Karina and her team did an amazing job on my hair and makeup for my wedding day. I also got my nails done at her salon and they did a fabulous job. Karina and her team were able to get me hair extensions on short notice. Karina and her team go above and beyond. Their customer service 10 out 10. I recommend them for anyone that is getting married. Some advice would be to definitely do a hair and makeup trial before the big day. -

WOW. I was so nervous for my wedding day i just knew my hair or make up or one of the girls would not be right. We were unable to have a trial run, so I was SWEATING!! It was perfect just like each picture we showed them. They even told me the one for my daughter would not hold the curls well so we could choose something else. They let the girls use the hair spray and bobby pins even though they were not getting services done. Also, we didn't pay for my daughter makeup, but she covered a cut she had on her forehead and put mascara on her. AMAZING 10 out of 10 -

I cannot recommend Bonita Makeup Studio enough! For my wedding in Puerto Vallarta, I had a large bridal party, and they handled it all seamlessly. They were incredibly organized, ensuring that everyone was done on time without feeling rushed. Everyone’s makeup was flawless!! Each person had a look that was unique to their style, yet everyone looked coordinated.
All of the artists were calm, professional, and made sure the entire group felt comfortable throughout the day. I was amazed at how efficiently everything was done without compromising quality. My makeup stayed perfect from the ceremony through to the end of the night, and my bridal party’s makeup held up beautifully as well. Not only did they do an incredible job, but they also made the entire experience fun and stress-free!
If you’re planning a wedding in Puerto Vallarta, I highly recommend Bonita Makeup Studio!

I recently had the pleasure of working with this incredible team for my wedding, and they were absolutely amazing! They did my hair as well as my family’s, and we couldn’t have been happier with the results.
They listened carefully to our ideas, paid attention to every detail, and followed our inspiration photos perfectly. Each style turned out exactly how we envisioned—beautiful, polished, and long-lasting, even in the beachy weather.
Not only are they incredibly talented, but they were also so kind, professional, and easy to work with, which made the whole getting-ready process relaxed and fun. I can’t recommend them enough!! -

Very professional. I asked a certain way of what I wanted as the mother of the bride. They went above and beyond of my expectations. I recently had the pleasure of having the Bonita Make Up Studio team, Karina[Make-Up Artist and Owner], and Lu [Hairstylist], for my wedding weekend, and I cannot express how thrilled I was with their services! My family [5 ladies] and I were overjoyed; they all were so happy with their glam beauty. From the moment we began our consultation, I knew I was in good hands. Their professionalism, creativity, and attention to detail were evident every step of the way.
On the big day, Karina created a look that was both timeless and perfectly suited to my personal style. They listened to my preferences and flawlessly executed a make-up look that made me feel beautiful and confident. The products used were top-notch, and my make-up stayed perfect all day and night, despite the emotions and festivities.
Lu worked magic with my hair. They understood exactly what I envisioned and brought it to life effortlessly. The hairstyle was not only stunning but also held up perfectly throughout the entire event. I received countless compliments on both my hair and make-up, all thanks to their incredible skills.
Both Karina and Lu were punctual, organized, and incredibly calming on a day that can often be stressful. Their warm personalities and genuine passion for their craft made the experience even more enjoyable. They went above and beyond to ensure I looked and felt my best on one of the most important days of my life.

The team at Bonita Make Up Studio did hair and make up for my wedding for me, 3 bridesmaids and my mom and they... were... FANTASTIC. I highly, highly, highly recommend!!! They did such amazing work with our make up!!!! Everyone looked like the best version of themselves... so stunning, so gorgeous! I was a little nervous because I wasn't sure if they often do make up for Asian features but I had nothing to worry about!!! They were amazing!!!
I wanted a natural, but glam look... I don't wear a lot of make up normally and I didn't want to look too different on my wedding day and they really blew me away with the look they created!!
In terms of hair... they can do it all!! They recreated hair styles just by looking at 1 screenshot from our phones. It was truly amazing!!!! And they were so lovely, so professional, so nice to chat with the entire time. They also were able to do bridal hair and make up + 4 bridesmaids (one was my mom) in like 2-3 hours. It was INCREDIBLE!
They also gave me great advice on my hair style and how the humidity at the venue would affect it. I wore my hair down and she made the curls tighter than I wanted and assured me that by the time the wedding started, the humidity would make it fall to the exact wavy look that I wanted and she was SO RIGHT. I'm so glad I listened!
Finally the make up STAYED. Not a single smudge, a single melt, nothing. It was flawless all night through the humidity and the dancing and sweating for all of us!!
I loved these ladies and could not recommend more!! Don't think twice about hiring Bonita Make Up Studio for your wedding! -

Working with Bonita studio was a very easy and smooth process. From the wedding makeup trial to the big day. They are very attentive to what you want and will work with you to edit certain things to get the exact look you want! They are very knowledgeable with the area and weather. So, listen to them as they know what they are talking about! -

Diana and Maricela nailed my vision on the very first try with the trial. As it was a destination wedding it was all over WhatsApp and email. Diana the admin was so responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. My hair and makeup turned out beautifully and I even ended up getting the best manicure and pedicure at their salon! -

Bonita Make-Up Studio did an amazing job! Not only were they always quick to respond always on time they listened to you and always gave you what you wanted! They are perfectionist but also work quickly! They are patient with you as well! Do a BEAUTIFUL JOB! One of my favorite parts is they are SANITARY AND FOLLOW ALL CDC GUIDELINES!!! I cannot recommend them enough! Loved my wedding hair and make up!!! Thank you guys again!!! Gracias Bonita’s!!! -

We had an incredible experience with Bonita who did hair and makeup for me and 6 bridesmaids for my wedding in Puerto Vallarta. They are true professionals who are able to take what you describe and turn into art. I tend to be picky (as well as my bridesmaids) about how my brows and contouring are done but they nailed it. My hair was exactly what I envisioned. To top it off, my makeup and even hair held the entire night even through sweat and some tears. I cannot thank Bonita enough for the time and effort. These girls will not disappoint. -

I loved Bonita Salon. I booked from the states so I was a little nervous but they were fantastic. I had a trail and they let me know that hair style I wanted wouldn't work because of the humidity in PV so they worked with me to find another style that would work and it was better that I could have imagined. The day of the wedding my girlfriends and I headed to the salon and they took over our beauty process and worked with my photographers to make the day go smooth. They even had an area that I could change into my dress so I could go straight to pictures. My makeup was great but I REALLY loved my hair style and all of my girlfriends hair done by the same person. I won't be needing wedding services again but wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bonita to others... Absolutely fantastic -

Our wedding was in Las Caletas in Puerto Vallarta and no be honest I was a little scared that I was going with there in house hair and makeup not knowing anything about them. This apprehension melted away after my trial with the Bonita crew. They are beyond nice and professional. Use great products and since they have been doing weddings in the heat and humidity they really know their stuff. My hair and make up on our wedding day was perfect. My makeup made it all the way to the after party. I recommend them without a doubt. I added photos on the beach early on the wedding and my makeup on the other photo on the boat ride back at the end. -

At the last minute, I asked if it would be possible to put flowers in my hair for my reception, and the glam team made sure it happened. I felt so beautiful for every event! -
