Since the start, Nikki and Nancy (wedding coordinators) were wonderful keeping a binder of all my thoughts and wishes for the wedding. Each time I toured the ballroom (about 4 times before the wedding) they were so sweet and made sure I was on track with planning. They assisted with setting up the reception, even allowing me to utilize some of their decor and signage which saved me money in the long run. They offered kids meals at discounted priced and teen pricing for guests who do not drink alcohol. I wanted mocktails for my specialty drinks and they helped make it happen. I dropped all my decor and seating arrangements off the night before and they set everything up for me. When I arrived, I was provided with my specialty beverage while waiting for our grand entrance to start which was so thoughtful. After our first dance, our head server approached us and made sure we sat down to eat our appetizers which he saved for us during cocktail hour (awww). Then he made sure we took time to enjoy our meal and provide us with beverages upon our request. I really didn’t have to ask for anything as he and the other servers were very good at anticipating your needs. My guests all raved about the food and how much they loved it in addition to how friendly and helpful the waitstaff were. They would take pictures, talk to the guests and get the party started! At the end of the night they were wonderful helping me round up all of the decor I brought from the night before. Exceptional service through and through, from the moment I reached out about a tour to after my honeymoon, they continue to reach out to ensure everything was exactly how I imagined. I highly recommend Bon Appetit for everyone, its affordable, and the staff genuinely care about you and your wedding. (P.S. They have a dock just outside for beautiful photos at sunset!) -

Most gorgeous wedding ever!
Bon Appetit far exceeded all of our expectations. Nancy was wonderful to work with and answered all of my questions quickly and professionally. I decided to use their decorations and told them our theme was lilac. When my husband and I arrived our jaws dropped at how beautiful everything was! Lilac petals on the tables, beautiful chairs, and the sunset was so incredible everybody went outside for pictures.
The day after our wedding guests were messaging us about how it was the most beautiful reception they've been to! The food portion sizes were huge and most guests had to take a box home. The bartenders Eduardo and Ali were amazing and and we can't thank the staff enough for giving us a beautiful and amazing wedding.

We priced different venues in the area and were surprised to see how reasonable Bon Appetit was for our wedding reception! Given that they have a great reputation and 5 star dining legacy, we were very pleased. Our banquet coordinator, Nikki was helpful and accommodating and went over and above the regular scope of her job to take care of us in the days leading up to our wedding. When I was most nervous (bride stress) she kept calm and reassuring. I always left there feeling taken care of. She was very responsive via email and helped us find solutions when needed. . She worked closely with my wedding coordinator and other vendors to ensure a flawless day. Her team help execute my vision and with the warm sunset lit room, it was even more beautiful than I imagined. Thank you for making my dream for a tropical inspired reception, come true!!!! -

She made our reception truly unique and special. I worked with Bon Appétit for my reception and Honeymoon Island for my ceremony. I was also a destination bride, which made everything logistically a nightmare. However, Bon Appétit as a venue was gorgeous and a beautiful place. The food was amazing as well. Nancy was helpful on the wedding day and planning. The stars were the serving staff though! Some of the staff paid personal attention to family members or guests that needed extra support. They all were smiling and at points even danced and joked with people. Great experience and good vibes. The place is beautiful as well! -

Above & Beyond Expectations
Absolutely Amazing!!! We are so thankful to have booked our wedding venue at Bon Appetit, they exceeded every expectation. They were always great at communication, Leslie & Nancy would answer every phone call and email within the HOUR and always put our minds at ease with any questions we had. The staff were all so friendly during our reception, making it feel effortless and so enjoyable. The venue was decorated beautifully, they paid attention to every detail, and could tell they treated it with the most importance. Our family raved about how delicious the food was, and how courteous the bartenders were. The list goes on & on... I would recommend Bon Appetit to anyone and know that they will go above & beyond! -

It was perfect!
Our reception at Bon Appetit went flawlessly all thanks to Leslie. She was so great and attentive to what I envisioned. She made sure to go over every single detail and went beyond far . We were astounded when we walked in because the room looked so beautiful. The food was delicious too ! -

Laid back Dunedin wedding
We had a small casual wedding at Bon Appetit. We got married at the Point and didn’t rent out the ballroom, just had 7 tables in the semi private room. The view was beautiful at sunset and we had our first dance, speeches, and cocktail hour outside before heading to our tables. It was very affordable and just perfect for us and our laid back vision! Nancy was SO helpful all along the way and on our special day! Highly recommend! -

My husband and I were married at Bon Appetit this past July. I am extremely satisfied with our choice to host our wedding there. The staff were all so helpful, kind, and accommodating. Even when I had to reschedule the date because my husband had military obligations they worked with me and we found a solution. Our ceremony was held on their private dock right over the water and our reception inside. Both areas were decorated beautifully thanks to the talented event planners there. The food and appetizers were also sooo delicious! Some friends of mine and still talking about the jalapeño poppers :)
Overall I couldn’t be happier that I chose Bon Appetit for our wedding! -

We got married on August 4th, so it was great to be able to have a beautiful wedding on the water without having to be outside! I highly recommend having your wedding here!

Amazing cakes!
Our wedding reception on May 5, 2018 was fabulous! The venue was decorated with class. The food was awesome!
Nancy Williams and the Bon Apettit staffs did an excellent job in the preparation of the ceremony venue, the reception area. We got the ultimate package and all are guests were very impressed!

I couldn’t have asked for more! Everything was perfect! The staff went above and beyond my expectations carrying my plate, bringing me drinks, the bartender even had a wet cloth ready for me when I had cake smashed in my face! I seriously felt like a princess for the day! Of course the view is beautiful!!!! You can have a beautiful space but that means nothing without the hospitality and kindness of the banquet staff! Awesome!!!

However, once my fiancé found Bon Appetit all my fears of finding the right place, with all the bells and whistles and still meeting our budget expectations were gone! Their website gave all the information we needed to make our decision. Pricing, what's included, the food choices, everything was right there in order to not wait a day or two to possibly hear back from a "contact us" email. We originally planned on a May 2017 wedding however, with an illness in our family, the team at Bon Appetit gave me all the available dates with in February and made it happen! The food was outstanding!! The view was absolutely breathtaking and the perfect back drop, with the sunset views shinning through the floor to ceiling windows. If you're an original Florida girl like me, that wants a water view (but with out the sand ;)) THIS is your place! They have everything you could want, need and more! Bon Appetit was the perfect place for the most intimate, romantic and best party of our lives! -

Elizabeth was always pleasant to work with and what I appreciated most about her was her quick responses , flexibility , always got back to me regarding details of my questions , never made me feel like I was asking too much and I was completely confident in her knowing she would do a great job the day of bc she paid close attention to responding to every detail of my email . She made attempts to specialize it and personalize it to what I wanted and we were able to have options to make it financially feasible for us. Her and her staff were very professional and the food was excellent . She and her staff helped me decorate my event with ALL my decorations but I had all the confidence that it would turn out nice and it sure did! I appreciate especially the day before when I had came to put up my decorations, they were put into a difficult situation by the rain . A wedding was being set up for in the ballroom the same time I was decorating for my wedding reception bc it was raining that weekend so we had to leave most the decorating to them because we couldn't stay decorating with the wedding happening that afternoon. So of course this was an additional event they had to set up for in this ballroom which meant me and my girls couldn't decorate as much and the decorating was left mostly to them.. They kept their cool and it didn't seem to overwhelm them at all, and they decorated so nice for me!! They had a lot on their plate but once again I had all the confidence in them . They were so nice to work with and very nice people. I heard nothing but great comments! The food was terrific as well! I had a reception I always dreamed of ! I want to thank Elizabeth and all of her staff for all their hard work!! They worked SO hard ! Thank you so much :-) -

Susan Sent on 09/01/2010We decided to have our wedding at Bon Appetit after seriously considering several other venue choices with similar offerings. Our ceremony was hold in Bon Appetit's Sunset Ballroom I, with shuttered windows that overlook the intracoastal and a large, white arch that can support column or arch-top arrangements. (If weather permits, you can opt to have your ceremony on the deck overlooking the intracoastal, with breathtaking views and balmy breezes.) The Sunset Ballroom II, where the reception was held, has stunning views of the intracoastal waterway through its walls of windows, which stretch from one end of the room to the other along the waterside. The room was decorated beautifully, clean and bright. The wedding package prices are in line with those of other waterfront venues, and the food was good. When life threw us a curveball (our son and daughter were in a car accident on the way to the reception), Carmen took control of the evening, rearranging the schedule to keep our waiting guests happy while calming my husband and I until the ceremony could take place. And, as a plus, the complimentary hotel room was large and airy, perfect for getting ready for the wedding, and spending the first night together. -

Perfect ceremony/perfect venue. Nancy, Nikki, Alberto and the entire Bon Appetit team were so accommodating when my fiancé and I had to scramble to find an alternative venue when our initial venue cancelled on us. They took our vision and really turned it into reality with a beautifully executed ceremony site on their dock. They kept telling me to not worry they got it. And they really did! The reception ballroom was also set up exactly to what we were looking for. All of our guests that traveled out of of town were super impressed! The entire wedding was perfect from start to finish! We had a wonderful experience with Bon Appetit. We had never visited the restaurant prior to our wedding day as it was a destination wedding. We found the restaurant after a local resident recommended it for our ceremony and lunch reception. Nancy did a great job setting things up for us based on photographs and an email description. I recommend being sure you know if you are signed up for the semi private room or the ballroom because we did not know that there was a difference. The semi private room was just fine but it wasn't what I was originally expecting. The food, service, and professionalism was great.

My wife and I had our reception here on June 1st, 2019. Bon Appetite is an amazing venue. Gorgeous views, great food and top notch service. The help Leslie and Nancy provided was phenomenal! Leslie goes out of her way to make sure your event is better than you could imagine and that you don’t have to worry about anything. We highly recommend Bon Appetite for any event you’re planning! You won’t be disappointed!

We schedule an appointment with Nancy to look at their reception area for our wedding venue and totally got blown off..(granted we were 5 mins late because of traffic) She was in with another customer at 12:05 when we arrived. We expected to sit down with her and talk about all the options, but that was not the case.. the hostess showed us the room didn't say one word to us.I asked her for a brochure at least for pricing and then she handed me an appointment set up card to fill out..... We live an hour and a half away so it's not right around the corner from us ... so for us to cool off, we sat down to eat to try their food(we heard it was wonderful). Our server Behzad was just absolutely amazing!(the reason for the 2 starts instead of 1)
