Fabienne was absolutely magnificent! She helped make my day so special and everything turned out beautifully. The food was delicious, the wait staff were friendly, everything was perfect! Rescheduled twice due to COVID and Fabienne was so understanding and helped me every step of the way. I never felt like I was bothering her and you can tell how much she truly cares about her brides and the events she helps put on! Would definitely recommend. The price is unbeatable and the accommodations/vendors are top notch! -

I am a big Foodie so I knew I wanted an array of yummy selections, and they did not disappoint! E everything was so delicious from their catering team! Tracy and Jody are so sweet and helpful! Tracy answered all and any questions I had and Jody was a lifesaver the day of my wedding helping us all, especially my cranky tried son! Together they worked their magic and I had the most amazing wedding! -

Boca Dunes
Boca Dunes went way past my expectations. I enjoyed every moment. My guess were blown away with the professionalism of the staff. And OMG the Hall I loved it. I left the Hall feeling like man I want to do this over again, and we will definitely be back to renew our vows. Thank you for making May.8,2021 a moment that we will never forget. Boca Dunes was a great venue. I was a COVID bride and they really worked with us. Fabiene was amazing. She was with us at the Rehearsal dinner and the wedding night and she really kept everything in control when we needed it. The staff who helped serve were so sweet and really caring, they were very genuine people. Not only are the people there awesome but their food was amazing. I truly enjoyed all the food they gave us for the Rehearsal dinner and the wedding. Then wedding was beautiful, fun and organized. Everything a bride and groom could ask for. I would 100% have more events there. Thank you Boca Dunes for being so great! The Nietos had an amazing time!!! -

Fabienne is absolutely incredible! After rescheduling 3 different times due to COVID, we decided on having a Minimony on December 6th. Fabienne was always flexible with us due to the situation and responded to all my crazy questions with efficiency. I was still a little nervous about having a small ceremony during COVID but all the precautions were put in place and left me at ease. They had temperature checks, hand sanitizing stations, the ceremony seats were socially distanced and all events were outside. The outside ceremony venue is gorgeous! Not to mention it's affordable!! Very happy with how everything turned out! -

Fabienne was absolutely wonderful, she walked my wife and myself throughout the whole wedding process. She was thorough, professional, and explained every detail before the anything was set in stone. It was only by the time that the wedding rolled around that we could truly appreciate how well everything was coordinated. Boca Dunes Country Club is definitely the place to go for a wedding venue. Affordable, beautiful, professional. Simply put, I gave it 5 stars and already recommended it to two of my friends! -

This venue has open houses every few months and I definitely reccomend going if you’re interested! It rained all day on our wedding day until about an hour and a half before the ceremony. They dried off all the seats and ground so everyone was comfortable. They work with you to make sure your day is perfect, and it was! -

As a bride, weddings can be a lot to take on. From picking the venue, to the tastiest food, choosing the prettiest flowers, to the most perfect photographer, of course the most beautiful dress, and every little detail in between, a wedding can be very stressful. I have to admit, Boca Dunes made wedding planning a breeze for my husband and I. We were able to attend a showcase every month, where we got to meet different vendors, sample menu items, and explore the venue to help our planning process. Most of our items for the wedding were DIY but for the few “last minute” items that we did not want to purchase, we were able to rent right from the venue. On my wedding day, my wedding planner decided to not show up and also not tell the bride or the groom that she was not showing up. She sent a few people in her place, but as a bride it is very stressful to send people to help coordinate your wedding when you have never met or spoken with them. Thank god for my husband that ran around to make sure everything was perfect for his bride. But also, we are so thankful for the staff at Boca Dunes! What could’ve been absolutely disastrous, turned into a spectacular evening and it was all due to this awesome staff here at Boca Dunes. Tracey Warholic, the catering manager, and Jodi Guili, the floor manager, were there every step of the way to make sure it was everything we wanted and more. When our wedding planner did not deliver her overlays as promised, Boca Dunes was there to make sure our tables looked amazing! When the wedding planner did not send over a timeline, Tracy came to us and asked us when everything should be happening so that she could make sure it got done. When the Bride heard the news of her wedding planner not being present, Tracy was there to help calm her, brought her some cold water and asked what she could do to help. She stated, “anything you need I am here for you.” Tracy even helped coordinate when the bride, the flower girl and the ring bearer were to walk the isle, that of which a wedding planner should be present for. Jodi was also very present during the reception to make sure everyone was happy. She not only walked around to make sure all of our family and friends were enjoying themselves, she made sure that the bride and groom had food to eat. As a bride, it’s difficult to eat because you just want to mingle with your friends and family and also spend time dancing with your husband. Jodi made sure the bride had a plate of food set aside for after the wedding. I cannot explain the kindness and gratitude I have for these beautiful people. The waitstaff, the bartender, everyone was so delightful and truly made our evening so beyond memorable. I cannot even explain to you in words how thankful I am. I would highly recommend Boca Dunes to anyone looking to plan their special day! -

Our dream come true
Boca Dunes delivered the best possible wedding we could have ever wished for! Fabienne was there with us to answer all our questions through out the year of planning and the day of her and Lillian made sure all the details were perfect! The food, service and all turned out amazing! My husband and I are so thrilled and our guest raved about how much fun and beautiful everything was! I highly recommend this venue! We couldn’t be happier with how our wedding day turned out! -

From the moment my Husband and I booked Boca Dunes to be our wedding venue, we were treated like royalty. From start to finish working with Fabienne was amazing. There are reasonable packages to extravagent packages, a bridal suite that you only dream of. They put everything out and packed it up. They handled every request. They are so professional and well practiced. I would definitely recommend booking events here. Because we will definitely be coming back! As corny as it sounds, it was the best day of my life! My Husband and I could not have been happier. Thank you Boca Dunes! -

The food was delicious, the setup was stunning, and the staff were very professional and the service were beyond amazing. . All of our guests had an excellent time. I would highly recommend having your wedding ceremony and reception at Boca Dunes!

Melissa Sent on 08/14/2017I cannot begin to express how wonderful this venue is! The staff was so caring and took their time with us whenever we had questions or concerns. The pergola outside is beautiful with the benches in the four corners. We had an outside ceremony and our pictures were amazing! The food was delish and the bartender was wonderful with our guests. The servers were very good as well, they laughed and interacted very well with our guests too that were from NY to AL! Overall it was an amazing time and we had a lot of compliments on the venue and food! -

The venue looked gorgeous, the food was amazing(I am a chef, so I guess you can trust me on this one!), the level of care for us and our guests was incredible! I do events for a living so I was worried about leaving my control freak side of me at home on my wedding day, but I didn't even have to worry about it. Erin was on top of everything together with Michelle and the waiting staff. We all had so much fun! Definitely a day to remember!

Wedding at the Dunes
I'm very happy about how helpful both Tracy and Fabienne were; and Megan and Daniella who I worked with the same day of the wedding. I only had 6 months to prepare everything and I loved the fact that they have different packages with many vendor already included so I didn't have to worry about that, and every package have different prices and so I was able to pick the one closer to my budget. I actually didn't have to decorate much more because the venue per se is very pretty. I had a difficult time with the florist though but I picked her because she was listed as the only option in the vendor list so I thought she was the only vendor and I didn't have enough time to look for external vendors so I went with her; then I found out that they have more florist options and I could've picked someone else but I already had signed a "reservation" contract with this florist and didn't want to change it but I really wasn't happy with her throughout the whole process. Other than that, everything was wonderful. Tracy help me with a last minute problem (with the flowers of course) the day before the wedding! And made me feel very calm that everything was going to be ok. I wasn't a bridezilla (I hope!) but I had loooots of questions and I would text her or email her every day for the last 2 months more or less; sometimes she wouldn't respond right away but overall she was very responsive and veeeery patient with me! I'm very grateful to all the team that made my wedding day as pretty as it was. I received a lot of compliments on the decoration and the venue; like I said at the beginning, I didn't buy extra decorations from the vendors because the venue itself is more than enough and looks beautiful the way it is. I brought some pictures of me and my husband to put around the room and they help me with that an even put some little roses and flowers they had to make my pictures decoration even prettier. My ceremony and reception weren't suuuper fancy because that's what I decided but everything looked even better than I imagined it; if you upgrade some services it would look as fancy as you want. -

Doriane Sent on 05/27/2017The venue is absolutely gorgeous. The staff and vendors made sure our day was absolutely perfect. We received many compliments from our guests about the wedding ceremony. Only complaints were that many didn't like the food. But that can be expected from Caribbean folks who are very picky. My only complaint was that coordinating the event could have went better. My father did not receive his boutonnière until the end of the night, when the reception was coming to an end. My husband (groom), best man, and the groomsmen didn't receive theirs until after the ceremony. I was extremely disappointed when I found out. -

My wedding was January 1st 2022. A manager who refused to give her name was RUDE when my wedding planner asked about there not being numbers on the tables. The Head of Security told me at open house to make sure my friends didn't try to sneak Hennessey into the establishment if we didn't have the premium liquor package. #1 Assuming that I drink Hennessey would be why... Maybe I look like a Hennessey drinker.
I'm a Sales Director responsible . I know value versus price. The establishment doesn't offer or build any VALUE whatsoever. What happens is they never ask your vision they only offer you a chance to spend , spend , spend.
My budget was $20K . Very close friends who were recently married advised me not to get the premium alcohol package because people will drink anything that's fee. I regret not spending more money for a venue where there's value and respect. I regret not spending more money where it wouldn't be assumed that my professional friends and family would sneak Hennessey into my reception.
If you understand VALUE versus price, this place has no value. The food was unseasoned.
