Tricia was amazing! Although covid was hard to plan around, she still stuck with it! She went above our expectations and really knows what she is doing! You can tell she has a passion for this!

Tricia is truly a professional and very easy to work with! Her value cannot be beat. She delivered a beautiful ceremony and her readings were better than we could've picked ourselves. Amazing!

I don't know what more to say then she was AMAZING!! She had us fill out a questionnaire and personalized our ceremony to perfection!! Best part was when she threw in a few statements that made us and the guest laugh and feel at ease!! I'd reccomend Tricia over and over again! I loved her!!

Tricia was very professional and helpful during the process of preparing for the wedding. I filled out the questionnaire she provided with all the information and then she created a script based off of that. It was super simple and that made it so easy and one less thing to stress about before the big day. I would highly recommend her services!

Exceptional Officiating

Tricia is absolutely tip notch, went above and beyond! She included a fun insert to the ceremony to play on our last name, so fun and unexpected. We wanted the vibe to be lighthearted and she nailed it. Even rolled with the flow when my Husband said I do a tad early making our guests laugh, honestly my fav part of the whole experience. Was early to the venue, replied to every communication timely through the process and I couldn’t be more pleased with her performance and valued addition to our wedding experience. We are so glad we chose Tricia to officiate our wedding!

Tricia from Boat Town Weddings was an absolute pleasure to work with from beginning to end. We had only communicated via email up until the wedding day, but I felt like I knew her when we finally met. She was very responsive and created the perfect, most personal ceremony for us and made all the changes we wanted to make it "us." She was professional, but still personable and I would highly recommend hiring her! Her fee is reasonable, too!

Tricia is Amazing!!

I wanted the person who was going to marry my husband and myself to be as fun and energetic as we are and with Tricia- we got it. Communication before the wedding, rehearsal with the whole bridal party and family, and especially the day of- stress free and fun. The main part that really made me happy was the communication before the wedding and how organized she was with the layout of the ceremony. I love organization and knowing exactly what to expect. Wonderful officiant, grace under pressure

Tricia was absolutely wonderful to work with. She wrote a beautiful classic ceremony for us and happily incorporated the few changes we requested the day before the wedding. On the day of, she had such a lovely presence and delivery. The lights went out unexpectedly during the ceremony and Tricia didn't miss a beat. She handled it with grace and humor, making light (pun intended :)) of the situation that garnered laughter from the crowd. She continued the ceremony by memory before (thankfully!) the lights came back on. Coming from a family with a strong tradition of church weddings and not many civil ceremonies, we got so many compliments on her afterward. The ceremony was short and sweet but still meaningful with the right gravitas for the occasion. Hire her and you will not be disappointed!

Our experience was fantastic, Tricia was amazing. She was very quick to respond, less than 24 hours for every email. Very friendly, professional, and easy to talk to about anything that came up. Completely willing to be flexible about changes, even under short notices. Would recommend their services to anyone looking for an officiant.

We just got married on 9/8/18 and our ceremony with Tricia couldn’t have been better. Communicating with Tricia up until the wedding was super easy. Anytime we had questions, she either responded later in the day, or within 24 hours. When it came to what would be said the day of, any special requests we had, Tricia was more than happy to oblige and worked everything in perfectly. We have a 2 1/2 year old son, and the funny little things he did during the ceremony, Tricia rolled right with him and and it made our day even more special. We asked her to incorporate something that we had written about our son and how she included it, along with a reading about family in general, were just beautiful. Tricia is super nice, personable, and flexible and we couldn’t have asked for someone better to marry us!!

Fantastic! There is no other word to describe the quality you will get from Trish! She helped to make our day even more amazing than we could have imagined! From the start she was very quick to respond and to give advice since we had no idea what we were doing! Even through our many changes she kept up to date tabs on everything we wanted and even threw in some very welcomed surprises!! Our wedding was unique as it was very nerdy/geeky and she did a great job between balancing our quirkiness with a classy take as well. Many of the first compliments we heard from our guests were how perfect Trish was, and you'll hear that too!

Tricia is amazing! We got her name from another close friend of ours who also used her as their officiant. We loved how relaxed and laid back her personality is and was able to lighten the tone for what can be a very nervous/anxious time for a bride. If you are looking for someone who will listen and pay attention to the details you and your fiance are looking for and give you the ceremony of your dreams you have found your woman! She was always there when we had questions or concerns and responded so quick. She really made us feel so confident and relaxed that she had everything covered for our ceremony!

We got married sat at Metamora Country Club and Tricia performed our ceremony. She was awesome. We knew from the first time we talked to her she was the one to perform our ceremony. She prepared the perfect vows and took the time to make sure we loved them. She kept in touch and made sure we were completely happy. Our guests commented on how sincere she was and it was a great experience. We would highly recommend her.

Tricia was amazing... She is able to almost find the type of person that you are... and make your ceremony about you... She doesn't judge what you want...or what you don't... she just works around you and entertains the crowd. In such a special day, and she makes it enjoyable for guests to witness too. Super fun and professional... highly recommended... Boat Town is hopefully still working when we decide to renew our vows in years to come!

Tricia was amazing. My husband and I were baptized into different religions so we wanted to incorporate some religion into her ceremony without it weighing heavy. Tricia did just that. She had our guests laughing and in tears with her beautiful readings and prayers. She kept our guests listening and interested with her way of words. Or ceremony was not too long not too short, it was just the perfect timing. Would recommend to anyone!

Tricia was fantastic from the first email. She responded quickly and concisely, was always responsive with questions, and even let me pay via PayPal - bonus! Tricia was great! We wanted a small and intimate ceremony, which she provided with both a professional as well as a "family" feeling, but I have no doubt she would be just as wonderful for a much larger ceremony. Tricia married us on December 17th, 2016. We are unbelievably happy and satisfied with the services Tricia provided for us! From the first meeting to the day of our wedding Tricia was very attentive and communicated often with us to make sure we were all on the same page. She provided drafts of her ceremony for our approval and allowed us to make changes/suggestions without any negative feelings. Tricia is amazing! The first time we met with her we felt so comfortable with her and she put us totally at ease. She was so easy to work with and very easy to get a hold of and good with answering our questions. The ceremony sample she gave us were the vows I wanted but didn't know how to put into words myself. During the ceremony the mic stopped working, my now husband jumped the gun on the "I do" part and she totally rolled with all the punches she was thrown with poise, professionalism, and the perfect amount of humor. We had so many compliments from friends and family about the ceremony and how personal it felt. I absolutely recommend Tricia!!!

Tricia was fantastic to work with for our wedding on 9/2/16! She created a ceremony that fit all of our needs and reflected who we are as a couple. Tricia was absolutely amazing to work with! She was extremely professional, friendly and organized and we couldn't have been happier with her services! She thoroughly explains the process of obtaining your marriage license and handles filing it for you after the wedding too, which is a huge help. After our first meeting with her we knew we found the right person. Tricia was also very prompt and responsive to our texts and emails. She is truly a wonderful and articulate speaker and did the best job officiating our ceremony! I wish i could give 10 stars!

I am still smiling over the wedding that Tricia helped to Officiant for us. She is funny, smart and flexible. The hubby and I were looking for a unique ceremony which celebrated our marriage and partnership and not just the wedding and Tricia was able to write, edit and deliver an amazing heartfelt ceremony to our friends and family. Tricia was quick to respond to emails, made me feel at ease by having her husband as a back up if she wasn't able to make it for any reason since she had another ceremony a couple hours away earlier in the day. We never met with her in person because we live out of state but she sent a simple questionnaire and from that made a beautiful ceremony. We actually had wedding guest asked if she was a friend of the family because she made it so personable. I'd say that's pretty remarkable for never having met prior to our ceremony.

Tricia was amazing to work with! She was super flexible working with us from the beginning, espcially with us wanting to make many customization to the ceremony and living out of state. Tricia's personality was extremely friendly and personable. If given the chance, I would book her again in a heartbeat. The only thing to consider is that we used her audio system and received feedback from our guests that it was hard to hear toward the back.

I can't say enough good things about Tricia! From the get go she was quick and responsive - which is so important amongst all of the other things going on with a wedding. She personalized our ceremony and truly made it feel like it was meant to for us. Tricia was very professional, accommodating, well spoken, and timely. She made our ceremony exactly what we wanted, and we did not want a conventional wedding. She is very experienced and was extremely helpful during rehearsal, when we were uncertain on how things would be timed or the order of things. Tricia was our officiant for our wedding on 6/17/17. There were a few issues a couple months before the wedding with her having the wrong time down for our ceremony and had another wedding before us and had to cancel that wedding. After she was very professional about this. My husband and I felt pressure/rushed the day of the wedding because our ceremony started a few minutes late, due to techinical difficulties. Tricia stated multiple times that she had to leave immediately after our wedding to get to another wedding. I had a few people come up to me after the wedding saying they felt the ceremony was rushed. Signing the marriage license I felt rushed as well and don't feel we were able to get the photos I wanted in doing this. Overall she was able to help the day before at the wedding rehearsal to get timing down and organized the line up. The ceremony content was amazing and Tricia was very responsive and helpful with creating the perfect ceremony readings. Ultimately, I would have liked if she had scheduled and spaced out her wedding after us so we didn't feel the pressure, as before the ceremony I was freaking out if she was going to leave because in the contract it states that she could leave if the ceremony didn't start within 30 mins of the start time.

Tricia traveled to officiate our wedding. Rehearsal and Ceremony went very well. Communication leading up the event was great. I felt she was invested in making our ceremony exactly what we wanted it to be. My only complaint was that after saying her as her husband wanted to attend the reception and we paid for them to do this, I don't think they even stayed for it. But I wouldn't hold it against her as the ceremony was great!
