stunning. It was easy to communicate with the gardens via email and in person. I was very impressed, and would highly recommend them to other brides.

I loved working with the BRGH! They took all my pinterest dreams and made them a reality. Everything was gorgeous and fresh and lasted! My bridal bouquet was absolutely stunning, the bridesmaids bouquets were perfect, the boutonnieres were exactly what I pictured, even the toss bouquet was beautiful (so sad I didn't get a picture of it). They were very accommodating, meeting with me at the last minute, updating my order, and figuring out delivery to multiple locations. Responsiveness wise the only reason I put 4 stars there is that their email communication can be a little sluggish and planning from afar that was a little nerve wracking but I didn't need to worry, they had everything under control.

Since I live out of town and my wedding was at Ocean Point I had to do my planning and ordering for my flowers per phone and e-mail. I must say Marinel was a true professional and help with this project. She really made it easy and I trusted her and the florist that my flowers would be delivered on time and be beautiful. Boothbay Region Greenhouse did a great job for my September wedding at the Newagen Seaside Inn. Early on in the planning process, I communicated the look and feel that my fiance and I hoped to achieve, and on the day of, everything exceeded my expectations. The centerpieces they created were better than I could have imagined. Beyond that, Marinel and the staff at Boothbay Region Greenhouse were at all times professional, and so incredibly accommodating of my family and me. Most particularly, at my request, they took extra time and effort to help make sure my almost 90-year old grandmother was involved in helping arrange my bridal bouquet - that is a priceless memory that I will treasure always. It was clear to me that beyond simply being very professional and excellent florists, Boothbay Region Greenhouse truly cares about making a bride's wedding feel like "her" wedding - they were pivotal in making sure the things that were important to me became a reality.

I would absolutely recommend Boothbay Region Greenhouse.

Marinel was just the absolute best. She listened carefully to everything I dreamed of for my day and she delivered 150%. It was all just so gorgeous. I couldn't have dreamed it up for myself.

But she didn't stop there! At the last minute we were unable to use the tent we had planned on for our waterside reception. We all of a sudden had a lighting emergency on our hands and Marinel stepped in and worked flawlessly with our coordinator Reuben to create the most elegant, romantic, flawless evening lighting and ambiance. I cannot praise the results enough!

My bridesmaids and I looked gorgeous thanks to Marinel and my tables were just a vision of loveliness. I'd recommend Boothbay Region Greenhouses to any bride! The dedication, care and personalized service are unmatched!

I think the only disappointment was that we had SO many flowers left over (we did the flowers ourselves, but had EXCELLENT help from Kitty Boyd and Marinel about what to choose). It was really sad to have such an enormous quantity and not be able to use them. But, they were all really beautiful, exactly what I wanted, and they were in great shape - really fresh, sturdy, and just generally pretty. I loved them!

Initial consultation was great and they were able to work within my budget. Only issue was that I requested blue flowers be included in my bouquet as my "something blue" but ended up with an all white bouquet instead. Everything else was to my specifications, though, they did a great job achieving the look and feel I wanted (natural, hand-tied bouquet).

Marinel and Boothbay Greenhouse came through for us exactly as promised. All flowers arrived on time and in perfect condition, even with delivery to several different locations.
We made several rounds of changes to the order and our requests were met with a willing attitude. The bouquets were especially nice and lasted quite a long time; for several days after the wedding we continued to enjoy them. We requested farm-type flowers in addition to the typical florist ones , and Marinel had a source for those. She listened to our vision and made it a reality.

Boothbay Region Greenhouse gave us exactly what I wanted for our flowers and nothing more, nothing less. I am sure they can go much bigger than I wanted (I don't really know anything about flowers), but I really appreciate that they respected my budget and my desire for simple flowers.

They took a basic idea of a nautical themed wedding with blue and orange and made beautiful pieces. Great experience all arround.

I needed white pumpkins for my wedding, and even though the contract did say "pending the growing season," the staff went on a hunt to surrounding areas to find white pumpkins for me since the season had been dry and not yielded many this year. I was so impressed and touched that they cared enough about my wedding to do that! It truly would have been a nightmare since those were the centerpieces of my 12 tables and I picked them up 3 days before! The flowers were properly labeled and delivered on time. I would definitely use them again.

The greenhouses were great to work with. We had a small wedding and since it was a destination wedding everything was done over email and phone. They provided flowers for the ceremony/reception and the suit rentals. There was a snafu with one of the suits but they went above and beyond to remedy the situation so we had a suit for the best man. However, there was a second snafu with the returns since parts of that suit needed to be sent to a separate location. That was also taken care of once they were made aware of it.

They also were able to donate the arrangements after the wedding to a local facility so that they were not wasted. It was something important to us and they had no trouble with it.

I ordered sunflowers in bulk from Boothbay Region Greenhouse - large sunflowers to make my bridesmaid bouquets, and "mini" sunflowers for the reception tables. The flowers were beautiful and really good quality for the price! Although the mini version didn't end up being that mini, it actually worked out really well - they looked gorgeous on the tables and we had a bunch of extra flowers that we were able to put in vases and other spots around the venue, which really made everything pop.

Boothbay Region Greenhouse did a great job with our bouquets and boutonnieres. I really had no idea what I wanted for bouquets, and Denise helped me walk tons of different flowers and pick out what would work best for us. I wanted to use rope knots as part of the boutonnieres and they let me bring them the knots and then worked the flowers in to them. Don't worry that they're the only flower shop in town; they will do a great job.

We knew nothing about flowers and Marinel was very helpful in giving us the look and feel we wanted for the wedding. The only negative thing I have to say is that she was not always the fastest with email responses. Our wedding was during prom season as well so she was very busy but everything got done the way we wanted it to and we were very happy. Flowers arrived on time to the bridal suite, to the men at the church and they also did a very good job with decorating the church.

The flowers we purchased for our wedding were gorgeous, and everyone kept saying how wonderful they looked. The staff was super flexible in working with my budget and offering suggestions of colors and flowers. I appreciated the flexibility, knowledge, and having so many options. However, the responsiveness was lacking. I planned my wedding from far away, so mostly communicated by email, and it would take days if not weeks to hear back sometimes. I didn't always feel like a priority. In the end though, the flowers were beautiful.
