Best Vintage Photo Booth!

We had Shawn and team at our wedding and everyone loved it! Man I forgot how much people love a photo booth. After the ceremony my husband and I hid away for 5 minutes and as soon as came back out people were showing me photos. The team even put together a photo book with messages from our loved ones that I had no idea about when booking (either bc it was a surprise or I didn’t read very well 😂). Either way it was so cute to look at the book at the end of the night and read our friends’ messages. Our friends and family still talk about how awesome it was!!

Shawn and the Boardwalk Entertainment team were nothing short of incredible! They brought my daughter's wedding to life and created such a fun environment that the guests still rave about to this day. Can't recommend Shawn and Boardwalk Entertainment enough!

We absolutely loved our Model 14 photobooth provided by Boardwalk Entertainment! It was such an awesome way to remember the night and one of our favorite parts about our wedding. They provided our guests with a printout of the photo strip and one was also placed in a scrapbook where guests could leave a note (doubling as a guestbook). Such a fun keepsake for guests to have after the wedding. They also provided the photos digitally so we were able to download them all, which is another added touch. We rented it for 5 hours which was great to see the photos as the night progressed haha! Shawn was an amazing guest at our wedding, adding such a fun energy and being so kind with all of our guests. He was communicative and super helpful; he even helped us design our own photo strip that matched the theme of our wedding invitations. He was awesome and I could not recommend him enough. One of our favorite parts of the night was taking photos with one another and then having photos with all of our family and friends. It is a memory we will have for a lifetime. I looked everywhere for a true, enclosed photo booth rather than just a backdrop and when I came across Boardwalk Entertainment, it was the perfect fit. I cannot give Shawn and Boardwalk Entertainment enough praise, they truly did an exceptional job. I can't recommend them enough!

If you want your wedding to be an absolute blast, hire Boardwalk! Having Shawn as our DJ and photo booth provider was easily one of the best decisions we made. Since he is a close friend, I already knew it was going to be perfect, but seeing him in action professionally was next-level. The music transitions were seamless, the energy was high, and the dance floor was never empty.

The photo booth was also a massive hit—the quality was amazing and our guests haven't stopped talking about the fun props. It’s rare to find someone who can manage both the sound and the 'fun' aspect of a wedding so perfectly. Thank you, Shawn, for making our night unforgettable!

Shawn was our DJ for our Chrysler Museum wedding and he was AMAZING! He was so flexible with all the last minute adjustments we needed and just made the process so easy for us while wedding planning. He also made the wedding day even more perfect by having all the equipment ready to go for the speeches and such, so we didn't have to worry about anything. He totally understood our music vibe and picked the best songs. We all had a blast. We also added uplighting to our package, which I would 100% recommend. Thank you Boardwalk for the best night!!!

We had the pleasure of working with Shawn for our wedding, and we couldn't have been happier with the experience! From the moment we first contacted him, he was incredibly professional, responsive, and took the time to understand our musical tastes and the vibe we wanted to create for our special day.

Shawn did an amazing job reading the room and keeping the energy up all night. The dance floor was packed from the very first song to the last — he truly knew how to play the right music at the right moment to get everyone up and dancing. Our guests couldn’t stop commenting on how great our DJ was!

Shawn and his team also brought along a photobooth which was a HUGE hit!!! From start to finish, they made the entire process so easy and fun. The team was professional, friendly, and brought such great energy to our event. The photobooth itself was a huge hit with our guests — everyone had a blast taking silly and heartfelt photos all night long.

The quality of the photos was amazing, and we loved how customizable everything was. From fun props to personalized photo strips with our wedding date, every detail was taken care of. Absolutely incredible experience!

WOW! Just, WOW! Working with Shawn and his incredible team for both the classic photo booth and DJ services for our December wedding was such a wonderful experience, from beginning to end and beyond! All of our guests were blown away by the level of care and attention given to the photobooth setup, props, and guest book, and Shawn kept us on the dance floor rocking all night! Shawn also helped us out when I came to him with a photo strip idea for our save the dates, put together a beautiful logo for us for our wedding day photo strips, and was so awesome to work with on our wedding day playlist and timeline! Big shout out to Allie and Carter for helping our guests with the photo booth as well! My husband and I, and my bonus kids, are big photobooth fans - we seek them out whenever we can, so incorporating the photobooth and providing photostrips to guests as part of our favors was just perfect. The most talented DJ around. Shawn really knows how to get guests out of their seats! Shawn is extremely professional with a fun vibe! That’s all I needed to know after we met with him. He takes pride in what he does and pays close attention to detail. I loved how we met with him a couple days before our wedding day to go over the song choices that we selected. Shawn suggested a final dance for the bride and groom. At the time, we had no idea what that even was and sharing those final moments of our wedding night was our favorite memory and we have Shawn to thank for it. Boardwalk Photo Booth

We met Shawn and Carolyn many years ago at a wedding expo event in Richmond and knew immediately that they were lovely vendors who would treat their clients with a personal touch. Boardwalk was easy to reschedule with when our wedding was postponed due to COVID-19. We ended up using their photobooth and scrapbooking service. They were incredibly communicative and worked with us throughout the whole process, suggesting backdrops and even designing a unique logo for our photobooth prints based on our invitations and color scheme. The personal attention from Shawn and Carolyn could not be beat. For the wedding they set up in the corner of our reception and did a wonderful job introducing our guests to the photobooth, managing crowd control (tricky once the bar opens), and making sure everyone had a good time. They were so friendly and a joy to have at the wedding. The live scrapbooking was incredible to watch, Boardwalk provided everything and created the scrapbook on-site. We are so, so happy with the results. At the end of the night we looked over our scrapbook, which is both beautiful and incredibly high quality, and an amazing keepsake from our wedding that we will cherish for the rest of our lives. As an added bonus, our guests got to take copies of their photos home as keepsakes. This was a no-brainer for us: an activity, a wedding keepsake, and a guestbook all wrapped into one. The only thing we regret is not asking Boardwalk to provide more services at our wedding -- they were that good!

Best Wedding DJ Ever!

ENERGY, FLOW, and FUN! Shawn provided his services at my son's wedding and it was fantastic. His vast array of music had something for everyone, as he mixed the old with the new with an "Energy" that did not leave the room. Great DJ for Wedding

We hired Shawn as the DJ for our wedding and we had a great experience with him and his wife Carolyn. Not only are they both absolutely great at their jobs, they are great people and a fun addition to any event. We had to have a micro wedding due to Covid restrictions and Shawn was awesome at accommodating some specific requests we had, being flexible on last minute changes and most importantly providing a fun atmosphere throughout the night. Our only regret was that the wedding had to end and hour and a half early due to the restrictions and that more of our family and friends couldn't be there to enjoy the fun atmosphere Shawn provided. Thank you Shawn!

We had an amazing wedding experience! The photo booth was awesome and so cool with custom details to make the experience extra jazzy! A Total Blast

We hired Boardwalk Photo Booth Company for DJ services, lighting and the photo booth at our wedding and could not have asked for a better company. Not only was Shawn super professional but he was the absolute most attentive DJ I have ever seen at an event and a BLAST to work with. Look no further! The complete package!

One of the best decisions of our wedding! We hired Boardwalk Photo Booth Company and specifically Shawn to DJ our wedding and provide a custom photobooth and uplighting package to our event. My husband and I did not look any further than our first meeting with Shawn - we immediately knew he was the guy who would make our wedding the most memorable to not only us but to our guests. Shawn was available, responsive and detailed in the months leading up to the wedding - always available to answer a quick question or provide guidance or advice. There was not a moment when we did not trust his years of expertise, ability to pull off either the most common or most unique ask - and he delivered at every opportunity. The priorities for our wedding were food and music. Shawn kept everyone on the dance floor literally the entire night. The music was on point to our taste and never once wavered from what we described to him. The most frequent comment we receive from our guests has been "we wish we could have danced into the night!". Being a very detailed kind of guy, I gave Shawn a lot of special requests, notes, and timing related to music - he incorporated every detail and made my vision come to life. Our photo booth and the photo printouts were customized with our wedding logo from our invitations as part of our package, and the service provided by the attendants was outstanding. Our guests appreciated an activity at the wedding which also helped create our guest book! Excellent across the board!

Our guests absolutely loved the photo booth!!! I liked the idea of having a more traditional enclosed booth and this one definitely lived up to my expectations. Shawn was super friendly and easy to work with. He designed a fantastic custom logo for our photos. The quality of the photo prints was excellent and the fact that they post them all to the web is a big plus! Lastly, the album they make of your photos from throughout the event is really special. Our experience was excellent and I’d recommend their services to anyone!

Boardwalk Photo Booth Rental

I hired Boardwalk Photo Booth Company for my son's wedding. From the owner to the booth attendees at the wedding, they were all very attentive to our needs. Shawn and his team always communicated in a timely manner from the beginning with our interest to the day of with final details. The wedding had over 250 guests and all the guests enjoyed their experience and interactions in and around the booth. The booth was a great addition to the evening and the quality of photos impressive. The wide range of photo props provided everyone an opportunity to smile! Highly Recommend!

Shawn provided the DJ services for ceremony and reception music as well as the photo booth and lighting. I could not be more pleased with the services we received from Shawn and his team! The photo booth was a big hit and I am so happy with the guest book they created for us from the photos. The booth was decorated to match our wedding and the props were amazing! We used Boardwalk Photo Booth at our wedding just over a week ago. My husband really wanted one at our wedding, and I am so glad he insisted. Shawn was our point-of-contact during payment and leading up to our event. He even created customized signs and artwork for the photo strips that matched our event details. The employees who worked our event were kind, funny, and so helpful. I have been to so many weddings over the years, and many photo booths are run by people who clearly do not want to be there, or who offer no help while taking photos. This company is professional and so easy to work with. They will also take the photo strips and help your guests create a guestbook for you. Ours turned out lovely, and we can see where they filled in cute phrases and keywords to fill it up more, and they even took parts of our wedding program to decorate a back page with photo strips of my hubby and me. A guest favorite! The hit of the wedding, no lie! The album we have to look back on makes me tear up every time! Shawn designed a perfect logo and had a ton of props for the guests to use. He was great with guests and told us where to look with every single pose. I had originally thought about going with another company but I am sooo glad I didn't. We really loved have Boardwalk at our event! Shawn worked with me throughout the year on the best location for the booth, details that matched our wedding, and always reached out to check-in and see how planning was going. my entire experience with Boardwalk was perfect and I am still getting compliments to this day about how great Shawn was to have onsite from guests and how much fun everyone had in there. Shawn was our wedding DJ and an amazing one at that! Not only did he make sure to cover all the must-plays and avoid the do-not-plays, but he had this wonderful way of engaging all of our guests! Everyone knew exactly what was going on when, so no one missed a the cake cutting, toasts, or any other important moments. He had the best personality and did such a great job. Wedding date 11/10/2017- So so happy with Boardwalk from start to finish. For anyone organizing an event or a wedding, you want to work with vendors that are responsive and Shawn was that in spades! He made the whole process sooooooooo simple from start to finish! Best photo booth ever! The quality of the photos and strips are fantastic, the best I have ever seen on a photo booth (and trust me, I love photo booths). I love how much personalization Boardwalk allows as well. My guests had a blast in the photo booth and all loved their photos! They also loved the fact they could get the individuals online through our gallery and also sent to them using Boardwalk's social media stand. My husband and I LOVE looking at the guestbook created by their team with copies of all of our guests photos and funny messages. The attendants of our booth were also super sweet (I believe one was Shawn's wife). Shawn was so accommodating and has the best office ever. We hired Shawn to DJ our wedding and he was absolutely phenomenal! We had a blast and have heard the same from everyone else. Many commented on how great he was. He did a mash-up for our first song as we asked and made an on-the-spot adjustment to it (as we also asked), which was perfect. He kept the party going the whole time. His mix of songs, the order he played them, and the way he played them was masterful. He was involved on the mic exactly the right amount. The photo booth was a great addition and made a fun and memorable guest book. He was a pleasure to work with and I would certainly recommend him and Boardwalk Photo Booth Company for any event.

Hired Shawn and Carolyn for our wedding which was the best decision ever. We were initially considering a band but we realized that getting the package deal of Shawn and Carolyn was the way to go. Highly recommend getting both of them if you want the perfect wedding. Shawn was very classy and had everyone on the dance floor the entire night. His choice of music and fund of knowledge in that regard was perfect. Carolyn was incredibly sweet, organized and classy. Everyone loved interacting with both of them. Does not get better that having the DJ and coordinator as a package deal and people who enjoy to work together. Would do it all again and again if I could.

My daughter's father and I surprised the couple with the photo booth. This surprise with a hit with the old and young guests. I love how Shawn was able to personalize the booth with the bride and groom's name and invitation theme. The photo strips are so much better as party favors than the boring candles, etc. The customer service was superb. I LOVED working with Shawn and his wife Caroline at Boardwalk Photo Booth. Shawn was always super quick to respond to any email I had. They were able to create the logo on my photo strips/booth based off of a mark up of my invitation I sent them, which I thought was really nice. The photo booth was a HUGE hit and I didn't realize guests had the option to send to facebook or text it to themselves right there at the booth! The guestbook that comes with it is the best feature--at the end of the night I had a hilarious and touching album of the pics my guests took and their personal messages to me. I can't want to download them later this week! Thank you!!

Wow - they were amazing! Shawn and his wife did the personalized photo booth at my daughter's wedding and our guests had so much fun! Guests spent hours using the props to take memorable pictures. They could keep a copy and a copy went into a keepsake album for Michelle & Christian. Shawn and his wife even took the time to use blue and peach ribbons from the reception to decorate the last page of the keepsake album. It really added a special touch. They were so much fun and definitely added a festive tone to the reception. I would highly recommend them to others!

Shawn and the entire Boardwalk team are amazing! From our first meeting with Shawn, Andy and I were convinced we had to have him. We hired Shawn for both the photo booth and as our DJ. He was super flexible with any last minute changes we made and he made sure to follow our "do not play" list. He is a lot of fun and he made sure our reception was a dance party, which is exactly what we wanted. As far as the photobooth goes, they are high quality with almost too many props to choose from. They have staff working the booth and making a scrapbook throughout the night so we had something fun to look at together right away after the night was over. Hiring Boardwalk photo booth company was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding.

We hired Shawn to be our wedding DJ after attending another wedding that he provided entertainment for. As a wedding photographer, I experience DJ's every weekend of my life, and Shawn is one of the best by far that I've ever had the pleasure of working with (and having as my own wedding DJ!). Boardwalk Photo Booth Company really is the best ever! I feel so lucky that they were available for my wedding! Not only is Shawn awesome, patient, and very easy to work with, he is very detail-oriented. They are worth every penny, and the scrapbook is such a fun keepsake! The props are fantastic! We found Boardwalk through our venue and they were great! The props were great and it was fun to have everyone piling into a traditional booth. We used the Photo Booth as our guestbook for the wedding so it was a nice touch that they could personalize the design. We were able to put our monogram and colors on the printouts which gave a nice continuity to everything. They also give you access to all the photos digitally which is another great way to capture moments of your wedding that you miss out on while trying to talk to everyone. I highly recommend going with Shawn and Boardwalk!

Shawn and his Boardwalk Photo Booth team were amazing to work with. We have wanted to write a review for several months now, but with my father waiting for a heart transplant and having to stay in the hospital for long periods of time, it has been hard. Although he is still waiting, we didn’t want to miss the opportunity to say how amazing it was to work with Shawn. From the first consolation to the wedding reception Shawn was very professional, flexible, a good listener, and worked with us each step of the way. If you’re looking for a photo booth company that has an owner that does this part time and works out of their minivan, Boardwalk isn’t for you. But if you’re looking for someone who does this full time, has a store front, marked vans, great looking vintage photo booths, unbelievable props, custom made photo booth signage, scrapbook guest book, and photo strips, look no further. The scrapbook guest book with the crazy pictures and guest comments will be a cherished keepsake for years to come. There are a lot of companies out there and we talked with many of them. The bottom line is, do you want to pay less or get the best. We would proudly recommend Boardwalk Photo Booth to anyone.

Shawn Cox... Uhhhhhhhhhmazing! He provided DJ and MC services for us and I was overwhelmed by the amazing service he provided us from our first meeting to even a follow up email after our wedding. My husband was a little leery about using a DJ just because he loves live music, but our first face to face meeting with Shawn with his amazing personality at his amazing office full of photobooths, arcade games, and 80s memorabilia had my husband sold ;-). Shawn even provided us a detailed questionnaire for our big day so he could get the feel of what music we liked and all the timeline details plus introductions (it made the day of flawless). Our ceremony and reception was set up to be inside at the same venue (Shawn was providing music for both) and a week before our wedding I called him to let him know we were switching our ceremony to the outdoor spot.... he had already figured out indoor setup, but let me know not to worry he would have everything figured out before the big day and it was a huge relief on our part. He was just so accommodating and relaxed it was a breath of fresh air during crunch time. Services provided during the ceremony and reception were OUTSTANDING!!! Perfect volume and set up for the music during the ceremony and perfect MCing and music choices during the reception! He was so fun, he kept the dance floor hoppin and was willing to stay as long as we wanted! We definitely, absolutely, recommend him for your big day :-)

We had Shawn as both our DJ and Photo Booth provider, and we were so glad we did. Shawn was wonderful! He was the first person we went to when looking for the wedding and we just stopped the search. We had out wedding at Lesner Inn - the photo booth was downstairs and the DJ set up was upstairs. They were on time (he had a separate person helping run the photo booth). We had given him a itinerary before the day, and it was so seamless the way he followed it, it felt so natural. He kept the energy up all night. Then, at the end of the night we immediately got the photo booth album which was so funny to see. We wouldn't have made ANY changes to how the reception went.

Shawn was our DJ for our wedding on 11/21/15 @ the Williamsburg Winery. He was AWESOME! My husband and I met Shawn a few months before the wedding and we instantly knew he was the DJ for us. He has such a fun and laid back personality. Shawn was great about checking up on us throughout the planning process and even emailed us some homework to make sure everything was ready to go for the big day.

The day of the wedding arrived and everything went off without a hitch! Shawn was so well organized and the flow of music throughout the entire night was great. One of my fears was that the dance floor would be empty and Shawn made sure that did not happen! He played a great variety of music that had everyone out on the dance floor for the entire night. My dad was even out on the floor and I've never seen him dance! My husband and I have been married for a little over a week now and we are still getting compliments from our guests on how much fun they had at our wedding. We definitely have Shawn to thank for that. I would recommend Shawn for anyone in need of DJ services - he is absolutely incredible. Thank you Shawn for making our day so awesome! :)

My wife and I used Boardwalk Photo Booth Company for our wedding last summer and we were very pleased with our experience. First of all Shawn, the owner of the company, is great to work with. He is very friendly and responds immediately to emails/phone calls. He also spent time designing a logo specific for our wedding theme that was used for both the photo booth sign and our scrapbook. It is obvious that Shawn cares and is passionate about his job. Courtney and Drew who worked the photo booth the day of the wedding were also very professional and fun. The photo booth itself was a huge hit (especially with my nephew who probably accounted for ½ of the pictures in our scrapbook). Finally, we love the scrapbook we got from the photo booth. It looks nice and it’s a fun way to relive the memories of our special day. In my opinion, it’s a lot more fun looking at photos of our friends and family wearing costumes and making silly faces than looking at “traditional” wedding albums. It just seemed to capture the spirit of the day and the way we remembered it more accurately.

Contact person/owner, Shawn Cox, was quick with communication, very accommodating, flexible, and helpful! The quality of the product was great, I love having the photobooth book as a souvenir, and the guests had fun taking photos and having a copy to keep. The people running the booth the day of the wedding took care of everything--ran the booth, cut the photos and placed them in the book. We didn't initially plan on having a photo booth but we decided to go in and talk to Shawn based on a recommendation. It was the greatest thing we did! The photo booth was HILARIOUS and everyone raved about it at the wedding (people are still talking about it!). As a freak series of snow storms hit the week leading up to the big day, Boardwalk still transitioned all of their equipment up icy stairs and ramps to make sure I had the wedding of my dreams. They treated all of my family and friends with the upmost respect, including those in attendance of my wedding with special needs. Their professionalism throughout the entire planning process will never be beat in my eyes. I will continue to use Boardwalk for any big events I hold as well as continue to recommend them to all of my friends and family who will be holding events as well. I'm truly thankful for Shawn and Carolyn and their team for assisting in creating the night of my dreams.

Boardwalk Photo Booth and DJ Shawn Cox - a package deal that made our wedding complete. When we were thinking about who to hire for our wedding, Shawn was recommended to us by two separate people, and we could not be more thankful! We had already emailed Shawn about a photo booth, and set up a meeting with him. We knew immediately that we wanted to hire him, he is laid back and easy to talk with. He listened to all the things we didn't want - a cheesy, game show host calling out line dances, and promised us the opposite. And he did MORE than deliver. Our wedding dance floor was never empty, and he was able to satisfy all our guests with a variety of music that didn't dull our eardrums. He mixed in EDM for my husband, some classic Hip-hop and emo hits from the 90's for us both, country for the relatives, and current popular songs for the whole lot. He was funny, and interpreted my "looks" amazingly! If you are lucky enough to be one of the few weddings he does each year - consider yourself BLESSED!

We also loved our Photo Booth, Shawn made sure it stayed busy all night and our guest book with all the pictures is still making us laugh! Great package pricing, and a wonderful addition for all our guests! We may be biased, but Boardwalk was the best!

We were absolutely thrilled with the Boardwalk Photo Booth Company. From the very beginning Shawn was super easy to work with. He always got back to me extremely quickly, had an answer to every question and was overall fantastic! Before I booked he let me test out the booth, showed me comparisons of his pictures to competitors which I thought was not only smart on his part, but very helpful in the decision making. Not all photobooths are created equal, I promise you that if you do your homework. Some are less expensive, some are more expensive but with Boardwalk you get what you pay for and it's nothing less than spectacular. We got so many compliments about the props they use and how friendly the staff was at the wedding. The book they make for you is such a fun keepsake and is great quality. They showed up on time, broke down on time and everything was as promised. I'd highly recommend them!

Shawn was absolutely wonderful to work with from start to finish. My (now) husband and I were planning our wedding remotely from San Francisco, and Shawn was not only responsive, helpful, and professional, but also very personable which made him a pleasure to work with. He really gave us the confidence we needed in selecting a vendor for our wedding. Everyone at the wedding loved the photo booth, and our scrapbook was awesome to look at the next day! In fact, we have a friend getting married in Utah in September who told us they now have decided to get a photobooth for their wedding since they just absolutely loved ours! My big day would not have been complete without Boardwalk Photo Booth! Shawn and Carolyn teamed up to provide me with not only a fantastic photo booth but also Shawn's incredible DJ services!! The photo booth was a must have for my husband and I for our wedding since we had been to several weddings before who had used them. However, the photo booths we had seen previously did not even compare to Boardwalk! The pictures are better, the props are better, even the service is better!! Carolyn made sure the photo booth ran smoothly which kept it busy from the very beginning until the very end of the night! We have so many great pictures to remember our night in the amazing keepsake book we received at the end of the night! Not only that but the website printed on each photo strip allows our guests to download all of their favorite images from the night to remember for years to come!! While people weren't in the photo booth they were out on the dance floor enjoying Shawn's great tunes! He kept the party going on the dance floor all night as he played all of our special requests!! Shawn was very flexible and accommodating going above and beyond to make our night special!! I highly recommend Boardwalk Photo Booth Company seeing as everyone is still talking about what an amazing time they had and I know it is in very large part to Shawn and Carolyn and their exceptional service!!

Honestly, using the photo booth was the best decision we made! Everyone LOVED it, and we were able to capture great moments with and of our guests. As a bride it is very easy to get caught up in the hustle and bustle of your wedding day, so having the photo booth pictures was a great way to see all of the guests in action. The best part was that my guests were absolutely in AWE over the costume options and they literally could not get enough. The company makes you a personalized book with your photo strips from the night and your guests can also write messages in it! It is such a wonderful keepsake. Shawn, the owner, is one of the most helpful people I worked with, and he is also very nice. To sum it all up- DO IT! IT'S WORTH EVERY PENNY!

for my November wedding I knew I wanted something fun and different for my guests to do. I work in the hospitality industry and feel like there is nothing worse then a party where the guests are just milling about uncomfortably! Carolyn and Shawn were so wonderful and flexible with helping us organize our photo booth for our special day. When the day finally arrived it was a breeze. Boardwalk took care of everything and the booth was beautiful. Our guests had even more fun then we could have ever planned! Boardwalks selection of props and is so varied and random and fun, there is something for everyone. Also as the night goes on and things get a little blurry- it's FANTASTIC to have the guest book to take home and look through with your friends and family! The team at Boardwalk Photo booth company was fun and energetic to work with. They allow you to be creative with the look that you would like your photo booth to have, which is great because we worked very hard on our monogram that is the common thread of our wedding. We appreciated that as the night wound down they came to make sure we stopped by the photo booth to take a picture for ourselves! The guestbook we received of all of our friends was great! The booth was a hit!

Sean is the best! He met with us in the studio and we got to test run all of the booths, which was so much fun. He created the perfect display for the outside of our photo booth. He even suggested other vendors to me when I was feeling a little lost. The staff members that worked our wedding were fun and very nice. I only have good things to say.

My husband and I hired Shawn and his team for our wedding held 8/30/14 at the Westin Hotel. My guest had so much fun and Shawn was very attentive to my guests with helping with the props and being sure they filled out my wedding album correctly. Although I didn't have much time for the photo booth I could tell my guest thoroughly enjoyed it based on the pictures and the comments left in my album!! I can't even tell you how amazing Boardwalk Photo Booth is! If you're considering a photo booth or DJ for any event, I highly recommend them. I contacted Shawn because I wanted to rent a photo booth for my wedding reception. He arranged a time for us to try it out, and we had so much fun that I would have paid anything to have the photo booth--however, I didn't have to because the price was SO reasonable. They even have staff there to help your guests use the photo booth. Two photo strips are printed with each shot--one for the guest and one for a special, unique photo book that everyone signs for you. When the night was over, we had a fabulous guest book with crazy, funny pictures and sweet messages from all of our friends! And that's just the photo booth! After meeting Shawn, we liked him so much that we also decided to use him for our DJ services. I was pretty worried about this because DJs can...sometimes...be... errr--annoying. But Shawn was perfect! He got the crowd on the dance floor and was so much fun. He provided so much more than just music, though -- the sound system was important for our ceremony, and we also wanted to hear music around the outdoor areas during the cocktail hour. Shawn made all of this happen for, again, a very reasonable cost. I am so happy I used Shawn for DJ and Photo Booth rental and would recommend him to anyone!

Shawn, Carolyn, and the rest of the Boardwalk Photo Booth Company team are AMAZING!! The photobooth was such a great addition to our wedding in May. All of the guests really enjoyed it and it was, in my opinion, a much better favor/gift for people to be able to take home with them. Not only did everyone get copies of their photo booth strips, but the Boardwalk team put together a scrapbook with the doubles of each photo strip for my husband and I to take home. We LOVED looking at all of the pictures after the wedding. As if that wasn't enough, we also had access to an online gallery where we could download each photo from the evening. When my sister and her husband got married, they hired Boardwalk Photobooth as the favor for their guests. Since my family received nothing but exceptional comments from the guests, we booked them again for my wedding. Once again, their service was of excellent quality and they were incredibly easy to work with. While you may be able to find a photo booth company that has lower costs, I doubt they will match with service and quality of the photo booth, prints, props, and ease of creating a fabulous guest book. I have been to four weddings with a photo booth and they still do not compare. Boardwalk Photobooth is absolutely worth the money. I completely understand needing to stay on a budget, but trying to be frugal with a focal entertainment piece is not recommended.

I have been to many weddings before and I always knew that I wanted a photo booth at my own. I have always enjoyed them and loved keeping the pictures. My parents weren't fans of having a photobooth, but when they met Shawn they were hooked. They loved his knowledge and enthusiasm and I felt the same way when I met him. Shawn was very accommodating to my husband and I's work schedules for when we had to meet with him and he always made it a fun experience. He had great ideas for designs and all of his props were fun to use. Everyone loved the Photo booth at the wedding and we couldn't have been more pleased with Boardwalk Photobooth. Shawn Cox's photo booth service made my daughter's wedding a fun event for everyone who attended. He was on time, friendly, helpful, patient with all the children, and provided a lot of cool and zany props and masks. At the end of the day my daughter and her husband walked away with a precious photo album of all the people who attended--much better than a traditional guest book. Next to their photos guests wrote endearing messages to the newlyweds, which they will always cherish. Totally worth the money, and a 100 percent positive experience.

Not only was Shawn an amazing DJ, but the Photo Booth was a HUGE hit for guests of all ages. Shawn kept the party going and people were lined up to explore the props and jump in the photo booth. I would do it all again and change nothing, except maybe hop in the booth more myself. My wife and I live looking at our photo book provided with all the pictures from the booth. And the pictures are available online as well. You can not go wrong with Shawn and Boardwalk Photo Booth.

Outstanding!!! This Photo Booth Co. was the most popular event at our daughter's wedding on 6/21/14, besides our awesome DJ, Shawn. Shawn keep the evenings activities moving forward while playing just the right mix of music. Guest enjoyed getting their pictures made in some of the most crazy get-ups. Where do we start?? We LOVE the photo booth! Shawn and Carolyn are friends near and dear to our hearts! I started to work with Boardwalk before I ever met my husband. Shortly into our relationship, he started to work photo booth/wedding events with me. You may even say that a large part of us getting married is because we knew after WORKING together, that we could do anything together. Trust me, it is a very hard thing to work with a significant other <3

Shawn did such an amazing job working with us to make the artwork perfect by collaborating with our stationary vendor (RSVP). It was everything that I wanted, and I even got to take home the sign on the outside of the booth at the end of the wedding. Carolyn and her staff did a great job at manning the booth for the night and putting together an AMAZING scrapbook.

Our guests LOVED the booth...but then again, there was no doubt in our mind that they would. We have seen from the many events that we worked that the photo booth can become the star of the wedding. Boardwalk Photo Booth is fun, professional, and vintage high-quality!

You will not be disappointed! Thanks so much Shawn and Carolyn for being amazing friends and vendors, and showing us and our guests a great time!

From the first time I contacted Shawn I knew I made the right choice for a Photo Booth Company for our wedding. Shawn and the rest of the Boardwalk Photo Booth team are amazing to work with! The first time I stepped into a photo booth at a reception, I knew that I had to have one at mine. I had a hard time finding a company that could provide this service within my budget. Boardwalk Photo Booth Company was very reasonable and the customer service was awesome. My husband was skeptical about having the photo booth and a photographer and now the photo booth is all he talks about. Hands down one of the best decisions we made for the reception.

My wife had to convince me that paying for a photo booth of any kind was worth it, but once she did, I wish I had listened sooner!

There were cheaper options than Boardwalk but I'm certain none of them would be as good. Boardwalk did everything well.

They were early, they were energetic, they were professional, and their quality is flawless.

The book that they give you is customized and done perfectly We keep ours on our coffee table and look through it often.

I only wish we had another big event in the future that we could use them for.

Seriously, if you're even considering using a photo booth at your wedding, my wife was right: it is completely worth it.

I am so thankful my husband and I found Shawn and his team to join our wedding celebration. At first I wondered if it was worth it to have a photobooth at our wedding and now as I look back on the day - it was one of the best decisions we made. Our guests absolutely adored the photobooth and it made the perfect favor. Shawn made our photobooth strips match the theme of our wedding and was such a friendly, professional and all-around great guy to work with. When I told my videographer who our photobooth company was she sighed with relief and told me how she has worked with a lot of vendors and he is one of the best. She was right! I really can't recommend him and his team enough. We left our wedding night with an album of photos ready to look through and cherished them (and still do!) until our photographer's photos were ready. My friends loved that they could almost immediately go on to the Boardwalk Photo Booth company website and download (for free!!) all of the photobooth pictures they missed or couldn't divide among friends since there were too many in the photobooth. If you are thinking about having a photobooth at your wedding - don't hesitate - call Shawn today. He not only runs a great company - he's also just an awesome guy and someone that you would want to be a part of your special occasion (or heck, to have over for a cookout and a drink!).

We, the Norview High School class of 1968 were 100 percent satisfied with Shawn Cox and the Boardwalk Photo Co. Shawn was the best to work with from the beginning to the very end as he personally worked our event. Shawn covered every detail, even sharing with us the logo so we could incorporate it into our banner, our reunion booklet, and the fans and t-shirts we had printed. We think Shawn had as much fun working our Reunion as we did having him spend the evening with us.
