Super friendly and helpful! She was very quick to get back with me and keep me informed with everything. Knew exactly the vision I was going for and went above and beyond. Amazing To Work With!
Working with this vendor made my wedding day so special! She worked with us to coordinate bouquets, boutonieres, corsages, table arrangements, and a flower arch for the ceremony. Cristina was very professional in her communication throughout the planning process and we were amazed that the setup on the wedding day went so flawlessly. The flower arch she created was absolutely beautiful and our wedding party couldn't stop taking photos with it. The bouquets and table arrangements were all our guests could talk about that day. I have received so many compliments on the flowers to this day and it seems to be the highlight for our wedding guests. Amazing work and Great Customer Service
Christina did an amazing job with the flowers for our wedding. It was a destination wedding so she had to travel to our location. All of the arrangements excepted our expectations!!! The flowers were very fresh. She arrived in plenty if time to complete setting up the flowers in the cellar for the ceremony, the banquet hall for the dinner and the reception area for the party.
Fresh flowers were also part of our wedding cake, so there were additional logistics to get the flowers to the cake baker the day before.
Lastly, we met with her upfront, she gave us a detailed quote and it was more than reasonable.
We would highly recommend her to all of our friends.

Christina was absolutely amazing. I had booked her first out of all of my vendors almost two years out from our wedding date. She kept in touch with me and was never upset to change something up that I wasn't sure about. She quietly slipped in and out on the big day, and after getting ready I walked into the most beautiful chapel and reception area. She even decorated with the extra eucalyptus she had with no charge. Finding a florist wasn't a super fun experience for myself and my (now) husband UNTIL we found Cristina & Bokay Boutique! Cristina runs her business with warmest heart. She is kind, passionate about her floral designs, and her prices are so reasonable. She takes great care in the final product. When our flowers came in and she began to assemble bouquets, etc., she communicated to us that the greenery we had selected didn't come in up to her standards so she swapped it out for a better option! I had full trust in her because of her kindness and heart and it surely paid off for us. Thanks again for making our day so beautiful, Cristina!

Better Than I Could’ve Imagined!
Cristina is the absolute BEST! I cannot say enough good things about working with Bokay Boutique. The quality of flowers is absolutely superb and at a fraction of the cost of other florists, yet every penny was well spent! From the beginning Cristina had a wonderful vision, and was always open to meet or email to discuss what I wanted. She checked in multiple times leading up to the wedding and was always so sweet and professional. The day of the wedding she was an absolute life saver - arrived at the venue promptly, set everything up beautifully, worked with my bridal party and venue, and even added in extra flowers and touches where she thought was needed. My bouquet was HUGE (in a good way!) and the most beautiful arrangement I had ever seen and even better than I dreamed! Everyone raved about the fresh flowers and I’m so sad they won’t last forever! Thank you Cristina!!

I would highly recommend heisting for all your floral needs. She is so easy to work with and very accommodating. She cared about you and your day. She was very gracious when I had some last minute changes. The floral arrangements she did for my wedding were absolutely stunning. My wedding was six months ago and I still have people raving about how beautiful my flowers were. Definitely consider her for your wedding.

Simply Amazing
I absolutely adored my flowers!!! I showed her a bunch of different photos of what I was looking for and the colors I wanted and she NAILED it!! I am obsessed with my flowers and, best of all, they were reasonably priced. I was worried about getting real flowers overs silk because I wouldn't see the final product until the day of, but TOTALLY worth it!!!!! I will be recommending her to many people!!!!

Let me start by saying Cristina was amazing to work with! I was referred to her from a fellow bride who said she was amazing, and she wasn’t kidding! Flowers and greenery aren’t categories I know a lot about and it was so nice to have Cristina there to walk me through each detail. I gave her a few pictures and with that she exceeded anything I could have ever imagined. Weddings can be a bit crazy and having Cristina involved was the best choice! Easy going, accommodating and helpful are a few words to describe my experience. I don’t plan on getting married again, but if I did she would be one of my first calls!

We are so happy we went with Bokay Boutique for our wedding!!! The flowers were GORGEOUS—I got so many compliments about them. I wanted wildflower-looking bouquets and she nailed it, better than I could have even imagined! My husband and I met with Cristina and instantly fell in love with her sweet personality, knowledge, and kind-heartedness. Cristina has been providing florist services from her home after acquiring Bokay Boutique from a friend. Considering that I knew nothing about flowers, Cristina gave great insight to in season flowers that fit my budget and matched the ideas I was looking for. About 5 months into planning, my husband and I changed our wedding colors – which meant that our floral arrangements that we previously agreed on needed a major overhaul. Cristina was incredibly accommodating and worked with me via email and in person to make my ideas come to life. I cannot speak more highly of how understanding and easy to work with Cristina was. Of the many changes I asked for, she was always willing to give me her best efforts and suggestions. She even allowed for me to add a last minute piece for our welcome mirror! Cristina was reasonably priced and our floral pieces for the ceremony and reception were out of this world gorgeous!

She was incredibly enthusiastic and knowledgeable about so many flower varieties, combinations, etc. I did not have any specific requests in mind when I met with her, and she helped me pick out a bunch of different flowers for our bouquets, that turned out to be so beautiful and vibrant! She also made us an arrangement for our ceremony arch, and let me order a bunch of loose flowers for our centerpieces. She was more than willing to help me stay within a certain budget, and did not ever come across as being pushy. She helped me select a gorgeous combination in different price ranges to get the best value. She was responsive, prompt, and professional. What really stands out the most though, is you can tell that she really enjoys what she does, and that is very refreshing!

Cristina was absolutely worth every penny I paid her. She stuck to my budget and over delivered. The flowers were fresh, and beautiful, nothing was broken or damaged. She actually surprised me on how BIG everything was. I figured with me being on a budget that I was going to have to sacrifice on something, but I got the flowers I wanted at the price I could afford, and they were fuller then I could imagine.
She provided 11 boutineers, 4 bouquets, 6 corsages, 10 centerpieces, head table, and some ceremony flowers for me.
She was easy to work with and very communicative throughout the whole process. I got screwed by another florist, so she helped me plan my flowers in less then 1 month, and was very flexible with changes and made plenty of suggestions and found flowers that would fit my feel. I received so many compliments on my flowers on how beautiful and full they were.
I highly recommend Cristina for your flower needs, and I'm recommending her to everyone I know.

I couldn't have asked for a better person to work with about the flowers for my wedding then Cristina! She was always available to answer all my questions I had about my order and showed up to the appointment and the church on time and was always ready! The bouquets, corsages, and boutonnière turned out absolutely perfect for my wedding day and even the days after we're still stunning! If you want options, Bokay Boutique is the place! I absolutely love Gerber Daisies and Cristina pulled out a booklet of every possible colors you could have! She was also there to help you if you are stumped what else to put in the bouquets!

Jamie of Bokay Boutique is AMAZING! I had a vision for a vintage wedding and Jamie completely brought my vision to life and exceeded my expectations! She is very professional, friendly, and AFFORDABLE. She works out of her home, so with no overhead costs for a brick and mortar store, her prices are way below the competition. I was an out-of-town bride and we only had one face-to-face meeting, then I was able to do everything else by phone and email.
Jamie used my assortment of antique pitchers and vases I'd collected, then created the centerpieces the morning of the wedding, having never seen the vases beforehand. I was completely amazed! I can't say enough good things about the quality of service and product I received. I would recommend Bokay Boutique to every bride!

She met with us several times at the beginning to plan out our flowers, and then met or corresponded with me via email to make several changes as I changed my mind and had new ideas over the year. She always responded to my emails or texts, answering any and all questions and providing insights and ideas. On our wedding day Jamie arrived early to the church and had gone over and above what I ever expected when it came to our flowers. My bouquet was stunning, the arrangements at the church and reception were perfect. I can't say enough good things about Bokay Boutique. I would recommend her without hesitation to anyone looking for a florist who is easy to work with and who can visualize beautiful flowers for a wedding! My flowers were gorgeous! She was very easy to get a hold of as I had some last minute changes. I had a flower girl drop out and one of my grandmothers passed and she came up with the idea of a memory vase for our passed loved ones which was gorgeous! We loved Bokay Boutique! The florist is really very talented and has an eye for what looks good. She got to know our style and the kind of feel we wanted to have at the wedding, and matched it beautifully! We're so thankful to have found a fantastic florist within our small budget. She is such a gift to young brides!

Jamie is amazing. She did my flowers, menus, programs, chair covers, table numbers and place cards. Everything was at an extremely reasonable price and turned out amazing. I would recommend her to anyone. She was by far the best vendor I had for my wedding. She responds very promptly and I know how important that is when wedding planning.

First thing, Thankyou Jaime for the most beautiful flowers and making our wedding day just perfect!! If you want great looking flowers, someone who is organized and and always reliable, then give her a try!! Everyone told me how great my flowers were, and loved the coffee bean idea! I really liked her beacause I told her to do basically whatever with the flowers that I picked, and everything turned out amazing. We even took flowers from the church and used at the club to decorate. My day was wonderful and Jaime made it that much easier on me!! Thanks for everything! Molly and Rob 10/10/2009

We used Bokay Boutique for our wedding this past weekend, and can't say enough great things about Jamie and the wonderful service she provides. The flowers were absolutely beautiful, and much more affordable than any other florist in the area. She is extremely responsive as well! I give her 5 stars :)

Work with Jamie was a pleasure. She is full of ideas and recommendations. The flowers and decoration of my wedding was awesome. Everybody loved it. And the best part is that I got great service for half of the price. Definitively, I would highly recommend Bokay Boutique for your wedding!

Jamie was excellent to work with. She was prompt, available, and accommodating. We received countless compliments on both the bouquets and centerpieces that she designed. She understood our vision for the reception and made it happen for a reasonable price. I can't imagine we would have received such a value with any other florist in NW Ohio.

Bokay Boutique was awesome! I was trending finding a new florist from 2,700 miles away from our wedding site. Jamie was very professional when I met with her and her prices where a little less expensive than others. I found out in the meeting with her the shop is run out of her house which made me nervous. I had no reason to be! She was able to everything and more a regular florist can do. She special ordered me ivory dalhias. I sent her a few pictures of things I liked and she created the most beautiful bouquet. She made five bridesmaids bouquets, and SEVERAL boutineers. They arrived about half hour before pictures and they were perfect and well organized! My mom loved it so much, she is going to try and preserve it. Thanks Jamie! You have a talent that beats several others.

Cristina was amazing! My flowers were everything I dreamed out, she was so laid back and gave me great ideas for arrangements. I got so many compliments on my bouquet, it was gorgeous. The flower arrangements at my ceremony and for my centerpieces were exactly what I wanted. She was very accommodating and helpful, her prices are very reasonable.

Think twice before using Bokay Boutique!! (owner, Jamie Venable). We went with BB upon recommendation from a friend. The owner, Jamie, was the person we worked with (It is my belief she is the solo florist at BB)
Jamie and I had agreed on all of the flowers (we only used her to do our bouquets, bouts and corsages) days before the wedding in specific detail.. even exchanging photos so that there would be a clear understanding of what we wanted for our flower selections/design. What we received the day of our wedding was far from what was represented. She made my bouquet with dark pink poenies (I had specified the pale, pale pink ones). My bouquet looked like something a child would carry (color and size wise).. It was not much larger than a volleyball. For $140, i certainly expected better sizeability! My 2 attendants bouquets were brown and dying upon delivery (they primarily consisted of green hydrangeas). Last, 4 of the 6 bouts she made fell apart upon pinning them on (one was my husband to be's bout). By the time all of this happened, it was far too late to contact the owner to remedy our issues.
A few days after the wedding, she made an offer of $55 of the total of nearly $400 as and for compensation for the less than professional job she did on our flowers. She told us that that that was her "final offer" and that we would have to take her to court before a magistrate before she would negotiate more. No way it is worth the time, my energy, and any more of our money to get our point across. What it appeared is that she had basically "given up" on our order (she had complained that she had 2 other weddings the same day as ours and that she had been up til 4am finishing up). She was fairly pleasant to work with in the planning phase but was an absolute nightmare to deal with when I confronted her with our complaints about her shoddy work. With all time and money that went into the planning and wedding itself, her work was the only (thank goodness) that was substandard. My husband and I are just not willing to continue to chase her anymore for what we feel would be fair compensation. Bad Karma, bokay boutique.

I went with Jamie from Bokay Boutique because I read she was flexible and affordable. After all is said and done it was not worth the money I thought I was saving.
She works out of her home and is majorly over extended (she had 3 other weddings on my wedding day).
She called me with less than 30 minutes before I was walking down the aisle to ask if one of my bridesmaids would take her decorations home because the venue I choose would not allow her to leave her items there overnight. She was aware of the need to pick up her items the evening of the event well ahead of time, but still pushed this request on me last minute.
Then there were no flower girl petals and again 30 minutes before I was walking down the aisle I had to disassemble my toss bouquet to use the petals for the flower girl basket. She did not hand deliver the bridal bouquet of bridesmaid bouquets to us instead she left them at the reception hall for me and my bridal party to frantically try and track down minutes before the wedding. Later on I found out that she did not even hand out or pin on the grooms and groomsmen boutonnieres. The groom’s boutonniere was not different in any way from the other groomsmen (which is something we discussed) and the grandparents and mother and father on both sides were not given their boutonnieres or assisted in pinning them on either.
The lack of communication and the poor effort from this vendor was very disappointing. I also had spoke with her about a few other things that didn’t play out like they should have, for example the center pieces were not nearly as large or as grand as we had discussed and they were missing one of the main elements to them, the crystals. Luckily she was able to supply these to us last minute but not without a huge price increase due to what she claims was miss communication on my part. She also complained to me about how tired she was since she had to do so many weddings that day and would come back out only after she ate dinner, with less than a half an hour to go before the wedding started. Another disappointment was that my bouquet was supposed to have pearl pins throughout it and sadly it did not. Lastly she claimed there would be extra flowers that she would be able to lay on the cake table instead of paying for an additional arrangement (she stated she always orders extra flowers in case something happens to some of them) and this too did not happen.
While my husband and I were on our honeymoon she continually emailed me for the remaining balance for her time and gas to come back out and add crystals to the center pieces (an addition that I assumed was already included in the center piece as discussed during out consultation). I just didn’t feel comfortable or special dealing with her on the wedding day and she defiantly did not go above and beyond for me. I wouldn’t recommend her and in the future I would hire a professional who knows how to make a bride feel at ease on her wedding day rather than calling minutes before she is going to walk down the aisle to arrange for someone to take home her vases and such.
