We had our wedding at Boojum Tree Hidden Gardens 3 weeks ago. It was the best decision we made. We chose the Birds of Paradise package. Outdoor ceremony, greenhouse for reception, and the party returned to their outdoor garden. (cigars okay!) Beautiful foliage, unique backdrops to photos, elegant, intimate setting, and fun for us and our guest. Our guest loved our wedding venue even in the 100 degree heat of the desert in September. Plenty of shade from the fully matured foliage. Jennifer was very caring, great with input, detail orientated, professional. Our package vendors were all very attentive and we sincerely thank them for their professionalism. (Heidi’s Event Catering, Valley Mix Entertainment Oscar, Raise Your Glass Bartending, Harley Bonham Photography, Jet Limousine) Relaxing atmosphere. We were from out of town, as were most of our guest, and Boojum Tree location was reasonable with travel time to and from lodging, airport, restaurants, and local attractions. 15 to 20 minutes tops. -

Absolutely Amazing Venue
I got married at the Boojum Tree on 10/21/23 and it was the most perfect day my husband and I could have asked for. Boojum Tree is the most incredible wedding venue we have ever seen and we felt so lucky that we were able to have our wedding here! The ceremony and dinner space are so beautifully, and the dance floor was the perfect size. We got so many compliments from our guests that it was the coolest wedding venue they have ever seen and we totally agree! Also a HUGE shoutout to Jennifer who was so incredible to work with. She is extremely responsive, fun, and helped keep us (and 95 drunk people) on schedule and our wedding day ran so smoothly. I hope one day I can be lucky enough to attend a wedding at the Boojum Tree myself! -

Amazing Venue!
Boojum Tree was incredible for our wedding day. It was a venue unlike anything any of our guests had ever seen and the pictures truly don't do it justice! Boojum Tree is very unique as it has an indoor and outdoor component. It was very easy to tour the property as they have open houses every Tuesday night. At these open houses you get a tour of the grounds and some of their preferred vendors (photo, catering, etc) are available to help answer any questions. There are all inclusive packages available that make wedding planning so much easier! The vendors reach out to your individually, but are all booked within your package. Jennifer, the day of coordinator as well as the owner is very responsive via email or phone and can answer any of your questions. She was very helpful throughout the wedding planning process and day of. About a month out from the big day we had a finalization meeting where we went through the day of timeline and logistics. She was very reassuring that we were at a good spot despite me (the bride) being very stressed out. Our wedding day went so smoothly and it was the best party. We did get married on a chilly night but they have heaters and fire places all over so our guests were still very comfortable I highly recommend Boojum Tree if you're looking for a non-traditional outdoor wedding experience. -

I got married at Boojum Tree last week and it was magical. The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous and truly a hidden gem in Phoenix. We had guests come up and tell us it was the prettiest/coolest venue they have been to. The other great aspect of the venue is that there is a variety of ways for guests to enjoy themselves and provides a very organic way for everyone to mingle. There are more options than the dance floor or just sitting at your dinner table. (Really recommend going to their Tuesday open house to see what I mean). The aesthetics of the venue, alone, are worth having an event here but on top of that the staff are truly wonderful! Jennifer is the best! She's very kind and funny and incredibly patient if you have a lot of questions because you don't know what you're doing. Highly recommend doing the inclusive package that includes the caterer and DJ vendors - they too are fantastic and it makes the planning process that much easier! I absolutely loved every aspect of my wedding and I know that was in large part having the event at Boojum! -

Boojum Tree Wedding Venue is a beautiful event center. I live in Colorado so I could not check it out in advance, but the photos on the website looked amazing. When I arrived I was so relieved but I also was impressed with the beauty of it. Jennifer is very easy to work with and she asked me a lot of questions to make sure I was happy. Furthermore, she triple checked all the details prior to the wedding. I HIGHLY Recommend!Boojum Tree's reply:

The Boojum Tree is the best venue in Arizona! It makes you forget about the desert surroundings and it wraps you around this magical garden. My wife and I both made the best decision in selecting this venue. -

The Boojum Tree is seriously the most beautiful place to have your wedding. It's a hidden, oasis filled with cool plants and decorations. There are so many incredible spots for pictures and the layout of it is so unique and cool. It's like it's own little world. We had our service and cocktail hour outside in a ethereal courtyard filled with vines and fountains. The dinner took place in a separate, majical room filled with so many cool trees and lights. There is a whole gandeal space for dancing that was so cool to be up on and fun that it was there just for dancing. Jennifer was so incredible and accommodating. We had decorations of our own that we wanted to put up and she was so gracious and organized when it came to finding the best spot for them and setting them up. She was so organized throughout the planning process and accommodating especially when it came to planning a wedding during a pandemic. We could not have asked for a better wedding planner.Boojum Tree's reply:

Perfect Wedding!
It was love at first sight after we came to Boojum Tree to look at the venue. Our wedding was at the end of February and it was beautiful. We had the pleasure to work with Jennifer, who is the venue coordinator, she is friendly, prompt, detail-oriented, and was always on top of things, which helped our wedding planning tremendously. Boojum Tree is a unique venue and it's beautiful, we hardly needed to bring any extra decorations because of its gorgeous plantation and lighting. Your photographer and videographer will love this place too since it's super cute and artsy, your photos and video will turn out awesome. Our guests raved about how amazing our wedding venue was. Thank you, Boojum Tree and Jennifer, for making our wedding dreams come true! -

We were looking for a venue that would be fun for guests and beautiful enough on its own that we wouldn't have to decorate. Boojum Tree was our perfect venue! It is so different from the traditional wedding venue, and the staff was very professional and helped the day run smoothly. What sold us were the many options for guests to enjoy the reception: dinner in the greenhouse, dancing in the gazebo, and mingling around cozy fire pits. -

Perfect wedding venue
Words cannot even begin to describe how AMAZING this wedding venue is!!! Boojum Tree is such a hidden gem - it is unique, fun, and just simply stunning! My husband says he would pay just to hang out there :P Every guest I talked to at our wedding said what an awesome place it was, and it really is - from the moment you walk into the place, you feel like you've been transported to another world. It feels so special and magical... almost Disney-like! Every time we came to see it or do our walkthrough was so much fun, and then the actual wedding was more than I could have ever imagined! Not only is this place fantastic, but all of the vendors they work with are top notch and extremely helpful, and our coordinator, Jennifer, was amazing! I have nothing but wonderful things to say about her and I can't thank her enough for helping make our big day absolutely perfect! I can't recommend this venue enough! I can't imagine having had a more perfect day, and it is hugely in part because of this amazing location! -

Unique, beautiful, and so wonderful!
Our wedding was the beginning of December and it was so fantastic. Not only was it the most unique venue everyone has ever been too, but it was by far the most affordable venue we looked at. We picked the package that has all the vendors included, including the alcohol, food, and DJ, which was perfect as we didn't have to worry about coordinating everyone coming in as they know how the venue works. Jennifer is fantastic and so on top of everything-she is able to corral all the guests and keep the event moving. Really the only downside is that you don't have much time to bring in things before the wedding for setup and have to have everything out that night, but honestly, there is so much lighting and decorations there that you don't really need that much for decorations! Overall, I would pick this venue again every time! -

We cannot recommend Boojum Tree highly enough. We knew this was going to be the venue for us from the moment we stepped in. It's one of the most unique and beautiful spaces. As a same sex couple, it was the only venue we went to that didn't have overly gendered spaces for getting ready and they have signage for 2 brides/2 grooms instead of just being willing to remove a gendered sign. This made us feel so welcomed and seen as a couple. Jennifer was AMAZING to work with, always making sure we had what we needed and that the day ran smoothly. The all inclusive package was perfect for us and all the vendors they bring in and recommend are great. -

I just had my wedding at Boojum Tree a few days ago, and I have nothing but rave reviews! Jennifer is a consummate professional. She was communicative and efficient, and it was an absolute joy to work with her. She took care of all of the nitty gritty details that I was either to ignorant, or too stressed out to handle. The venue was absolutely beautiful, and I am still receiving compliments from my guests about how unique of a gem it is. To everyone at Boojum Tree (especially Jennifer and Sonia): THANK YOU for making my wedding day even more beautiful and perfect than I thought possible. We cannot think of any other venue for a wedding and reception other than Boojum Tree. The moment my daughter and her then fiancé walked into Boojum Tree, they liked it. During the tour, they fell in love with it. The venue is clean. The abundance of beautiful plant life, ponds and fountains are well maintained. The seating and décor at all locations (reception, dining, dancing, cantina & places in between) are perfect. The layout of Boojum Tree is phenomenal. My husband describes the layout as intriguing and very romantic. The openness of the venue can handle big crowds. Even so, it still was a perfect fit for our small wedding of 51 people. Jennifer was always on top of the planning, providing insight and experience to help us with the decisions on how we wanted the wedding and reception to be. Jennifer is a wonderful asset as coordinator. So fun to work with! She helped us prepare at rehearsal, always giving excellent prompts. We had a few glitches of our own, but she helped us out and made it seem so simple. I think Jennifer is a ninja coordinator. She made everything go smoothly on the day of the wedding ceremony and reception, which was held on 04/26/2019. We were concerned about the heat index 100 degree day of wedding, but with appropriate placed fans/coolers and abundance of greenery, the day was pleasant. At evening, the weather also cooled quickly. Jennifer took care of the wedding party and coordinated with the vendors for the perfect day. And the vendors that we choose to use from the Boojum Tree recommended list were top notch. She was always there at the right times checking on our needs and keeping me up to speed as the event was happening. Her attention to detail, big and small, even to using our additional personal decorations to decorate the sweetheart table was amazing. My daughter and her newly wed husband have mentioned over and over again how their wedding day was perfect and they are so happy to have held it at Boojum Tree and that Jennifer is fabulous! I tend to agree. -

Gorgeous venue
My husband and I were married at Boojum Tree in April 2019. The venue is just gorgeous!! In fact, it was the first and last venue we looked at! The greenery and flowers make the space so cozy and sweet! We had almost 200 people in attendance and not one person felt cramped or uncomfortable in the space. There are so many hidden spots to sneak a quiet moment with your love. Jennifer, the coordinator, was just fantastic and helped us with our planning and execution until the second our party ended. My husband and I had our dream wedding at the Boojum Tree. Jennifer was just the most amazing coordinater and she helped us create a magical evening for not just our marriage but also our guests. To be honest, my husband and I had no idea what wedding planning entailed but the venue had a list of vendors they worked with who were so trustworthing and amazing, as well as our coordinader holding our hand through it, she asked all the right questions to make sure everything was thought of. The know weddings and not to mention how beautiful and unique the atmosphere is. There is no better place in the Valley to get married!
My (now) husband and I wanted a backyard wedding but had too many guest we wanted to share the night with and this led us to look for a venue. I had an idea in my head and our first stop for venues happened to be The Boojum Tree; after our walkthrough we knew without a doubt that was the place we wanted to get married. From the vendors to the ambiance, our wedding was a dream come true. It is the perfect place if you want a different setting in Phoenix.
I can't imagine a better place to get married! It really was a dream come true! -

I can not say enough good things about this venue. From the moment I stepped on the property I fell in love with the place- and it only got better from there!
The property is gorgeous, well maintained, unique and even has resident cats (a huge plus for me).
Our day of coordinator/main contact Jennifer was FANTASTIC. She was quick to respond to any questions we had and extremely thorough in our final walk through to make sure she knew exactly how we wanted our decorations, schedule, seating charts, etc. She was extremely organized and it was obvious she has experience in coordinating weddings by the way she conducted our rehearsal and wedding set up.
The day of our wedding my family and I literally had to do NOTHING but get ready and pass out the family corsages/boutonnieres. Jennifer had all of the decorations set up before we arrived on site and everything was perfect and in its place.
I have been to weddings before which were complete chaos leading up to the ceremony because of the disorganization and lack of communication from the venue-that was not the case with this venue. Our wedding was flawless and we have Jennifer and the lovely staff at Boojum tree to thank for that!

We make no exaggeration when we say that going with the Boojum Tree for our venue was the best decision we made when planning our wedding. It is a beautiful, memorable place to have a wedding - we had so many comments on what a gorgeous, unique venue it is! Day-of-coordinators Jennifer and Sari were absolutely amazing to work with, staying on top of everything from day one and very responsive, keeping us updated throughout the process, and coordinating with vendors to make sure every thing ran smoothly the day of - which it did! They are professional but also a lot of fun (we had a lot of laughing during our planning meeting!), and they made us and our family and friends feel at ease throughout our wedding day, checking on us frequently to make sure we had everything we needed. We went with the Orange Blossom package and chose our DJ, caterer, and bartender from the list of vendors the Boojum Tree provided - all were great to work with and we were not disappointed. Our wedding day experience went beyond our expectations and we have the Boojum Tree, Jennifer and Sari to thank - we highly recommend them! -

Tory Sent on 05/24/2018From the moment we stepped in to this hidden gem we knew we wanted to have our wedding here. The coordinator Jennifer really listened to OUR wants and needs. From the start of the whole process she was communicative up until our special day. She was there every step of the way to make sure we were happy. The venue itself is spectacular beyond words. The grounds are kept immaculate and it really is special and breathtaking. The day of our wedding had definite obstacles as it was raining, but Jennifer made sure that everything went as smoothly as it could and asked us our opinion about everything. I really loved her support throughout the whole day and the whole process in general. When it comes to your wedding you hope everything goes perfect and for us it did. We will forever be thankful of Boojum tree & it's staff. -

We really felt like we were in Europe somewhere. Certainly not the middle of Phoenix. If we could give more than 5 stars we would have. We don't have all of our photos back from our photographer but here are a few that we did get back. The backgrounds at Boojum are stunning for photos!

Paige Sent on 03/18/2018I cannot even begin to describe the romance and magic of Boojum Tree! My fiance and I knew the moment we stepped through the rustic entry gate and into this beautiful, majestic hidden garden that we had found the place where we wanted to get married. And it did not disappoint! Our big day was everything we dreamed of and more, which was due in part to this spectacular venue and in part because of Jennifer--our day of coordinator--who made sure everything went smoothly. It was also nice that they offered a package that included the DJ, caterer, and open bar, which made the planning process that much easier for me :) Additionally, all of our guests kept complementing us on picking such a beautiful and unique venue--I even had one guest say he was going to email his friend whose daughter was still looking for a venue to let her know about Boojum Tree. Seriously, if you're a bride do yourself a favor and pick Boojum. I promise it will not disappoint!

I was in awe of the rustic and eclectic details at every turn. Jennifer pleasantly guided me through what I've always imagined and heard to be a stressful process. Thanks to Jennifer, that was not my experience. They work with such amazing and equally helpful vendors. I will forever be grateful for the over-effort provided by Boojam Tree. My wedding was perfect!

Chrissy Sent on 11/28/2017We don't even know where to start! Boojum Tree was the third place we looked at and we immediately knew this was where we had to get married. It is hands down one of the most beautiful venues I have ever seen (I've been to quite a few weddings all over the US). We thought for sure it was going to be too expensive. To our surprise it was very reasonable. Jennifer is the main coordinator. She is super woman! Most brides become "bridezillas", but because of her....I could sit back and kick my feet up and enjoy the months prior to the wedding, knowing she had everything taken care of! Who can say that? We had guests flying in from coast to coast. Prior to our event, everyone was asking about the venue. It was so hard to explain because there are no words to completely describe this magical wonderland. They would just have to wait and see!
On the day of our rehearsal and actual wedding day, Jennifer was incredibly accommodating and punctual. She was a delight to our guests and incredibly helpful and organized. Our guests were overwhelmed by the beauty of Boojum Tree. They never knew what was coming next or what was around the next corner! From the courtyard to the cantina, from the green house to the gazebo dance floor. It's been over a week and I'm still hearing about how beautiful and unique Boojum Tree was. Our guests LOVED it and we LOVED it even MORE! Thank you Jennifer and "dad". You two have a hidden gem! -

Danny Sent on 02/22/2016Perfection is not something that should ever be attained. But my experience with Boojum Tree since day one has been just that. I find it hard to believe anyone that visits this venue will be able to walk away from it without finding it beyond gorgeous. We visited several venues (including ones that priced themselves much higher) and Boojum Tree is clearly the cream of the crop. However, the best part of Boojum Tree was my interaction with Jennifer. You don't realize when you're starting this that you're not only selecting a venue, but you're also going to have a lot of interaction with the venue's coordinator or in this case GM. My wife describes her as thebomb.com and I simply appreciated and thoroughly enjoyed every conversation wit her. She was timely, respectful, friendly, sharp, hilarious and just a blast to be around. I will sincerely miss communicating with her all the time but I still intend to bug her just because she is so wonderful. She gave me the best set of vendors to work with and the whole wedding went off like a well-oil machine. We were able to customize so much to make it our own but it wouldn't have been possible to achieve that level of perfection anywhere else. Boojum Tree will forever hold such a special place in my heart. If I ever find myself driving by the area during an open house on Tuesday night, I'm just going to pretend I'm getting married all over again to experience it's atmosphere. THANK YOU!
